Discernment is Key to Meeting With An Extraterrestrial or Galactic Beings

Are you ready to meet beings from another planet or dimension? In my view, having the ability to have discernment about 1) who we are meeting, and 2) what we are truly participating in, are key capabilities for anyone who wishes to engage with the field of extraterrestrial activity and galactic affairs on planet Earth.

Note: I have significantly added to and developed the previous posting on discernment, titled Building Our Discernment Ability.  Thus, I have reprinted this article, here in it’s evolved form, with lots of new material.

What is real, and what is not?  What do we do when strange circumstances test our responses?

This is where building a depth of spiritual and energetic discernment is so important, because the first step in answering these questions is to be able to discern what we are facing.  Is this technology, being, experience or circumstance good or not good for us?

More importantly, is the technology, being, experience or circumstance in our highest good?  What is the highest good for anyone person, or for the human beings who live on Earth, is a question that will result in many, varied answers, because we are all unique individuals.

Finding a common ground for establishing discernment of what is in our highest good seems called for and necessary.  Moreover, while our focus has been to ask this questions as individuals, we may also choose to shift to asking this question for our world, and for our people, meaning, all of humanity.

Looking to what we all have in common, and what is the best of what we share, that we also have in great abundance, seems a good place to start to answer the question of what is in our highest good.

At the most basic level, I’d suggest that what we have both as individuals and as the human race, in great abundance if we choose to share, is our capacity to love.  Love is free, in great supply and more love for ourselves, each other and our planet is clearly perhaps the easiest and most cost effective solution for the human race.

Love reveals the best of who we are, and love elevates the human spirit.  Love flows freely from the human heart.

So, I would suggest I suggest that the key to discernment is asking whether a technology, being, experience or circumstance is aligned with us at the heart level.  Seems so simple, doesn’t it?

Learning to hear the whispers of our heart is a practice that takes commitment and devotion.  Coming into awareness of our heart frequencies is not the easy path.  Raising our consciousness to be in alignment with our heart frequencies is always challenging.

Aligning with our heart frequencies is a very personal and individual activity.  As we learn to do this, we can then embody heart based discernment. Heart centered living and being has great rewards for those individuals choosing to pursue the path of self-awareness.

The rewards of developing a heart based focus are begin as non- material and non-physical, as they start to manifest in the wonderful feelings that can come with a heart opening.  But being heart centered starts to manifest into the physical also, leading into a rewarding life in the ways we wish to build our lives, and leads to a healthy and deeper relationship with the body and the world around us.

For the human race, expanding our consciousness goes pretty well with sharing a planet, together.  Considering the whole of our Selves, leads us into self-compassion and self-love.  This extends outward to the rest of humanity.

Heart based discernment provides the greatest security to us, as I will explain in the text below.  On a personal level, what I have found is that discerning with the heart is the path where miracles await.

In my view, building our discernment ability means learning to make assessments, perceptions, decisions and choices in alignment with our heart frequencies.

Four Important Questions About Meeting the New or Unexpected; a Galactic or Extraterrestrial Being

Our society is founded around science and proof.  Our forte is the mental and the analytical.  But, what do we do when we are tested by experiences that don’t fit the mental and analytical framework we’ve been raised in and that is socially acceptable in society?  And, when faced with experiences we haven’t encountered before, how do we assess our personal experiences, and make clear choices, in the moment?

What are the situations in which we would meet extraterrestrials, or galactic beings, or even human beings with elite advanced technologies?  What would we be likely to encounter in these meetings that we would need to have discernment about?

It is possible that we would encounter:

• technologies that are wireless with vast capabilities,
• physical technologies that we have not experienced before,
• physical beings that look quite different than us,
• physical beings that look the same as us,
• physical beings and non-physical beings with telepathic or other non-physical communication ability
• physical and non-physical beings able to interact with our human energy field

Here are four important questions about meeting the new or the unexpected:

> How would we adjust to and accept cutting edge technologies that are beyond our comprehension?

> How do we look at and understand phenomena that our commonly known and accepted science does not explain?

> When we have no previous experience to measure an observation or new experience by, how do we assess our true feelings, underneath our surprise?

> How do we keep our wits about us and quickly discern if a being or an experience is in our highest good, and whether a being is aligned with us at the heart level?

Another way of phrasing these questions, and I’m joking a bit here, is what do we do when our mind is blown away by what it is seeing?

Creating a Framework of Understanding to Support the Mind and Emotional Body

Having a framework of understanding supports the mind in understanding what is going on from a broader perspective.  When the mind has understanding it also believes it has security.  When the mind feels that the body is secure, because the mind understands it’s situation and choices from a broader perspective, it will relax and allow the heart and intuition to be our guide.

Without a broader perspective, and without mental discipline, the mind can generate thoughts and create larger thought forms that can cloud our ability to have clear perceptions and make clear choices.  Developing a practice of clearing the mind helps pave the way for heart based discernment.

In addition, while the mind generates it’s many thoughts, the emotional body can be generating fear, and possibly anger.  Clouds of emotions can also impair our ability to think clearly and truly know how we are feeling.  Fight or flight can take hold.  Practicing connecting with our heart frequencies ahead of time, and being connected with our hearts during our experience, allows the emotional body to settle down, and to feel the security of the inner heart connection.

When we perceive and we act from within our heart center, we are not suppressing our emotions.  We are allowing them to flow.  It’s a different approach than pushing down our emotions until a situation is over.  When we push away part of ourselves, and hide it even temporarily, we loose our connection with our wholeness and whole view.  When we hide a pat of ourselves, we create a space where more can be hidden that goes with that experience.  If we are making choices in the moment, wouldn’t we prefer to do so with our full clarity?

Allowing ourselves to feel our emotions and let them flow helps maintain our clarity in the moment.  Learning how to close fear portals and other negative interference, generated from within or without, benefits our discernment capability.

Most of all, we are feeling the unconditional love within our heart for ourselves in this situation.  This love emitting from the heart is comforting and creates an environment from which we can discern and act with certainty.  Importantly, feeling from within the unconditionally loving environment of the heart allows us to see our circumstance from a broader perspective, including the perspective of the other beings, energies or technologies involved.

We’ve been made to think of love as weak, and as being loving as a weakness.

The greatest example that I can give you to show that this is a hack is the example of Archangel Michael.  Here is an angel who is a warrior that will kick your ass if needed, and slay dragons if necessary.  And his name means ‘like God’.  In my book, God is pure love.  The Mother God aspect of creation has the strength of the mother bear and the fierceness to protect her children.  This energy and Divinity is what is acting through us in these circumstances, when we choose alignment with our heart frequencies.

Establishing a framework for our mental body, and our emotional body, ahead of time, allows us to be in our top form when assessing what we are meeting.  Aligning with our heart frequencies, by developing heart based discernment, gives us the security of knowing that we are perceiving and making choices in our highest good.

I established a framework for myself using meditation techniques, energy working techniques, memories of past life times, spiritual practice and study, and my understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum physics principles.  There are many ways to approach creating an understanding in yourself of the heart based frequencies.

In some ways, the human heart is the only technology we need.

Hand in hand with establishing heart based discernment, and establishing a mental and emotional framework, is setting our intentions for our highest outcome.

This is because we call in that which we experience, by matching frequency – this is simple physics.  Attracting resonant frequencies is how energy works, and how life works, also. add more

So, we have a voice in co-creating the experience before it happens through preparing and through imagining our outcomes.

Just like a concert pianist practices to be a master at his or her craft, we can master discerning in a heart based way regarding technologies, beings, experiences and/or circumstances where we may meet extraterrestrial beings, galactic beings, non-physical entities, and other human beings with advanced technologies.

Discernment Begins By Looking Within Our Selves

Our society promotes adhering to certain structures, competing and being the best, individualism and self-reliance, and gaining material possession.  We are taught that all of these elements, if we pursue them together with vigor, lead to personal success.  To a certain extent, these societal beliefs and their supporting structures do foster our entrepreneurial spirit and our creativity.

However, our execution within these societal structures has gotten a bit warped over time.  Greater forces pursue competing agendas and then entrepreneurial spirit and creativity suffer.  We have to ask, how are these values working for us, as a whole?

Making decisions in alignment with the societal patterns listed above could result in outcomes that put personal advancement above the greater good, and the interests of a privileged few above those of humanity.

In my opinion, developing our spiritual and emotional maturity is going to help us in communicating and building relationships with extraterrestrials and galactic beings.  These are going to be very, very important to achieve our highest outcomes.  All around us we know that people have been suffering, and our planet has been suffering.

What is important to us?

If we believe that there are extraterrestrials and galactic beings, and perhaps, if we believe that some of them are already here, and if we want to meet the ones who have the sort of values we admire in other human beings, then we have to be those sort of people, also.

We are going to attract what we are.

What does this mean for our society?  It means, getting serious and finding actual solutions to our planetary problems of health, poverty, war, abuse and oppression.  It means, becoming the sort of civilization we would wish to make contact with, if we wish to have a relationship of equals.

We are a creative and varied human race, blessed with God-given gifts and talents.

If we set our mind to it, in large numbers, we can make this happen, and it needn’t be like before, when we had roadblocks up everywhere, because there have been key power players who financially benefited from the environmental destruction of this planet and the abuse and oppression of its population.

Times are changing.

It’s time to for humanity to take responsibility for this planet and our people.

It’s time to make conscious choices about what we desire for our human race and planet.

We are called to be actual statesmen and stateswomen, and we are called to be ambassadors of the heart, who represent and embody the heart and soul of humanity.

I’m talking about doing this starting at an individual level.

I am talking about you, the person who is reading this.

We are called to work in the highest good of all, and to practice discernment to know this, in groups and as individuals.  We are called to do the inner work to know our true self and true nature, fully, including integrating our shadow aspects.

And we are called to authentically express our highest version of our selves.

Let’s be the best of who we are.  Planet wide.

These are the fundamentals for human beings creating a galactic society aligned with the highest good of all beings and our planet.  Love and caring, self-sovereignty and self-responsibility, conscious choice making and self-awareness are keys to creating our highest outcomes, in alignment with the natural frequencies of our hearts.

These mechanisms are what will set us back on the course of our highest outcome on the timeline of our highest expression.

We are going to attract what we are – this is simple physics.  It is how energy works.  And it is how life works.  If we wish to engage with an extraterrestrial presence, let’s attract those aligned with our highest values, and with the highest expression of love in our hearts.

This isn’t dreaming – this is really, living life.  The way it is meant to be.

Knowing Who You Are as the Key to Developing Inner Clarity

What does being the best of who you are have to do with discernment?  If I know myself, if I truly sense the essence of who I am, I can fill my Self with my own essence.  I can allow my essence to flow through me.  I fill my energy field with the amplification of who I am.  Then, I can more closely feel what resonates, and what is dissonant, to me, when I meet another being or I come into contact with another energy frequency.

Another way to say this is, rather than be entrained by outside frequencies, I can consciously choose the frequency I wish to entrain with, find this frequency emitting from within my own heart space, and choose to focus on, amplify, and emit this frequency.  Another way to say this is we can choose to connect with our heart and shine our heart’s light.

The heart frequencies are beautiful and attractive to those who share heart centric living, and they are unattractive to those who prefer denser experiences and environments (running away from love, anyone? Lol)!  Not only does this work in the realm of meeting extraterrestrial and galactic beings, but it works on a human to human basis also.

In fact, more and more humans moving into the heart frequencies and generating this vibration on Earth’s surface will vibrate-out any extraterrestrial or other beings or things that do not align with the heart.  The focus in physics is usually on the entraining action (where one frequency changes to match another stronger frequency).  But, the complementary action is that the original version of the frequency which entrains either dissipates, moves away, or changes form.

This is the underlying physics of how we will move away from negative ET experiences of the past – to a large extent, they will move away from us, or they will be moved away by physical or other actions, or they will convert to our frequency, as we entrain to more native heart based human living.

Knowing who you truly are is so powerful because being in this state evokes our passion, which emanates from the heart.  Achieving this state of being is a personal calling, and it is a broader planet wide calling too, I believe.

We are unique souls, and we are the group called Humanity.  Without the contrast of those from other worlds, or a broader perspective from the galaxy, it is not as easy to see what makes human beings so similar to each other, and to understand what it is to be truly human.

We can look to the outer world for guideposts.  And we can look outside our planet for guideposts.  But, in doing so, we are stepping outside ourselves.  Ultimately, we come to find that only our own unique wisdom and our own soul can guide our steps along our path.  That is what I have found.  And we will do this together, as the human race, when we emphasis where we get along, and where we agree, over our divisions and differences.

Going within to understand who we are is the strongest way to build discernment, in my view.

Basic Questions for Self-Assessment in Our Personal Approach to Extraterrestrials and Galactic Beings

To an extent, we must realize the hacks in the extraterrestrial-galactic issue for ourselves as human beings.  Let’s honestly look within to discover what is hidden in our passion to pursue extraterrestrial and galactic experiences.

These two questions below require true self-reflection to be answered.  This is because they reflect our shadow side, as individuals and as a member of the human race.  The answers may be yes to both questions, and you still will have a genuine passion for the stars and star beings.  But if any of these are true for you, I would suggest that looking within to your own personal source for answers is the place to initiate self awareness and getting to know who you truly are:

• Are we looking to extraterrestrials and galactic beings to be our savior?
• Are we looking to extraterrestrials and galactic beings as a way to escape our lives on Earth?

I’m going to be honest – Yes, okay!!?? Yes was my answer to both of these questions, when I first started thinking about this area.  And, yes, I have had a genuine passion for space and the stars since childhood.

