This article explains spiritual discernment. In my view, a spiritual understanding of ourselves as human beings is at the core of true discernment.

I’ve addressed general discernment ability in a overview in this article: Building Your Discernment Ability. We delved into the concept of heart based discernment in this post:  Building Our Discernment About Extraterrestrial and Galactic Beings.

Today, I’d like to go deeper into why heart-based discernment, when backed by a spiritual understanding of Divine principles, is such a powerful and innate tool. Importantly, each of us has access to these tools as human beings.

In my view, discerning with the heart is the basis of spiritual discernment.

Four Key Reasons to Develop Heart Based Spiritual Discernment

• The heart is the seat of the Soul in the body.  Thus, when we discern with the heart, 1) we are accessing information beyond, and in addition to, our human capabilities, and 2) we are co-creating our discernment with our Soul’s involvement.

• Expanded consciousness and awareness begins in the heart. Thinking, feeling, doing, being and acting from the heart is our native home as human beings. I feel that as we evolve as a society and as we spiritually mature, we will return to heart-based living based in a spiritual understanding of divine principles.

• The range of our feelings, our intuition or ‘sixth sense’, our gut sense and our pure depth of emotion, are uniquely human. When we are using these qualities in an aware and conscious way, we are in our most powerful expression of Self as human beings.

• Importantly, these emotional-intuitive aspects which emanate from the heart, in concert with our divinity (Soul), cannot be hacked by esoteric technology or invasive telepathy. In stressful situations, in situations beyond our previous experience, when encountering advanced technologies, and/or created or manipulated illusory environments (such as holographic environments), our heart is our most reliable guide.  We discussed this aspect in detail in this article, Building Discernment Extraterrestrial Galactic Beings.

Taking Personal Responsibility

When we anticipate preparing for unusual experiences of phenomena, meeting unusual beings, experiencing unusual energies, or interacting with advanced technology, whether from this world or that is otherworldly, I would prefer a self-responsible approach based in the security of exercising one’s own discernment.

Perhaps any otherworldly galactic and extraterrestrial beings we will be meeting will be ‘woo-woo’ peace and love spiritual types and we won’t have need for discernment?

I don’t think so. This is because it is as much about who we are meeting as it is about who we are.

Given the plethora of twists and turns in human history, if you were approaching Earth from another part of the galaxy, would you want to meet human beings who are self-reflective, self-responsible and self-aware, or ones that simply are hoping for the best?

Which attitude would attract the type of beings we would want to engage with?

Our narratives about extraterrestrial or galactic beings tend to go like this; Humanity is the only race of beings in the universe. Thus – if we come across one other race, it is a miracle and our only choice for engagement.

But, what if the galaxy is actually teeming with life of all kinds, including extraterrestrial and galactic beings?

If this is the case, it is up to us to pick and choose who we want to be engaged with, and who we won’t allow to engage with us.

These choices involve being self-responsible and transparent on our part, particularly with our own people.

If we wish to achieve our highest outcomes as we look to acknowledging and engaging with what may be otherworldly, we can choose to be the kind of human beings that advanced and peaceful off world civilizations would wish meet with, engage with, and potentially form alliances with.

In my view, this is the true meaning of Earth gaining ‘galactic citizenship’ and of Humanity acknowledging our place among the stars and within Creation as self-aware beings. Interestingly, this state of awareness starts at home, within the heart of each one of us.

What is ‘Spiritual’ Discernment?

Spiritual discernment goes beyond our ability to mentally analyze something or someone.

Spiritual discernment goes beyond what our emotions tell us.

Spiritual discernment is not about religion; it is about connection with and access to our inner divinity as a human being.

Spiritual discernment is about connection with our Soul, and receiving information and guidance based on our personal Soul connection. This connection to our own inner Divinity is accessed through our heart space.

Many people refer to their ‘Higher Self’. I’d define the Higher Self as the representative of the Soul as perceived by you, the divinely incarnated human being. It’s the highest octave of Soul we have available to us in the moment, reflecting the truth of pure Soul that can be accessed from within our human experience.

For me, spiritual discernment also comprises an understanding of how the energy of someone or something feels, or rather, an immediate knowing or sense of the core frequency they are emitting. This discerning quality provides me with a knowing about whoever or whatever I am facing. This knowing is accessed in connection with my Soul and my Higher Self, free of the thought processes of the mind.

This discerning quality, because it is based in unconditional love for myself, is also free of the emotions of fear and anger, our primary negative emotions when facing a potentially polarizing or previously unexperienced energy. This energy we meet can be physical or non-physical, for example, from a person, place, thing, transmission, perception, etc.

Spiritual discernment includes an ability to assess our inner guidance in concert with our mental and emotional bodies. We can take inputs from our mental and emotional bodies, but we are not ruled by them in the moment.  Working together as one, our divinity and our humanity serves our greater purpose, collects and provides information, accesses our inner wisdom, and keeps us secure.

Spiritual discernment utilizes our connection within our heart to the divinity within each one of us.  It results in a knowing that reflects the full depth of our humanity.

When we have activated our ability to discern in this way, we have the security and knowledge to proceed with an open heart when our discernment says that what we are meeting and experiencing is heart aligned.

Spiritual Discernment: Perceiving From the High Heart

Proceeding with an open heart, both with other human beings and with higher dimensional beings who are heart aligned, is an experience that brings incredible feelings of awe and love into the human body.

It would make sense that spiritual discernment would activate newly perceiving parts of the human body. What I’ve found is that this heart based alignment can be felt and perceived by the ‘high heart’. It is an area of the body located just above the physical heart. The high heart is between the heart and the throat, but when you activate this perceiving ability, the sensation can be pretty amazing.

One can think of it as an ability of the heart to perceive in a higher frequency range than we are used to; we can even say that the heart is perceiving another dimension of experience that is accessible to us as human beings once our spiritual discernment has been activated.

The satisfaction and gratitude felt in the high heart when it meets an energy of alignment, elevates our state of being human and expands our potential. It provides an experience of living and being that feels fuller and richer than our previous experience. This is my personal experience, anyway.

Why Is Spiritual, or Heart-Based, Discernment Important When Facing Phenomena
or Meeting Unusual Beings?

Earth is a free-will planet, where human beings incarnate without memory of their multidimensional selves or of their deeper spiritual or soul history.  It has been said that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  Yes, and we are having that experience behind a ‘veil’ of not-knowing.  How else would spiritual beings be able to experience a life of limitation and separation?

Galactic beings who respect our free will, who are ‘higher evolved’ or spiritually evolved beings of higher dimensions, honor our having been granted free will and a human incarnation.  These are the galactic beings that follow a kind of ‘prime directive’ as described on Star Trek.  See, all those shows you watched were good for something! Lol.

What I have personally found in communicating with these beings, is that the first step was to let them know that I have declared my sovereignty as a human being.  Meaning, I acknowledge divine will and divine principles as primary in my life, that I acknowledge my soul’s path as primary.  What I knew in that moment, the first time I experienced this kind of communication, was that my soul’s path involved communicating with them.

Simply having this inner knowing of our soul path is enough.  But, perhaps because in the past I have ‘taken the long road home’, I had this conversation with them over a period of ‘meetings’.  This is because it took me awhile to think through the questions I was asked, and respond back. Once you communicate with these beings, my experience is that they ‘register’ you, and that all of them generally know who you are from that point on.  And, yes, I’m talking about those beings on the lightships that are so much a part of the photography of this blog.

I’d like to be clear that this communication is using 5D communication – fifth dimensional communication techniques. I define these as ‘the clairs’, the human ability to have clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc. The clairs are an elevated non-physical human ability to perceive and emit knowings and feelings. Dimensionally, this communication is ‘above’ the psychic or telepathic realm. That is because, 5D communication is purely based in unconditional love.

There is another consideration around spiritual, heart-based discernment and meeting an extraterrestrial presence.

Not all extraterrestrial presences on earth are of the sort I described above – that is, having a sort of ‘prime directive’.

If you perchance come into contact with one of these beings or a representative of these beings, my experience is that spiritual discernment from the heart gives me a good guide of what to do in these instances, and it is a guide that I can intimately trust – because it is the whisper of my heart and Soul.

Most of these beings are off of earth, now.  However, some human beings who have Soul experiences they need to complete may run across these, as I did in my Interesting Meeting.

I’d like to go a little deeper into the topic of discernment and discuss the concepts of sovereignty, authority, soul incarnation, and humanity’s divinity.

The Foundation of Spiritual Discernment:  Understanding Who We Truly Are

Understanding who we truly are is key to understanding our sovereignty as human beings.  For me, this understanding is at the heart of my confidence and discerning abilities.

Spiritual discernment plays on our greatest strengths as human beings, acknowledging our sovereignty, as children of the Creator, relative to anything and anyone else.

The Soul is sovereign – our souls are sovereign.  As the master of your humanity, you are the incarnated representative of your Soul.

