Communications with higher dimensional beings, and with galactic visitors, comes through something like an impulse. It takes some time to understand and learn the subtleties of this kind of communication.

Its about communicating using your human energy field, by understanding how to level up the energy of the field. In other words, how to shift dimensionally to a state where you can receive such communications.

This dimensional state is fifth dimensional, a state of wholeness whereby there is no duality, but there is a connection by your human self with your own inner divinity. From this state I can perceive duality, but I don’t have to live it – I am ‘in the world but not of it’.

Connection With Your Own Divine Source is Key to These Communications

This inner divinity and the quality of it’s energy assists you in leveling up the frequency of your energy field, because in truth it is who you are.

The learning is about trusting yourself. And the training is about getting clear inside of yourself, specifically too clearing the human energy field of energies that are not in your highest good. This develops an inner clarity from which you can receive and perceive the impulses.

If you are a starseed, a person with a connection to the stars, to galactic civilizations, or with memories of lifetimes in the stars, these concepts may come easier to you, because you may remember doing these techniques, before.

Communications Field to Field

This kind of communication isn’t hackable by any human technologies. It’s not reachable by mind control apparatus. It’s a pure way of communicating, essentially, field to field. There is no invasion of the field. Rather the energy presents at your field and you can make a conscious choice whether or not to engage with it.

By your free will choice you can decide to receive the communications, or you can decide not to. When we are actively consciously engaging from our inner divine source as a human being, this assists us in setting a parameter that these communications will be in my highest good. If we are all one, what is in my highest good will be in the highest good of all.

Only the field that receives the impulse can recognize the message. One has to be resonant frequentially to know that the communication is going on at all…

…unless you are standing laughing out loud at the antics of moving stars as I was last night. There’s a clue there, lol, because I could be seen visually communicating with the stars. Because I was laughing!

Hacking by Telepathy

This is different than mental telepathy, which can be hacked by human technological equipment and likely will be hackable by AI (artificial intelligence) if it isn’t already. This is a key reason why I do not practice telepathy, and I decline entreaties done with telepathy.

Hacking can also attempt to enter the mind and hack it. The rider wave is the telepathy. If you are practicing telepathy, at the best, the true intent of the signal approaching you is to play around with an interesting phenomena. At worst, the true intent of the signal approaching you is to hack the mind. I highly recommend setting up clear energy parameters about what you are doing and how you are doing it.

If you really want to learn non-physical communication, in my view it’s worth the time and effort to determine the difference between telepathy and communicating with light packets; information that are light based and which are sent in a way that makes them feel somewhat like impulses by the human energy field.

Some people just want to learn telepathy and that’s fine. If you practice this, you will learn there is a quality of frequency you are engaging with doing telepathy based on who you are communicating with. If another quality comes in, simply assert your free will choice not to engage and say no if that is your choice to do so. By the laws of physics of energy, and by divine law, the rider frequency cannot continue to invade your energy field, although it may try to convince you otherwise.

The key here is your knowing of your own energetic human personal sovereignty. You have a birthright to this as the incarnation of your Divine Soul. You operate the temple of your Soul, the human body and it’s human energy field, and as your Soul’s representative. You can assert divinely backed authority over the territory of your Soul, the human body and the human energy field.

Dark to Light: Keys to Freedom

This is a key reason why I’ve begun my Dark to Light series on Solaris Modalis. Becoming aware of the forces of dark and light and how they effect us as human beings, how we can take back our own personal energy sovereignty, and how we can manage our own personal energy and human energy field, are key to freedom for humanity.

Clarity Within Facilitates Interactions and Communication

One may wonder why I’ve been writing about an essentially spiritual topic on this blog. But getting clarity within, and understanding how to manage your own energy, be this your thoughts, emotions, feelings, and so on, is key to having higher level galactic communications, or having communications with higher dimensional beings or interdimensional beings. In my opinion, key to making contact.

Would You Invite a Galactic Visitor Over to Socialize?

I was inspired to this understanding after thinking about what it would be like to meet a galactic being or a group of these visitors; to meet with them and even invite them over for social drinks or even for dinner!

In general, these sorts of beings are basically telepathic. They are at least energetically sensitive. I know this from my memories of many other lifetimes.

One of the issues I experienced at this time, years ago, was a racing mind. I couldn’t stop my thoughts or control my thinking, and my mind would zoom this way and that constantly. This included thinking about what I thought about a particular person and random assessments and judgements about them.

As I pondered the issue of meeting a telepathic being while having this quality of loud and haphazard thinking, lol, the issue that I had a lack of control over my own self became clear.

To effectively communicate in this hypothetical scenario, it seemed that I would need to have a clear field and a clear mind. Otherwise, I’d be sharing a soup of thoughts and information, rather than effective communications.