I had to work through my feelings about both answers to get to a place of Self responsibility and Self love.  Where I came to was claiming my own space – my body, my energy field, my life, and my purpose.  And then, I declared my sovereignty as a human being, and affirmed that I am aligned with from within my heart.

So, I’d say the process of moving to conscious contact with extraterrestrial and galactic beings for me was the following:

• Claim my own physical and energetic space.
• Declare my Self sovereignty.
• Connect with my heart frequencies.
• Affirm that I align with my heart in all things.

Now I’m ready, I thought.  And, I began.  I went outside, and I called out to the nearest lightship passing over me, and got a response back.  And several years later, here we are.  I am writing a book about how you get ready to contact extraterrestrials and galactic beings, by building your discernment abilities, and connecting with your Self. What an amazing journey it has been.

The fact is there are many paths that you can use and much depth that you can experience to do each of the four steps, outlined above.  And I find that I consistently repeat these steps, over and over.  But each time I circle back to a step, it is with deeper understanding and greater clarity about who I am, and what I wish to do, what I choose to align with, and what I wish to achieve for my Self.  And it is in greater alignment with my Soul path, too.  I am grateful for this journey.

When we go through this process of Self reflection, we can approach anyone outside of ourselves as equals, because we are now Self powered and Self sovereign.  It takes a great deal of love to treat your Self as worthy and deserving of all this world and your Creator have to offer you.

How Do We Use Discernment to Assess an Extraterrestrial Presence?

First, let’s acknowledge that this article assumes that extraterrestrials exist, that the galaxy is teeming with life, and that extraterrestrials and galactic beings can interact with human beings.

Proving these matters I leave to the competent folks who are already doing this job very well. My focus tends to be on the personal experience of myself and others, because I believe that disclosure and contact on Earth will happen and is happening at the grass roots level, in other words, at the level of the common man and woman.

For a definition of terms, disclosure is an official acknowledgement of extraterrestrial presence and, in my view, of Earth’s greater role in galactic affairs.  Contact is human beings meeting and interacting with extraterrestrials and galactic beings and energies.

The fact is that a National Geographic survey in 2012 found that 77% of Americans surveyed believe that aliens have visited the Earth.  Now, I know that the actual question asked was “Is there evidence that aliens have visited the Earth?”  But, it follows that most Americans, who are not dummies, know that aliens had to visit here for there to be evidence of their visit.  This study was quoted by Fox News, ABC News, Newsweek, and others (google search:  National Geographic Study 2012 77% aliens).

So my premise is that human beings can and do meet extraterrestrial presences and galactic0 energies.  And, I feel that this interaction may be in both the physical world and/or in the non- physical realm.

In my view, having discernment about extraterrestrials and galactic beings is aided by an understanding of the dimensions and what they represent.

Because our science does not account for dimensions in a broader perspective, I am going to create and provide definitions for you.

Using Dimensions as a Framework for Understanding Galactic Races

First, a quick primer:  I define the third dimension as the physical, and the fourth dimension as its non-physical complement.  As human beings we are third dimensional (our bodies) and fourth dimensional (our emotions, our thoughts, our dreams, our sixth sense, being at the effect of time, and so on).

The key characteristic of the third dimension and the fourth dimensions are that duality is experienced as the nature of these dimensions, so that we can experience polarities in all sorts of ways (think good-evil, white-black, dark-light, happy-sad, peace-war and so on).  These dualities are expressed as physical (3^rd dimension) and non-physical (4^th dimension).  In the higher frequencies of these dimensions, the experience of duality moves more towards wholeness.

I define the fifth dimension and higher dimensions as being heart based, non-dual dimensions.  These dimensions operate on the frequencies of unconditional love and are akin to the spiritual states achieved by human beings who have experienced enlightenment.

Physical and Non-Physical Characteristics of Third, Fourth, and Fifth Dimensional Beings:

• They may have bodies (3^rd & 4^th dimensional).
• They may be able to take on human bodies or other forms we can see (4^th dimensional, high 4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional).
• They may also be purely non-physical entities or beings (4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional and higher).
• They may also be able to cloak their presence with technology so that we cannot see it (4^th dimensional).
• The frequencies of galactic beings may be so high that it does not register on our instruments or with our physical vision, so that they are essentially cloaked or unseen (5^th dimensional and higher).

Discerning an Extraterrestrial or Galactic Presence Based on Their Behavioral Aspects

If we are interacting with an extraterrestrial presence, and they are focused on gaining material or physical possessions, then for the most part these beings are going to be fourth dimensional and polarized towards the negative characteristics of fourth dimensional expression.  Let’s face it – been there, done that, for decades.

If we are interacting with an extraterrestrial presence, and bringing humanity and Earth into galactic citizenship is important to them, if they care about Earth (Gaia) achieving peace and freedom for all humanity, under our own sovereignty, then these are more characteristic of higher frequency, fifth dimensional and higher beings who are operating from the heart frequencies.

I would propose that contact be made with higher third and fourth dimensional and fifth dimensional or higher beings.

Discerning Between the Terms Extraterrestrial and Galactic

Here is how I perceive the difference in the terms extraterrestrial compared with galactic:  Extraterrestrials are also galactics, but not all galactic beings are extraterrestrials.

Extra-terrestrial means from beyond Earth but also implies planet dwellers.  The word terrestrial comes from the Latin root terra, which means earth.  So extraterrestrial means not from Earth, meaning not from this planet.  However, this term has a double meaning, because the root term terra, or earth, also means earth as in dirt or planetary material – as in from a planet.

In addition, because of our point of reference, we view dwelling on a planet as a third dimensional activity (and fourth dimensional per my definitions above).  Thus, I tend to think of extraterrestrials as third and fourth dimensional beings from other parts of the galaxy, while I think of galactic beings as fifth dimensional and higher frequency life forms.

Not all beings in the galaxy are from planets or even have physical form.  As I discussed in the brief section on dimensions, some beings are non-physical from our point of perception.  Some beings live on very large ships.  Some beings exist as large groups of energy without what we would perceive as form, or a body.  And so on.

In addition, I tend to define extraterrestrials as beings who have already visited this planet who are third and fourth dimensional, while I think of galactics as the new beings we will be meeting who are more spiritual in nature and who wish to promote the advancement into galactic citizenship, galactic organizations, and the like.

On the Solaris Modalis blog, I primarily discuss galactic beings.  These are the beings that are in the lightships, or cloudships, that I photograph.  And these are the beings that are in non-physical form in our skies.

There is an interesting hint to this aspect that extraterrestrials have already been here, possibly for far longer than we can imagine.  This hint is hidden in the word extra-terrestrial.  While the prefix extra- can mean beyond, it has far more associations with the meanings: special, unusually, greater or better and the like.  Perhaps extraterrestrials that were living on Earth during our history were perceived as greater than human beings in some ways, and were likely even perceived as gods.  Or, perhaps, this is the way some of these beings saw themselves.

A note here:  Ultimately we will find that the differentiation between good guys versus bad guys in terms of beings from other worlds and beyond is more complex than initially appears.

That is because, for many reasons, those who seem like the bad guys have actually assisted the emotional and spiritual development of humanity, and those who seem like good guys seemingly did not intervene, partly out of respect for our soul evolution and our free will choices.  These are concepts that take some spiritual maturity to come to terms with, such as: All is within the divine plan in divine timing… even when it doesn’t feel that way, lol.

So – how do we assess extraterrestrial races and galactic presences we will be meeting?

Heart Based Discernment Abilities Are Our Best Guide, as the Heart Cannot be Hacked

I left something out of my posting about An Interesting Meeting.  Now, I’m going to tell you what that is.

I mentioned that this person I met with, who also carried extraterrestrial characteristics in his being, came to the conclusion that the heart is an important mechanism.  That is, that it is important to develop an understanding of how to live in the heart and to be in the heart.  In fact, we were talking about the importance of the entire experience of heart.

There is a reason why certain extraterrestrials would wish to develop this understanding and capability:  It is because the heart frequencies open us up to the higher dimensions.  It is the mechanism to get there.  The fifth and higher dimensions cannot be accessed except through the heart frequencies.  And, heart based technologies can only be used by those who fully embody the heart frequencies.  Yes, those exist.  But, mostly not on this planet… yet.  I can only hope that these are more abundant than I can know at the moment.

For example, certain types of portals can only be accessed at the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies.  And many sorts of portals that are accessible by fourth dimensional technology require a fifth dimensional ‘guardian’ or guardian race that manages these portals and grants access.

For extraterrestrials races who are third (have physical bodies) and fourth dimensional (have advanced technologies), who have lived in this galaxy for eons, ascending to the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies can be a new path of evolution for their races.

Not all extraterrestrial races are able to access these heart frequencies, but human beings do have this capability.  Those extraterrestrial races that do not have access to these frequencies are third and fourth dimensional.  They may be much more advanced than humans in many, many ways.  But the emotional make up and depth of heart of human beings is a stand out in this galaxy.

The trauma that humanity has been through on Earth these last thousands of years has been key to the development and depth of our emotions and heart experience.

Many extraterrestrial races have incarnated as human beings because coming to Earth and experiencing emotional depth helps to heal them and their races of many, many experiences and circumstances.  In addition, coming to Earth in a human incarnation allows beings who did not have emotional depth at the time of their original wounding, to re-experience these circumstances with the deep healing potential of the human heart.

To be clear, everyone in the galaxy does not need to come here, because what one does for themselves, they do for all at that frequency.  Thus, through quantum mechanics, healing takes place across all similar sets of frequencies across Life when a being heals an event in their Earth lifetime, and this healing or expansion of frequencies cascades through the dimensions, also.

As human beings, our deep emotional capacity and our ability to connect at the heart level are a key capability:  we can connect with and communicate with Soul, the individual and unique aspect of God embodied within the physical form of human beings born of human woman after sexual communion with a human man.  The divinity of humanity, and the divine experiences and revelations that we can receive through developing mastery, is another special aspect of our race.

This is one of the reasons why some extraterrestrial races both have attempted to and actually have interbreeded with humanity.  Gaining the human capability to access emotions and have a heart, in some cases, is key to their survival, and in other cases, is key to their evolution as a race.  This is because when a human being is deeply connecting at the heart level, they are also connecting with their soul. However, while these ET-human interbreeding strategies appear to have gotten warped over time, they ultimately do achieve their aims of benefitting the spiritual and emotional development of these races, and ourselves as human beings.  The key for us to understand is that we can consciously say “No” to these programs, now.

We can always reclaim our sovereignty.

The Heart Frequencies Cannot Be Algorithmized, or Artificially Duplicated

Back to my interesting meeting – the other thing that this human-ET person admitted to me, is that the heart frequencies cannot be algorithmized.  What this means is that the heart cannot be hacked by advanced technologies, or by invasive telepathy.

This is why heart based discernment is key:  the heart cannot be hacked, leaving us secure in knowing that our perceptions and knowings represent the truth of who we are, rather than an imposed technological or mental illusion.

The heart cannot be algorithmized means, that the heart frequencies cannot be duplicated by creative human beings or even by extraterrestrial beings who have already shared their advanced technology with us.

As advanced as these intelligent extraterrestrial races may be, or as technologically proficient as we may become, only the Creator can create the heart frequencies.  This is because they emanate from the soul, which is the God spark within every human being.  And only our Divine Source can create the soul.

Sorry, guys.  Your soulless creations made you feel like gods, but they will dissemble into the dustbin of Earth history.

The human heart cannot be hacked because God cannot be hacked – the heart is the physical and non-physical representative of God within.  This is the promise of our Creator and this is our ultimate security in any encounter.  This is why I so strongly recommend heart based discernment.  Our human technologies can ultimately be hacked, and so can our mental capabilities.

It is my feeling that the heart is our clearest inner communication tool for discernment.  You can get this technology free, too, because you are born with it.  Connecting with your heart and delving deep within, though, are challenges of a sometimes considerable nature.  In my experience, shifting to an open hearted approach is a blessing for which I am grateful.

Discerning with Your Heart Frequencies Restores the Security of Our Soul Connection

I’m ultimately talking here about the security of your heart and soul.  This goes beyond your current Earth life or your physical body.  When you chose to align with your soul plan, what happens to you is in alignment with this soul plan, which is very personal to you.

I remember many, many of my past life times.  What I have found is that my soul views all my lifetimes as one lifetime. As I have perceived this, my soul does not distinguish between the bodies it has worn.  Yet, my soul dearly loves and remembers each being I have been (no matter what I have done in those lifetimes, by the way).  My soul still retains their uniqueness, their essence and their memories.  It has really been quite a beautiful experience to perceive this.

When we are discerning from the sovereignty of our heart and soul, we have an authority that is beyond all terrestrial affairs.  We are backed by the Divinity embodied within our human form.

Once we have remembered and restored our heart and soul connection, we can only be convinced by forces outside ourselves to leave our heart frequencies by our own choice.  In the past, we have been presented with choices that seemed impossible, as individuals and as the human race.

By design, these choices were often put before us to move us out of our heart space and further away from our soul connection.  However, choosing one terrible alternative over another one does not make us more secure.

From a soul perspective, I believe that humanity chose this very difficult path because it helped us to recover from what is described in spiritual texts as our fall from grace, or, the fall of Man.  The fall from grace means that humanity moved away from its soul connection and Divinity to have experiences in the duality of the third and fourth dimension (good-evil, right-wrong, etc.).

