Taking a Fresh Look at U.S. Navy Pilots’ UAP – UFO Encounter

I’ve worked on a project of analyzing the reaction of US Navy pilots to encountering an aerial phenomenon in 2004, to better try to understand what this experience may tell us.

This video was released in the Fall / Winter of 2017. Yet, sometimes distance gives us perspective. For me, it’s taken time to look into and think about this event, and it feels like it’s time to write about it.

The thoughts I have crystallize into two main topic areas:

1.) What can we know for sure that is real (and not conjecture) about this event?

2.) Are there key insights we can learn from it?

This blog post will summarize key observations about what happened.

It’s Okay to Talk About UFOs Because They are Now Called UAPs

The new narrative of describing sky phenomena as UAPs (unidentified aerial phenomena), and using this term over ‘UFOs’, seems to attempt to position sky phenomena as a military field with unknown aerial assets that are potentially threatening.

These are the first notables about the story of the encounter, itself; 1) The shift to a ‘UAP’ word usage, and 2) Positioning of UAPs into a military context.

Whether these assets are advanced technologies from other countries, from our own country, or are otherworldly, maybe there is something to be concerned about. After all, a Senate subcommittee hearing met in May 2019 where the initial discussion centered on rogue operators such as ‘space pirates’.

Perhaps the U.S. military already has advanced technologies and those interviewed publicly about the U.S. military capabilities don’t have the knowledge, or perhaps, don’t have the clearance, to tell us.

Navy Pilots’ Experience of UAP – UFO

It’s pretty brave of a pilot to come forward publicly and say ‘I experienced this’ and ‘I saw this’. Their personal experience and bravery is something to be held in high regard.

It’s pretty fantastic to see a Navy pilot on the main stream media talking about witnessing a UAP – UFO event.

Clearly some sort of shift has happened in terms of discussing the events, publicly.

Combing Through the Articles and Video

We can listen to the talk shows and interviews, read the articles, and see what is told to us about these encounters, and that is what I have done.

I’ve also gone through the video over and over, going back to when it was released and more recently, both watching the video and then listening to the audio, trying to learn and to see if I could draw any conclusions about what this experience meant, in general.

I’ve included links to two videos and an article that seem to be a good summary of events regarding this incident. These items are posted at the conclusion of this article for your review.

UAP – UFO Narrative Similarities: Limited Transparency About the Field Makes it Difficult to Draw Conclusions

Without more background information or contextual development, it can be hard to place an experience into a context that makes sense to the listener or viewer.

Thus, our unconscious will frame a story or experience we hear or observe from within own biases. Without thinking, we will put the story we hear into a framework based on our own experiences, our previous assumptions, things we’ve heard, what we’ve previously been told, observed or read.

In addition, it’s necessary to also acknowledge that in general, no matter the news source of information, there are agendas in presenting information. It’s a part of politics and strategy. It’s even a part of being human. Sometimes we are conscious of the agendas, and sometimes we are not.

As individual citizens, in this incident, we don’t have the full information on what is at play. This make it hard to draw meaningful analytical conclusions.

Are videos and interviews spliced together and practiced to present the story in a particular way? In an artistic way? In a way that communicates purposeful messages? In a way that sets parameters and boundaries of discussion? That outline technological advancement? That communicate warnings, even, for unknown parties? Are stories communicated in a way that advocates propogandized statements?

All of these are probable, and possible.

Making Careful Observations

How do we distill our analysis down so that the purest observations we can make are possible? The drama of the action distracts us. The newness of the topic material engages us.

How do we look through the story, how do we pierce any illusions, how do we explain any unusual experiences we note or that occur while we are making our assessments? How do we remove unconscious bias?

How do we acknowledge the pull to make this or that conclusion, and see impartially into what appears to have happened?

It has taken time, distance, careful review of many articles and interviews of the material, and careful thought, but I think I’ve honed it down pretty well to a clean and clear summary.

I’ve got some conclusions about the 2004 Navy pilots’ experience of a UAP – UFO and their encounter off of the coast of San Diego.

What Do We Know, For Sure, About the Pilots’ Experience?

This is the crux of what we know.

My conclusions are straightforward and simple:

• Advanced technology was noted in our skies.
• It was visually observed by U.S. Navy pilots with their eyes.
• It was technologically recorded and observed by U.S. military advanced sensors.
• The pilots were amazed by the capabilities of the aerial craft that was witnessed.
• One pilot wished he could fly it.

And that is all.

Where in Physical Space Will the Space Force Be Focused?

Addressing the environment in the lower earth orbit in particular is most likely necessary to facilitate the smooth, legal and effective operation of key aspects of human activity in space.

With the spread of technology across countries, and the development of many countries’ space capabilities, besides being a military and commercial domain, there are of course also diplomatic, civilian (exploration and tourism), scientific (exploration and information) and other key aspects of the domain of space.

Protecting the Space Domain From Space Pirates, Hostile Nations and Rogue Elements

I recently wrote an article, Space Pirates Are a Problem, which presented information from a congressional hearing on space policy that reviewed issues that may be presented by space pirates and hostile or rogue nations.

Will the Focus of Space Force and Any Space Pirates’ Activity First Be in Low Earth Orbit?

With the expansion of the technological capabilities of humanity, we now have both the military element and the business elements becoming more active in the range of orbits of this planet. This includes their associated assets and information transmission and reception between assets and with the Earth.

This means physical and technical assets, human beings, communications and pathways of travel in need of protection. Proper function of activities in Earth’s orbits require:

1. Safety of assets in orbit and passing through orbit,
2. Clear ownership and honoring ownership of physical and technical assets,
3. Protection and security of human beings present,
4. Rules of use for assets in orbit,
5. Access to pathways through orbit,
6. Access to levels of orbit,
7. Security of transmission and reception of information between assets, and
8. Security of transmission and reception of information between assets and the Earth.

Initially, will most of space activity in the near term likely occur in lower earth orbit? This is the domain of most satellite activity, and the domain of new proposed global satellite networks.