Learning to Quiet the Emotions and the Mind

Around this time, I became aware that I was living 10 minutes from one of the original three centers of meditation and Buddhism established when these concepts were purposely brought to the United States decades ago. I went to several general teaching sessions and learned the basic concepts.

Over a time of dedicated practice, I trained myself to actually quiet both my emotions and my mind. I combined my knowledge of energy work with information I was learning about the human energy field and quantum mechanics.

I learned to shift my dimensional state of awareness. If one’s awareness is focused in a polarized point in the duality of the third dimension, it’s pretty challenging to quiet your mind.

Shifting to Zero Point

When your focus shifts to what I term zero point, in my view a natural state of being for us as humans, one can operate the mind from a higher state of awareness. In this state, constant thoughts and roiling emotions are not compatible.

It’s like this: It’s like you tuck your thinking mind in to a cozy bedtime, sing it a beautiful calming lullaby, and allow it to rest while you stay present and aware in a state of observation and knowing. The mind can actually rest and quiet in this state because it feels safe with you.

At the same time, at zero point, you can feel your emotions, but they do not take hold of you. You feel and acknowledge them, transmute them, and carry on. This feels a lot like holding a ball of love around yourself that loves you, and it is you who is both the lover and the holder of this energy.

At zero point, you’re aware of everything your attention is on, in a state of love for yourself no matter what happens.

From within this state, perceiving impulses of the sort mentioned above, is not just possible, it feels like a natural form of communications.

It’s a form of communications based in love and joy, and in honoring and respect for the sovereignty of yourself as a powerful and divinely incarnated Human Being.

UFO Viewing Experiences and the Telepathic or Intuitive Link to UFO Occupants

I’d like to share two key observations with you:

1) There appears to be a telepathic or intuitive link between the viewer and viewee, where depending on the type of craft, the UFO seems to respond or know that it has been noticed, and

2) Craft respond differently to being seen depending on whether they are secret space program type craft or whether they are glowy translucent fast moving type UFOs.

Who is in the Craft? Who is Sharing a Telepathic Link or Intuitive Knowing of Our Presence?

It’s my hypothesis that at this time, metal craft are most likely from secret space programs. And the glowy translucent fast moving type UFOs are most likely interdimensional beings, galactic beings or extraterrestrials.

Interdimensional or higher dimensional lightship; Galactic UFO.

UFO Phenomena That Seem to Have Interdimensional Beings, Galactic Beings, or Extraterrestrial Beings Aboard

I have talked with other UFO experiencers about this aspect of seeing a UFO: the ‘quickness’ of the phenomena. A common theme is that there is an experience, and then suddenly – the craft is just gone, it disappears. It’s like there is a connection between the viewer and viewee, and the UFO knows that it has been noticed. It stays for a moment, and then it is gone. This is highly advanced technology with the ability to move at incredible speeds.

I feel that there is a telepathic or intuitive connection with the human person viewing the craft, and the intelligence aboard the UFO. This may be galactic beings, interdimensional beings, or extraterrestrial beings who ‘create’ the viewing  phenomena by appearing.

They seem to know when you’ve seen them – they can sense when they are seen. Or, they have technological sensors that can detect a human mind’s energy and intent focused upon their presence.

Sometimes there is a personal connection between the human being and the UFO in some way. Perhaps the person is in a lineage that has had experiences over generations, or perhaps those in the UFO are ‘star family’.  Star family are extraterrestrial beings with whom you have had a past life connection, or that you may have agreed to assist in some way through your own presence and life on Earth.  In these cases, the telepathic or intuitive link can be strong.

UFO Phenomena that Appear to Be Secret Space Program Craft

I feel that it is possible that human intuitives aboard craft that appear to be from secret space programs may have this ability as well. I feel this because I had a talk with someone who had the experience of sensing an intuitive connection from within a craft that seemed to be from a secret space program.

Rectangle UFO – I believe this craft is evidence of a secret space program.

When it comes to UFOs that appear to also be secret space program craft, these vehicles seem to linger. Their reaction time to being ‘seen’ or spotted is much longer, perhaps long minutes rather than seconds, if there is a reaction to being seen and perceived, at all. I have heard one case of testimony of this occurring.

In my experience photographing sky phenomena that are evidence of secret space programs, what I find is that it is less likely that the craft will respond to my presence. (Unless it shows up over my driveway, lol.)

Eventually a phenomenon will fade into the clouds, cloud patterns shift to hid it, or the phenomenon simply disappears.

If I am photographing the phenomenon, often I simply have something else to do and I go on my way after a minute or two and don’t see it fade away.

These phenomena that seem to be advanced technology from Earth do not react to human presence in quite the same way, or at all, whereas interdimensional – galactic – extraterrestrial UFO presences do seem to react to being viewed, and to have an ability to connect in some way with the human experiencer.

This is a key feature that distinguishes these two types of UFOs, to me.