How did the traumatic experiences that followed for the human race, cause us to spiritually grow?  In a nutshell, compression is what creates diamonds.  That is, these very dense experiences opened human beings to the idea to turn back to the path of heart and soul connection and restore and redeem our connection with our Divinity, within, and with the Creator.

Having very dense and dark experiences has greatly matured the souls of the human race.  This is a spiritual concept – that of loving our perceived adversaries and enemies for the gifts they have brought us through our interaction with them.  This broader way of perceiving our experiences helps us to preserve our heart and soul connection.  When we combine a broader view with the emotions of forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, acceptance and acknowledgement, for our Selves, first, we begin to restore our connection with heart and soul.

In the longer view, aligning with the heart is our true security, because choosing outside the heart causes our being to lower in frequency, leaving us trapped upon death in the denser layers of the low third and fourth dimensional realms.  This is where humans and extraterrestrials and non-physical entities who would force these negative choices on us, reside.

This is why traumatic deaths have been forced upon the human population of Earth for so long.  But, traumatic death was also part of our spiritual development as the larger human race.  The Tibetans fully understand how to free the heart and soul upon death, and this is a key reason why they were undermined as a culture.  The way to die free of trauma in the moment, is to fully let go of all emotions and thoughts and to lovingly allow all attachments to drop away during the moments of the death process.  Easier said than done, lol.

Connecting with your heart and aligning with your heart’s frequencies and living your life in alignment with these frequencies greatly facilitates the process of freeing your heart and soul upon the death of the physical body.

Plus, it is fun to live life from the heart.  The feelings of joy and love that the heart can deeply feel are like no other feeling, these feelings are orgasmic to the body as the heart frequencies expand and the body’s energy expands.

This experience of heart expansion for many people starts in their sexual bodies (the first and second chakras) and is known as experiencing the kundalini energies. You don’t have to be a yogi in a hut to have this kundalini experience, and the rising of these energies doesn’t have to begin in the root chakra.  For myself, the expansion of my energy field in this manner started in the third and fourth chakras (the solar plexus and heart chakra).

As our planet ascends in frequency, everyday people are expanding their heart’s frequencies and this is changing the nature of our world.

The freeing of sexual energies to align with our heart’s purpose is a great advance for humanity.  Because this alignment of our sexual energy, or our life force, with acting from our heart frequencies, will result in humanity co-creating with our Divinity on this beautiful planet.  And, the possibilities are endless for what this will look like.

Just like in homeopathic medicine, when a vibration fills up a human being’s energy field, no other vibration can enter.  This is how homeopathy treats the body and energy, by filling these with an ‘antidote’, or a similar vibration, so that the vibration of the illness becomes overwhelmed and leaves the body, transmutes, dissipates or deconstructs.

When our heart frequencies fill up our physical and energetic being, all that is not aligned will drop away, transmute, dissipate or deconstruct.  When we follow up this intention with aligning our physical expression – our actions, thoughts, words, and deeds – in alignment our heart frequencies, we then amplify this effect, both throughout our own being, and then out into the world.

In the same way that Tesla’s oscillation machines created earthquakes in nearby buildings in New York City, the effect of each of us choosing to generate, transmit, receive and amplify the frequencies of our hearts will have significantly transformative effects on both the other human beings around us, on our planet, and on other beings who are already here or with whom we come into contact.

These changes start in energy – the heart frequencies entrain lower frequencies that are resonant with them.  As the shift towards the heart frequencies begins, the amplification of these frequencies increases substantially, and they begin to manifest in the physical world and in the human beings around us who choose to entrain to the heart frequencies.

It’s an interesting concept – that is, we human beings often complain that we are being led along by forces greater than ourselves.  We see these examples all over our society, from advertising for products, to some calling Earth a ‘prison planet’.  As soon as humanity realizes that we have the ability to entrain those around us to our heart frequencies, our world will experience a huge shift towards heart, peace, love and community.

I’m not saying that this dropping away will be easy – but I am saying that any forces that are on this planet that have negatively affected the human race, be they negative human beings, extraterrestrials, entities or what have you – will be vibrated out of our planet’s energy field – in whatever way that looks like in the physical.  They may choose to move away, they may choose to transform and to accept entrainment to heart frequencies, or they may be physically removed, either by human or by their own forces who have chosen peaceful action.

Because we are moving into an era where the heart frequencies will be favored (the completion of the Kali Yuga period of time, and the movement of our solar system into new territory in the galaxy), the entrainment to heart based frequencies is favored.

The other aspect of this entrainment quality of the heart frequencies, is that these frequencies will invite in other human beings, energies, extraterrestrials and galactic beings who are aligned with this frequency.  So our energetic shifting, within, creates a substantial benefit, in our world – we will get to meet our heart connected star family.

This process of claiming our sovereignty over our bodies and over our planet may be messy or it may be smooth.  But it is up to humanity to create the process of evolving out of suppression and oppression of our true Divine nature.  We cannot look to God, or the President, positive ETs, or a Galactic Federation to do it for us.  They are in the stands, cheering perhaps, but humanity has the ball on the field, and the ball is in play now.

This information about the importance of heart connection and heart based discernment is so important for understanding our strength as human beings.  Through our heart connection, we are far more capable and more powerful, when we are in alignment with our heart frequencies, than we realize.

We can make sovereign choices, in alignment with our heart and soul, when meeting new circumstances, beings, technologies, and experiences.  This is true for us as individuals, and it is true for us as a human race.  But we must consciously make these choices.  Aligning with heart and soul is not the easy path, because it requires us to look within, truly let go of that which is not aligned, take the action to align with our heart, and make changes and take self responsibility.

This shift to self responsibility, as human beings who are sovereign and connected with our Divinity, will shift our world and open us to new possibilities, and new relationships, within our Selves, with other human beings, with other life on this planet, with extraterrestrials and with galactic races from beyond our solar system.

A note here:  My explanations about heart, soul, humanity and Divinity are not meant to be about religion.  This is my personal understanding of how heart, soul, humanity, and our Divinity are all related.  In exercising heart based discernment, this understanding has served me very well, and so I share it with you here.  I suggest that our understandings and knowings of such matters will be very personal, and it is the responsibility of each of us to develop our own understanding when it comes to the spiritual realm.

How Do We Assess the Extraterrestrial and Galactic Races We Will Be Meeting?

If we are using heart based discernment, how we feel is going to be even more important that how we think about these beings, presences and situations.  And this is going to be a shift for many of us.

There is a clarity of feeling that comes with emotional maturity and spiritual development, and this clarity resides in the heart.

This is where our reliance on science and technology can actually be limiting.  As my friend Alex Clark says, “don’t be in service to the tools, let the tools be in service to us.”  We are moving into a realm where, just because we cannot see it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.  Alex also says, “let heart open, heart closed be your guide”.  What this means, is that if the heart opens when faced with a being or experience, it is in heart alignment – move closer, accept, receive, enjoy.  And, when the heart constricts when faced with a being or experience, it is not in heart alignment, move away, decline interaction (physical or energetic), set boundaries, say ‘No’.

Our reliance on proof and evidence doesn’t take into consideration the fact that some beings, events, observations and activities may be out of the range of our technology’s ability to sense, monitor, perceive and measure.

Science and technology are important factors.  And, they are not all of who we are.  Our native human capabilities can see, hear, feel and experience far beyond what our technology may be capable of monitoring.  In the past, these capabilities were referred to as ‘sixth senses’.

As human beings, human feeling, intuition and gut sense is going to carry us far, because these cannot be hacked when we are operating using spiritual and energetic discernment at the heart level.

By using these heart frequencies, we will gain the clarity that discernment provides.

There are many, many teachers, programs, books and knowledge that address the emotional development of the heart, spiritual development, development of what I call ‘the clairs’ (human ‘sixth senses’), and our mastery of sensitivity to non-physical energies.  It is up to each of us to pursue these if we feel called to do so, and if this path resonates with the truth of who we are.

The development of our heart based discernment is up to each one of us to choose and to master, individually.  And, pooling our discerned impressions and feelings will give us as a group invaluable information into whatever new situations or beings that we encounter.

Assessing the Non-Physical:  Understanding Our Own Dimensionality is Key

There are two levels of the non-physical:  fourth dimensional non-physical phenomena and fifth dimensional (and higher) non-physical phenomena.

Psychic phenomena and advanced programmed wireless transmissions from technology are non-physical and fourth dimensional.

Higher loving emotions can invite fifth dimensional non-physical energies into our human energy field.  Being in a state of mindfulness meditation, holding the emotions of appreciation, gratitude, awe, forgiveness and compassion help us to get there, also.

There are fifth dimensional and higher frequencies in our atmosphere constantly, now.  Lightships and interdimensional frequencies fill the air at times.

As we raise up our standards of living, as we raise up our levels of treatment of ourselves and this planet, we will become “higher fourth dimensional” (our non-physical attributes and abilities) and “higher third dimensional” (our physical attributes and abilities), and we will begin meeting races that reflect the highest expressions of living beings in these dimensions, also.

And, many of us are already embodying and learning to embody fifth dimensional frequencies and higher frequencies.  This means, living in a heart-based way.

Many people think of the process of achieving spiritual maturity, enlightenment, or ascension, involves a linear expansion dimensionally – from third, to fourth, to fifth dimensionality.  In reality, what humanity is doing is restoring our Divinity in the third and fourth dimensions, while bringing in fifth dimensional frequencies (heart frequencies) to our physical bodies and our energies bodies in our lives on Earth.

This restoration of our Divinity in the third and fourth dimensions of our existence on Earth is why so many religious texts discussion redemption, restoration, resurrection, and renewal.  What we are doing is restoring ourselves, with Divine, galactic, cosmic, celestial and extraterrestrial assistance, from our fall from grace.  We are retracing our pathway out of our descent into the lower third and fourth dimensional frequencies.  Then, we are restoring our heart connections and elevating our human body, heart, and energy to the higher third and fourth dimensional frequencies where we are reconnected with our Divinity.

Eventually, our race will expand to become fully fifth dimensional when we become fully heart-centric, that is, when we live through the frequencies of the heart as our usual way of being.

Does this mean we will turn into clouds of vapors?  Lol, no I don’t think so.  I think that everything is relative.  Meaning, that when you are in the fifth dimension, or higher dimensions, you perceive that you have a body, but those of lower frequencies cannot see you.  Your fifth dimensional frequency is so expanded, that you are like air to beings whose bodies exist in lower densities, like human beings.

As an individual human being, how do we meet these fifth dimensional beings?  We raise our consciousness and, eventually, we can achieve fifth dimensional states of being.

And, or, we can use the clairs.  What are the clairs?  They are our ability to perceive beyond the third and fourth dimension to the fifth dimension and higher frequencies.  Clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance, and so on, are all human capabilities that have been suppressed through the ages but that we all have as part of our native human abilities.

To be clear, when writing about the clairs, I am not talking about channeling.  I am talking about direct communication through the clairs with another being, i.e., person to ‘person’, or human to other being, be they extraterrestrial, galactic, pure energy, your own soul, etc.

In addition, when I am talking about the clairs, I am not talking about psychic phenomena.  This article does not touch on these topics, such as ghosts, discarnate souls, negative entities, reading energy fields without permission, and so on.

The clairs are our normal human capabilities, but expanded to perceive the non-physical and to perceive other dimensions.  Clairaudience is hearing the non-physical, clairsentience is feeling the non-physical, clairvoyance is seeing the non physical, and so on.  Now, there is another aspect to this.  The non-physical can be right in front of you, or it can be perceived remotely.  In this case, the contact is non-physical because the person, place or thing is not right in front of you but is in a different location.

The clairs are also different than telepathy, which is thought to thought or mind to mind communication, which is fourth dimensional.  Thus, telepathy is the non-physical complement to our third dimensional and physical brain.  The clairs are a way of perceiving that is native to the human being and combines our intuitive abilities with the senses.

Telepathy is more like radio to radio communication, which takes place over the air waves.  Because person-to-person or person-to-being telepathy is like a radio, with transmission and reception, its communication lines can be hacked.  Thus you can communicate using telepathy, but I would consistently check the alignment of your messages you are receiving with your heart based discernment.

In contrast, using the clairs invokes quantum mechanics.  This means, the other being does not have to be physically present or physically near us to communicate.  Communication through the clairs is point to point, which is one of the basic principles of quantum physics.  Yes, use of the clairs are a capability that any human being can learn and master, although human beings will have a uniquely personal experience in the way they perform this communication and receiving of transmissions.

Phenomena and technology that are at the heart frequencies are fifth dimensional and higher.  The difference is that these phenomena and technology are conscious, and consciously interact with us.  When technology or phenomena is conscious, and we are interacting with it, this is by the free will choice of both parties.  In other words, some beings incarnate to be technology with a consciousness.  This technology is then in conscious service and deserves to be treated as a sentient being, because that is what it is.  This is different than artificial intelligence, which is a human or extraterrestrial created technology with specific programming.  Some of this technology has the ability to adapt, grown and learn.  But only by working with the Creator directly can conscious technology (that has a soul) be developed.

A key way to characterize living in the heart frequencies is this phrase by Jesus:  “Love your neighbor as your Self.”  This essentially means – fully love your Self, and then love your neighbor that much also (on planet or off, lol).

Our human forte – our intuition, our feeling, our access to heart – puts us in an excellent position to be able to discern in interactions with extraterrestrial and galactic beings.  We are more capable and competent, and more worthy and deserving, than we realize.

Having Discernment Includes Integrating our Shadow:  Meeting the Parts of Ourselves that We Lost

There is one other critical aspect of discernment.  Knowing one’s self is based on truth.  The truth of how we have seen and felt an experience, and the truth of those who were on the other side of this experience.