Your body is the temple of your Soul.  The wishes of the Soul are primary – the Soul gets to have the plan it incarnated with, if you choose to be in alignment with your Soul plan.

Because we have free will, we can choose to act, be, do, think, etc,. in whatever manner we wish.  When we align with our Soul’s path, we choose to align our free will with that of our Soul.  Another way of saying this is that we choose to align our free will with Divine Will.

Understanding Our Right to Be Here on Earth Unimpeded by Outside Influences

– As a human being you have a right to be here on this planet.

– Your right to be here is by your birth – there are no other qualifications.

– You are already worthy and deserving of living a life of joy, of love, of abundance, with your loved ones.

– You have the authority to speak your truth and command your Self and your situation in alignment with your Soul and your highest good, and this right is divinely granted to you as the incarnated representative of your Soul, which is the light of God.

– You have a divine right to co-create in concert with the impulses of your Soul, and only you know who you truly are and what your Soul path is.

Our Sovereignty is Important, Because We do not Know What has Been Done in Our Name

There is a very specific reason why understanding our sovereignty as human beings is important.

It is because we do not know what has been negotiated for us, in our name, as the human race, with other extraterrestrial races; or even if these races had our highest good in mind when these negotiations were made, or who they are.

We do not know what ‘representatives’ of our planet have agreed to in our name, or if they had the highest good of humanity in mind at the time.  Or, were they just scrambling, faced with a force that they felt inferior to, long ago?  We can surmise that they were doing the best they could in challenging circumstances.

We do not know what the terms are, and whether we would agree to these agreements and terms if we knew about them, on both an individual level and as the whole of humanity.

Were these agreements negotiated legally?  Were our human representatives fully aware of universal law and divine law at the time they made agreements?  Were these agreements were used to enrich the few, and is it the case that these riches were not shared equally with the rest of humanity?

And, what if our planet actually was run behind the scenes at the hands of extraterrestrials, negative extraterrestrials at that, for millennia?  The fact is, we can guess, but we don’t know.

Given the state of our planet, we can guess how these negotiations and how the terms of any agreements may have gone, and it does look like humanity got the short end of the stick.

And, we can guess that there are unsung heroes, human and beyond, who have facilitated and protected the safety of humanity, so that the situation on this planet did not devolve any further. We are still in one piece, as a planet, and humanity has survived and thrived. Given the high number of dangerous situations present on this planet over recent decades, it is realistic to me to believe that we have had assistance, and unseen countless heroes.

Now, given these changing times, and the rising frequency of the planet, and the quite obvious proliferation of lightships around this planet manned by higher dimensional beings (read: peaceful and spiritual), maybe circumstances have been created so that there is an opportunity for something new.

Perhaps there is a new ability to choose how we wish to be and interact with our galactic neighbors.
So what is one human being to do?

Beginning Galactic Relations at the Grass Roots Level

I am not a galactic lawyer, nor a human one even.  I only know what I sense to be true, and what has worked for me.

What has worked for me is to declare my sovereignty as a human being, from this system of oppression on Earth, and exercise my divine right to pursue the path of my soul, in my highest good and in the highest good of all beings, through unconditional love, and in alignment with divine law, which supersedes all other.

This was the framework within which I started to interact with lightships and the consciousnesses and beings on these vessels.

I’m simply an average human being, and if I can do this, so can you.

Do you know one of the ‘rules’ of how things are run on this planet?  One of the rules is that if the people want something – we get to have it.  Our wishes cannot be superseded.  If someone knows the name of this rule, I’d love to know it.  Now, this choice of ours has to be pure and heart-based.  That is part of the rule.  It doesn’t work to want a million dollars to blow in Vegas.  But, a choice from the pure heart of humanity, yes this gets noticed.

Like Jesus in the desert with Lucifer, the forces who have control, or have had control, can convince us, through trickery, through temptation, through dividing us, through causing us fear, through sending us into angry torment, or a myriad of other strategies, to choose their way.  Now, Jesus clearly knew the rules, lol.  And he likely had pure and clear communication with his soul to back him up.  He stayed on his Soul path.

On an individual level, we can make the choice to engage with those on lightships and with the higher dimensional energies around us.  As we choose this, again and again, as individuals, we make our choice known at the spiritual level – at the level of energy and frequency.  We have the right to exercise our free will to do this, if this is our calling.

For me, most of this connection occurs in the fifth dimension and higher – in 5D.  It is an elevation of telepathy, which is fourth dimensional mind communication.  At 5D and higher, what I have found is that the communication is in packets of impulses, and these packets enter the individual energy field and are interpreted by you from within your field.

In addition, meeting in the higher consciousness planes through ‘the clairs’ is another way of contact – clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.

So, I want to be clear – it is not necessarily about an actual ship landing and visiting a being that has a physical body.  If this is disappointing to you – then perhaps this is not your path.  But if you have the clairs.

Our Divinity Complements Our Humanity And Together, These Are Our Greatest Strength

Are you seeing something here?  It is the importance of heart and spirituality in our galactic relations with beings from other worlds and higher dimensions.

There is a reason that spirit, that heart, that emotion, that understanding of the non-physical, has been suppressed all over this planet.  It is because these are the keys to our freedom, in combination with our technical know-how and human savvy.

We have been raised to fear the universe, and to fear what might happen out in the galaxy.

As wonderful as all our science fiction programs have been, many of them present a galaxy in turmoil with new pitfalls and potential enemies at every turn.

Many of these television shows and movies were channeled stories of the galactic wars that occurred over millions of years, but which have ended in the rest of the galaxy.  In fact, the coming global peace on this planet will represent the final end of the galactic wars.

This is why Earth is so important.

Many of these movies and TV shows were simply representing what has already occurred on Earth – there is no need to fear an alien invasion, because that already happened, long ago.  We just cannot see it on the surface of the Earth, because an illusion was created for us to believe otherwise.  And, this invasion is rapidly coming to an end, again, mostly beyond our ability to see from the surface of the planet.

But – have you noticed the large number of large ‘meteors’ exploding in the sky across the planet?  These are among other visible data that something is being resolved, and praise God it is being resolved to the benefit of humanity, finally. There are forces beyond our knowing engaged in freeing humanity and protecting this planet.

Aligning With Your Soul’s Path – the Elevation of Spiritual Discernment

You always have a choice to align with your Soul’s path.  This is an inner knowing and it comes with self-responsibility for our choices, and where they take us.

If you develop spiritual discernment, a complimentary ability is to know your Soul’s path and communicate with and understand your Soul’s impulses and messages to you. When we do this, communicate back and forth with our Soul, we have the ability to co-create with our divinity, and to perceive through our divinity also.

Our journeys are all unique, and you may not use this terminology or perceive spiritual discernment this way – there are many paths and this is simply my interpretation of mine.

What I have found is that aligning with my Soul’s path is where the miracles occur for me.  Because the Soul within me is sovereign, I am sovereign as an incarnated human being.  When I align with my Soul’s path, my Soul choices are what happens to me – and I have a voice in the outcome because I am co-creating together with my divinity.

For me personally, this path has come with considerable challenges, but my life has blossomed in pursuing what I perceive as my Soul’s journey.

Gaining depth of awareness and expanded consciousness is one of the ways that we will progress as a race.  We know the potential of humanity’s creative power, and it is awesome.

When we realize our authority and our sovereignty, and begin creating from this place, we raise our frequency and our state of being. Any former oppression or restriction of our selves or of the human race will drop away. It is not legitimate in the first place, yet it is what we have agreed to, as individuals and as the human race, consciously and unconsciously.

And we can make a new choice, in any moment.

Sirius, Orion, Pleiades.

And I think, this is someone’s idea of a cosmic joke on me.

I moved here a year ago, when the constellations were arrayed exactly as they are now out my window.  Galactic stories have filled my off time, through the years, like a hobby that took over my life.  Memories and current experiences blend together with a common theme:  I am from the stars, and I know it.  And, I love this planet dearly and all the stories and friendships that I have built, here.

And yet, I walk out on the deck in the cool night air to see:  Sirius, Orion, Pleiades.  It still stuns me that this is the arrangement of stars before me, that this is my view.  Had I tried to search for a view with the night sky lined up so perfectly facing these cosmic places how hard would that have been to find?

And yet, here they are, here they fell into my lap, perfectly and easily.  Like it is meant to be that I see them.

I love the blue glow of Sirius, and it’s perfect brightness.  Sometimes it appears as if it is dancing before me, in those private moments in the middle of the night when it seems so much closer than usual.

Orion, ‘argh’, for how long I have I looked up at this constellation with this feeling, like I don’t want to look, or remember, even.  I’ve been practicing looking up at it standing tall and without judgment, just being and seeing.

And the Pleiades, always watching, and for me, there is no feeling – just there, just presence, constant, watching.  Maybe it’s because they seem to have such happy fairy energy when I see images of what they look like, and I have always been so serious, so focused, that this lightness annoys me.  Maybe after I’ve learned to fully love myself and enlighten up it will be better, lol.  And doesn’t it seem like everyone is from the Pleiades?  Some of my closest friends, even.