In this photograph we will discuss shifting dimensional energies and explain how higher dimensional lightships present in our skies.

Some readers may wonder:  Where is the UFO? Where is the lightship in this photograph?

In this article, I am going to show you what I see by adjusting the lighting in this photograph to ‘pop’ the lightship hiding in these cloud patterns.

Cloaking Through Its Dimensional State

The lightship in this photograph is hidden in the cloud formation. That is; the entire cloud formation present is not the lightship.

The pointed triangle aspect to the right in the photograph is like a visible homing beacon, reaching out to a point in space (in our skies) that the lightship arrives at through intention.

The thick cloud in the middle is where we will find the lightship, hiding.

The patterned parts of the cloud bank at the top and to the left of the large white center represent energy movement of the lightship through the dimensions, and a trail of higher dimensional energies left in it’s wake.

Thus, in it’s arrival, the lightship is cloaked and in it’s presentation, there is a sort of cloaking happening.

But it is only partly intentional. Some of what is going on here, is that our eyes do not recognize the signs of what is occurring, because this is a new concept for our minds.

Primarily, I feel, this ‘stretched out’ cloud bank is the after effect of this lightship vessel shifting from one environment to another. It has shifted from a higher dimensional state to a more ‘compressed’ dimensional state where it is able to appear in and be present in our sky, by effecting the materials (water vapors, cloud layer) in the atmosphere.

Higher Dimensional ‘Ripples’ in the Sky

I have been discussing this photograph of a higher dimensional lightship ‘UFO’ in a couple of recent videos.  These include: Galactic Starships: Who and What is Inside? and The Difference in Physics: UFO, Galactic, Lightship, Human.

One of the ways these frequencies appear in the sky is as wavy and intricate patterns present in the cloud bank, such as you see on the left side of the cloud in this photograph.

It is my view that these rippling effects are the visible markers of higher dimensional energies present in our skies. These ‘ripples’ and intricate patternings are the marker of the presence of these energies.

Where is the Lightship?

In the next two photographs, you will be able to contrast the original photograph with the photograph with lighting edits. These are the exact same photograph. The only difference is that on the second photograph I have adjusted some elements of lighting (exposure, contrast, temperature and so on) to ‘pop’ the image that I can see with my trained eye, and that I can feel with my intuition and knowing.

With the lighting edits, above, you can see that the lightship has a typical lenticular type, saucer type presentation.

Noting the Shift in Dimensional State

You can see that a wake or trail is left in the sky in the strange shapes of the clouds as the lightship enters our reality.

There are actually potentially two lightships in this photo, and possibly one more at the bottom of the cloud structure but slightly out of sight and not close enough for us to recognize it.

Essentially this entire structure is working together, all of the ‘points of light’ or lenticular formations, moving as one as they settle into our reality.

It is a dimensional state that we can see with our eyes through appearance in the clouds, and this is intentional. These beings wish to make their presence known in a ‘soft’ way that allows them to connect with humanity.

A Second Example of a Similar Lightship Presentation in Our Skies

I’d like to show you another similar example of this sky phenomenon.

The next photograph is from a video I did titled Scanning the Sky: Transmuting Chemtrails, Secret Space Program Cloaked, Lightships, Higher Dimensional Frequencies.  The sky in this photograph has a similar lenticular lightship present.

Who Are the Starseeds?

Starseeds are human beings who feel a connection with the stars and who are focused on raising human consciousness and-or assisting humanity.

In addition, this group often has memories of lifetimes in other places; in the stars, on other planets, traveling on ships, being angels.

The backgrounds of starseeds are varied, reflecting the many possibilities of where they originated.

Characteristics of Starseed Origins:

• Sometimes the person directly remembers coming from another galactic culture.
• Sometimes the person has past life memories of life among the stars.
• Sometimes the person was incarnated on Earth during times when human beings had relationships with extraterrestrial races and interacted with those ETs, or was one of them.
• Sometimes the person has a connection with their angelic or celestial self; some galactics have a frequency that is very similar to these.
• Sometimes the person has a connection with fairy or elemental or Gaia energy.
• Sometimes the person is very close with their memories of Lemuria or Atlantis.

(I include these last two, because these incarnations were from such a different time in Gaia’s history; so much so that it was almost like another planet and culture from what it is now.)

If the starseed has galactic memories, or ancient Earth memories, this person may require quite a bit of self healing before or during shifting into their primary mission. This is because some galactic memories were traumatic as a result of wars or mistreatment of one culture by another.

On the other hand, the starseed may have come from peaceful galactic lifetimes to this place and are ready to share what they have to offer, and may feel out of place in this world because it is so different than the experience they have come from.

The Starseed Mission

Starseeds tend to feel a sense of mission and purpose. They may or may not know the specific details of the mission, or of their purpose. But it will usually be focused on assisting human beings to expand their consciousness.  There may be feelings that are indicators of this sort of mission.