We can get to understanding of our truths as individuals.  This includes integrating our shadow side, our unconscious other self, and integrating this part of ourselves with love.

Why is integrating our shadow self, and our unconscious aspects, important to discernment?  Because where we don’t see our own shadow, we don’t see this aspect in other beings, also.  Because when we don’t integrate our shadow, we use others as a mirror to see it, through their interactions with us.  Integrating our unconscious aspects allows us to see our Selves clearly, and in seeing our Selves clearly, we can see others clearly, also.

Clarity within sees this same feature in another person or being, terrestrial or otherwise.

But what about the truths of our society that have been hidden from us?  Only in knowing what is true – what has happened – will we truly heal the shadows of our society and the human race.

I’m talking about the following key questions being answered:

• Where are the ‘milk carton’ (missing Earth) children?
• What is the history of human-extraterrestrial contact?
• What is the shadow government?
• What is the state of elite science?
• Is there a breakaway civilization and where is it located?

If, as a society, we continue to hide from ourselves deep and critical truths about our history and ongoing operations, then we invite in this same deceit in our relationships with others off world.

If we do not acknowledge and accept our own shadow, it will continue to present in the form of beings who will challenge our people to get along and finally love each other and our world.

Or, we can make the conscious choice to do this ourselves, accept the past and the present, and move forward as one race.

Humanity is resilient.  Heck, we’ve come this far under at times dire circumstances.  More and more people are spiritually awakening, and with this awakening comes a capacity to love, accept, forgive, acknowledge, and let go that is unparalleled, because this is the domain of the heart, which has infinite capacity to love.

Let me be clear that I am not advocating any particular form of government for humanity in talking about human beings as one race.  But, what I do feel, and I think this is a common train of thinking, is that once we actually officially realize that there are other beings in the galaxy, some like us and some very different from us, we are going to start seeing other human beings as much more like ourselves than maybe we do now.

I feel that we will start seeing our planet as our home, still with our unique personal, community, cultural and national flavors, but we are going to realize that human beings from Earth are more similar to each other than different from each other.

We may also find that some of these other races are our relatives, and are our star family.  We may find that some are our ancient ancestors.  We may also find that human looking beings are not only resident to Earth.  Won’t that be exciting!

The Elevation of Humanity – The Importance of the Heart Frequency

We have achieved so much scientifically, even greater than what is broadly known.  And yet, the ability of humanity to access and live in the heart frequency is just coming online.

Now there is actually a great and deep history of this here on this planet.  Look at the Tibetans and other cultures, who are said to have over a long time ascended 160,000 of their people to an enlightened “light body” or “rainbow body”.  This means, these humans ascended to the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies of light.  This can only be done through the heart frequencies.

The heart frequencies elevate humanity, they offer the best of who we are, and they are the key to spiritual and energetic discernment.

If galactic affairs, and meeting our extraterrestrial, and galactic, brothers and sisters is of interest to you, then it is critical to develop your discernment, at the heart level, so that you can discern in both the physical and non-physical.

Start in the heart.

When I did not react, he shifted his eyes again. And I showed no fear. Finally he said: “I just want to check in with you about something. I just showed you who I really am. Did you see it?”

Developing and Using Our Discernment Ability

One of the most important factors in my interesting meeting was how I used discernment principles throughout, to hold my own space and guard my personal energy field.

Having the ability to have discernment about:

1. Who we are meeting, and
2. What we are truly participating in,

are key capabilities for anyone interacting with any being, human or otherwise,  in our world.

Building Our Discernment Ability

What is real, and what is not?  What do we do when strange circumstances test our responses?

This is where building a depth of spiritual and energetic discernment is so important.

Our society is founded around science and proof.  Our forte is the mental and the analytical.  But what do we do when we are tested by experiences that don’t fit the mental and analytical framework we’ve been raised in and that is socially acceptable in society?  And, how do we assess our personal experiences, in the moment?

Here are four important questions about meeting the new or the unexpected:

> How would we adjust to and accept cutting edge technologies that are beyond our comprehension?

> How do we look at and understand phenomena that our commonly known and accepted science does not explain?

> When we have no previous experience to measure an observation or new experience by, how do we assess our true feelings, underneath our surprise?

> How do we keep our wits about us and quickly discern if a being or an experience is in our highest good, and whether a being is aligned with us at the heart level?

Hand in hand with discernment, is setting our intentions for our highest outcome

This is because we call in that which we experience, by matching frequency – this is simple physics.  It is how energy works (like resonates with like, like is attracted to like), and it is how life works.

So,  we have a voice in co-creating the experience before it happens through preparing and through imagining our outcomes.

Discernment Begins with Ourselves

Our society promotes adhering to certain structures, competing and being the best, individualism and self-reliance, and gaining material possession.  We are taught that all of these elements, if we pursue them together with vigor, lead to personal success.

And, how is that working for us, as a whole?

Making decisions in alignment with the societal patterns listed above could result in outcomes that put personal advancement above the greater good, and national interests above those of humanity.

In my opinion, what is going to help us in communicating and building relationships with extraterrestrials is our spiritual development and our emotional maturity.  These are going to be very, very important to achieve our highest outcomes.  We will want to reassess our focus as a society.

What is important to us?

If we believe that there are extraterrestrials, and perhaps, if we believe that they are already here, and if we want to meet the ones who have the sort of values we admire in other human beings, then we have to be that sort of people, also.

We are going to attract what we are

We will want to upgrade our society.  And I don’t mean giving everyone more money or temporary fixes.

What I mean is getting serious and finding actual solutions to our planetary problems of health, poverty, war, abuse and oppression.

We are a creative and varied human race, blessed with God-given gifts and talents.

If we set our mind to it, in large numbers, we can make this happen, and it needn’t be like before, when we had roadblocks up everywhere, because there have been key power players who financially benefited from the environmental destruction of this planet and the abuse and oppression of it’s population.

Times are changing.

It’s time to for humanity to take responsibility for this planet and our people

It’s time to make conscious choices about what we desire for our human race and planet.

We are called to be actual statesmen and stateswomen, and we are called to be ambassadors of the heart, who represent and embody the heart and soul of humanity.

We are called to work in the highest good of all, and to practice discernment to know this, in groups and as individuals.  We are called to do the inner work to know our true self and true nature, fully, including integrating our shadow aspects.

And we are called to authentically express our highest version of our selves.

Let’s be the best of who we are.  Planet wide.

These are the fundamentals for human beings creating a galactic society aligned with the highest good of all beings and our planet.  Love and caring, self-sovereignty and self-responsibility, conscious choice making and self-awareness.

This is what will set us back on the course of our highest outcome on the timeline of our highest expression.

We are going to attract what we are – this is simple physics.  It is how energy works.  And it is how life works.  If we wish to engage with an extraterrestrial presence, let’s attract those aligned with our highest values, and with the highest expression of love in our hearts.

This isn’t dreaming – this is really, living life.  The way it is meant to be.

How Do We Use Discernment to Assess an Extraterrestrial Presence?

If we are interacting with an extraterrestrial presence, and they are focused on gaining material or physical possessions, then for the most part these beings are going to be fourth dimensional and polarized towards the negative characteristics of fourth dimensional expression.  Let’s face it – been there, done that, and look where that has gotten this planet.

If we are interacting with an extraterrestrial presence, and bringing humanity and earth into galactic citizenship is important to them, if they care about Earth (Gaia) achieving peace and freedom for all humanity, under our own sovereignty, then these are more characteristic of higher frequency, 5D+ beings (fifth dimensional and higher beings) who are operating from the heart frequencies.

How do we tell the difference?

This is where building our discernment capability is so important.  Because how we feel is going to be even more important that how we think about these beings, presence and situations.  And this is going to be a shift for many of us.  What measure do we use?

Understanding Our Own Dimensionality is Key.

Both psychic phenomena and advanced wireless technology are fourth dimensional.  I define fourth dimensional as “the non-physical” and in an environment of duality (good-bad, right-wrong, dark-light, etc.).

Depending on the qualities of the phenomena or technology, we may feel a range of emotions from feeling elated and excited to feeling the hairs raise up on our skin.

By the way, human beings are fourth dimensional as well – our bodies are physical, or third dimensional, but all our other important aspects, such as our emotions and our thoughts and our existence (in time) and so on, are non-physical, i.e., fourth dimensional.

Of course there are higher dimensions than the fourth.  for the time being, I define these higher dimensions, the fifth dimension and higher, as being non-physical dimensions of non-duality.

This basic definition conveys the difference between the non-physical environments of the fourth and the fifth dimension.  Most of the non-physical in our world today, has been fourth dimensional.

However, with the expansion of human consciousness, and our solar system moving to a new area of the galaxy, the non-physical fifth dimension is appearing more frequently, both in the world around us, and in our human energy fields.

I provide these definitions of dimensions and our experience with their frequencies as a basis to couch our discernment of the non-physical in particular.

We are developmentally delayed as a race in our understanding of the non-physical, because this benefited key power players for us to not understand this aspect of our selves and the world around us.

So when we are talking about fourth dimensional extraterrestrial races – some can be seen with their third dimensional body, just like human beings – but some present to us as non-physical or able to cloak their physicality, or as an energetic presence in the field of someone human looking that we are talking to, and so on.

As we raise up our standards of living, as we raise up our levels of treatment of ourselves and this planet, we will become “higher fourth dimensional” and “higher third dimensional”, and we will begin meeting races that reflect the highest expressions of living beings in these dimensions, also.

And, many of us are already embodying and learning to embody fifth dimensional frequencies and higher frequencies.  This means, living in a heart-based way.

Eventually, our race will expand to become fifth dimensional when we become fully heart-centric, that is, when we live through the frequencies of the heart as our usual way of being.

Phenomena and technology that are at the heart frequencies are fifth dimensional and higher.  The difference is that these phenomena and technology are conscious, and consciously interact with us.

A key way to characterize living in the heart frequencies is this phrase by Jesus:  “Love your neighbor as your self.”  This essentially means – fully love your Self, and then love your neighbor that much also (on planet or off, lol).

Our human forte – our intuition, our feeling, our access to heart – puts us in an excellent position to be able to discern in interactions with extraterrestrial beings.

Meeting the Parts of Ourselves that We Lost

There is one other critical aspect of discernment.  Knowing one’s self is based on truth.  The truth of how we have seen and felt an experience, and the truth of those who were on the other side of this experience.

We can get to understanding of our truths as individuals.

But what about the truths of our society that have been hidden from us?  Only in knowing what is true – what has happened – and I’m talking about the secrecy involving human-extraterrestrial contact and history – will we truly heal as a society and as the human race.

And this is where doing the work to raise our consciousness on an individual level is so important.  Change starts at the grass roots level.  As human beings become more consciously aware, no one can hide anything from us – if we have clarity, within.  Clarity within sees this same feature in another person, terrestrial or otherwise.

But if as a society we continue to hide from ourselves deep and critical truths about our history and ongoing operations, we invite in this same deceit in our relationships with others off world.  If we do not acknowledge and accept our own shadow, it will continue to present in the form of beings who will challenge our people to get along and finally love each other and our world.

Or, we can make the conscious choice to do this ourselves, accept the past and the present, and move forward as one race.  Humanity is resilient.  Heck, we’ve come this far under at times dire circumstances.  More and more people are spiritually awakening, and with this awakening comes a capacity to love, accept, forgive, acknowledge, and let go that is unparalleled, because this is the domain of the heart, which has infinite capacity to love.

The Elevation of Humanity – The Importance of the Heart Frequency

We have achieved so much scientifically, even greater than what is broadly known.  And yet, the ability of humanity to access and live in the heart frequency is just coming online.

Now there is actually a great and deep history of this here on this planet.  Look at the Tibetans and other cultures, who are said to have over a long time ascended 160,000 of their people to an enlightened “light body” or “rainbow body”.  This can only be done through the heart frequencies.

The heart frequencies elevate humanity, they offer the best of who we are, and they are the key to spiritual and energetic discernment.

If galactic affairs, and meeting our galactic brothers and sisters is of interest to you, then it is critical to develop your spiritual discernment, which I also equate with energetic discernment, or, discernment of the non-physical.

Start in the heart.

Interdimensional

I would like to introduce another term that describes extraterrestrial and galactic beings and their nature, and the movement of their craft and the energies they utilize and distribute, and that is interdimensional.

This posting is a follow up of my article on Discerning Between the Terms Extraterrestrial and Galactic.  In that posting, I talked about and defined different dimensions, but I feel that a further and deeper discussion would be helpful to expand upon this concept.

My intention here is to take higher dimensional concepts, ground them in our human reality, then expand out to the next higher dimensional, or galactic concept, and then ground that one into our human experience and perception, as well.  So I hope that you will bear with me as we go through introducing concepts and then relating these back to human experience.

What are the Dimensions?

Dimensions are frequency bands that comprise the structure of the universe.  Dimensions go from compressed states to expanded states, and from expanded states to compressed states.  Within dimensions, there are also bands of greater compression through bands of greater expansion.

We exist in a layer of frequencies in the universe that we term ‘the third dimension’ and ‘the fourth dimension’.  In the third and fourth dimensions in which we exist, physical beings and physical creations exist, and non-physical beings and non-physical creations exist.

In higher and lower dimensions, relative to us, beings may perceive themselves as ‘physical’, or having a body, for example, relative to their dimensional state – but we might not be able to perceive them from our dimension unless we have the training to understand what we are experiencing.  Notice I did not say unless we have the technology.  We may or may not have this technology, and we may have it and not understand what we are observing.