I was moved to write this evening after I felt moved to step out into the darkness and view the stars on the ceiling, ha ha, view the wonderous blanket of sparkles before me.  I have that feeling that I have sometimes… a feeling that time is in stillness, that it is that special moment when the past, present and future are one.  Tonight, this feeling fills me.

A reset.

Different stars will sparkle or flash and catch my attention, and I wonder what secrets they are holding.  They certainly comfort me, make me laugh, send me into awe, and provide hopeful feeling.

I often feel that the stars we can see represent our faith, our hope.  That they sparkle and shine the way the light sparkles and shines in our heart.  And they provide that memory, innately, when we are lost and wondering, wondering where is the meaning.

A new beginning.

I have been involved with lots of energy work this week, which I do as out of love and devotion to the path of peace, and healing for our world, and our people.  So many big changes have manifested energetically.  And these seem to be much more rapidly arriving and manifesting in the physical world, than ever before.

We have the chance, now, to move forward.

We have the chance to allow the lights within us to flame into the passionate fire of love and creativity.  We have the chance to change our world.

The pots and pans banging going on in the world is so distracting.  And I’m just getting a funny image in my mind of myself as a child in pony tails, putting my fingers in my ears and going “la la la” as loud as I can because I’m not going to listen!

And this is what I am thinking – what choice best serves my Now moment?

Is it responding to the offer to fight, or is it focusing?

Is it complaining, once again, about what could be better, or is it looking and making the changes inside, without a zing?

Is it opening to the love in our hearts first and foremost, and being encouraging?

Is it loving our neighbors, as our Selves, so that we love our Selves so very much, and then we open our hearts, and make the whole world sing.

Our past, present, and future are watching.

Interdimensional

I would like to introduce another term that describes extraterrestrial and galactic beings and their nature, and the movement of their craft and the energies they utilize and distribute, and that is interdimensional.

This posting is a follow up of my article on Discerning Between the Terms Extraterrestrial and Galactic.  In that posting, I talked about and defined different dimensions, but I feel that a further and deeper discussion would be helpful to expand upon this concept.

My intention here is to take higher dimensional concepts, ground them in our human reality, then expand out to the next higher dimensional, or galactic concept, and then ground that one into our human experience and perception, as well.  So I hope that you will bear with me as we go through introducing concepts and then relating these back to human experience.

What are the Dimensions?

Dimensions are frequency bands that comprise the structure of the universe.  Dimensions go from compressed states to expanded states, and from expanded states to compressed states.  Within dimensions, there are also bands of greater compression through bands of greater expansion.

We exist in a layer of frequencies in the universe that we term ‘the third dimension’ and ‘the fourth dimension’.  In the third and fourth dimensions in which we exist, physical beings and physical creations exist, and non-physical beings and non-physical creations exist.

In higher and lower dimensions, relative to us, beings may perceive themselves as ‘physical’, or having a body, for example, relative to their dimensional state – but we might not be able to perceive them from our dimension unless we have the training to understand what we are experiencing.  Notice I did not say unless we have the technology.  We may or may not have this technology, and we may have it and not understand what we are observing.

However, I do know from personal experience that we have a native human ability to perceive different dimensional states and these are called:  sixth sense, psychic perception, the clairs (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc.), intuition, gut sense, having a feeling about something, hearing ‘our inner voice’, hearing ‘the little voice within’, having the hairs raise on our skin, having ‘a dream about it’, and so on.  These are physical body responses, and non-physical body perceptions, that assist us in understanding our world; they are, in my opinion, our God-given talents and senses to help us understand the world around us.

Examples of Higher and Lower Dimensional Experiences Form a Human Perspective

Here are some basic examples that are easily relatable vis-a-vis our ability to perceive dimensions, including anecdotal evidence that human beings do indeed perceive different dimensional beings:

For example, many people have seen angels – I would describe these as beings from a much higher dimensional frequency range than humans.

Many people have experienced ghosts – I would describe these as beings from the lower fourth dimension (non-physical but still a part of our experience of our world).

As humans, we tend to focus on the physical, because that is how our culture is oriented.

Utilizing Interdimensional Understanding as a Basis for Galactic Science and Technology

However, the understanding of dimensions and dimensional states is part of galactic science; although many galactic beings would include spirituality and science principles, imagery and color, music and sound, and sacred geometries and coding as all being part of ‘science’.

In the higher dimensions, technologies can be comprised of a combination of dimensional aspects.  For example, there are technologies that can assist humanity in cleaning the environment that are interdimensional  by nature.  I describe one of these galactic technologies in action in my article Bell Shaped UFO, Cloaked, Transmutes Chemtrails.

How is this Galactic Technology Interdimensional?

In the article about the bell shaped UFO, I described how it is de-toxifying or transmuting the chemical components of nano-particles being sprayed in chemtrails.

In that galactic technology based on interdimensional principles:

• The galactic frequencies are working with the nano-particles in several dimensional states at one time;

• The galactic technology is expanding the dimensional state of the nano-particles;

• The basic nature of the nano-particles can be retained while the dimensional state expands, meaning, the particle appears to remain the same, and it is at the same time now existing in a higher dimensional vibration.

• In the higher dimensional state, the same nano-particle has lost any of it’s toxicity or harmful qualities.

What Does Interdimensional Mean?

Interdimensional means:

• Moving through the dimensions:  it refers to the ability of both human beings and extraterrestrials and galactic beings to move from one dimensional state to another;

• Move from one dimensional state to another:  move from a lower frequency state to a higher frequency state (and dimension), or move from a higher frequency state to a lower frequency state (and dimension);

• The ability to expand or lighten into a higher dimension: such as moving from the 3rd/4th dimensional state to a fifth dimensional state;

• The ability to compress or densify into a lower dimension:  such as moving from a 7th dimensional state to a fifth dimensional one.

So being interdimensional is:

• The ability to move from one dimensional state to another, and/or

• The ability to perceive movement from one dimensional state to another, and/or

• The understanding of how to move from one dimensional state to the other, and/or

• Existing in a dimension, or dimensional layer, other than ours while interacting with us and/or

• Temporarily presenting as ‘physical’ but fully remembering another dimension, or dimensional layer, and it’s qualities, nature, properties and characteristics.

Humans Can Be Interdimensional, Too

Humans can be compressed dimensionally or they can be more expanded dimensionally.

Examples of human beings existing in a lower dimensional state would be those humans who commit inhuman acts and atrocities, or who are psychopathic or sociopathic.

Examples of human beings existing in a higher dimensional state would be monks achieving enlightenment, Tibetan monks achieving a ‘rainbow body’, or an average person while meditating.

What Are the Key Differences Between the Dimensions?

I discussed the general characteristics of the third, fourth and fifth and higher dimensions in the detailed posting Building Our Discernment About Extraterrestrial and Galactic Beings.

In this posting I also discussed the general characteristics of beings from different dimensions in some depth.  The following two paragraphs are taken from this post:

Using Dimensions as a Framework for Understanding Galactic Races

The Third and Fourth Dimensions:

First, a quick primer:  I define the third dimension as the physical dimension, and the fourth dimension as its non-physical complement.  As human beings we are third dimensional (our physical bodies and all their functioning: muscles, bones, organs, etc.).  In addition, our bodies have a fourth dimensional non-physical complement (our emotions, our thoughts, our dreams, our sixth sense, being at the effect of time, and so on).

The key characteristic of the third dimension and the fourth dimensions are that duality is experienced as the nature of these dimensions (think good-evil, white-black, dark-light, happy-sad, peace-war and so on).

These third and fourth dimensional states of duality are expressed both within the physical (3^rd dimension) and the non-physical (4^th dimension).  In the higher frequencies of these dimensions, the experience of duality moves more towards wholeness.

The Fifth Dimension and Higher Dimensions:

I define the fifth dimension and higher dimensions as being heart based, non-dual dimensions.  These dimensions operate on the frequencies of unconditional love and are akin to the spiritual states achieved by human beings who have experienced enlightenment.

Physical & Non-Physical Characteristics of Third, Fourth, & Fifth+ Dimensional Beings:

•They may have bodies (3^rd & 4^th dimensional).

•They may be able to take on human bodies or other forms we can see (4^th dimensional, high 4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional).

•They may also be purely non-physical entities or beings (4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional and higher).

•They may also be able to cloak their presence with technology so that we cannot see it (4^th dimensional).

•The frequencies of galactic beings may be so high that it does not register on our instruments or with our physical vision, so that they are essentially cloaked or unseen (5^th dimensional and higher).

What Does it Mean if an Extraterrestrial or a Galactic Being is Interdimensional?

So, in a nut shell, interdimensional specifically refers to the movement between dimensions.  Something or someone that is interdimensional has the ability to move between dimensions, or is in one dimension but has access to or memory of another dimension.  Some extraterrestrial and galactic races also have the ability to change their dimensional states.  These beings can be described as interdimensional.