Lower Earth Orbit is a Gateway

With many countries and companies working on new satellite networks, keeping the peace and maintaining competitive position both militarily and commercially will be key.

In addition, low earth orbit is the physical gateway to higher orbits around Earth (MEO, medium earth orbit, and HEO, high earth orbit).

Low earth orbit is also a physical gateway for exit routes to leave the planet, such as venturing outward for scientific exploration, or undertaking commercial activity like traveling to asteroids for mining activity.

As much as we can have fun with this concept and joke about it, the potential for space pirates’ activity in the burgeoning space industry is already a problem.

This was confirmed at a Senate hearing in May, 2019.

Solaris News and Commentary: Space Pirates are a Problem

At the public space policy meeting on May 14, 2019, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Aviation and Space, held a hearing on The Emerging Space Environment: Operational, Technical, and Policy Challenges, which included several prestigious guests who are experts in military and civilian American space policy.

The theme of this meeting was about coordinating policy efforts and activities between civilian and military groups.

At the hearing, he also spoke these words:

• Since the ancient Greeks first put to sea, nations have recognized the necessity of naval forces and maintaining a superior capability to protect water borne travel and commerce from bad actors.  Pirates threaten the open seas, and the same in possible in space.      ~ Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator on May 14, 2019

A Space Force is Necessary, Because… Pirates

After Senator Cruz made his introductory points, the head of NASA concurred with his sentiments.

Although Administrator Bridenstine did not detail the incidents, he did confirm  that advancing current commercial space development efforts have shown “that is not always safe”.

• We are in a place now, where NASA is working really hard to help advance and develop commerce in space, and ultimately what we are seeing, unfortunately, is that that is not always safe.      ~ Jim Bridenstine, Administrator, NASA on May 14, 2019

The implication here is that incidents have already occurred that show that protection of key American assets in space is at a critical juncture.

Space is a Military and Commercial Domain

American policy considers space as a domain. In military terms, this means a space, physical or non-physical, worth fighting for.

Per Merriam-Webster, a domain is:

1. A territory over which dominion is exercised, and
2. (Law) Complete and absolute ownership of land.

While domain has referred to land in law, it has been expanded expanded in military practice first to address any physical area requiring dominion for the safety and security of the country (land, sea, water); the concept was then extended to address the non-physical domain of cyber technology and now space, including the range of earth orbits.

As Senator Cruz said in his opening remarks:

• From efforts to foster the growth of the commercial space sector, to the return of American astronauts to the moon in the next few years, to the creation of a Space Force, the space domain is more active than ever.

Where Is the Pirate Threat Coming From?

The threats of piracy is coming from advancing the extent of the space domain to fuller use by our military and commercial elements.

Senator Cruz explained the size of the opportunity during his comments at the policy meeting:

• By some estimates, the space sector will grow to nearly $3 trillion in value in the next three decades alone.”.      ~ Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator on May 14, 2019

I believe that Senator Cruz chose his words carefully, and he used the notion of space pirates to illustrate a point; that we are dealing with a lawless force and one out for purely self-serving gain.

• As the United States looks to foster the commercialization of space, return to the Moon, travel to Mars, and encourage burgeoning industries such as asteroid mining, in which a small asteroid could contain rare materials such as platinum worth billions, a Space Force may well prove necessary to help provide certainty in ensuring that these efforts are successful, have longevity, and are not to be subjected to the whims of rogue or hostile nations.      ~ Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator on May 14, 2019

This piracy element may or may not be represented by the recognized nations of the world, but by rogue or hostile elements within them, or by elements comprising an entirely new concept of what a nation really is.

Just as maritime non-state actors – also known as pirates – represent a threat on the open seas of the planet, space non-state actors are potentially a threat as well, and unknown instances have apparently proven this to key individuals in American commercial, military and government space efforts.

In my research, I came to the conclusion that a major shift clearly has taken place whereby dominion over some number of the assets of key areas of our space and / or low orbit capabilities have been reclaimed for more transparent military use by the public government of the United States under President Trump.

Space Force: Has a Truce Allowed Use of Assets Previously Restricted or Encumbered?  

I believe some sort of ‘truce’ or agreement is what is allowing the Space Force to come into fruition, fully. 

The promise of Space Force for the American population equates with new employment opportunities in technology and science, for the transparent expansion of the United States’ military domain, and for the advancement of scientific education in schools and universities. That’s because transparent, public expansion would likely open up a technology revolution.  

However, I feel that this is a revolution that has in large part already occurred in private. So the outflow of privatized scientific understanding and resources into the public arena, could potentially create a huge increase in economic activity and opportunity, and in more comprehensive education in the scientific realms at all levels of education.

Such an expansion should benefit the government, military, intelligence agencies, corporate players and the public as well.  If there is a bulk of activity that has occurred behind the scenes, the opening of some levels of transparency could be important to the national economy, to military and intelligence recruiting, to the education system, to national pride, and to the people of this country.

Beyond economic, national pride, and educational opportunities, the ability to transparently include the assets and operations of the US Space Force in national budgets represents the opportunity to bring fiscal accounting and operation command and effective administration back into line with the transparency our Constitution advocates and requires.

The status of our advanced technologies are a reflection of these forces: There has been an underlying tension and tug between what is privatized and classified, and what is public and transparent.

Even the fact that this situation has existed is still not widely known.  The key area it has been reflected in, in our national consciousness, is in UFOs. Those mysterious objects that fly through the sky – maybe they are from another planet in the solar system or galaxy – or maybe not.

As I postulated in my article What if UFOs are the Psyop?, perhaps this ‘extraterrestrial’ phenomena of metal UFOs in particular is a cover for our own human advanced technologies.

Now, that would be interesting, because the way this field of UFOs, and those participating in their study, are criticized and shunned is the perfect protection for advanced technological capabilities. Any unusual craft in the skies are a topic that no one with any degree of professional training or with any stake in entrenched careers will touch… sounds like the perfect protection and the perfect cover.