However, I do know from personal experience that we have a native human ability to perceive different dimensional states and these are called:  sixth sense, psychic perception, the clairs (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc.), intuition, gut sense, having a feeling about something, hearing ‘our inner voice’, hearing ‘the little voice within’, having the hairs raise on our skin, having ‘a dream about it’, and so on.  These are physical body responses, and non-physical body perceptions, that assist us in understanding our world; they are, in my opinion, our God-given talents and senses to help us understand the world around us.

Examples of Higher and Lower Dimensional Experiences Form a Human Perspective

Here are some basic examples that are easily relatable vis-a-vis our ability to perceive dimensions, including anecdotal evidence that human beings do indeed perceive different dimensional beings:

For example, many people have seen angels – I would describe these as beings from a much higher dimensional frequency range than humans.

Many people have experienced ghosts – I would describe these as beings from the lower fourth dimension (non-physical but still a part of our experience of our world).

As humans, we tend to focus on the physical, because that is how our culture is oriented.

Utilizing Interdimensional Understanding as a Basis for Galactic Science and Technology

However, the understanding of dimensions and dimensional states is part of galactic science; although many galactic beings would include spirituality and science principles, imagery and color, music and sound, and sacred geometries and coding as all being part of ‘science’.

In the higher dimensions, technologies can be comprised of a combination of dimensional aspects.  For example, there are technologies that can assist humanity in cleaning the environment that are interdimensional  by nature.  I describe one of these galactic technologies in action in my article Bell Shaped UFO, Cloaked, Transmutes Chemtrails.

How is this Galactic Technology Interdimensional?

In the article about the bell shaped UFO, I described how it is de-toxifying or transmuting the chemical components of nano-particles being sprayed in chemtrails.

In that galactic technology based on interdimensional principles:

• The galactic frequencies are working with the nano-particles in several dimensional states at one time;

• The galactic technology is expanding the dimensional state of the nano-particles;

• The basic nature of the nano-particles can be retained while the dimensional state expands, meaning, the particle appears to remain the same, and it is at the same time now existing in a higher dimensional vibration.

• In the higher dimensional state, the same nano-particle has lost any of it’s toxicity or harmful qualities.

What Does Interdimensional Mean?

Interdimensional means:

• Moving through the dimensions:  it refers to the ability of both human beings and extraterrestrials and galactic beings to move from one dimensional state to another;

• Move from one dimensional state to another:  move from a lower frequency state to a higher frequency state (and dimension), or move from a higher frequency state to a lower frequency state (and dimension);

• The ability to expand or lighten into a higher dimension: such as moving from the 3rd/4th dimensional state to a fifth dimensional state;

• The ability to compress or densify into a lower dimension:  such as moving from a 7th dimensional state to a fifth dimensional one.

So being interdimensional is:

• The ability to move from one dimensional state to another, and/or

• The ability to perceive movement from one dimensional state to another, and/or

• The understanding of how to move from one dimensional state to the other, and/or

• Existing in a dimension, or dimensional layer, other than ours while interacting with us and/or

• Temporarily presenting as ‘physical’ but fully remembering another dimension, or dimensional layer, and it’s qualities, nature, properties and characteristics.

Humans Can Be Interdimensional, Too

Humans can be compressed dimensionally or they can be more expanded dimensionally.

Examples of human beings existing in a lower dimensional state would be those humans who commit inhuman acts and atrocities, or who are psychopathic or sociopathic.

Examples of human beings existing in a higher dimensional state would be monks achieving enlightenment, Tibetan monks achieving a ‘rainbow body’, or an average person while meditating.

What Are the Key Differences Between the Dimensions?

I discussed the general characteristics of the third, fourth and fifth and higher dimensions in the detailed posting Building Our Discernment About Extraterrestrial and Galactic Beings.

In this posting I also discussed the general characteristics of beings from different dimensions in some depth.  The following two paragraphs are taken from this post:

Using Dimensions as a Framework for Understanding Galactic Races

The Third and Fourth Dimensions:

First, a quick primer:  I define the third dimension as the physical dimension, and the fourth dimension as its non-physical complement.  As human beings we are third dimensional (our physical bodies and all their functioning: muscles, bones, organs, etc.).  In addition, our bodies have a fourth dimensional non-physical complement (our emotions, our thoughts, our dreams, our sixth sense, being at the effect of time, and so on).

The key characteristic of the third dimension and the fourth dimensions are that duality is experienced as the nature of these dimensions (think good-evil, white-black, dark-light, happy-sad, peace-war and so on).

These third and fourth dimensional states of duality are expressed both within the physical (3^rd dimension) and the non-physical (4^th dimension).  In the higher frequencies of these dimensions, the experience of duality moves more towards wholeness.

The Fifth Dimension and Higher Dimensions:

I define the fifth dimension and higher dimensions as being heart based, non-dual dimensions.  These dimensions operate on the frequencies of unconditional love and are akin to the spiritual states achieved by human beings who have experienced enlightenment.

Physical & Non-Physical Characteristics of Third, Fourth, & Fifth+ Dimensional Beings:

•They may have bodies (3^rd & 4^th dimensional).

•They may be able to take on human bodies or other forms we can see (4^th dimensional, high 4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional).

•They may also be purely non-physical entities or beings (4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional and higher).

•They may also be able to cloak their presence with technology so that we cannot see it (4^th dimensional).

•The frequencies of galactic beings may be so high that it does not register on our instruments or with our physical vision, so that they are essentially cloaked or unseen (5^th dimensional and higher).

What Does it Mean if an Extraterrestrial or a Galactic Being is Interdimensional?

So, in a nut shell, interdimensional specifically refers to the movement between dimensions.  Something or someone that is interdimensional has the ability to move between dimensions, or is in one dimension but has access to or memory of another dimension.  Some extraterrestrial and galactic races also have the ability to change their dimensional states.  These beings can be described as interdimensional.

How can an extraterrestrial or galactic being change it’s dimensional state?

• They can cloak themselves with technology to appear or not appear.

• They can lower their own dimensional state to appear to us as physical.

• They can use technology to appear as a higher dimensional state than they really are.

Human Beings Perceive the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions (and Higher) as Non-Physical

In the article about differentiating between the terms extraterrestrial and galactic, we talked about beings who are native to particular dimensions, such as, fourth dimensional extraterrestrials, or fifth dimensional (and higher dimensional) galactics.

From our perspective as human beings, all of these beings can appear to be non-physical.

This is why we talked about the importance of developing discernment between non-physical energies and beings in the posting Building Our Discernment About Extraterrestrial and Galactic Beings.

Fourth Dimensional Versus Fifth Dimensional – What’s the Difference?

Fourth dimensional energies and beings can have very different characteristics than fifth dimensional energies and beings.  There is a stair step from fourth dimensional to fifth dimensional that is marked.

Dimensions have realms or layers, so that the lower frequencies of the fourth dimension will differ from the higher frequencies of the fourth dimension.

The higher frequencies of the fourth dimension will have characteristics that are more like the fifth dimension than the lower fourth dimension.

Because the fourth dimension has a dual nature, just like the third dimension, beings we meet who are fourth dimensional can have a dual nature as well – it is up to us to learn personal discernment about who we are meeting and what their true intentions are.

Fifth dimensional beings are from a non-dual environment.  The nature of the fifth dimension and higher dimensions is holistic – these beings perceive the oneness of all life in an environment of unconditional love for all life.

The Entry to the Fifth Dimension and the Ascension of Earth – Gaia to a Higher Frequency State

The entry to the fifth dimensional state is comparative to our understanding of the process of enlightenment.  However, humans will not need to meditate in seclusion in caves for all of us to get to the fifth dimension (thank goodness…lol).  This is because our planet Earth – Gaia is ascending in frequency, and our bodies and consciousness are slowly ascending in frequency, also.

As human beings, we cannot perceive the change in our dimensional state because we do not have the ability to make a comparison – on a relative basis, to most people, it may seem that nothing about our world has changed.

However, indicators and anecdotal evidence that reflect that humanity is moving to a higher dimensional state would include the following:

• Many people can now see an expanded color range.
• Rainbows in the sky do not have the traditional color order.
• Cloud phenomena are appearing that have not been seen before.
• Weather phenomena are appearing that have not been seen before.
• Shafts of light in the sky and other phenomena are visible with the human eye that were not seen before.

Moving From the Fourth Dimension to the Fifth Dimension

This is a key aspect of interdimensionality – it is not possible to move from a fourth dimensional state to a fifth dimensional state without great effort including a depth of spiritual maturity.

What is spiritual maturity?  In a nutshell, it is the ability to be unconditionally loving.

I believe that we can understand this steep step from the fourth dimension to the fifth dimension by understanding one of the parables of Jesus.  Jesus told a parable about ‘the eye of the needle’ in which he describes the difficulty in entering the kingdom of heaven.

For me, I feel that in this story, Jesus is describing the movement from the fourth dimension to the fifth.  He is describing the difficulty to release oneself from having a nature based in duality and separation (the fourth dimension – and the third also).  When we shift our being so that we by nature embody interconnected oneness and we hold an unconditionally loving state, we have ascended to a fifth dimensional frequency.

Many human beings can do this now, for varying lengths of time, and many people are practicing being in a fifth dimensional state.  Holding this frequency consistently is a challenge in our world (some days more than others!), but I believe that this is what the human race is moving to, and that this is how we will achieve peace on our planet.

Now, this is not about religion, it is about spirituality – and for me it is about making a dimensional shift – it is about interdimensionality.  In his parable about the eye of the needle, Jesus said, “it is easier for a camel than to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”  The shift from fourth dimensional to fifth dimensional requires that we let go of all attachment to the material, to emotions, to thoughts, and we move to a state of unconditional love for all beings.  This doesn’t mean that we become a ball of nothing – it means that we retain our uniqueness while loving all beings, most of all, fully and completely loving ourselves.

We have much to learn from interdimensional beings.  We have much to learn about our history of interacting with interdimensional beings.  And, we have much to learn from ourselves as we come to understand our own interdimensional natures.

I believe that expanding our view to one of an interdimensional approach, will open up our understanding of our past relationships with extraterrestrials with greater compassion for our own humanity, and will open the doorway to forgiveness for what we have been through.

I believe that an interdimensional approach will help inform our choices about how we wish to proceed with off planet relationships, moving into the future.

My Discussion of Galactic Physics with Alex Clark

In this video, I have a discussion with my friend Alex Clark about physics. We talk about how physics differs between the third, fourth dimensions and fifth (and higher) dimensions.

I explain how a lightship (cloud ship or galactic UFO) manifests into our atmosphere.  And, I discuss the point to point physics of movement, how this works and how this comes into play for galactic vessels coming into Earth – Gaia’s atmosphere.

Force: The Physics of Third and Fourth Dimensional Movement

I recently had a discussion with my friend Alex Clark, and she asked me how higher dimensional galactic UFOs, particularly lightships or cloud ships, come in to our atmosphere.

What she asked was do they need to be capable of generating an incredible amount of force so that they can shift from the higher dimension that they are at into the lower dimension of our Earth atmosphere?

I explained to Alex that force is not needed because this is not the physics that they use. Force is not used in their motion, and force is not used to change dimensional state.

To illustrate this, I throw my crystal bracelet shaped like an infinity symbol across my desk.

Simply put, this is an expression of force. The force is what moves the bracelet and it’s crystals forward. Force is what causes it to fly through the air and across my desk.

The application of force to initiate and create changes in movement applies to the third and fourth dimensions. This is where this physics operates.

The Fourth Dimension, Redefined

In my view, the fourth dimension is the non-physical component to the third dimension. I discussed the fourth dimension in this article, Light Spectrums Just Beyond Our Ability to See With the Human Eye.  In this article, we discuss a video where 4th dimensional energies and entities are revealed that can be seen by the human eye with the assistance of technology:

I term this energy that is being revealed, in the video 4D People, Energy and Entities Revealed in Photos Through New Technology, as fourth dimensional, or ‘4D’.  It is the next layer up in dimension from the third dimension.

I have defined the fourth dimension in other articles, including Building Our Discernment Ability. Here is a quote from that article:

Our Fourth Dimensional Experience

In my view, in much of the fourth dimension, especially the layers closest to the third dimension, the physics is the same. Thus in the fourth dimension, force works as an instrument of physics.

Yes the fourth dimension is the realm of time. But it is so much more than this.

In my view, emotions, thoughts, dreams, ghosts, many psychic experiences, and many entities are fourth dimensional. Many of these non-physical areas are integral to human function, such as emotions, thoughts and dreams. This is to a large extent why I feel that the physics works the same in this dimension. I feel that the fourth dimension is integral to the operation of the third dimensional life.

With the increase in light on the planet, with the increase in human consciousness, more people are experiencing the fourth dimension, both in their private spiritual / mental / emotional worlds.

But more people I feel are experiencing the fourth dimensional realm as a part of their daily living, in their ability to have visual sightings of some phenomena. I feel that human perception is expanding, with the expansion in human consciousness, and this includes the visual perception capabilities of our eyes.

The Physics of Technology That is Fifth Dimensional in Nature

Galactic lightships do not ‘motor’ across the galaxy and then shift dimensions using force. A key reason for this is that force does not exist in the dimensions they exist in.

There are two core concepts of fifth dimensional technology that we cover in this video:

Fifth dimensional technology is conscious.

• This technology operates in concert with the being(s) operating it through both resonance and inner connection.

The movement of fifth dimensional technology is point to point.