How can an extraterrestrial or galactic being change it’s dimensional state?

• They can cloak themselves with technology to appear or not appear.

• They can lower their own dimensional state to appear to us as physical.

• They can use technology to appear as a higher dimensional state than they really are.

Human Beings Perceive the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions (and Higher) as Non-Physical

In the article about differentiating between the terms extraterrestrial and galactic, we talked about beings who are native to particular dimensions, such as, fourth dimensional extraterrestrials, or fifth dimensional (and higher dimensional) galactics.

From our perspective as human beings, all of these beings can appear to be non-physical.

This is why we talked about the importance of developing discernment between non-physical energies and beings in the posting Building Our Discernment About Extraterrestrial and Galactic Beings.

Fourth Dimensional Versus Fifth Dimensional – What’s the Difference?

Fourth dimensional energies and beings can have very different characteristics than fifth dimensional energies and beings.  There is a stair step from fourth dimensional to fifth dimensional that is marked.

Dimensions have realms or layers, so that the lower frequencies of the fourth dimension will differ from the higher frequencies of the fourth dimension.

The higher frequencies of the fourth dimension will have characteristics that are more like the fifth dimension than the lower fourth dimension.

Because the fourth dimension has a dual nature, just like the third dimension, beings we meet who are fourth dimensional can have a dual nature as well – it is up to us to learn personal discernment about who we are meeting and what their true intentions are.

Fifth dimensional beings are from a non-dual environment.  The nature of the fifth dimension and higher dimensions is holistic – these beings perceive the oneness of all life in an environment of unconditional love for all life.

The Entry to the Fifth Dimension and the Ascension of Earth – Gaia to a Higher Frequency State

The entry to the fifth dimensional state is comparative to our understanding of the process of enlightenment.  However, humans will not need to meditate in seclusion in caves for all of us to get to the fifth dimension (thank goodness…lol).  This is because our planet Earth – Gaia is ascending in frequency, and our bodies and consciousness are slowly ascending in frequency, also.

As human beings, we cannot perceive the change in our dimensional state because we do not have the ability to make a comparison – on a relative basis, to most people, it may seem that nothing about our world has changed.

However, indicators and anecdotal evidence that reflect that humanity is moving to a higher dimensional state would include the following:

• Many people can now see an expanded color range.
• Rainbows in the sky do not have the traditional color order.
• Cloud phenomena are appearing that have not been seen before.
• Weather phenomena are appearing that have not been seen before.
• Shafts of light in the sky and other phenomena are visible with the human eye that were not seen before.

Moving From the Fourth Dimension to the Fifth Dimension

This is a key aspect of interdimensionality – it is not possible to move from a fourth dimensional state to a fifth dimensional state without great effort including a depth of spiritual maturity.

What is spiritual maturity?  In a nutshell, it is the ability to be unconditionally loving.

I believe that we can understand this steep step from the fourth dimension to the fifth dimension by understanding one of the parables of Jesus.  Jesus told a parable about ‘the eye of the needle’ in which he describes the difficulty in entering the kingdom of heaven.

For me, I feel that in this story, Jesus is describing the movement from the fourth dimension to the fifth.  He is describing the difficulty to release oneself from having a nature based in duality and separation (the fourth dimension – and the third also).  When we shift our being so that we by nature embody interconnected oneness and we hold an unconditionally loving state, we have ascended to a fifth dimensional frequency.

Many human beings can do this now, for varying lengths of time, and many people are practicing being in a fifth dimensional state.  Holding this frequency consistently is a challenge in our world (some days more than others!), but I believe that this is what the human race is moving to, and that this is how we will achieve peace on our planet.

Now, this is not about religion, it is about spirituality – and for me it is about making a dimensional shift – it is about interdimensionality.  In his parable about the eye of the needle, Jesus said, “it is easier for a camel than to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”  The shift from fourth dimensional to fifth dimensional requires that we let go of all attachment to the material, to emotions, to thoughts, and we move to a state of unconditional love for all beings.  This doesn’t mean that we become a ball of nothing – it means that we retain our uniqueness while loving all beings, most of all, fully and completely loving ourselves.

We have much to learn from interdimensional beings.  We have much to learn about our history of interacting with interdimensional beings.  And, we have much to learn from ourselves as we come to understand our own interdimensional natures.

I believe that expanding our view to one of an interdimensional approach, will open up our understanding of our past relationships with extraterrestrials with greater compassion for our own humanity, and will open the doorway to forgiveness for what we have been through.

I believe that an interdimensional approach will help inform our choices about how we wish to proceed with off planet relationships, moving into the future.

My Discussion of Galactic Physics with Alex Clark

In this video, I have a discussion with my friend Alex Clark about physics. We talk about how physics differs between the third, fourth dimensions and fifth (and higher) dimensions.

I explain how a lightship (cloud ship or galactic UFO) manifests into our atmosphere.  And, I discuss the point to point physics of movement, how this works and how this comes into play for galactic vessels coming into Earth – Gaia’s atmosphere.

Force: The Physics of Third and Fourth Dimensional Movement

I recently had a discussion with my friend Alex Clark, and she asked me how higher dimensional galactic UFOs, particularly lightships or cloud ships, come in to our atmosphere.

What she asked was do they need to be capable of generating an incredible amount of force so that they can shift from the higher dimension that they are at into the lower dimension of our Earth atmosphere?

I explained to Alex that force is not needed because this is not the physics that they use. Force is not used in their motion, and force is not used to change dimensional state.

To illustrate this, I throw my crystal bracelet shaped like an infinity symbol across my desk.

Simply put, this is an expression of force. The force is what moves the bracelet and it’s crystals forward. Force is what causes it to fly through the air and across my desk.

The application of force to initiate and create changes in movement applies to the third and fourth dimensions. This is where this physics operates.

The Fourth Dimension, Redefined

In my view, the fourth dimension is the non-physical component to the third dimension. I discussed the fourth dimension in this article, Light Spectrums Just Beyond Our Ability to See With the Human Eye.  In this article, we discuss a video where 4th dimensional energies and entities are revealed that can be seen by the human eye with the assistance of technology:

I term this energy that is being revealed, in the video 4D People, Energy and Entities Revealed in Photos Through New Technology, as fourth dimensional, or ‘4D’.  It is the next layer up in dimension from the third dimension.

I have defined the fourth dimension in other articles, including Building Our Discernment Ability. Here is a quote from that article:

By the way, human beings are fourth dimensional as well – our bodies are physical, or third dimensional, but all our other important aspects, such as our emotions and our thoughts and our existence (in time) and so on, are non-physical, i.e., fourth dimensional.

Of course there are higher dimensions than the fourth.  for the time being, I define these higher dimensions, the fifth dimension and higher, as being non-physical dimensions of non-duality.

This basic definition conveys the difference between the non-physical environments of the fourth and the fifth dimension.  Most of the non-physical in our world today, has been fourth dimensional.

However, with the expansion of human consciousness, and our solar system moving to a new area of the galaxy, the non-physical fifth dimension is appearing more frequently, both in the world around us, and in our human energy fields.

I provide these definitions of dimensions and our experience with their frequencies as a basis to couch our discernment of the non-physical in particular.

Our Fourth Dimensional Experience

In my view, in much of the fourth dimension, especially the layers closest to the third dimension, the physics is the same. Thus in the fourth dimension, force works as an instrument of physics.

Yes the fourth dimension is the realm of time. But it is so much more than this.

In my view, emotions, thoughts, dreams, ghosts, many psychic experiences, and many entities are fourth dimensional. Many of these non-physical areas are integral to human function, such as emotions, thoughts and dreams. This is to a large extent why I feel that the physics works the same in this dimension. I feel that the fourth dimension is integral to the operation of the third dimensional life.

With the increase in light on the planet, with the increase in human consciousness, more people are experiencing the fourth dimension, both in their private spiritual / mental / emotional worlds.

But more people I feel are experiencing the fourth dimensional realm as a part of their daily living, in their ability to have visual sightings of some phenomena. I feel that human perception is expanding, with the expansion in human consciousness, and this includes the visual perception capabilities of our eyes.

The Physics of Technology That is Fifth Dimensional in Nature

Galactic lightships do not ‘motor’ across the galaxy and then shift dimensions using force. A key reason for this is that force does not exist in the dimensions they exist in.

There are two core concepts of fifth dimensional technology that we cover in this video:

Fifth dimensional technology is conscious.

• This technology operates in concert with the being(s) operating it through both resonance and inner connection.

The movement of fifth dimensional technology is point to point.

• Working consciously with the technology, in point to point communication, the fifth dimensional starship manifests from light into a thicker light spectrum to appear into our reality.

I go into more detail on how this works in the video. We are discussing a new type of technology used on Earth by the galactics of higher dimensions.

A Comparison With Secret Space Program and Advanced Extraterrestrial Technologies

I believe that this type of technology is beyond what the Secret Space Program functions with.

Their technology in my view was gained from interactions with technologically advanced fourth dimensional extraterrestrials. Although in some of its operations, this technology may appear to defy the laws of physics, in my view it does not.