However, if the existence of working advanced technologies were more widely acknowledged, this would create significant momentum for transparency. I addressed a rational argument as to why it is likely that these capabilities exist in the article UFO Primer Part 2.

Again, this movement to transparency is nascent but strongly supported behind the scenes. We know this because the creation of the United States Space Force was announced at all.

Significant powers were behind the development of advanced technologies by both our government, represented by the military and the intelligence agencies, by corporate forces vying for dominance and to win contracts, and potentially by a more shadowy element or rogue forces, somehow involved and pursuing their own agenda unknown to the public. 

We can conjecture that the combination of national security with the creation of powerful assets and capabilities, created a huge power structure sometimes at odds with, and balancing against, the public government.

It’s easy to judge this structure in hindsight. But let’s look back from a higher level view. We could argue that this had to happen this way, given the perceived need for secrecy and security, that then led to off-book and black budgets, and was reflected in obtuse government accounting. 

Catherine Austin Fitts and Mark Skidmore have tracked $21 trillion of off budget or unknown spending in two departments of the government, alone, for example, and Catherine estimates more than $20 trillion in additional spending may have occurred.  Some people do not understand that this money is not just lying around, waiting to be spent on new items. This money most likely financed significant national security or other infrastructure. According to Fitts, this means that under the US Constitution, we own it (the American public owns these off-book assets). 

However, these secret programs and capabilities were commanded in a highly classified and compartmentalized structure, and therefore the most likely effect is that it was hard to keep track of and it was hard to control, by the elected government.

Given the state of the United States government, including the corruption and the influence of both foreign, criminal and self-serving elements that has become obvious especially since the financial crash of 2008, who is to say that this wasn’t the best strategy to protect our assets and highly classified technology? 

What came first? Did the secrecy lead to corruption, or did the corruption create the secrecy? We simply don’t know at this point with the little information publicly available.  

To what extent was secrecy important to protect against unknown enemies? And to what extent did secrecy keep highly classified information out of the hands of corrupt or rogue actors? The answers at this point are unknown.

There is a lot of talk nowadays in general about the system being broken. We can counter that it appears what has been broken over some period of time are our laws, and that once the perception exists that laws are too frequently broken, the trust in our system erodes, as does the acceptance that classification always means national security, rather than political expediency or competitive position, is at stake.

However what we can wonder is whether transparency will bring assets and their use back into the correct balance, with the transparent public operation of constitutional governance.

And, we can assert that at this point, that it would appear that increased transparency is in the interest of national security, at the highest levels.

I have discovered stunning evidence of cloaked ships in the sky at the Whidbey Island Missile Incident. Were these cloaked ships part of ‘the specialized weapons package’ that shot down the missile?  They were present in the sky for hours prior to the missile launch.

I analyze the presence of the craft, which appear to be advanced human technology, and tell you an interesting story of what was waiting in the sky, ready  to leap into action, prior to the missile launch of June 10, 2018 over Whidbey Island.

What Was Waiting at Whidbey Island Before the Missile Incident on June 10, 2018?

It Appears as Much as a Fleet of Ships – In Front of the Cloud Bank – is Waiting in the Sky

Some of These (Advanced Human Tech) Ships Appear Visibly Cloaked to Look Like Stars – And Held Their Position in the Sky for Hours

Further Analysis Reveals a Cloaking Field Surrounding Many of these Objects

These are not stars – but they do have the signs of being ships surrounded by a cloaking field. My analysis over many articles and videos on this blog has revealed that a geometric shape may emanate from cloaked highly advanced craft in the sky. And that is what we see here:

Were these Cloaked Advanced Air Force Technology, Space Force, or Secret Space Program Craft? Are These a Part of the Specialized Weapons Package?

I located three objects with particularly prominent cloaking fields and positioned them in the approximate position they held in the sky prior to the missile launch. They appear to be ‘posing’ as stars in the night sky.

In the photo below, the craft are enlarged, and I have edited the lighting and color in the images of these objects, to show the cloaking fields.  I have also edited the lighting and color in the original missile incident photograph for effect. The actual size of these objects in the sky is shown in the video that accompanies this article (link above).

Here I have put the cloaked ships – most likely from advanced Air Force programs, or the Space Force, or secret space programs – in the approximate location they appeared in the sky. The size of the ships is greatly enhanced to reveal their cloaking technology and the ships’ cloaking fields.

There are Two Types of Advanced Craft in our Skies that Appear to Human Beings to be UFOs

In the Whidbey Island Missile Incident Part 2, I address human advanced technologies.

In my view it is important to differentiate that there are two types of advanced craft in our skies that appear to human beings to be UFOs:

1. Advanced human technology (like the cloaked ships in the photographs in this Whidbey Island article).
2. Higher dimensional (galactic) technology (like the UFO of the type that turn off nuclear missiles, in the photo below, which appeared during the Hawaii Missile Incident).

Here is an article about another nuclear missile incident, in Hawaii in January 2018, where galactic, higher dimensional UFOs or lightships were present. These types of UFO have been known to deactivate the nuclear components of nuclear missiles, and significant research has been done on this topic (see Robert Hastings work at UFOHastings.com).

President Trump US Space Force Announcement

The cloaked craft in the photos above are the type of technology that I would expect would be in advanced, elite and secret Air Force Programs, or the Space Force, or the secret space programs. In the article below, I review President Trump’s Space Force announcement.

In my view, now that we see that there is cloaked technology in our skies, President Trump’s initiative to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management system makes much more sense – and appears much more urgent.

Text and analysis of President Trump’s speech on June 18,2018 regarding establishment of the US Space Force. The President also announces a new Executive Order:

“In a few moments I will sign a new directive to federal departments and agencies. They will work together with American industry to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management… Two previous administrations tried and failed to develop a system to deal with congested conditions in in orbit. We are finally going to get it done. It’s going to happen fast.”

Space Programs and Sky Phenomena News by Solaris Modalis

My heart lept when I heard President Trump’s comment to the CEO of Lockheed Martin on July 19, 2018.