Indicators of Your Starseed Mission:

• Feeling that life could be different.
• Feeling that society’s structures could be more fair.
• Faith that there is another way to do things.
• A knowing that new ways of living and of being are coming.
• Knowing and bringing special tool sets and understanding.
• Living life while consciously transmitting certain frequencies such as the knowing that ‘you are worthy’, or (for example) the knowing that ‘love is the most important energy of all’ out to the world around them.

Starseeds are Light Workers and Energy Workers

Many of the star seeds are intuitive, energy sensitive, and are assisting with ascension – the expansion of consciousness and awareness of humanity.  Many are also ‘light workers’, or energy workers.

What does this mean?  It means that this group feels, sees and experiences ‘energy’ in a way that is similar to what human beings have typically experienced through their ‘sixth sense’. It’s just that because this group is starseeds, or, close to their past lifetimes and origins in the stars or in extraterrestrial races, they are a bit more practiced at it.

I am in this ‘group’, if you couldn’t tell that already, lol. Many of my friends and acquaintances are and have been in this group of people, also.  I’m science-y but I’m intuitive, I do energy work as I’m guided, and I generally pay attention to what is mine to do.

The light worker – energy worker type people that I have met and known, also cross into the UFO field. I wrote about this in the article – Meet Us at the Intersection of UFO and Spirit.

Having Galactic Experiences

It’s just that this group – starseeds – is having galactic experiences – they are being contacted by higher dimensional beings, galactic beings, interdimensional beings and angelic or celestial beings.

The starseeds are interacting with these beings while in human form on the human physical and energy planes.

If they are working with or in contact with extraterrestrials from ET races that have been considered ‘negative ETs’ on Earth, then they are usually working with the ascended (future) incarnations of these extraterrestrials, or they are working with the current incarnations of these extraterrestrials who have consciously chosen the path of ascension (expanding consciousness).

Building Energetic Pathways

This group is also building energy pathways to the higher dimensions with the galactic and celestial beings, and with other human beings, testing and trying and retrying how these interactions work, within the human body and within the human energy bodies, as they expand their own consciousness and awareness, testing how the human physical form is effected by higher frequency energies, how it shifts and what support the body and energy bodies require.

In my view, this process creates energetic templates that other human beings who are expanding their consciousness can follow.  That others have come before make this easier.

I view this energetic process and contribution as similar to what is my personal impression of what monks in Asia did over lifetimes. It is my view that experienced monks used meditation practices to carve similar energetic pathways and to hold a frequency to these pathways for humanity, over time and through the dark days of Earth’s history.

Getting Personal: Starseed Feelings and Intuitive Hits

Starseeds tend to be spiritual. Many are on a path to embody their highest incarnation of self – that’s how I’d put it.  They are focused on expanding their own consciousness and as a result, often model this for others, and for each other, too.

Starseeds can tend to feel a bit lonely and isolated as well. That’s why it’s good to have places, online or otherwise, and people to share your special experiences with, and to encourage each other.

What I’ve found is that starseeds often will recognize each other, sometimes quite quickly, usually because of resonant energy structures and fields.

And we recognize the feel, the energy of certain people and places.

If you are a starseed, welcome to this little corner of the galaxy; a place where I hope you may feel at home. I invite you to grab a cup of coffee, pull up an article, and take a rest for a bit as you remember and connect with inspiration that may remind you of what you love.

It is busy work, building the ‘new’.

I’d like to write a bit about the categories of human beings on the planet now, who have had extraterrestrial past lifetimes.

When I’m done, I’ll create a summary of the differing sorts of extraterrestrial and galactic beings that are here and I will describe their missions.

In some cases, you may be more than one type of being, and you may be completing more than one type of mission.

In some cases, there is a primary experience that deeply colors your current lifetime, and is also crucial to who you are as a human being.

Healing From Trauma You Experienced As an Extraterrestrial Being

Today, I’d like to write about healing traumatic times from the past, and about the human beings who were once extraterrestrials, and who came here to Earth to heal memories and experiences from these times.

Listening to friends and clients, remembering my own experiences, and doing healing work both personally and with friends and clients, I have created four categories that I see as key themes for human beings who lived extraterrestrial experiences during galactic wars and traumatic times.

After the discussion of each key theme, there are specific examples of healing extraterrestrial past lives in that category.

Many extraterrestrial beings have come to Earth to heal memories and experiences of wars.

This includes both the victims of warlike behavior, and the perpetrators of various wars.  Once here in human form, these experiences can either be re-enacted, with differing outcomes, or they can be healed by doing the self-reflective work of spiritual healing.

As understanding has spread through the galaxy over eons, and as the consciousness of beings has raised up, peace has spread through the galaxy.