In my view it is highly likely that SSP technology operates under the laws of physics of the third and fourth dimensions. It’s just that most of our science hasn’t thought of these aspects of physics before now.

The New Technologies: What Will the Future Hold?

What this means is that there are technological advancements that our world can make, beyond what elite science on this planet has so far discovered, and beyond third and fourth dimensional capabilities.

What this means is that we have an opportunity to develop these new fifth dimensional technologies out in the open, transparently, particularly if the proper laws and support are granted by the government to make it so.

Solaris Modalis Commentary

As technology changes, and as we as human beings raise our conscious awareness, I believe that we will begin to see into spectrums of light, that were not visible to our human eyes, before.

I recently published a video commentary on new technology, in this example in televisions, and how it is able to reveal these light spectrums. It is a fascinating phenomenon.

What Do 4D Spectrums of Light Reveal?

This video is about 4D+ energy in people’s energy fields, revealed through new technology that is able to show this energy to us in new ways. 4D means fourth dimensional.

What do these spectrums look like?

And what do they look like, around human beings?

Is there something about the human energy field that will influence or be influenced by these ‘new’ light spectrums?

Previously only someone who was sensitive, psychic, intuitive or clairvoyant, or had other clairs (clairsentience, clairaudience, and so on) could perceive these energies!

The Fourth Dimension is Also Known as the Astral Field 

This fourth dimensional energy is also referred to as astral energy. In a human being, it is the layer of energy closest to the human body, that is part of the human energy field.

In some ways, this energy is like a veil around the human being.  It both contains elements of who we really are, but it also contains much of what I like to call our ‘detritus’ we tend to gather energetically, through our journeys in incarnation.

This fourth dimensional energy is also all around us, as it is a part of the next layers of dimension after the physical dimension (the third dimension).

Fifth Dimensional and Higher Energies

The video linked in this article revealed 4D energies.  But, fifth dimensional energies are perceivable now also, and much of what I print on the blog here, in the photographs of lightships and sky phenomena, is fifth dimensional and higher.

When you compare the fourth dimensional video images with the lightship photographs, you can feel a different quality of energy.  I choose to have an attitude of non-judgement about these energies.

However, we will perceive some of them as more negative, and some more positive; some more good, and some more bad.  This reflects the duality of non-physical fourth dimensional energies.

We will of course have personal preferences over what qualities and frequencies of energies we feel most comfortable with.

Imagining the New Light Spectrums

I believe that the visibility of higher dimensional non-physical energies across the dimensional spectrum will only become more visible, both with our naked human eyes, and through the use of new and improving technologies.

I feel that our visual acuity will improve and expand with expanded awareness and consciousness.  I feel that our ability to sense these spectrums will further develop naturally, also.

Technology advances of all kinds are here, and are coming, and they may show us information in unexpected and revealing ways.

We have often heard scientists describe that human beings can only see a fraction of the total light spectrum.

What new phenomena might be revealed by our ability to access and view new spectrums of light?

Exciting possibilities abound, and with them, the ability to expand our understanding of our world.

Measurement and New Technology

I was talking with an inventor of new technologies, some time ago.  Some inventors are very focused on gathering data that is the ultimate proof that their new technology actually works.

The issue with this data, is that it lowered the frequency of the tasks being performed.  What I mean is, that the machine off which measurements were attempting to be produced, was functioning at such a high frequency, that it was immeasurable to the inventor.  In my view.

I had this view, because I could feel the energy field of the machine, and what I was feeling was in no way noticed by the inventor’s technological measurement ability.

What did happen, is that actual effects were observed, and then conclusions were drawn.

So, as we look to new technologies, a scientific approach relying on observation, I feel, will produce more reliable assessments of what is truly occurring.

Measurement Asks Us to Go Outside Our Personal Experience, for Verification 

Because if the technology is new, the ability to measure it’s effect with instruments may be beyond our capability.  But our powers of observation, and our telling of our experience, are human oriented tools that will serve us well in these endeavors.

There is another aspect of the need for measurement:  if human consciousness is increasing, it is highly likely that we will create some new stuff, some new ideas, concepts, processes, machines, inventions, that have never been seen before.  Measurement asks something or someone outside of ourselves to validate these new experiences, for us.

Using Human Oriented Tools and Abilities to Assess and Create the New, With Success

Validation of new, cutting edge, never been seen before stuff doesn’t come from outside the creation environment.  What would an average person have said to Tesla if he had told them how he was creating energy, without personally observing his ability?  No, those who are creating the new must be such strong proponents of what they experience, of their vision, that their personal will and creativity brings to life that creation, in co-creation with Life which dwells within each of us.  In my view, it is really the full connection to Life, or as I would say, our Soul’s inspiration singing through us, that adds the power to such creations.

We Will Be Able to Measure the Effects and Validity of New Technologies, When We Can Measure the Human Spirit

Look at those who created the new, the never been done before, that have changed our world:  Steve Jobs, Einstein, and so on.  These are human beings whose technologies, and the effects produced by their creations, could not be measured ahead of time.  Steve Jobs used his personal vision to imagine outcomes, and Einstein used his ability to create thought experiments to create new theories.  Their human orientation, their reliance of their own humanity, served them well in creating, and I’d say, was the reason their creations (new technology, new theories, and so on) succeeded in the first place.

New technology, I feel, that is of particular interest to me will have these qualities:  it will be fifth dimensional (5D and higher dimensional), it will be technology of the sort and frequencies also used by the galactic lightships in the sky, and it will be interdimensional, because we humans will be interdimensional (and technically we already are) – we will be living in physical form while using higher frequency new technology.  And, most importantly, they will be utilized in the highest good of all beings.

New technologies that truly aid the human race, and individual human beings, in living a human oriented life in which our Soul’s inspiration sings through us, will be understandable as measurable when we can measure and understand the frequency of the human spirit.  Or, when we can understand that measurement of these frequencies does not matter.

I say this because new technologies that truly shift our world in the highest good of all humanity, will be of this same frequency, that of the human spirit or Soul.

Galactic Technology is Fifth Dimensional (5D) and Higher Technology

Fifth dimensional (and higher) technology has been a focus of some of our recent postings, in  actual and implied ways.

I have been writing about a couple of themes, recently, that bring up the question of what is higher dimensional technology and how will it be used?

For example, I have been writing about galactic technology in use by lightships on chemtrails and other particulate matter in the sky.

• Bell Shaped UFO, Cloaked, Transmutes Chemtrails,
• Lightships, Galactics, Harmlessness and Physics.

This brings up the topic, in general, of higher dimensional technology.  Because galactic beings use technology that is at their dimensional frequency.

What technology galactics use, and how they use it, may surprise us.

What does a shift to 5D technology mean for humanity?  How is 5D technology different from the technology we use today?  I think these are important questions to consider, and to answer.

However, there is a more important, and a key aspect of 5D technology, and this will be the focus of our article, today.

Leave Behind Your War-Like Mind

There is a very important aspect of 5D and higher technology:  It cannot be used for war.

We might as well address this upfront, because this topic is the elephant in the room.

Thus, using 5D+ technology will require a major shift in the thinking of our societies.

Why can’t 5D+ technology be used for war?  There are key reasons, and let’s clarify an important one here in this article.

A Practical View of 5D

What is the fifth dimension?  I know that scientists will draw lines for you and fold up pieces of paper in interesting ways and create cool graphics and bring in möbius loops, and this is all very interesting.  And, it’s fun.

But, let’s talk about what the fifth dimension is, in practicality.

Because, this is what matters to the average person, and this is what will allow the average regular person to use fifth dimensional understanding and frequencies to change their lives.

Non-Duality is a Primary Characteristic of 5D

The fifth dimension is a state where we as human beings live in non-duality.  What does this mean?  It means, that we no longer live out the two sides of polarity – good/bad, right/wrong, love/hate, black/white, power over/power under, oppressor/victim, strength/weakness, winner/loser, and so on.

A state of non-duality is simply incompatible with war-like thinking, because in non-duality, it does not exist.

This is the key reason that fifth dimensional technology cannot be used for war – you cannot both use the technology for war and maintain a fifth dimensional energy matrix.

Falling in frequency out of non-duality, means that you will be beyond the functioning of this technology.

Comparing War-Like Thinking with a 5D State of Being

War-like thinking can only exist if duality exists.  War-like thinking forces us to take one side of an argument, and puts us in opposition to the other side, with an attempt to dominate that side.  The topic of the argument is secondary.  Being at one end of a polarized position, and facing an opponent at the other polarity, is the essence of war.

War-like thinking also implies power over others who are weaker or disenfranchised in some way.  Dominating others is a war-like action. So war-like thinking also involves a view of power-over versus power-under.

Looking at war-like thinking as representing the extremes of polarized positions, we could also say that the fewest amount of people dominating the greatest amount of people is at the extreme end of a polarized state.  That’s pretty much where we are now here on Earth, by the way; where .01% of the population have created planetary structures that dominate and control 7 billion human beings.