• Working consciously with the technology, in point to point communication, the fifth dimensional starship manifests from light into a thicker light spectrum to appear into our reality.

I go into more detail on how this works in the video. We are discussing a new type of technology used on Earth by the galactics of higher dimensions.

A Comparison With Secret Space Program and Advanced Extraterrestrial Technologies

I believe that this type of technology is beyond what the Secret Space Program functions with.

Their technology in my view was gained from interactions with technologically advanced fourth dimensional extraterrestrials. Although in some of its operations, this technology may appear to defy the laws of physics, in my view it does not.

In my view it is highly likely that SSP technology operates under the laws of physics of the third and fourth dimensions. It’s just that most of our science hasn’t thought of these aspects of physics before now.

The New Technologies: What Will the Future Hold?

What this means is that there are technological advancements that our world can make, beyond what elite science on this planet has so far discovered, and beyond third and fourth dimensional capabilities.

What this means is that we have an opportunity to develop these new fifth dimensional technologies out in the open, transparently, particularly if the proper laws and support are granted by the government to make it so.

A Crystal Component From a Starship

I was shown an interesting crystal some time ago. Both the person showing me the crystal and I felt that this crystal was a ship component.

The person who showed me the crystal had one question: Is this a component from a starship? When I saw it, I felt I knew what it was and had a general idea of how it might function. We discuss what the crystal looked like, and my theories of how it functioned when active, in this video.

This is interdimensional light crystal technology that would be used as a component in a starship vessel.

Overview: Analyzing an Interesting Crystal

In the video below, I have a conversation with Alex about a crystal I was shown. From memory, I drew an image of the basic elements that I viewed that were inside the crystal. We then discussed how I believe the crystal functions.

This is one of our very early videos, and so Alex’s voice is present but not her image as I hadn’t yet learned how to do split screen videos.

The Crystal was an Amethyst

This was a rutilated amethyst crystal with small metal plates inside one end. There was also a geometric shaped small metal ‘plate’ within the crystal that appeared to have engravings on it.

Alex and I discuss what this crystal is, and I describe how I feel that it works.

Interdimensional Starship Technology

This is an interdimensional component. It is used to assist the starship in moving between dimensional spaces. Each layer of wafer inside the crystal holds the coding of a different dimensional layer.

Thus this crystal would be used by a ship from a much higher dimension. This component assists in depressing the ship dimensionally and frequentially. The compression of the ship’s energetic structure corresponds with the coding on the wafer and relates to the ‘envelope’ of space that the ship is entering.

For example, the coding on the inner wafers of the crystal might range from coding of physics of the third dimension, to the fourth dimension, to the higher fourth dimension, to the fifth dimension, higher fifth dimension, sixth and then seventh dimension, and so on.

Pretty cool, huh!?

Interdimensional Light Crystal Technology: Allowing Shifting Between Dimensional States

This type of technology would allow a starship that we would initially perceive as made of ‘light’ to manifest in more of a physical form as it moves into lower dimensional spaces.

When the ship is operation and the crystal is functioning, the crystal itself changes form along with the dimensional shift it initiates.  Thus, in the third dimension we live in, the crystal appears as a solid crystal.

But as it’s dimensional state shifts, the crystal shifts also. As the ship shifts dimensions, through the interdimensional instruction and mapping function of the crystal, the crystal shifts as well, becoming gaseous and the plasmic and then pure energy.  It is similar to how water can go from being a solid to a liquid, to a gas.

Applying An Understanding of Biological and Chemical Constructs

In this discussion, my friend Alex Clark talks about how the function I am describing of this crystal sounds similar to biological and chemical constructs of this realm.

She explains that what’s happening when we are dealing with temperature is that it’s a frequency shift. Atoms move more slowly in a solid state, and then they meet a threshold where they have to have latent energy put in them to make a phase change.

In the next phase change they become liquid, which you could liken to plasma, and then, at a much higher frequency the atoms are vibrating so fast that their ability to have a crystalline pattern or a geometric pattern becomes very very difficult, the energy then shifts into the gaseous state.

That would be a three level phase change from solid to liquid to gas. In other dimensions there might be other phase changes that we are not aware of that happen. Because in this dimension we have the biological construct and so there needs to be a certain space of operation that happens for biological vehicles.

Who knows if you are in a lightbody maybe above the gaseous state there is yet another phase change that we are not aware of.

Rutilated Amethyst and it’s Properties

Alex looked over images of rutilated amethyst. Some of them have a heavier almost crystalline metal. It does exist and it is very beautiful.

Alex described that because of the rutiliation, it would have the properties of a crystal and the properties of a metal. So the transmission of electrical impulses would much stronger than a piece that was literally just crystal.

Details of How the Crystal Looked

The crystal that I was shown was smooth on the outside so it looked polished like glass, except for where there was etchings.

There was an opening shaped a bit like a hockey stick directly opposite the ‘dimensional’ components or wafers inside the crystal that allow the shift in dimensional state.

How the Crystal Component Functions on a Starship

I feel that there is information in these wafers that allow the ship to map from one dimensional state to another, adjusting to the relevant physics, shifting energy structures, and so on.

What I feel that this crystal does as well is to allow the ship to keep operating with the same operations and functions but change dimensional state.

Thus the operations goes through one wafer, then another wafer, then another wafer. Each wafer contains the instructional set for the starship’s dimensional functions for that realm of reality.

It looks like the energy passes through the hockey stick-shaped opening of the crystal, then passes through the pertinent wafer, passing between wafers as the ship changes dimensional states.

At the same time, the ship is also sensing the energy outside of the ship, and passing that information to this crystal, so that it understands the relative position of the ship inside it’s dimension, and can coordinate operational functions accordingly.

Solaris Modalis Commentary

As technology changes, and as we as human beings raise our conscious awareness, I believe that we will begin to see into spectrums of light, that were not visible to our human eyes, before.

I recently published a video commentary on new technology, in this example in televisions, and how it is able to reveal these light spectrums. It is a fascinating phenomenon.

Defining the Fourth Dimension

I term this energy that is being revealed, in the video above, as fourth dimensional, or ‘4D’.  It is the next layer up in dimension from the third dimension.

I have defined the fourth dimension in other articles, including Building Our Discernment Ability. Here is a quote from that article:

Both psychic phenomena and advanced wireless technology are fourth dimensional.  I define fourth dimensional as “the non-physical” and in an environment of duality (good-bad, right-wrong, dark-light, etc.).

Depending on the qualities of the phenomena or technology, we may feel a range of emotions from feeling elated and excited to feeling the hairs raise up on our skin.

By the way, human beings are fourth dimensional as well – our bodies are physical, or third dimensional, but all our other important aspects, such as our emotions and our thoughts and our existence (in time) and so on, are non-physical, i.e., fourth dimensional.

Of course there are higher dimensions than the fourth.  for the time being, I define these higher dimensions, the fifth dimension and higher, as being non-physical dimensions of non-duality.

This basic definition conveys the difference between the non-physical environments of the fourth and the fifth dimension.  Most of the non-physical in our world today, has been fourth dimensional.

However, with the expansion of human consciousness, and our solar system moving to a new area of the galaxy, the non-physical fifth dimension is appearing more frequently, both in the world around us, and in our human energy fields.

I provide these definitions of dimensions and our experience with their frequencies as a basis to couch our discernment of the non-physical in particular.

What Do 4D Spectrums of Light Reveal?

This video is about 4D+ energy in people’s energy fields, revealed through new technology that is able to show this energy to us in new ways. 4D means fourth dimensional.

What do these spectrums look like?

And what do they look like, around human beings?

Is there something about the human energy field that will influence or be influenced by these ‘new’ light spectrums?

Previously only someone who was sensitive, psychic, intuitive or clairvoyant, or had other clairs (clairsentience, clairaudience, and so on) could perceive these energies!

The Fourth Dimension is Also Known as the Astral Field 

This fourth dimensional energy is also referred to as astral energy. In a human being, it is the layer of energy closest to the human body, that is part of the human energy field.

In some ways, this energy is like a veil around the human being.  It both contains elements of who we really are, but it also contains much of what I like to call our ‘detritus’ we tend to gather energetically, through our journeys in incarnation.

This fourth dimensional energy is also all around us, as it is a part of the next layers of dimension after the physical dimension (the third dimension).

Fifth Dimensional and Higher Energies

The video linked in this article revealed 4D energies.  But, fifth dimensional energies are perceivable now also, and much of what I print on the blog here, in the photographs of lightships and sky phenomena, is fifth dimensional and higher.

When you compare the fourth dimensional video images with the lightship photographs, you can feel a different quality of energy.  I choose to have an attitude of non-judgement about these energies.

However, we will perceive some of them as more negative, and some more positive; some more good, and some more bad.  This reflects the duality of non-physical fourth dimensional energies.

We will of course have personal preferences over what qualities and frequencies of energies we feel most comfortable with.

Imagining the New Light Spectrums

I believe that the visibility of higher dimensional non-physical energies across the dimensional spectrum will only become more visible, both with our naked human eyes, and through the use of new and improving technologies.

I feel that our visual acuity will improve and expand with expanded awareness and consciousness.  I feel that our ability to sense these spectrums will further develop naturally, also.

Technology advances of all kinds are here, and are coming, and they may show us information in unexpected and revealing ways.

We have often heard scientists describe that human beings can only see a fraction of the total light spectrum.

What new phenomena might be revealed by our ability to access and view new spectrums of light?

Exciting possibilities abound, and with them, the ability to expand our understanding of our world.

Visiting a Lightship:  Are We Traveling to the Fifth Dimension?

Lightships are at the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies.

Basically, they exist in the frequencies of non-duality, and unconditional love.

Visiting Lightships Requires a Fifth Dimensional State of Awareness 

This means, to visit a lightship, you must match these frequencies, and use techniques for visiting that are fifth dimensional techniques for managing your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional states of being.

What is a 5D or Fifth Dimensional (or Higher) State of Being?

A fifth dimensional state is one of non-duality and one that is unconditional loving.

As a human being, to experience a fifth dimensional state, is to use ‘the clairs’.  The clairs are a higher frequency expression pf per human sensory experience, i.e., feeling – clairsentience, seeing – clairvoyance, knowing – claircognisance, hearing – clairaudience, and so on.

Many people perceive this state in different ways – some see, some sense, some feel, some know, and so on.

But, the essence of a fifth dimensional state of being is that it comes from your heart.  The heart-based frequencies are fifth dimensional and higher frequencies.

Non-Duality Compared with Being ‘All Good’

I’m also not talking about being ‘all good’, here.  To be ‘all good’ from within a dual state, is to exist at the fully polarized end of that state of duality.

In a universe that is in a dualized state – i.e., in the third and fourth dimensions of Earth, if we exist as purely good in these dimensional states, something has to exist in these dimensional states as purely bad, to balance the universal energies.

Non-duality is a state of loving and accepting, all.  This is not a state of accepting abusive behavior, upon or by the self.  It is a state of personal responsibility and fully claiming the territory of the self – fully claiming and being who you are, from the heart.

Loving and accepting all involves compassion and forgiveness that is almost immediate, by yourself.  It takes a higher view and sets behaviors in this context, or it simply accepts them.

A fifth dimensional state also means fully embodying the frequencies of who you are – including your I Am presence, or the very essence of who you are as a Soul, present in this universe.

Emanating the essence of who you are, which from your heart is a powerfully loving state of being, has an amazing effect on the world around you, simply by being an example of being fully You.

I’m talking about presenting and being in our wholeness, loving our full human-ness, choosing conscious action, and being conscious and aware of ourselves and our state of being.

Holding a Fifth Dimensional Frequency as a Human Being

‘Holding the frequency’ to visit lightships can be challenging, as is living and being in a fifth dimensional state while being human.

We have two guides, or world teachers, who tell us that we can achieve these states of being as a human – Buddha and Jesus.  The Buddha said that achieving enlightenment was possible for ‘householders’.  And, Jesus said ‘all this I have done, you will do and more’.

We tend to think that the fruition of these teachings will be some sparkling day far off in the future.  What if ‘the future’ is simply a term for ‘higher frequency’ or, ‘higher dimensional’?

Ascension is Raising Your Consciousness, And Your Frequency, Too

One of the terms used for raising your frequency is, ascension.

What is ascension about?

It is really about descending our higher frequencies, into the human body, while ascending the frequencies we have previously held, from within the human body.

Is visiting a lightship traveling across dimensions?  

So, if we visit a lightship in a meditative state, are we traveling across dimensions?

Another way to say this – is visiting a lightship, interdimensional?

Are we traveling from the third and fourth dimension, where we live in our human bodies, to the fifth dimension, where we exist in lightbody or some other form?

My answer is this – no we are not traveling across dimensions.

To visit a lightship, we raise our own state of being – we raise the frequency of our whole self – to the fifth dimensional, heart-based state.

Then, we visit the lightship from that state.  Now, when we are visiting the lightship, we are not traveling across dimensions – we are already in the same dimensional frequency that the lightship exists in.

We Humans are Capable of Being Interdimensional

In other words, our human being self has to match that frequency in the moment.  Otherwise, it is not possible.

So – it is your human self, here, and your state of being that is interdimensional.

Now, I’m clearly not including travel during the dreamtime, here.  Because a lot of us visit ships at night, from what I understand.  Although, perhaps our bodies do achieve a 5D state before we go on our nighttime journeys, I don’t know about that one.

Can we have a 5D self – a multidimensional self – who is aware of us and who is on a lightship, or who is an aspect of our lightbody self, whether or not we are in the moment conscious of this?