Incarnating on Earth as a human being has been a part of the peace process and healing process.  Yes, incarnating into a human body can be that important to healing in the rest of the galaxy.

Example: In the same day, I had a client representing an ancient Annunaki, and a client from an ancient non-human race that had been oppressed by such beings.  That was interesting.

The client that was an extraterrestrial that had been oppressed needed to release the energies of oppression, to be free of the old paradigm of oppression still lingering in their energy field, so that they could move on, fresh, with their human life, now.  I did this energetic grid work with this person, including assistance grounding the energies of their current human body into the heart of Gaia (Earth).

Proper grounding, and clearing of the energy field, after acknowledgement of what happened in the past, and releasing these pent up emotions, supports creation of the new by a human being who desires to move forward from these old woundings.

The client through which an eons old Annunaki transmitted, was presenting an extraterrestrial being that had been an oppressor, and came to learn from me.  To put it in human terms, this being has “been there, done that”, in the galaxy.  What it felt like to me is both that it was bored or complete with the old paradigm of dense 3D and 4D (the third and fourth dimensions), and that it had come to the realization that there was something else out there – something new to create and explore.  And so, this being was requesting understanding of how to move into a new pathway.  Yes, you guessed it.  The pathway of the heart.

I have found this in many extraterrestrials from races that have been oppressors of human beings on Earth, including the reptilians and the grey.  There are significant numbers of these races who have incarnated and are working on raising the consciousness of their own race.  Many times they are working together as groups, and with the assistance of human beings who in past lives were extraterrestrials of their races.

Human beings who were extraterrestrials, have feelings and memories from their experiences, that are deepened by incarnating as a human being. 

Human beings have a breadth of emotional capacity that is both deep and broad.

There are those who say that the range and breadth of emotional capacity of the human being on Earth is at it’s height in this galaxy.

Thus, coming to Earth and incarnating in a human body affords a Soul the unique experience of remembering it’s past experiences and then experiencing how the human self feels about these in a deeply emotional way.

I’m using Soul here to describe the essence of who we are – our source energy that incarnates into one form, and then into another.  Please use the word that best describes your understanding of this energy as you are reading, if you desire.

The range of emotions felt tends to surprise the extraterrestrial incarnated in a human body.  As a human being, you don’t necessarily understand where these feelings are coming from, although you may have a deep knowing about it – an understanding that defies words or most human explanations.

This is because as an extraterrestrial with a different physiology, your spirit did not have the capacity for feeling this way.  In this other physiology, your spirit likely did not even know that these emotions about the event were even possible.

Example:  Working with a client, healing a past lifetime as an extraterrestrial being, where a battle occurred between two different galactic species, I was able to explain the cultural differences that had led to the traumatic outcome, and that were relevant to the current human lifetime.  One of the races was Reptilian.  The other was a type of Dragon extraterrestrial.  Both races had advanced technologies and could travel between the stars.

The Reptilian group was experimenting genetically with another species, under false pretenses.  (Yes, it is not only on Earth that this has happened.)  When their activities were discovered, a huge battle ensued, as the race whose DNA was being appropriated, the Dragon extraterrestrials, valued family above all else, and thus this experimentation was completely unacceptable to them.  The Reptilian outpost and colony where this testing was being accomplished was entirely wiped out, although many of the top Reptilians survived, and watched the destruction from afar.

All of the emotions of the situation were completely felt and let go, leading to healing of the situation from many angles and perspectives.  This past event had deeply effected the client’s current lifetime in many ways, and they were able to see the parallels to what had occurred in the past.  In addition, understanding this key past lifetime helped them understand their life path as a human in deep ways that provided them with comfort and a better understanding of themselves.

The incarnated human will have feelings about what happened that are more complex than their extraterrestrial self had in the war lifetime.

Much of the expanded learning from being in this human lifetime comes down to the differences in physiology, in combination with the expanded consciousness that you have in this lifetime.

Many physical bodies of many extraterrestrial beings from the distant past were not able to have the emotional capacity and understanding that we have currently as human beings.

Remember that we are talking about events that occurred over eons of time – because of the density of the time, and thus the lowered consciousness, or because of the physiology of the particular species – there was not awareness of the damage being caused, or there was not as deep awareness of the traumatic effects of certain activities.

Yes, the galaxy and it’s inhabitants have been growing and learning throughout time and history.  And believe it or not, on Earth we are advanced in ways that we don’t often acknowledge, because we haven’t had the yardstick of measurement or the knowledge that would provide understanding of who we are.

As humans, we have an emotional IQ, a depth of feeling and experiencing, as human beings, that is unparelled and at a height of development.  It is very much because of our traumatic history as a species, that we have developed this great ability.  It is the silver lining to the traumatic events of Earth history.

What has occurred, is that humanity has developed an engine of healing within the human heart that is able to heal backwards in time throughout the galaxy, and into parallel and alternate realities, as Souls incarnate here who have had these experiences.