And it is in the official transcript.

I would like to thank SerialBrain2 at the Reddit Great Awakening subreddit; his article Now Comes the Pain 23 is how I found out that this event had happened.

Here’s What Happened

On July 19, 2018, President Trump hosted the Pledge to the American Workers Event. During this event, he signed an Executive Order (EO) promoting job training across industries.

At the signing of the EO, several heads of companies and industry organizations pledged to support the President’s efforts.

Each CEO or organization representative stood up one by one as the President greeted them. Each one spoke about specific numbers of jobs, career opportunities and/or apprenticeships they planned to add and contribute to the efforts by industry to support the American worker and American economy. After shaking hands, President Trump made personal comments to each participant.

She Makes a Plane You Can’t See

One of the executives present was Marilyn Hewson who is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation. The comments President Trump made to Chairman Hewson wowed me.

HEWSON:  Mr. President, on behalf of Lockheed Martin, I’m proud to say that today we pledge to provide career opportunities — new career opportunities for more than 8,000 employees over the next five years.  (Applause.)

THE PRESIDENT:  Thank you, Marillyn.  And you’ve done a fantastic job.  Thank you, Marillyn.  Hey, Fred, she makes a plane you can’t see; it’s stealth.  (Laughter.)  F-35.  I hope you can’t see it, at least.  Right?  Great job.  Thank you very much. [Fred is Fred Smith, Chairman, President and CEO of FedEx who had recently spoken about his company’s pledge.]

In the video of this event, Chairman Hewson cannot be fully seen after she sits down, as she is listening to President Trump speaking to her. However, in the video by Fox News at 26:20 you can see the back of her head appearing to actively nod up and down in agreement or affirmation as the President is speaking about ‘her plane’. This video is also embedded in this article, below, and for ease of viewing the embed starts at that time.

I have written many articles and taken many photographs of evidence of cloaked craft in our skies, and in these I have explained the evidence for the existence of such craft. Now we have confirmation that cloaking technology exists.

Which Plane ‘Can’t Be Seen’?

I want to address this question, for which I won’t be able to give a specific answer. But I feel that in the exercise of walking through this question, we will learn something.

What does it mean that a plane ‘can’t be seen’? Well, using stealth technology, a plane cannot be seen on radar. This video about the Northrop Grumman stealth B2 Bomber, linked to by SerialBrain2 in his Reddit/GreatAwakening article, explains how this stealth technology works.

Essentially, stealth means the plane is invisible to radar while flying, but can still be seen by the human eye while flying.

Is the F35 itself actually a stealth plane? Well, President Trump just said that the F35 is.

However, when he was talking, Trump looked at Fred Smith and said ‘she makes a plane YOU can’t see’ [emphasis added]. President Trump is saying that Fred cannot see the plane with his eyes.

If a plane cannot be seen with human eyes, then it is employing cloaking technology. ‘Cloaked’ means the plane or craft is invisible to the eyes while flying (and if it also employs stealth technology it may then also be invisible to radar).

Thus, I feel that that President Trump is talking about the existence of more advanced technology.

This is evident watching the video about the B2 Bomber.  The video Stealth – How Does it Work? (Northrop B-2 Spirit) was created by the YouTube channel Real Engineering. In it Real Engineering states:

“…the Nazis had created a very similar plane [to the B2 Bomber] back in 1944.” [But it was not ready for production before the war’s end.]

Do you really think that in 74 years and with billions or trillions of dollars, all the US defense industry has been able to do is recreate World War II Nazi stealth technology?

Thus, in my view, the plane that can’t be seen by you is a plane employing actual cloaking technology, rather than just stealth technology, and likely flies using much more advanced propulsion that your average airplane.

Discussing Evidence That Cloaked Craft Exist – An Interesting Story

Although we cannot see cloaked craft by definition, there may be signs that subvert the intent of this technology.

I actually had this discussion with a person who works with one of the relevant companies, and it was an amusing conversation. He knew that I take photographs of UFOs and sky phenomena. And he was teasing me that it would be pretty tough for me to take such photographs of the sky because I’m in the often foggy San Francisco Bay Area.

So I said to him something like: Actually it is easier than you think, because even though your craft have cloaking technology, it still leaves lines in the sky.

That’s when I got the raised eyebrow. Lol.

It is my view that some number of UFO experiences involve craft that are cloaked and that are made and created by human beings. Because the general population does not know we have this advanced technology, they experience these craft as UFO phenomena.

The featured photograph for this article is one of my photographs of a cloaked triangle plane or craft…or ‘UFO’. It is visible only through the triangle shape it makes in the sky, and the line it left in the thick cloud bank. I don’t know if it is the plane that President Trump is referring to. However, look at the shape of the triangle in this photograph. That does not look like the same shape as an F35. It looks like a different design.

For several reasons, I do feel that this photograph is an image of a triangle craft that is most likely US Air Force or Secret Space Program technology.

Most Metal UFOs are From Earth – The Drive to Create a US Space Force

On June 18, 2018, President Trump announced his desire to create a US Space Force, a sixth and distinct branch of the US military services, and assigned the task of spearheading this effort to General Joseph Dunford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

“We are going to have the Air Force and we are going to have the Space Force – separate but equal. It is going to be something – so important. 

General Dunford, if you would carry that assignment out I would be very greatly honored, also. Where’s General Dunford? (Right here.) General? (I got it.) Got it? (I got you.) Let’s go get it, General.

President Trump has clearly put focus and attention on the space efforts of the United States. Over his first 18 months in office, he has reactivated the National Space Council and made several mentions of space policy in his speeches, including in his inauguration speech:

“We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow.”

I feel it is important to look at the possibility of creating a US Space Force in the context of understanding that it is highly likely that an unacknowledged ‘Secret Space Program’ already exists. There is a US Space Command that does already exist within the US Air Force. Other evidence of one or more secret space programs, though, comes from whistleblower testimony and unofficial sources.