For me, this is an aspect of our multidimensionality.  We can inhabit the third and fourth dimension and not be aware of any other incarnation – their existence is not dependent upon our awareness of them.

(I think everyone ‘up there’ is having a good laugh right now!  I know I am – inside, lol.)

Do you want to visit a lightship and interact with galactic beings?

What a great incentive to raise our consciousness, while living in our human bodies!!

And, to be clear, what this means, to me, is living our human lives from this frequency, and from this perspective – not ‘getting outta here’ and going back to the stars.

I understand, especially if you are drawn to UFOs and ships and stars and such things, that you may have this yearning.  I certainly used to have this attitude – until I came to a different decision, a choice really.

For me, what I’ve come to is that I love being here, I love being a human being, and I’m here to bring these higher aspects of me here, to my home in this body, and to live from here.

5D human, baby!  That’s what I’m talkin’ about.

As a bonus, you get to visit lightships – if you want to, and if this is your heart’s desire and your soul path, also.

As I sat to write this posting, I could tell something was different about the sun – I couldn’t see the screen anywhere near as well as yesterday sitting outside – the sun was visibly brighter.

You can see the rays emanating from the sun – wow this is an intensely gorgeous sun day.

I knew this meant an excellent photo opportunity might be presenting, and as I looked up to snap the photo, I saw the heart shaped cloud exactly over the little mountain!!  How wonderful is that!!

And, it is a visible reminder that our love manifests in the world around us, and reflects back to us in every moment.

The post Visiting a Lightship: Are We Traveling to the Fifth Dimension? appeared first on Solaris Modalis.

Recently I was feeling into the the idea of lightships being of clouds, or using atmospheric materials to make their presentation to us.

I was riffing on this idea while writing about this photo, below, from our upcoming posting on Tube Shaped Lightships, which will be posted in the next week or two.

Actually, what was happening was that I was feeling into this from the galactic perspective, yet asking human questions: Why lightships?  Why cloud-like cloaking?

What I received in my inquiry feeling into these questions, is that this is a well-thought-through proposition, the use of cloud materials and of the materials in our atmosphere.

This photo is the best example of a tube shaped lightship that I have taken, as it is so clear and recognizable as an unusual shape in the sky.  For me, this is both a UFO and a lightship – it is a clear example of galactic presence in our skies.

When I wrote this last sentence and looked at the tube shaped image, I was thinking of this beautiful and harmless image and the incredible presence and joy I was feeling.

As I photographed the tube ship, mothers and children were playing on the nearby field – it was small town America, library, town hall, sweet and family-oriented, all around me and all under the lightship, also.  This tube shaped ship was so low in the sky.  The joy and excitement I was feeling was awesome, and I was about to meet an old friend who made a surprise visit to my town from far away. (What a coincidence! Old friends from far away, get it? Was the timing of this galactic joking? Lol!)

Incredible happiness poured forth from me.

Check out the image, above – nothing scary emitting from this, is there?  What are they going to do?  Blow dust balls and cloud wisps at us? LOL!

I had been thinking of various movies when I wrote that line, and our training through media to view UFO and extraterrestrial activity with fear.  And suddenly, an understanding of harmlessness came to me from the galactic perspective.

A Clear Presentation of Harmless Activity

Actually, I feel that this is the exact reason why lightships and cloud ships are the perfect introduction for us to these galactic beings:  Clouds and wisps are nothing to be scared of.

Our culture has been embued with images of violence from ‘aliens’, a concept that is offensive to these galactic forces. Yep, because they are now in the higher frequency love and light segment of their life cycles. Not that they didn’t participate in the galactic wars, millions of years ago, or even now, in service protecting Earth.

Maybe they effected our development,  a couple hundred thousand years ago, or even more recently, also, but they have moved into living in accordance with divine principles, or they wouldn’t be able to be up there, as high frequency as they are.  Prime directive, anyone? (Engage!  Lol – okay, enough corny Star Trek references, sheesh.)

Cloud shapes present as harmless – a key tenet of their capabilities.  You know, the word ‘capabilities’ came to mind, here, and I feel that it’s interesting to think of harmlessness as a capability.  To be utterly harmless in one’s approach requires deep consideration of the other person, of their emotional frame of reference, and of their history.

Harmlessness Invites me to Shift My Frequency, But Only if I Want To

I know about harmlessness, because I have a friend who intentionally practices harmlessness.  In fact, I hosted a group at my home one night and she left in the middle of the discussion. The group leader facilitated the conversation in a way that she felt did not align with her practice of harmlessness, and her choice was to quietly leave the conversation.  I told her I completely understood her gentle position, and I was very glad she had the conversation with me.

I have made an effort to respect her desire to be harmless to others, and this includes taking care of myself around her, because if I got together with her at my own expense, for example, if I was too tired or rushed, she would wish to reschedule, not wishing to tax me in any way.  And I respect her space also, and her time, and treat her with consideration.

So, being with this friend invites me to raise my own frequency, simply by who she is – to love myself first, and to be loving also, in return.  Such a simple basis for friendship can be a joy.  We have shared interests, also, but I feel that shared frequency is our most common point of alignment.

Should all relationships be this way?  In a human dualistic environment, we are practicing holding the shadow and the light. Living in the duality of the third and fourth dimensions on Earth means that by accepting our darkness and light, together, we make ourselves whole.

Without judging the dimensions that include duality, or our behavior within them, it is loving to accept our own shadow side, to set our boundaries, and sometimes strongly, if we have to, to firmly say no when needed, to use our shadow aspects to live in the world and to support our life in the highest good of all, and so on.

With this friend, I am invited to step into another dimension for conversation – the fifth dimension of non-duality.  It is an interesting way to engage, and this way does feel loving.  It would be fair to say that I feel so good after our visits, or our conversations, in part because of the great care I’ve had to take of myself, in being with her.  And our talks are quite interesting, too.

Could I engage in all of my relationships this way?  Maybe this is where I admit that I love the strengths of both aspects of my personality – the shadow and the light.  Accepting and loving all of me is different than acting on these aspects, or maybe acting on these aspects is what is loving (in the highest good of all), because these are the parts of ourselves native to our dimensionality as third and fourth dimensional human beings.

I guess what I’m saying is, I don’t know if I’ve achieved full integration and a shift to non-duality.  Yes I do know – I haven’t.  I can hold this frequency for a time, but after awhile it is taxing on me.

Dang it, this is where I realize how much I love being on Earth, living this lifetime, despite my ever present love of the stars.  I guess you could say, I appreciate these dual dimensions we live in, no matter how they present, and I deeply love being part of the shift of humanity into a higher consciousness, one day at a time.

Maybe, practice makes perfect.

Harmlessness as an Invitation to Engage

Harmlessness also presents as an invitation to engage, but only at the invitation of the person being visited – I mean us.

Engagement with a being practicing harmlessness requires us to do so in a conscious way – it requires from us a bit of maturity.  This maturity is the full package – as conscious an approach as we can muster mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically.

So, inherent in consciousness is our intention behind what we are doing – and I mean our pure intention, deep beneath our mental reasoning and initial explanation.

There is no judgement here, also.  We get to make mistakes and screw up. When we do so, we are met with love, only.

I could tell you stories!! I probably will, also.  Let’s just say that not long ago I took a few months off visiting lightships (in meditation) after a rather epic faux pax made by yours truly – yes me.  One day I’ll tell you (wink).  I really want to tell you now, but I ‘m trying to stay focused on writing this article and I have already written two articles of different topics inside of this one (they will be posted separately), so please bear with me and return for the article on Visiting Lightships.  I will link it here when it has posted.

The invitation here, by Galactics in lightships, presenting in harmless and cloud-like fashion, I feel, is for us to raise our consciousness to engage with them.

Meanwhile here they float, above houses, town halls, libraries, schools, wishing us well.

That’s my thinking, anyway.

The Interdimensional Aspect of Lightships

Could this vehicle ‘materialize’ into a ship that would be recognizable to us? I feel that it could – but the ship wouldn’t be metal, it would be a translucent material, kind of glowy and shimmery, rather than a sort of harsh metal submarine in the sky.

Why would the lightship look this way? To appear in our environment, the lightship will have to shift its dimensional frequency.

When the lightship shifts it’s dimensional frequency, downward from it’s natural state, it will still remain at a higher frequency than our world of the present day.  Thus, it will not densify into a substance like metal.

Why will the lightship stay at a higher frequency than our reality?  Because, this is what is comfortable for them, and because they cannot or will not materialize lower than a particular dimensional state.

In it’s present state of cloud-like form, the lightship is essentially, a cloaked ship or vessel.

Is it possible, in the present day, for the lightship to essentially decloak, and materialize in a more solid state (to our perception)? Not without significantly effecting our world.

This means, there would be an immediate uptick in consciousness by those viewing such a ship, because of the higher frequency it is emitting, and yes there might be people feeling fear, also, but human beings connecting with the loving emissions from these ships would significantly shift their consciousness, in the moment, towards a higher consciousness state.

Let me give you an example.  When I visit such ships, in meditation, and experience the energies and beings on them, the unconditional love that is simply emitted from standing with them, from their presence, will bring my physical body to tears and my heart will well up in expansion, nearly every time. The other common body response I will have is an overwhelming feeling of grace and awe that literally envelops me in a state of higher frequency consciousness.

Have you read descriptions where people visited by angels and are ‘trembling’ in their presence?  There is literally a human physical body response to higher frequencies, and to pure unconditionally loving states of being, and there is an expansion of consciousness that is real and can be felt at many levels – emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual.

For a human being, or any other being, the way to decline this invitation to physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually shift higher is to move rapidly into active and hot anger, or to turn away rapidly into a state of extreme fear – these compressing emotions will protect a person from upshifting their frequency, but they can cause an unpredictable environment in their reality and for those around them.

A being practicing harmlessness would be quite aware of these aspects of their potential effect on humanity.  It is why angels and higher frequency beings do not appear in their ‘full presence’ around human beings.

If you wish to see these lightships materialize, where is the hope for lightships materializing to happen ‘soon’?

UFO lightships in cloud form are appearing in great numbers.  Their very presence in their current state implies that we have advanced to a level of consciousness to accept their presence.

Where are we on the scale of full acceptance to some level of acceptance? I don’t know that, honey.

So to summarize, if a lightship materialized, theoretically, within our realm but at a bit higher frequency, there would be an interdimensional effect on our world – there would be a dimensional frequency shift upward in our reality.

Now, would all this be harmless?  How would you answer this question?

The Physics of Entrainment by Frequency, and Dimensional References

The physics of a lightship causing a frequency shift upward in this reality is this: entrainment works best going from lower to higher frequencies.

Entrainment is the ‘calling’ of particles from a higher frequency towards a lower frequency.  Through entrainment, particles of a lower frequency entrain, or come into resonance with, the higher frequency particles, and then these same particles will expand to the higher frequency – even jumping dimensional states is possible through entraining frequencies.

Either that, or they back away slowly (laughing…).

What I mean is this: Human or other beings who choose to keep their frequency, and it’s corresponding consciousness level, unchanged, and, human and other beings who would actively choose a lower dimensional frequency (and this can include those we might refer to vaguely as ‘the dark forces’), must move away from the higher frequency emissions because the natural tendency of all beings is to shift higher.

Why is the natural tendency of all beings to shift higher? Our natural tendency is to shift higher because we are all made of light.

Shifting towards more light is akin to returning to our ‘home’ state, because this brings us closer to our Source energy, and closer to our Creator.  It is a natural calling and is akin to animals who instinctively return to the home of their birth, over and over through their generations.

When faced with a higher frequency energy, those not choosing to shift higher are revealed by their highly agitated states. And, this explains the current state of our world, also, where higher frequency light is pouring into our planet, and those not aligned are acting out in highly visible and agitated ways (shouting outbursts included).

Now, technically, those choosing to shift to a higher frequency or level of consciousness will also experience agitation, but it will be expressed differently – it will be more akin to ‘birth pains’ than to ‘acting out’.

Honoring the Free Will of Humanity

From the perspective of a galactic presence of high frequency, forcing entrainment upon others in any way, doesn’t honor free will.

Since these beings have committed themselves to align with universal and divine law, and because they have evolved so that it is now their very nature to abide by divine principles, their offer is for us to choose, if we wish, to ascend in consciousness towards them – and, then, to ‘meet us in the middle’.

Yes, this is part of what is called the ascension process – meeting those of higher dimensional states who are also our ancestors, old friends, new friends and family – of the heart.

And yes, these sort of galactic beings are spiritual from our perspective,

The carrot, here, for us, is their implied offer to meet us in the middle – and hence, the presence of lightships – their inital offer to us to raise our consciousness and realize they are out there.

Further Thoughts on the Attempt to Entrain Humanity to Lower Frequencies and Dimensional States 

It’s quite a bit of effort to entrain a human being towards lower frequencies, and requires enforced habituation of the human being, and repeated focusing of targeted audience towards effected outcomes you desire – that those doing the entraining or habituation unnaturally place on top of the human experience, or into human perception.

Enforced habituation means repeating a message, or transmitting a frequency, over and over and over and over and over and over…. over years and years and years and years and years and years. This tactic is a part of creating what has been called ‘the matrix’.

Enforced habituation is by it’s nature a tactic forced onto it’s target. Habituating a human being towards your effected outcome is not a natural state for the human being.  Enforcing habituation that becomes a part of a human being’s daily life is also not a natural path for the human being.