How is it possible that the human heart can heal “backwards through time”?  It is because in the heart space, we are in non-duality, a state of being that is timeless and thus can effect the time and space of our incarnations in other dimensions.

Example:  A friend and client that I worked with had been a hardened warrior in a battle long ago.  During the battle, their personal craft veered off course and crashed on an asteroid in space.  Because of the physiology of the extraterrestrial that they were at the time, they lived a very long time with no help coming.  This client had been a type of Reptilian warrior, and had been incredibly strong and capable.

By going back into the scenario, I was able to clairvoyantly see and to explain that both sides in the battle had been completely destroyed.  But the extraterrestrial crashed on the asteroid had no way of knowing this, and thus had felt completely abandoned, without understanding why.

In this lifetime, the pain and loneliness of no one coming was overwhelming.  In the extraterrestrial body, the physiology, culture and lack of emotional capability of this being caused it to put a priority on waiting it out and enduring.  As a human, the emotional field perceived deep despair and abandonment, deep feelings that could finally be felt and acknowledged, and healing could occur rapidly when the mind was given a context for understanding.  The extraterrestrial eons ago did not have the physiology to deeply feel or experience it’s emotional state.

The resolution of galactic wars, and sealing of a galactic peace, however long this takes in Earth “time”, are occurring right here, right now on Earth through the events we live out and witness during our lifetimes.  

One of the most wondrous things happening, that I am seeing right now, is that extraterrestrial races and galactic entities that we have previously seen as “negative”, incarnating as human beings to expand their consciousness, and to develop depth of emotional feeling.

As humans with deep extraterrestrial ties, these people are pioneers for their extraterrestrial races they belong to.  They often have strong support from their star families and are also often very aware of this.

Here is another fascinating aspect of this extraterrestrial support – it is from present members of the race – but it is also, often from the future.  It is from the members of the extraterrestrial races that spiritually developed, and have essentially come back in time to assist their human companion.  Quantum mechanics explains how this is possible, and I will write about this another time, lol.

For these human beings, this is a spiritual mission of sorts, and it is an adventure, too.  Because human beings who expand their consciousness, and develop depth of emotions, can then expand their heart connection, which leads to a direct connection with Soul or source energy.

The connection with source energy or Soul is, in essence, what we refer to as “the Christed Consciousness”.  This is not about religion.  It is about ascension of the being – ascension of consciousness, soul connection, which creates the ability to expand into the fifth dimension, a state of non-duality.

These human beings have taken on this mission to assist in creating an ascension opportunity for their entire extraterrestrial race.

In walking this path, these humans beings are not only healing their own past, but most importantly, they are contributing to the healing, and to the expansion, of the extraterrestrial race that they are from.

Examples:  Here I could give you examples of reptilians and greys in particular.  However, I would also include mantis, anunaki, archon and others.  I would also add that strong spiritual skill sets and energy management techniques are key for those involved in this area.  Setting boundaries is very important, and especially, setting boundaries energetically.

However, humans who have been these races, and there are many, tend to be comfortable with these extraterrestrial races, who may appear to them in the non-physical realms, or in the dream state.  For some there is a feeling of being equals, for some there is guidance, for some pride, for others precious self-understanding.

I have met and/or worked with at least four human beings who have done work assisting the greys in expanding their development as part of a healing process for this race.  And I am aware of significant efforts being made to assist the reptilians with their personal development, also.

The primary work of the human beings who are working to assist the reptilian race to expand their consciousness, is in communicating the importance of the heart connection, and then, establishing a heart connection within the human being.  This establishes a pathway through learned experience, that others of their race can follow and emulate on their own Soul journeys.

One person I worked with spends significant time working with the greys (this is in the non-physical), caring for them, pouring out unconditional love to these beings, and especially, carefully and painstakingly moving through the tender, growing feelings within – teaching these beings about feeling, assisting in identifying feelings.  This work requires much focus and attention and is a special kind of Soul mission. This is a role for which the human being has practiced for many lifetimes, gaining skill sets and developing deep compassion.

Working with healing extraterrestrial races requires special care and skill sets.  Usually, the human being is “born into” this role, and/or “grows into” the role as they do their own human centered personal healing work, and expand their own consciousness.

The best way to know what is your role, your mission, and your Soul’s path, is to look inside your self; to use your inner discernment and to follow your heart’s guidance.  While there can be guides and teachers, knowing one’s own truth is internal and eternal, and comes from within.

I hope you can see and feel what I experience about the extraterrestrial connections of human beings and our galactic and shared histories.

Earth – Gaia is an amazing place, my friends.  A place where the healing of humanity is benefiting a large number of extraterrestrial races and galactic beings, past, present, future.

We are evolving together, and we are living together, sight unseen.  Truly, there is no “other”.