Implementing an Organizing Force Upon Known and Unknown Elements

In my view, the drive to create a US Space Force reflects the desire to implement an organizing force upon these known and unknown elements.  

Illustrating this intention, the President immediately after his speech signed a directive on this very theme: organizing, monitoring and managing space traffic in orbit. 

As always, besides national security President Trump’s focus is also always on the economy. The signed directive clearly expresses the desire to support the creation of companies and industries to assist in managing space traffic in orbit, and support for this expanding economic opportunity.

In a few moments I will sign a new directive to federal departments and agencies. They will work together with American industry to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management.

…Two previous administrations tried and failed to develop a system to deal with congested conditions in in orbit. We are finally going to get it done. It’s going to happen fast.

How is it Possible That There are Advanced and Exotic Technologies Unknown to the Public?

Are there advanced technologies and craft that are human made, from this planet? 

Let’s look at what we do know and at what we can determine is most likely based on the facts we have at hand about the state of technology today.

The Internet has been in operation for almost 50 years:

• The first permanent Internet (Arpanet) connection went live on November 21, 1969.
• Public access to Internet began in about the early to mid 1990s. 
• Internet companies started going public on the US stock market in 1999.

Look at the advances that civilian society has made since broad acceptance of the Internet by business and by the public began in about 1999 – only about 20 years ago.

• 3D printing of prosthetics, houses and food.
• Computers integrated into daily life, controlling basic home functions.
• Cars, trains and boats running on electricity, water, magnets, many other power sources.
• Quantum computing and artificial intelligence.

Now consider this: 

Advanced, elite and military sciences have had Internet technology for at least 50 years, and have had access to Nikola Tesla’s knowledge of advanced physics for at least 75 years. 

Based on these data points, I ask you, why wouldn’t advanced technologies and craft exist that are beyond our ability to imagine?

By the way, Nikola Tesla had built a tower for wireless transmission over 100 years ago, and shared his ideas and thinking with key industrialists and others of his day. The wireless transmission tower was intended by Tesla to send telephony, fax images, and other messages across the globe. 

President Trump May Be Very Aware of the Possibility and Existence of Advanced Technologies

Before we move on from this topic, it is important to address a key issue: 

President Trump may very well know that certain advanced technologies are possible and exist. 

In an uncanny coincidence, President Trump’s uncle was the man tasked with reviewing Nikola Tesla’s papers immediately after Tesla’s death. 

John G. Trump, a professor at MIT and a well known electrical engineer serving as a technical aide to the National Defense Resource Committee, was called in to analyze the Tesla items [which were obtained through the FBI’s order]…

John G. Trump was President Donald Trump’s uncle (see same Wikipedia articles).

Stunning. 

Where Most Metal UFOs Come From: Current and Existing Acknowledged and Unacknowledged Space and Technology Programs

There are many, many other researchers who have done great work revealing and discussing the possibilities and the existence of a Secret Space Program and that there may be several differing secret space programs.

There are many individuals who have done highly credible research that shows that UFOs exist and that there is reason to believe that secret space programs exist. 

The data and analysis about the potential state of advanced technologies today, is what I have to add to the broader conversation from a researching perspective.

I feel that the data I have presented above about the potential state of elite technology today is proof enough that it is highly likely that secret space forces exist in whatever form – through elite corporate programs and/or through elite military programs.

However, what I also have to add is detailed photographic evidence of cloaked UFOs in our skies. On my blog, SolarisModalis.com, I print photographs I have captured of both cloaked triangle craft and other strangely shaped craft in the sky that are not airplanes.  

I have a talent for photographing these objects, and I live near a major US city, San Francisco, where apparently they are quite active. I have photographed them out over the ocean, over the San Francisco bay and over the surrounding area. 

I say that they are cloaked because you cannot see a solid metal craft, but you can see significant evidence of craft in my photos. I have summarized the evidence I have observed:

Evidence of Secret Space Program UFOs in the Sky:

• Straight lines in clouded skies, 
• Triangle shaped holes in the sky, 
• Dark triangles up against the night sky in a lightening storm, 
• Shapes of craft clearly imprinted into cloud banks,
• Geometric patterns at the same location as the image of the craft imprinted into the cloud bank.
• Darkened ‘shadow clouds‘ in front of the sun where a cloaking field appears to catch the sunlight.
• The featured photograph shows a cloaking field illuminated by the sun; more photos at my blog.

What About True Galactic Pheonomena?

Some of these phenomena in the list above can also be caused by galactic UFOs such as the fast flying light orbs seen in many videos, including mine. For videos of UFOs and lightships check out this link: Videos of UFOs at Solaris Modalis.  In particular, galactic UFOs might make trails in clouds or holes in the cloud bank. 

In my experience, what I have found is that when galactic presences and/or UFOs leave this evidence in the sky, the galactic beings are consciously leaving trails and/or phenomena that can be seen by human beings as an intentional sign of their presence. 

These personal experiences are usually hope filled and inspiring. And  these messages are usually very individual, rather than reaching the mass population. This is a unique form of disclosure that, in my view, is increasing in occurrences.

However there are exceptions to this ‘personal interaction policy’ by galactic forces, such as the UFOs that appeared over Washington DC in 1952. That was a unique circumstance where the galactic forces were communicating to the American government in Washington DC, with the assistance of American George Van Tassel of Big Rock, California, to stop the testing of hydrogen weapons. Van Tassel received the message from the galactic forces ahead of time, including the exact date the UFO fleet would make an appearance, and as instructed informed various officials in key positions in the US government that the display would be occurring.

Key Points Supporting the Premise That Most Metallic UFOs Come From Earth

My view that most metallic UFOs are from Earth is based on the following view and is in the following context:

1) There is an existing and acknowledged space force (currently part of the US Air Force Space Command) and it is apparent that there are existing and unacknowledged secret space program(s) of some kind. 

2) These programs were developed in secret and develop and operate craft based on scientific and technological advances developed over the past 100 years. At some point, significant focus and intent was placed on development, most likely in the past 75 years.