That we have reached the extreme expression of polarity indicates we are at a shift point which is about to create massive change in the structure of our our societies and in how we live as human beings.

What is 5D?

Many people including myself feel this will be a shift in our human consciousness – towards fifth dimensional or non-dual states.  In other words, where we live from the non-dual heart center, rather than from polarized expressions of duality.

Another term for this shift that many use is ascension, but it is really ascension-descension; the ascension of physicality and the descending into physicality of higher consciousness principles.  When we expand our awareness and our consciousness so much that we shift to living from our heart center in a non-dual state, we have achieved a fifth dimensional state of being as a human being.

Creating and operating technology from the 5D state is going to be an entirely new and exciting experience.

Do You Have to be Fifth Dimensional to Use Fifth Dimensional Technology?

At first, I didn’t like this answer.  In fact, I’m going to write a whole separate article on this topic.  Eh, maybe I don’t need to.  But I felt this way because the answer is:  No, you don’t.

You do not have to be fifth dimensional to use fifth dimensional technology.  But you do need to be fairly close in frequency to or embody the higher fourth dimensional layers, or, be able to hold a fifth dimensional frequency for periods of ‘time’.

The topic of the article I’m planning to write about this will be something like:  Forgiving our Future Galactic Selves.

There have been times when galactic races of fifth dimensional and higher frequencies, have assisted beings of lower frequencies with their technology.

Earth and our solar system have been both helped and hindered by extraterrestrials and galactic beings utilizing advanced technologies. And this has been both detrimental, and in our favor, also.

Perhaps history balances itself out.

Six Reasons Galactic Forces Would Lend Out Fifth Dimensional Technology

Why would a fifth dimensional and higher group allow it’s technology to be used by lower dimensional beings?

• Mistakes were made.
  • Many alternate timelines and realities occur for every outcome, and we are at the end of a long set of timelines and outcomes in Earth/Solar System/Galactic history.

• The choice was consciously made. 
  • Because the outcome was in alignment with the highest good of all.

• The Divine Plan required it.
  • Galactic forces allowed this technological use in alignment with the Divine Plan for creation.

• A special dispensation is granted.
  • This is decided by a group in and in alignment with decisions of higher councils.

• Those using the technology are actually 5D beings.
  • Such a being would have a mission of service to the greater good of all.

• A society is at a shift point
  • A society at a shift point to a fifth dimensional state can receive 5D+ technology.

Humanity and 5D Technology

Our society is at a shift point where many human beings can now hold fifth dimensional frequencies for periods of time (the state of non-duality).

This will allow us to innovate and create, and receive and co-create, innovative new technologies, from this state of being.

First, we will have to get a handle on what is 5D technology?  This we will discuss in future articles.

Visiting a Lightship – Applying Discernment

Here are some techniques for applying discernment before visiting a lightship during meditation.

This discussion applies to far more than visiting lightships in meditation.  You can use these techniques for visiting a lightship, assessing a UFO experience, meeting extraterrestrial or galactic beings in the physics or non-physical, on Earth or elsewhere, or doing energy work in general.

If you don’t know what discernment means, we have several posts in What’s New about discernment. But, basically what discernment means is this: is this experience in my highest good or not?  If it is, proceed, and if not, withdraw.  You are the one who determines the answer to this question, in concert with your higher self and/or other spiritual guidance.

Discernment goes beyond a simple assessment, and at higher levels, is beyond a mental assessment.

Deepening our discernment capabilities, calls for us to have an understanding of the greater themes at play.  Thus, the context within which we are operating is important to using our discernment to experience our highest outcome.
Deepening our discernment capabilities also calls for us to be self-responsible including developing a process for discerning to achieve our highest outcomes.

Thus, there are two main categories that we are considering, today, related to visiting lightships in meditation.

These are context and process.

Context helps set a framework for understanding.  Process helps us gain techniques that assist us in our journey.

Setting a Context for Our Discernment

I feel that setting a framework to understand our experience is a key element of the context of visiting a lightship, assessing a UFO experience, meeting extraterrestrial or galactic beings in the physics or non-physical, on Earth or elsewhere, or doing energy work in general.

The context within which I would set these experiences, is understanding creativity and how you create your own experience.

There are six key elements that guide our creations:

• We create what we are.  Our thoughts, intentions, emotions, beliefs, attitudes and intentions all combine in our creation.  Be clear with yourself about what you are creating.

• We create with our higher selves and/or guidance team.  When we are working through the heart, through unconditional love for ourselves, we are creating this experience, with our guidance team.  We are’t here on our own, in any experience.  When we enter the heart space, we get to commune with our team, also.

• Assess your mental and emotional state.  For example, you wouldn’t visit a lightship in a state of fear or anger.  In this state, one would end up connecting with a frequency aligned with the fear or anger.  This would be a fourth dimensional (4D) experience, or an experience of the Illusion.

• We create with the heart, not with the mind.  When we are having a fifth dimensional (or higher) experience (5D+), we are creating with the heart.  There is a specific flow of how this feels that takes some getting used to.  What I have found, is that if I start mentally assessing my experience, or thinking, this will lower the frequency of my experience, which can send me into Illusion.

• Staying in the heart is 5D+. If I am having an experience that is fifth dimensional or higher frequency, and I use the mind, I will get booted out of the experience.  Learning how to be, how to know, how to feel, how to intuit, completely without the analytical mind is a 5D state of experience.

• You can be in 5D even in a 3/4D experience.  When you are having your meditative experience, you can remain at 5D even if the experience around you is a lower frequency.  You remain at 5D by being unconditionally loving. You can be at this frequency while in a third dimensional or fourth dimensional experience, or, while in a physical or non-physical experience.

• You can hold a 5D experience while in a 3/4D body.  We can hold a fifth dimensional frequency while in our 3/4D physical bodies.  This is the difference between the non-physical at 4D compared with 5D:  The non-physical at 4D is in a state of duality.  The non-physical in 5D is in a state of unconditional love or non-duality.

• Elevating the body’s frequency to 5D.  When we hold a 5D state within our physical body, we elevate the frequencies of our entire physicality.  This means that we experience 3/4D, from within 5D, meaning, from a place of non-duality, also, from within our hearts.

• What are our soul contracts? What we choose to experience is driven by decisions made by our higher self in concert with our human self. If we feel consistently asked to address something, from a higher Soul choice, or if we feel consistently asked not to interact with something, also from a higher Soul choice, these reflect experiences that are or are not a part of our Soul contract. We can ask, within, ‘Is this on my path? Or, is this not on my path?’  ~ Alex Clark

• Heart Open – Heart Closed?: Our Ultimate Indicator:  If I am fully engaged with my intuition, and fully engaged with my inner wisdom, when I observe something, then I can know that if my heart opens for me, it is on my Soul path and I can proceed, but when my heart closes for me, I bless it and move on.  ~ Alex Clark

Setting a Process to Assist Us in Our Discernment

Our visit to a lightship is essentially our own creation.  To hone our discernment, I find that establishing a process is helpful.

What follows is a suggestion for process with specific steps.  I’d recommend honing this as you are guided, by your higher self, and by your guidance team if you have one, also.

     Energy Field Maintenance

• Know and work with your guidance:  Ask to work with your guardian angel, whatever you call your Soul (your I Am presence, your Higher Self, use your words here).  You may choose to also work with Archangel Michael (who I highly recommend as the archangel of security, protection, and so much more), or the guides of the highest frquencies that feel most aligned with you.

• Assess your own energy field.  Before considering visiting a lightship in meditation, my  suggestion is to assess your own energy field.  You want to be clear – mentally, emotionally.  Because, what you carry with you will create.

• Do energy work and clearing with your body and field.  When entering into meditation, my suggestion is to do energy work with your field.  Ask your Higher Self and/or your guidance team to assist in clearing any energy not in highest good from your energy field and your body.  Your field is clear when all your energy in your body and energy field is in your highest good.

• Ask for assistance with cord disconnection.  Determine whether you have cords attached out that are not in your highest good.  Determine whether you have cords attached in not in your higher good.  Ask your guidance team to clear these for you.  If you have these cords, you may choose to do some work on what was or is going on inside of you to assist your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical personal growth.

• You will be here, and there:  As a reminder, you will be here, in your body in the physical, and there, in your light body and/or consciousness, at the same time.  Always remember your commitment and attachment to being human, and to fully inhabiting your body, and to claiming your body as your individual space and the physical temple specific to and created for your Soul.

     Programming your energy field

• Basic guidelines: We are about to talk about setting energy parameters for your energy field (including your physical body) and about energy field maintenance.

• Frequency does not need to be set in numbers:  Just to be clear, here, setting the frequency of your energy parameters does not mean setting a specific hertz requirement.  In fact, from my perspective, numbers are third and fourth dimensional.  I have found that coding in 5D+ consists of light language and symbology.  However, if specific numbers resonate with you as associated with the frequencies of unconditional love,

• You can program your own energy field:  Once you have programmed your intention into your energy field, it is set, like a computer program.  At first, you can repeat the programming if you desire.  But you will come to realize that setting intention for your energy field parameters is like programming a computer.  Once it is done, it is set.