What I have seen and experienced, is the truth that “they” are us.  I look forward to the day when this understanding is known more broadly.  We are getting there, as this article illustrates, as we remember our extraterrestrial and galactic origins and connections.

What supports this evolution of humanity’s understanding of extraterrestrial and galactic races?  I feel it is compassion that opens the heart to healing, and unconditional love that opens the gate to understanding.

We do this for our human selves, first.  And then, this flows out to “others”; the others who we have been, the rest of ourselves.

Visiting a Lightship is about Love

Visiting a lightship in meditation is about love, and discernment, and setting energy parameters, and working with your inner guidance.

Setting up a process and setting up your energy field ahead of time is important.  Knowing your intentions before you start, and intuiting what your heart is aligned with, allows you to have experiences that are personalized to the state of your being reflecting your highest heart’s desire.

Following discernment and setting parameters sets up your lightship experiences to be in alignment with your heart connection, and sets up the frequencies of who and what you call in, in your experiencing.

These techniques also aren’t about being good, or being bad.  They are about living from the whole of our being – in full acceptance of our vast array of talents, and capabilities, in full consciousness of the choices we make, and the actions we will choose take, in any moment.

Know thyself, and know thyself in full knowledge of and love for who you are.

There are several ways that love comes into play, here.

Using Discernment is About Love for Your Self

It seems responsible to comment on engaging discernment before engaging with these experiences in a meditative state.  In fact, being self-responsible is a key aspect of engaging with any energy from a meditative state, from my view.

Using discernment is about love.

It is about loving yourself, enough to make sure that you are energetically and physically secure as you go about your experiences.

It is about caring about yourself enough to engage in ways that make you feel comfortable and secure, and therefore allow you to have an experience with the heart open.

I guess, that’s what it’s about for me, anyway.

Setting Frequency Parameters for Your Body, Your Self, Your Being and Your Energy Field is Key

The other way that love comes into play is frequency parameters:

To visit a lightship, one needs to hold a matching frequency to that ship.

This frequency is that of unconditional love.  It is not a mental frequency.  It is a heart-based frequency.

It is the frequency of love of all beings and love of all things.

It is the frequency of honoring and loving your Self and your self, first, and in turn honoring and loving all you experience, and all whom you are meeting.

The Frequencies of the Heart Hold Both the Invitation and the Key to Entry 

Simply state, love gets you through the force field.

At a certain frequency, there is an open door.  But any lower frequency, the door is closed.  Does this make sense?

I used the word force field for our understanding, but it is not exactly how the galactics would describe this, they would use much gentler language.  I cannot think of what that would be, though, right low.  LOL.

Maybe this is to make clear this distinction:  Love is important, here.  It is the qualifier.

Love is About Connection With Our Inner Divinity

Love and heart-based discernment is about direct connection with the highest frequencies within our selves; it is about connection with the Godspark or Source connection within the heart that embodies is our direct connection with our divinity.

Heart based discernment, based in love for the human self, is about knowing in the moment if an experience is in alignment with our Soul path, or whether an experience is a step off of our journey in highest alignment with this inner divinity.

There is a simple way to utilize this discernment, too.  As my friend Alex Clark notes:  Heart open – in alignment with inner Source connection.  Heart closes – out of alignment with our inner Source connection.

Personalize These Suggestions, and Change them as You Feel Guided, with What Resonates with Your Being

These are suggestions, and should be personalized to what resonates with your being.  There are many ways to do this, and this is just one of the potential processes that you can use.  This is how I tend to do it.

In addition, I will change and add to the process as I go along, so this is my process in the Now moment, lol.

What I have found, is that as I evolve, how I’m guided evolves also, because as I grow and expand, my energy field grows and expands, also.  It’s kind of fun, really.  Challenging, sometimes (oh yeah!), but fun, definitely.

But the funnest thing is the love that I experience feeling in these experiences.

What I love about this photo is the contrast, and the questions it raises.  What is that clearly in front of the sun?  On the one hand, could it be a dark cloud?  But then if it’s a dark cloud, why is does it continue, past the sun, as blue sky in a swath of white clouds?  Makes you think, doesn’t it?

I was on a conference call with a new group I had just started working with, and this lightship appeared in the sky.  It’s always interesting when they appear when I’m working, because usually there is a connection with the project in some way.  That connection is usually moral support.

It was stunning how this lightship blocked the sun, which could be clearly seen with the eyes.

What Brings the Lightships Closer to Us?

Now, I do live near pretty near a major city where lots is happening, so maybe this explains the consistent lightship presence here.

Or, maybe it’s because there are so many granola types, okay, consciousness type people, in this area, and we all provide an energy they can connect with that assists in bringing their presence closer to the Earth – Gaia.   Yes, I think that’s a big part of it.  What this means is that as awareness increases among the population of humanity, lightship presence comes ever closer.