3) Regular people around the world who see them perceive these craft as UFOs.

I know what you are thinking – but where are the aliens? It is possible that the origin of some technology of some metal UFOs may at one time have been extraterrestrial. Extraterrestrials may or may not also be involved, but if they are, it is my feeling that these programs are essentially ‘resident’ on Earth, mostly because it is Earth that is funding them.

Uncomfortable Key Questions About Space Programs and Secret Space Programs

Some important questions regarding ultimate ‘control’ of these programs at the highest levels are: 

Control:

• • Where is ultimate control of these programs resident? 
  • Is control resident at the highest levels of the US military and the elected US government? Are there secret space programs run by other entities upon this planet and if so are they friendly or not?
  • Do key policy makers and even the President have pertinent knowledge of these programs?

Origin:

• • Did we back engineer technology to create these craft or did we enter into an alliance with unknown forces? 
  • Did Americans take over agreements or align with agreements made by others going back to the era of pre-World War II Germany?
  • At some point in our history, were we forced into making ‘a deal we couldn’t refuse’? 

Influences:

• • Is/are these program(s) currently in full control of the US military? Are or were there other military forces involved?
  • Do entities representing ‘dark forces’ have control over any of these programs through the human energy field?  Have we encountered any such forces and if so are we able to identify them?
    • Are there extraterrestrial forces involved (that can operate through the human energy field and appear human)? Are there extraterrestrial forces involved that support humanity?
    • Are there demonic forces involved (Luciferian, archonic or other evil forces that can operate through the human energy field and appear human)? 

Agenda:

• • If advanced technologies and craft exist, why haven’t they helped the human population on Earth? Have these craft been required to be deployed to other activities for some reason? What is their overall purpose? How many sets of programs are there and are there multiple vectors of control? Have these craft been deployed for other unknown purposes?
  • Why are there still wars, poverty, hunger and strife? 

The Shift in Consciousness Facilities a Transition to Transparency

There is a key dynamic occurring on Earth that I feel backs a shift to transparency in the space programs and secret space programs.

In my view, and by basic principles of interdimensional physics, shifting human consciousness to a more awakened and aware state puts human beings out of the reach and control of harmful forces, be they extraterrestrial or demonic.

This shift in consciousness is evident by the overwhelming and significant decrease in violence on this planet – despite what you read in the evening news.

There is certainly a shift in consciousness occurring on the planet, and it is revealed by looking at the decrease in human deaths from war. This planet is moving away from a warlike state and towards a state of peacefulness. 

If you wish to learn more about these trends, I highly recommend looking at the work by Harvard psychologist Professor Steven Pinker:

Statistics on significantly decreased violence on Earth:

Pinker points out that during World War II, the human population lost 300 of every 100,000 people each year. During the Korean War deaths per 100,000 was in the 20s, before dropping into the teens during the Vietnam era. In the 1980s and 1990s, it fell into the single digits. 

For most of the 21st century the data have been below one war death per 100,000 people per year.

There has been an uptick globally as a result of the civil war in Syria, doubling from 0.5 per 100,000 to 1 [as of 2014]. But Pinker says “you can’t compare 1 death per 100,000 with 15, or 25, or 300.” 

Everywhere else in the world [besides Syria], the stats are still trending downward. ~

Certain UFOs and extraterrestrials that could engage with Earth when human beings were in a denser state of being – a state of war like behavior for example, would not be able to enter our atmosphere and appear on our planet if there was a shift in frequency, due to a shift in consciousness of humanity.

This may be a key driver behind momentum to take aspects of any secret space programs back in from the fold.  If there have been negative extraterrestrial and/or demonic influences in whatever way at top levels of these programs, these sorts of entities would not be able to tolerate a frequency environment of peace. 

The same is the case for negative entities – be they extraterrestrial or demonic – who have been able to take control of the human energy field and act through human beings. These entities then appear human but are far from it. 

Examples of Negative Entities Posing as Human

I describe meeting one of these beings in my article, An Interesting Story. In this meeting the human being I was looking at altered his eyes and they became large and green with slits going down the middle, rather than a round pupil. When I did not react in fear, the person said: “I just showed you who I really am, did you see this?” 

This is not the only time I have come across this kind of being but it certainly was striking.

In another meeting an incorrigible and individual came to my vendor table at a conference and started speaking to an image I had in my mind – without prior discussion. That interesting story of meeting a person who appeared human but was mostly likely ‘inhabited’ by another entity is here. 

A peaceful environment on this planet would be highly amenable to human beings – over beings of low intentions.

An Important Statement and Corroboration by President Trump

The fact that there is a some kind of key shift in overall control of our space capabilities and forces, and the only clear evidence we have for it at the highest level, is the following statement made by President Trump in his address to the National Space Council:

Once more we will proudly lead humanity – and that’s what it is, it’s humanity – beyond the Earth and then to those forbidden skies but they will not be forbidden for long.

In addition, perhaps there has been a space war of some sort, or restrictions upon our planet of some sort, that have prevented us from venturing very far beyond our atmosphere – possibly because of who had ultimate control of this planet for some period of time. And perhaps that control has now broken, and is ending. 

The evidence that there has been some kind of war in the skies of craft of unusual capabilities is the consistent dropping from the sky and explosions of strange and never-seen-before volumes of ‘meteors’ fantastically exploding mid-flight in the atmosphere.

President Trump appears to be acknowledging that he is aware of this activity and history, and that conditions are in the process of shifting. 

Q.E.D: What We Have Demonstrated

There is quite a lot to ponder here, but in my view there is much that is hopeful.

It feels like times are changing, and some large number of questions may drop away if it turns out the secret space programs are able to be largely ‘brought back into the fold’ and/or are supporting Earth and humanity. Would it be nice to have transparency in hindsight? Certainly.

Certainly this discussion and actions in this territory have the ability to turn the tide and the course of human events, and for planet Earth.