• Guidance will prompt you: Your inner guidance will let you know when it’s time to recommit to your parameters or to change, renew or restore them. You will be guided by your Higher Self and/or guidance team if this needs to be confirmed, changed, expanded, or eliminated and replaced with something new.  You will know this because you will feel guided within, you will feel prompted, the feeling will recur, you will imagine it, and so on.

     Set your energetic parameters

• Set energy parameters for the body:  Consciously set the frequency range that you will engage with.

• Set energy parameters for the energy field. Consciously set the frequency range that you will engage with.  Don’t be afraid to simply say – allow in the energies that are for my highest good through I am able to in physical body handle.

• Suggestions: My suggestion is to set your parameters to the highest frequencies of light that you are personally able to hold and to experience.  Set your own intentions, in your own words that resonate most strongly with you, and then trust your Higher Self and/or guidance team to know the specifics.
• Additional suggestions:  Some other suggestions for terms could be frequencies of the highest light, in my highest good and the highest good of all, through unconditional love, in alignment with my Soul plan, and so on, but you can also go by feeling or any other way that you communicate with your Higher Self.  This is a very individual process, and requires self-responsibility.

     Grounding with Gaia

• It is important to consciously connect to Gaia.  It may sound counter intuitive, but I have found that deepening my connection to the planet assists me in these travels.  Think of it as having a more solid foundation to start from.

• Confirm that your energy is fully grounded into the heart of Gaia.

• In the same was as grounding into the planet’s heart is important, it is important that your Soul energies be grounded into your physical body.  Again, I have found that deepening my connection to the physical body assists in these travels.  Think of it as having a more secure place to launch from and return to.

• Confirm that your energy is fully grounded into your body, before starting.

     Caring for the Body

• Protection of the body by your Higher Self, guardian angel, Archangel Michael, ascended masters, and so on.

• Request, know and feel that your physical body is cared for in the moment.

• Choose a time and place that is safe and comfortable for the physical body.

• Listen to your guidance on when it is time to leave or that your meditation is completed.

     Check alignment

• Check that visiting the lightship energy is in alignment.

• Check that visiting the lightship is in alignment with the energetic parameters you have set for your body and energy field.

• If you find that you have entered an illusory environment during the experience, exit the situation immediately, withdrawing all of your pure energy back to your body.  Simply setting the intention, and knowing you are assisted by your Higher Self and guides, causes this to occur.

• Send the illusory situation unconditionally loving intetion, i.e., gratitude for the experience and forgiveness of those creating the illusion, including yourself.  You can also send love and light to the Higher Selves of all involved, if you are guided to do so.

• Illusory environments do exist, and characters or entities that are lower dimensional do exist.  This is one reason why I am so focused on discernment.   Using discernment is important to achieving our highest outcomes.

Using Discernment Before Visiting a Lightship 

• Engage your team at all times – your Higher Self, guides, guardian angels, Archangel Michael, your version of spiritual accompaniment in your highest good at the highest frequencies of light.
• During the experience, at each change in person-location-situation, check in with inner guidance – heart-based guidance:  Is this in my highest good and the highest good of all?  (Hint, these are the same thing at the heart-based frequencies.)
• Do these checks throughout your experience, especially if and when the situation, characters, scene or feeling changes.
• Remember, that you have set and programmed your energy field with your particular requirements for engaging in this experience.  Trust yourself and your Soul – higher self – guidance team.  Have faith in your abilities to have this experience.

When we are creating at 5D+, we are co-creating with our inner divinity.  This is the next aspect of visiting a lightship that we will cover in our upcoming article.

Visiting a Lightship:  Are We Traveling to the Fifth Dimension?

Lightships are at the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies.

Basically, they exist in the frequencies of non-duality, and unconditional love.

Visiting Lightships Requires a Fifth Dimensional State of Awareness 

This means, to visit a lightship, you must match these frequencies, and use techniques for visiting that are fifth dimensional techniques for managing your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional states of being.

What is a 5D or Fifth Dimensional (or Higher) State of Being?

A fifth dimensional state is one of non-duality and one that is unconditional loving.

As a human being, to experience a fifth dimensional state, is to use ‘the clairs’.  The clairs are a higher frequency expression pf per human sensory experience, i.e., feeling – clairsentience, seeing – clairvoyance, knowing – claircognisance, hearing – clairaudience, and so on.

Many people perceive this state in different ways – some see, some sense, some feel, some know, and so on.

But, the essence of a fifth dimensional state of being is that it comes from your heart.  The heart-based frequencies are fifth dimensional and higher frequencies.

Non-Duality Compared with Being ‘All Good’

I’m also not talking about being ‘all good’, here.  To be ‘all good’ from within a dual state, is to exist at the fully polarized end of that state of duality.

In a universe that is in a dualized state – i.e., in the third and fourth dimensions of Earth, if we exist as purely good in these dimensional states, something has to exist in these dimensional states as purely bad, to balance the universal energies.

Non-duality is a state of loving and accepting, all.  This is not a state of accepting abusive behavior, upon or by the self.  It is a state of personal responsibility and fully claiming the territory of the self – fully claiming and being who you are, from the heart.

Loving and accepting all involves compassion and forgiveness that is almost immediate, by yourself.  It takes a higher view and sets behaviors in this context, or it simply accepts them.

A fifth dimensional state also means fully embodying the frequencies of who you are – including your I Am presence, or the very essence of who you are as a Soul, present in this universe.

Emanating the essence of who you are, which from your heart is a powerfully loving state of being, has an amazing effect on the world around you, simply by being an example of being fully You.

I’m talking about presenting and being in our wholeness, loving our full human-ness, choosing conscious action, and being conscious and aware of ourselves and our state of being.

Holding a Fifth Dimensional Frequency as a Human Being

‘Holding the frequency’ to visit lightships can be challenging, as is living and being in a fifth dimensional state while being human.

We have two guides, or world teachers, who tell us that we can achieve these states of being as a human – Buddha and Jesus.  The Buddha said that achieving enlightenment was possible for ‘householders’.  And, Jesus said ‘all this I have done, you will do and more’.

We tend to think that the fruition of these teachings will be some sparkling day far off in the future.  What if ‘the future’ is simply a term for ‘higher frequency’ or, ‘higher dimensional’?

Ascension is Raising Your Consciousness, And Your Frequency, Too

One of the terms used for raising your frequency is, ascension.

What is ascension about?

It is really about descending our higher frequencies, into the human body, while ascending the frequencies we have previously held, from within the human body.

Is visiting a lightship traveling across dimensions?  

So, if we visit a lightship in a meditative state, are we traveling across dimensions?

Another way to say this – is visiting a lightship, interdimensional?

Are we traveling from the third and fourth dimension, where we live in our human bodies, to the fifth dimension, where we exist in lightbody or some other form?

My answer is this – no we are not traveling across dimensions.

To visit a lightship, we raise our own state of being – we raise the frequency of our whole self – to the fifth dimensional, heart-based state.

Then, we visit the lightship from that state.  Now, when we are visiting the lightship, we are not traveling across dimensions – we are already in the same dimensional frequency that the lightship exists in.

We Humans are Capable of Being Interdimensional

In other words, our human being self has to match that frequency in the moment.  Otherwise, it is not possible.

So – it is your human self, here, and your state of being that is interdimensional.

Now, I’m clearly not including travel during the dreamtime, here.  Because a lot of us visit ships at night, from what I understand.  Although, perhaps our bodies do achieve a 5D state before we go on our nighttime journeys, I don’t know about that one.

Can we have a 5D self – a multidimensional self – who is aware of us and who is on a lightship, or who is an aspect of our lightbody self, whether or not we are in the moment conscious of this?

For me, this is an aspect of our multidimensionality.  We can inhabit the third and fourth dimension and not be aware of any other incarnation – their existence is not dependent upon our awareness of them.

(I think everyone ‘up there’ is having a good laugh right now!  I know I am – inside, lol.)

Do you want to visit a lightship and interact with galactic beings?

What a great incentive to raise our consciousness, while living in our human bodies!!

And, to be clear, what this means, to me, is living our human lives from this frequency, and from this perspective – not ‘getting outta here’ and going back to the stars.

I understand, especially if you are drawn to UFOs and ships and stars and such things, that you may have this yearning.  I certainly used to have this attitude – until I came to a different decision, a choice really.

For me, what I’ve come to is that I love being here, I love being a human being, and I’m here to bring these higher aspects of me here, to my home in this body, and to live from here.

5D human, baby!  That’s what I’m talkin’ about.

As a bonus, you get to visit lightships – if you want to, and if this is your heart’s desire and your soul path, also.

As I sat to write this posting, I could tell something was different about the sun – I couldn’t see the screen anywhere near as well as yesterday sitting outside – the sun was visibly brighter.