I do find that when I’m on calls with people who resonate with the galactic frequencies, that they appear.  A gathering of like energies, whether that gathering is remote or in person, seems to draw them closer.  This one paragraph should probably be a posting of it’s own.  Maybe I’ll riff on this later!

The Same Cloud

This photo was taken almost a year ago, and after we posted it up in drafts on the blog a couple of weeks ago, one night I looked up and saw an interesting shaped cloud.  It was huge and above me.  I felt the feeling of ‘presence’ and I knew it was a lightship.  It had a triangle-ish shape like this one, with the two points where the base of the triangle would be, causing the base to form an inverted ‘u’, just like in this photo.  And it also had a neck that stuck out.

As I sat down to write this message, just now I see that the night lightship-cloudship I saw two weeks ago was the same shape as this blue space in the clouds from a year ago.

This phenomena of ‘the same cloud’ is one I have seen over and over again in the skies.  If you scan the skies, and look at cloud shapes often, perhaps you might start to notice this also?  The ones that repeat, over days, or longer, are the lightships, or cloudships, is what I’ve noticed.

In addition, when these cloud shapes repeat, they are sometimes playful in the ways this happens.  Look at the photo above, taken a bit later.  Do you see the same long triangle-ish shape in the sky?  Yes, now it is elsewhere – it is below the sun, still mostly blue, and pointed in the opposite direction.

We still see ya, guys! Lol.

Here is a beautiful shot of both the amazing interdimensional energies in the clouds and the lightship positioned below the sun.

Evidence of Cloaking?

Is this a photo of a cloaked ship in our skies?  Personally, I think so.

If this is a cloaked starship in our skies, it is an interesting use of the cloak, isn’t it?  Because in this case, the cloaking reveals the starship, hiding as a patch of blue among the clouds.

The fact is that the preparation we need to make, internally, to meet beings from other worlds or dimensions, is in my view the same path of walking with soul or attaining clarity and maturity on all levels.

What I mean by that is that it is the path to becoming whole as a human being.  This is what I’ve found.

A couple of things put me on this pathway, personally.  I experienced a huge awakening in my personal life and all of the difficulties that came with that.  I realized that, to get where I wanted, meant ‘cleaning up my act’ personally – setting parameters for what energy I would or would not engage with.

The same year that I had this awakening in my personal life, is when I saw lightships for the first time, and realized and felt that there was an associated presence.

In an interesting coincidence, I had gotten on a flight, and the two people sitting next to me were literally called ‘the visitors from Peru’ by the airline staff.  No names, no other identification.  That’s how they were called at the airline counter, also.  They were bundled up next to me as I looked out the window and saw three separate types of lightships for the first time.  I kinda wondered what was under all of that bundling…

I offered them chocolate.

A Regular Posting Schedule

This is turning out to be less about the blog and more about stories….

With a plethora of topics to write about, and upcoming guest postings, my goal is to post consistently 3x per week now.  Yes, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Since I don’t like routine, but I do love writing and engaging with all of you, I will do my best to keep to the schedule.  Case in point – this posting is on Tuesday….

Yes, that is the news about the blog – a regular posting schedule is being implemented.  I guess I’ve gotten my land legs now and we’re really doing this!!   

Galactic Inspiration to Make Changes in My Life

Back to just one more story, lol.

For whatever reason I really want to add this little story to this posting.

There was one other event that caused me to really think about meeting galactic life and what that would be like.

I was listening to a channeling by a spiritual person who had brought through a galactic officer on one of the lightships.  What I remember was this being saying through the channel, ‘why don’t you ever invite us over to dinner’?  or something like this.

And it got me thinking.

It got me thinking about what it would be like to actually meet a Pleiadian or a Sirian, or whoever, who was a fifth dimensional (or higher) being.  I thought a lot about what this would entail, and what it would require from me, to meet them.

The first thing that I realized is that these beings would be telepathic.  Since my mind was randomly generating thoughts at an endless pace, I realized that having control over what my mind generated would be a good thing.

The second thing I realized is that these beings (at 5D) would be empathic, meaning, they would would know my feelings.  Again, random emotions about the person sitting next to me would be felt and known.

I’m not talking about invasion of privacy – I’m talking about their version of reading ‘body language’.  Looking or feeling the energy field of a person sitting next to you is different than pushing your energy into that field – that would be an invasion of privacy that a fifth dimensional being would not do.

I had already been writing my own material about quantum physics, and it seemed natural to apply physics to my problem.  Clearly, I needed to locate, enter, be in and act from my inner still point.

….and take meditation classes.

Since I work from my inner still point on the energy planes, and had spent much time and effort developing discernment, what I wished to do was to apply this in my human life, day to day.  This is a journey that has changed my life.

Am I ready to sit down with a galactic being and have dinner?

We’re having chicken and lots of veggies, tonight.

And chocolate.