I have tried to present in this article, a story to tie together information and data that appears disparate but in my view has a common thread and motive flowing through it all.  The common thread for all of us, ultimately, is freedom and prosperity for our people and freedom and prosperity for humanity.

Establishing a Space Force is a tremendous endeavor, one that ties together many thematic trends that could create vast potential opportunities. Let’s hope it benefits us in the highest good of all.

President Trump US Space Force Announcement

On Monday June 18, 2018, at the third meeting of the National Space Council at the White House, President Donald Trump announced and gave a speech establishing a new branch of United States military services, a six branch called Space Force.

Space Policy is Important to the Trump Administration

Space is obviously a key focus for the Trump administration, as announcements have come consistently since he has been in office about space policy.

The most visible step taken has been the reactivation of the National Space Council by President Trump almost a year ago on June 30, 2017. This Council had been de-activated by the first President Bush. Links to information on the first two meetings of the National Space Council are below.

US Space Force: Announcement Summary 

The United States already has a major command under the US Air Force officially titled Air Force Space Command (see Wikipedia article here) or the US Space Command. 

In his speech, President Trump stated: 

“Very importantly, I am hereby directing the Department of Defense and Pentagon to immediately begin the process necessary to establish a Space Force as the sixth branch of the armed forces.

That’s a big statement.”

Thus, it appears that the Space Command will now be elevated to equal footing as a military branch, the US Space Force. How this occurs in detail may be part of future announcements. 

During the speech, he asked General Joseph Dunford, a US Marine Corps General and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to take on this assignment.

“We are going to have the Air Force and we are going to have the Space Force – separate but equal. It is going to be something – so important. 

General Dunford, if you would carry that assignment out I would be very greatly honored, also. Where’s General Dunford? (Right here.) General? (I got it.) Got it? (I got you.) Let’s go get it, General.

But that’s the importance that we give it. We’re going to have the Space Force.”

Interestingly, the key mechanism that President Trump put into place immediately after making this announcement was to implement a new directive on managing traffic in orbit of this planet. 

“In a few moments I will sign a new directive to federal departments and agencies. They will work together with American industry to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management. But don’t let it get to out control, please [the level of regulations]. 

….Two previous administrations tried and failed to develop a system to deal with congested conditions in in orbit. We are finally going to get it done. It’s going to happen fast.”

This seems like a key step in achieving the dominance he is talking about – know everything that is up there, and where it is. And, knowing what is coming and going in our atmosphere.

“Welcome to the third meeting of the National Space Council.  I want to begin by recognizing our great vice president Mike Pence who has been so involved. And Mike I want to thank you for the incredible commitment to American leadership in space. 

I also want to thank Secretary Wilbur Ross (Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Louis Ross Jr.), Secretary Elaine Chao (Secretary of Transportation Elaine Lan Chao), Director Mulvaney (Director of Office of Management and Budget Mick Mulvaney), Director Coats (Director of National Intelligence Daniel Ray Coats), Administrator Bridenstine (Jim Bridenstine NASA Administrator).”

Regarding Bridenstine Trump joked “Congratulations, you better do a good job or I’ll say you’re fired in two minutes! You have a lot of support and you’ve loved this right from the beginning.”Administrator Bridenstine said “Yes, Sir!”. Trump continued, “He was in Congress, he did an awfully good job but this was his love.” Bridenstine responded “Yes, sir.” Trump continued, “Good luck!”

We’re honored to be joined by Congressman Robert Aderholt, Congressman Brian Babin, and Dana Rohrabacher – stand up congressmen, please. Thank you.

And a special welcome to a strong, powerful, wonderful woman, who does a great job as Governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey. (Am I doing okay in Alabama? I better be doing okay in Alabama – we love Alabama!)

I also want to recognize three true American heroes: 

– The first woman to command a space shuttle, the great Eileen Collins – stand up Eileen, great job! It’s a lot of time in space. 

– Along with legendary Apollo astronauts Jack Schmitt and Buzz Aldrin. Buzz has been a friend of mine for a long time. Jack, thank you very much. Thank you!! Great.

And I also have a list of some of the CEO’s and Charimen of some of these incredible companies: 

– Wes Bush, CEO of Northrop (Northrop Grumman), thank you very much. 

– Gwynne Shotwell (President and Chief Operating Officer at SpaceX), stand up Gwen – she’ll end up running for office soon. 

– Bob Smith (CEO of Blue Origin) – thank you Bob I hear you’re doing a great job.

– President and CEO United Launch Alliance – that’s a combination of Boeing and Lockheed on the space launch system SLS – I don’t like when Boeing and Lockheed get together because the pricing goes up, but that’s okay in this case. I don’t know I don’t love that stuff, we’re going to have to talk about that you joining those two companies. Look at Denis, Dennis is so happy (Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg) – I don’t like that stuff, Mike (laughter from the audience). 

– Marillyn Hewson (Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation) who has done a fantastic job at Lockheed Martin. Marilyn, what do you think of that merger for the space launch – oh look at them, they are sitting together no wonder we don’t get the pricing we want! (Laughter from audience.) 

– Dennis Muilenburg, a friend of mine, a great guy and the head of Boeing and boy have you done a great job on all fronts – commercial, military, both of you (Marilyn Hewson) what a job you have both done – stay apart, don’t get together, stay apart! (joking). 

– And you’re just a great group of other executives are here from the top companies.

And it’s patriots like you that are the reason why America was first in flight, first to the moon and why America will always be first in space. You know before I got here, it wasn’t looking so good!

Before we came in, I will tell you, they didn’t have such big plans for space – now they have plans.  And it’s great, not only in terms of jobs and everything else is great for the psyche of our country. 

This morning it came out that small business is the most optimistic it’s ever been in the history of our country – that’s pretty good. Now I don’t know if they go back to 1776, I don’t know if they go back to, you know, areas of a little bit earlier, slightly like by a hundred years or two hundred years, but I will tell you, I have never seen optimism like we have right now. So it’s very exciting time. 

I want to also say that when it comes to space too often for too many years our dreams of exploration and discovery were, really squandered by politics and bureaucracy – and we knocked that out. So important for our psyche, what you’re doing. 