You can see the rays emanating from the sun – wow this is an intensely gorgeous sun day.

I knew this meant an excellent photo opportunity might be presenting, and as I looked up to snap the photo, I saw the heart shaped cloud exactly over the little mountain!!  How wonderful is that!!

And, it is a visible reminder that our love manifests in the world around us, and reflects back to us in every moment.

I was in the middle of writing a post about a particular visit to the V-shaped lightship we recently wrote about, and then I thought – whoa, maybe I’m getting a little ahead of myself here.

Maybe we should talk about how to visit a lightship, first.  Then, some juicy stories!!  So it appears that we have a series developing here, about visiting lightships, in general, and then, stories about such visits!  I can’t wait, lol!!

There it is, out my window.  The lightship that inspired this article.

Do You Wish to Visit a Lightship?

Here is what I am wondering.  Do you wish to visit a lightship?  I’d love to know what your answer is to this, in the comments below.

I have visited lightships in meditation.  What I have found, is like anything, that there are requirements and a process to do this.  So, I have outlined some suggestions, below.  These are effective techniques that have worked well for me.

Assessing and Discerning Energies and Activities Through Frequencies

Before visiting a lightship in a meditative state, I highly recommend developing and practicing discernment.

Engaging discernment before engaging with a lightship in a meditative state is pretty key.

For me, discernment begins with this question – is this in my highest good?  Now, it is important to note that this question isn’t a mental question – it is asking for heart-based guidance.

I ask this of my inner guidance at the highest frequencies of light, or at the frequency of my I Am presence, or higher.  Another way to think of this is: Is this in alignment with divine will expressed through me?  Is this in alignment with my Soul path?  Is this in alignment with my heart frequencies?  And, is this in alignment with universal and divine law?

This is called setting energetic parameters.

What is Discernment, in Practice?

Discernment involves taking responsibility for the self, and discernment involves awareness.

Learning to discern from the heart frequencies is particularly helpful if you are about to travel to a lightship in a meditative state.  It is also helpful to learn to qualify the energy parameters of your body and energy field.

I’m going to link below to articles on Solaris Modalis where we discuss discernment, because this is an important topic related to visiting a lightship, and it is an important topic related to extraterrestrials and galactic beings.

There are a lot of articles on discernment – this is how important discernment is.

How Do You Visit a Lightship?

We can visit a lightship in our lightbody, with our consciousness, or both.

So, when you visit a lightship in lightbody, you are also experiencing your multidimensional self.

Visiting a lightship is not astral travel, and it is not an ‘out of body experience’.  These are fourth dimensional techniques that I personally do not recommend.

Being in lightbody, or being aware of your consciousness as an energy, is a fifth dimensional or higher state of being.

Visiting a lightship requires a fifth dimensional state of being or higher.

What if You Can’t Do It?

A friend of mine asked me to add in this section, because, as she astutely mentioned, this sort of experience isn’t in everyone’s soul path.  Her guides ‘slammed her back into her body’ when she attempted such a thing – and she realized it just wasn’t for her.

Why would that be the case?  It could be about the way we are energetically protected, it could be that this would take us in a direction we aren’t supposed to be going on our soul path, and so many other possibilities.  It is up to you to check in with your own personal guidance, to see if visiting a lightship is something that resonates with you.

What About ‘Interference’?

Can there be ‘interference’ when we travel to a lightship?  I would say that this is possible, clearly.  Thus, setting the energetic parameters that you agree to engage with, setting the frequency parameters that you will accept into your energy field and experience, are key skill sets to have and to develop.

It helps, also, to develop the discernment to know whether an experience presenting itself, or an energy presenting itself, is ‘of the Illusion’.  Engaging with this sort of energy causes all sorts of havoc and interesting experiences that are, let me sum it up in my own words, a pain in the…butt.

If this happens, what I’ve found is that one has to retrace one’s steps back to the beginning of when the illusive aspect of the experience started, and begin again, while violet flaming (with unconditional love) and withdrawing one’s energy from the Illusion.

‘The Illusion’ presents as a holographic matrix that is a sort of sub-program to siphon energies.  A key indicator of ‘the Illusion’ is activities or energies that are expressing fear or anger towards you.

This is an essentially a request for you to lower your frequency so that these energies can engage with you, because these are entities that ‘cannot reach’ you at the frequency of unconditional love.

Some of us come with our own security, lol.  I’m sitting here at a cafe and the man who sat next to me just joked that I ‘come with my own police escort’, lol.  Yep, I laughed and looked up and realized that there are two police vehicles directly in front of my car, like an escort, and two officers sitting behind me.  I appreciate them, also.  And, I love a man in uniform!

What timing!  I love these ‘coincidences’ that happen, or as I view them, messages from higher guidance.

Visiting A Lightship in Lightbody

To visit a lightship, one enters the heart-based frequencies, which are akin to the frequencies of the fifth dimension or higher.

First, to decide to visit a lightship means, that you are able to ‘step out’ of your body (while also still inhabiting your body) into a lightbody, and be aware of and present in both your physical body, and your light body at the same time.

Technically, your lightbody is always with you anyway, so this is basically another ‘you’, in lightbody, who is doing the visiting.  This you is a fifth dimensional or higher dimensional version of your self.

So, when you visit a lightship in lightbody, you are also experiencing one of your multidimensional selves, but you are also aware and in your body at the same time.

When I visit a lightship in lightbody, I am conscious of both my physical body and life, and my light body and experiences, at the same time.

I realize that this is one way to do this, and there are likely many variations, so my suggestion is to align with your inner, heart based guidance as this is the best compass for you of how to engage with your personal experience.

Visiting a Lightship as Conscious Energy

The other way to visit a lightship is to send your consciousness to the lightship, while your consciousness is also resident in your body.  This is akin to being pure energy, and sending yourself as pure energy to check out the lightship.

Again, when I do this, I am fully aware of my physical body and it’s experience, and my consciousness as energy and it’s experience.

Now, we are experiencing our multidimensional self existing as pure energy.  Pretty cool, huh?

Most Importantly, Visiting a Lightship is about Love

There are several ways that love comes into play, here.

First, using discernment is about love.  It is about loving yourself, enough to make sure that you are energetically and physically secure as you go about your experiences. It is about caring about yourself enough to engage in ways that make you feel comfortable and secure, and therefore allow you to have an experience with the heart open.  I guess, that’s what it’s about for me, anyway.

The other way that love comes into play is frequency parameters:

To visit a lightship, one holds a matching frequency to that ship.  This frequency is that of unconditional love.  It is not a mental frequency.  It is a heart-based frequency.  It is the frequency of love of all beings and love of all things.  It is the frequency of honoring and loving your Self and your self, first, and in turn honoring and loving all you experience, and all whom you are meeting.

Love gets you through the ‘force field’.

At a certain frequency, there is an open door.  But any lower frequency, the door is closed.  Does this make sense?  I used the word force field, above, for our understanding, but it is not exactly how the galactics would describe this, they would use much gentler language.  Gentler language, yes, but the strength is there.

Ah, I think that I have gotten a sense of how they would express this force field aspect.  For those not holding the aligning frequency, this would present as maybe like a ‘curtain’, gentle, light, breezy, something perhaps not even noticeable.  Unless you tried to get in – it would be like fighting with air – there would simply be no connection point.

An aligned frequency would meet the ‘curtain’, the ‘curtain’ and the being would perceive each other, and the aligned being would pass through, with permission.  Lower your frequency once passing through, and there is a self-protecting mechanism that will boot you off – it is within the being who has entered.  Meaning, we self-select outta there.  I have done this, so if this happens to you, know that it can be part of the learning process.  What can I say, some of us learn the hard way!

At any rate, love is important, here.  Your love is the qualifier of you entering a lightship, whether that love is of mission or of family, and so on.  Like hearts are drawn to like hearts.

Lightships – Mission and Star Family

Are there certain lightships that are more aligned?  I find that this is the case.  In these cases, what I have come to is that this is not about being aligned in general, it is about being aligned in mission and as friends or family.

The beings on some lightships are engaging in particular missions, and when a mission is aligned with yours, there is a connection that lights you up inside.  In addition, some lightships will carry multi-dimensional versions of your self, or will carry your star family, so you will be more drawn to these, also.

The Process of Visiting a Lightship

These thoughts on visiting a lightship are suggestions, and should be personalized to what resonates with your being.  I’m sure that there are many ways to do this.  These concepts, discussed above, are what I use to set the context and energy parameters for visiting lightships.

In addition, for me, these steps grow and evolve.  I will change and add to the process as I go along, so this is my process in the Now moment, lol.

What I have found, is that as I evolve, how I’m guided evolves also, because as I grow and expand, my energy field grows and expands, also.  It’s kind of fun, really.  Challenging, sometimes (oh yeah!), but fun, definitely.

But, the funnest thing is the love that I experience while visiting lightships and the loving beings I meet.  This feeling of love makes my heart glow.