It’s going to be important monetarily and militarily, but so important for right up here (pointing to his head), the psyche. We don’t want China and Russia and other countries leading us. We’ve always lead. We’ve gone way far afield for decades now having to do with our subject today. We’re going to be the leader, by far. We are behind you, a thousand percent. 

America’s vital interests in space lost out to special interests in Washington. Except of course for the senators and congressmen here. They would never do it – right, Dana? But all of that is changing – we know that. 

My administration is reclaiming America’s heritage as the world’s greatest space-faring nation. The essence of the American character is to explore new horizons and to tame new frontiers. But our destiny beyond the Earth is not only a matter of national identity but a matter of national security – so important for our military – so important, and people don’t talk about it.

When it comes to defending America it is not enough to merely have an American presence in space, we must have American dominance in space – so important.

Very importantly, I am hereby directing the Department of Defense and Pentagon to immediately begin the process necessary to establish a Space Force as the sixth branch of the armed forces. That’s a big statement. 

We are going to have the Air Force and we are going to have the Space Force – separate but equal. It is going to be something – so important. General Dunford, if you would carry that assignment out I would be very greatly honored, also. Where’s General Dunford? (Right here.) General? (I got it.) Got it? (I got you.) Let’s go get it, General.

But that’s the importance that we give it. We’re going to have the Space Force. 

One year ago, I revived the National Space Council and put exactly the right man in charge and that’s our friend, Mike Pence – feels very strongly about this. And in December I signed a historic directive that will return Americans to the Moon for the first time since 1972 – if you can believe that.

Always remember, it’s about that but it’s also about jobs and the economy this is a great thing we’re doing. This time we will do more than plant our flag and leave our footprints, we will establish a long term presence, expand our economy, and build the foundation for an eventual mission to Mars which is actually going to happen very quickly.

And you know I’ve always said that rich guys seem to like rockets. So all of those rich guys that are dying for our real estate to launch their rockets, we won’t charge you too much. Just go ahead. If you beat us to Mars we’ll be very happy and you’ll be even more famous. 

But they do like – explain that – where’s Eric – they do like rockets for some reason, huh? They like those rockets. But you know what? If – If – As long as he’s – it – as long as it’s an American rich person that’s good, okay? They can beat us. 

We’ll save a little money and they can beat us and we’re taking full credit for it, don’t worry about it.

But we’ll be setting aggressive timelines, challenging old ways of doing business, and we will be expecting real results. And we are making our incredible facilities – okay – available to these people that have been doing so incredibly by themselves on rocketry. So you’re invited, the rent won’t be high.

I am instructing my administration to embrace the budding commercial space industry. 

We are modernizing out-of-date space regulations. They are way out of date! They haven’t been changed in many, many years. And today we’re taking one more step to unleash the power of American ingenuity. 

In a few moments I will sign a new directive to federal departments and agencies. They will work together with American industry to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management. But don’t let it get to out control, please [the level of regulations]. 

We know about what’s going on with a lot of other rules and regulations. By the way we’ve set the all-time record in [the] history of this country in cutting regulation. So when I hear about that I get a little bit tenuous. Be careful, don’t get too carried away. 

But we have, we’ve cut more regulations than any administration. Whether it’s four years, eight years or 16 years in one case, we’ve got more regulations than any other president in history. A And I actually think that along with the massive tax cuts, I think that the regulation cutting may have even had more of an impact on the economy. It’s been incredible. We have regulation. We have a lot of regulation. We have good regulation. But, you don’t need 20 years to get rejected from building a highway. We can reject you in two years or one year. We have it down from 17 years, down to two. We expect to get it down to one. And if it’s not good, we’re going to reject but it’s going to be a fast rejection. You’re not going to go an entire lifetime only to find it’s not going to be built. 

Two previous administrations tried and failed to develop a system to deal with congested conditions in in orbit. We are finally going to get it done. It’s going to happen fast. One year from now our nation will mark an important milestone in human history: Half a century since Americans first stepped off the Eagle and onto the moon. That was a big – that was a big day, right? In that magnificent moment, the American astronaut embodied the incredible spirit of America: the confidence of a cowboy, the skill of a fighter pilot, the ambition of a scientist and the courage of a true, true brilliant tough warrior.  

They bounded fearlessly into the unknown to be there first. They did the impossible because they knew that together there is absolutely nothing Americans can’t do. When we get together there’s nobody even close.  

Now, we are ready to begin the next great chapter of American space exploration. This is a very important day, this is a very important gathering. 

A new generation of young people seeks to challenge. Really, challenge hard to get their talent and their skill to work. And now we’ve giving them a forum and a platform from which they can put that genius to work. 

Legions of welders and metalworkers, scientists and engineers, stand ready to build a powerful new rocket and gleaming new spaceships and that goes with all of the other things we’re building in our country. Our nation of pioneers still dreams to conquer the unknown. 

Because, we are Americans and the future belongs totally to us. Once more we will launch intrepid souls blazing through the sky and soaring into the heavens. Once more we will summon the American spirit to tame the next, great, American frontier. And once more we will probably lead humanity – and that’s what it is, it’s humanity – beyond the Earth and then to those forbidden skies but they will not be forbidden for long. 

You’re very important people. You have a great, great contribution. What you’re doing has been incredible but it will be even more incredible. Far more incredible, because we are giving you a platform the likes of which nobody has ever been given before. I am a big believer. You will go out there and you will take that frontier, which is largely unknown by man or woman. And you will learn everything there is to know about it. And what you’re doing is so important. 

Remember: Economically, militarily, scientifically, in every way, there’s no place like space. Good luck General Dunford and the Joint Chiefs, I want to wish you a lot of luck with Space Force. But that shows how important it is. Congratulations on your tremendous success. But you’re going to have far more success right now. Thank you very much, thank you.”

Possibly this is because main stream media would be more interested in his near term comments on immigration at the beginning of his speech.