Thus, enforced habituation, or negative entrainment, consumes significant time, energy, resources and funds, because it constantly asks us to turn away from our innate desire for love and our yearning for truth (for what we feel is true, within), and it asks us to ignore our divine talents and God-given passions and inner guidance, in favor of making external rewards our priority (money, status, respect, survival, and so on).  This sort of entrainment especially asks us to fear outcomes that might be imposed on us for not aligning with the habit – or actions, ways of thinking and feeling, etc. – being required of us.  Negative entrainment, or enforced habituation, is at the basis of everything from advertising to mind control.

It is the tool of the powers that be – or of the powers that were.

Look around you, and we see this technique employed in every aspect of our society and media.

In the UFO realm, negative entrainment, or enforced habituation, is expressed as the array of ‘aliens are bad guys’ movies, for example.  Notice, that this concept has had to be frequently repeated over decades for humanity to continue to remember what we have been told:  ‘Aliens are bad guys, dammit! – Remember that people!’

But What About Technological ‘Entrainment’?

When the consciousness of the population appears to be rapidly rising, the easiest way to actually entrain a human being to a lower frequency and dimensional state, is through technological entrainment.  Technological entrainment works through transhumanist vehicles (actually integrating the technology inside our bodies).

Despite our attention on the negative influences of iPhones and the like, and the fears over ‘entrainment’ to them, let’s look at this from another perspective: Remember when everyone ignored each other reading the paper?

There is a difference between habituating a human being to think or act a certain way, against their free will even, and using a different tool for the same purposes (ignoring your crazy family, for example, or getting some private time while you’re hanging with loved ones, or chatting with your friends while you are around your parents – score!).

Okay – there is one other way that technological entrainment can occur, and that is if we fully give up our sovereignty and follow what we are told like unconscious people in a dream state.  ‘Nuf said, there.

However, consciousness is a powerful force within the human being. Combine consciousness with love, and you have a powerful motivating energy within that can do just about anything.

What about ‘beams’?

What if a transmission is being sent to you at a frequency that can effect you?  This is technological entrainment by transmitted frequency.  We can contrast this with the transhumanist approach of integrating the technology with the living tissue of the human being.  Though, ultimately, transhumanism would combine these two approaches – first, install the technology, then send a transmission (without the receiver’s knowledge).

So – is there entrainment technology that emits frequencies that will effect our state of being?  I have physically experienced an attempt at technological entrainment while at a business conference. I’m  going to give thanks to Catherine Austin Fitts, here, because she described this technology at another conference I attended and this is what made me immediately consciously aware of it when I experienced this, later. So, when it happened in the moment, I knew what was happening.

The first thing that started happening was that I was having mental dissonance – in other words, what I was told was taking place at the conference was much different that what was actually happening.  This immediately raised questions in my mind.  The next thing that was happening was that I was struck by how poor the quality of the presentation was, compared with the intensely positive reactions from the crowd.  The people at my table seemed star struck by the speaker, when clearly the speaker did not have the resume, competence, or quality to deserve the level of attraction she was attaining.  Then I began experiencing the physical effects of what was being transmitted.

The technological entrainment or transmission I experienced felt like an attempt to separate me from my heart frequencies – it felt like a direct attack on my heart energy. How I handled this was the following:  I claimed my physical and energetic space through declaration, I put my hand over my heart as a physical reminder and consciously felt the physical feelings of my heart connection, I regrounded myself within my body, I declared my energetic and physical sovereignty, I asked my guardian angels and Archangel Michael to surround me and to protect my soul connection and my heart connection, and I physically got up and left the conference, and waited outside. After a time, I was able to re-enter the room later and sit at the back of it, and no longer felt these intense energy transmissions.

The spell was broken.

Here is why these self-protection and self-sovereignty techniques work:  The heart frequencies are in a higher dimension than these technologies.

If we can release our fear in the moment, which naturally lowers our frequency, and recommit to embodying our heart frequencies, then nothing can effect our choice to align with our soul connection, which is the same thing as our heart connection.   What I mean is this: we get to choose what happens to us.  (See our article Spiritual Discernment and the Case for Grass Roots Galactic Contact for more on this including a spiritual and a physics based explanation of why this works.)

We have shifted into a time on this planet where our free will must be honored.  And, we can now achieve these higher dimensional states of being en masse.  Exciting!!

Hallelujah!!

I’m not saying that technology doesn’t effect us based on the frequencies it emits, but I am saying that our heart-based intentions, actions and reponses overcome technological entrainment every time: Love is the primary force supporting our authority in this matter, and our soul connection is the authority of our own personal sovereignty.   (See this article for more: Spiritual Discernment and the Case for Grass Roots Galactic Contact.).

That’s why humans are special (wink).

I just want to clearly point out:  The way the word entrainment is generally being used is not a true definition of entrainment, meaning, that what is implied is that we can be forced against our will by technology.  This is simply not so – unless we accept transhumanism or freely give up our sovereignty and choose an unconscious state.  Why is this?  We are divine children of the Creator, that is why.  You have a divinity within you that is sovereign, and you get to choose how to live your life. This is  in alignment with universal and divine law, and forcing any being to comply with imposed outcomes is not.

Now, with true entrainment, which is from lower frequency to higher frequency, the higher frequency presence has to be careful to adjust itself so that it does not cause an unintended shift upward in consciousness, before the human being is ready – i.e., without permission but due to the basic physics involved.

Our discussion of entrainment also highlights the difference in behavior between human or other beings who honor and respect us as human beings and those who do not.  So, who do you wish to meet? And who would you wish to work with, or share your life with?  Who would you rather invite over to dinner?

The Dark Nobles:  Having Compassion for Those Whose for whom the World is Irreparably Changing

Cleary, if you wish to increase your consciousness, live a more loving life, align more closely with who you truly are, and follow your Soul’s path, this is exciting and, even, a wonderful time to be alive.

If you wish to maintain the status quo of human consciousness, or you wish it to go even lower, however, and you are deeply committed to forced outcomes upon humanity, then this is a time that is full of agitation and anxiety, frustration and angering moments.

I’m not sure how this will sound, after that discussion above on entrainment but, I feel this is deeply important:

Let’s have compassion for those whose world is irreparably changing.

For those who are deeply committed to maintaining the status quo, their world is in disarray due to rising human consciousness.  All of their tactics have been unable to control this outcome, or to change it.

And these are our brothers and sisters, also.

We may wish to spend more time with our seemingly fun brothers and sisters of the stars for example.  But, for humanity to truly heal and ascend our consciousness to be able to meet our star families, we will be required to practice compassion and forgiveness.

We can call the groups who have been at the apex, at the helm of the powers that controlled this world the Dark Nobles.  Let’s appreciate this group for what they are:  The Dark Nobles have been catalysts for the awakening of human consciousness.

Without this group, we would not have gotten to here, so readily.

This was the true meaning of the end of the Mayan calendar, termed ‘the end of the world’.  December 12, 2012 through December 21, 2012 was the beginning of the end of the world for the dark forces.  It was at this time, that a large mass of darkness – the size of a significant portion of the planet, but in an energetic state, departed planet Earth.  It was at this time, that the darkness left Gaia. This chunk of darkness was the anchor energy holding the dark forces in their high positions on Earth, and was essentially their spiritual power source.

Poof, gone.  Just like that.  End of the Mayan calendar.  Humanity is free – all bets are off.

When are we going to start acting like we have freedom?

You know, I’d like to talk about about the Soul path of the Dark Nobles, and tell you what happens to them on Earth, and here it is:

The Dark Nobles eventually agree to upshift in frequency, and they become guardians of ‘the Peace Portal’.  When this happens and how this happens, in our timeframe here on Earth, I do not know.  But, I have participated in the energy planes in the ceremony in which this occurred, in the presence of Archangel Michael, and it was full of celestial pomp and circumstance, and it was full of honoring and deep respect, regard and gratitude for the role the Dark Nobles, and the role the dark forces in general, have played throughout human history.

The interplay of the dark and the light on Earth has been, and still, an epic journey, and amazing story, an exciting adventure, and a reunion of Souls from around the galaxy.

And so it is.

And now, returning to the realm of extraterrestrial and galactic beings, I just have one question for you:

Why Do the Greys Get to Represent All Extraterrestrial Beings? Lol

Okay, I’m joking a bit, here.

But, moving on from the topic of ‘entrainment towards lower frequencies’, or, more aptly described, enforced habituation, here is what I want to know:

Why are greys the (almost) sole representatives of extraterrestrial beings on media, social media, and the like?

Look at your t-shirts, your emojis, your baseball caps, and all the general imagery of what extraterrestrials look like.

Now I’m not talking the websites focused on the Galactic Federation or channelers bringing through galactic beings and focused on ascension.  I’m talking about the general mass medias and social medias.  Thank goodness for the movie ET or we’d be sorely at a loss for variety, although he basically looks like a grey who is brown with big human eyes.

Yep, thank goodness for Star Wars, Star Trek and Avatar and such.  Perhaps it’s copyrights that prevent beings that look like characters in these shows and movies from being more widely distributed?

The assumption seems to be that only greys are the real extraterrestrials, and the rest (like the variety of beings shown on Star Trek or Star Wars) are made up sci-fi fantasy. Ha ha ha ha!!!!

Is anyone else tired of always looking at those large black eyes?  Can we get some gorgeous Pleiadians, or even a suave reptilian or two, out into the mass media and social media?  (‘People of Earth’, anyone?  I love that show!)

I guess, if a galactic being was a gorgeous looking 20-something year old human-looking being, we wouldn’t take galactics seriously – or would we?

Enforced habituation – I’m onto something here, guys, really.

Rant ended.  Sheesh – what did I tell you about higher frequencies causing agitation as we entrain higher? Lol, it happens to us all.

First Contact Will Be Based on Our Readiness to Expand Our Consciousness 

All of this is why first contact will be based on our readiness to expand our consciousness.

What I am saying is that perceived delays in first contact are not so much do to us being fearful, as to advance the opportunity for us to raise our consciousness.

Simply look at YouTube videos of people seeing lightship and UFO phenomena.  Take the blue object that hung over the sky in Southern  California in November of 2015.  What was the reaction of those making videos?  Amazement and excitement.  And, you see this over and over.  Human beings feel awe and wonder initially when viewing mystery objects in the sky.  (Unless it turns out that they are F-16s doing maneuvers above you, then you are just trembling while the ground shakes, lol – just joking (not really) – it helps if Lynard Skynard is playing when that happens.) What I’m saying is that we feel awe and wonder, unless we are, by training, ingrained not to.  This is my personal experience.  Maybe, it is yours also.

And then, it is up to us to develop the discernment to understand whether what we are seeing feels aligned with our highest outcomes for ourselves, personally, and for our human race.

However, great shifts in consciousness can happen quickly, and I believe that they can happen at the mutual consent of our souls.  What this means, is that while the above paragraphs about the interdimensional effects of lightships materializing are my truth in the moment that I write this, these circumstances are not fixed in stone and can change in any moment.  Meaning – humanity may be ready for this at any time, but it will be in alignment with our chosen group soul path, in the moment.

Put this view or proposal in the category of the miraculous, for now. I believe there is a science behind it. And, miracles occur around us with resounding frequency, so why not a miracle in the shift of human consciousness also?  The signs are all over that it is happening as we speak.  I entirely feel that this is possible, and I believe it is probable, also.

Atlantis and Forced Consciousness Upgrades

There is one aspect of this talk about harmlessness and the physics of entrainment that I’d like to address, and it has to do with the history of Atlantis.

In Atlantis, we tried the strategy of entraining the consciousness of the population to higher frequencies.  We did this without asking the permission of the individuals of the population, or even thinking that we should – we assumed it was for the highest good, and we sent out (actually, we flooded) frequencies into the environment through advanced technologies that caused the human and other beings living there to entrain to higher frequencies whether this was their chosen path or not.

We thought we were acting in the highest good of all. But, we weren’t.  We did not understand that forcing other people into consciousness was against their free will.

And, how did that work out?

I write this as a message to all of you who are energy workers and light workers, and to healers and intuitives sensitive to energy who may be saying intentions and making declarations, or doing actions in the physical or non-physical: to ask or direct others to the state of consciousness you desire is not honoring of that person’s free will, and thus, lowers your frequency, and at the same time, also creates the opposing outcome.

Forcing beings to move to higher consciousness creates the opposing outcome because you have chosen a dualistic frame of reference in which to operate, and in creating one aspect of that duality, you also create it’s opposite.

Did the Buddha bang people’s head into a wall and demand they enlighten?

Nope, but this is essentially what we are doing when we force light onto people who are not interested in changing their consciousness, or we force light onto our darker brothers and sisters.  As frustrating as this may seem, free will involves a choice, all around.

Invitation is an attractive position that is honoring of free will.  I believe it is more successful in the long run, also.  But, invitation takes time.

Ahhhhh……

And, honoring free will can be a hard proposition to swallow, when you are desperate to see your star family again, when you long for love of the finest qualities.  But choosing to go against divine principles causes our frequency to lower immediately, and by our conscious or unconscious choice, moves us into a lower frequency range.

And then we get outcomes within that frequency range.

Like anti-entrainment, we move further from the goal we thought we were going for, not closer.  This is the basic physics at play.

And yet, all is in divine timing.

And miracles happen.

Qualifying our Intentions with Our Energetic Parameters

May I suggest the following:  that we consider qualifying our work and our intentions depending on however you personally feel guided.

I use the parameters that my heart guides me towards – although the timing will be divine timing, not human.  For me, these are parameters such as:  ‘in the highest good of all’, ‘in alignment with the higher selves of all’, and so on.  I don’t use my human brain to figure this out – I add this intention and I let go.

This is a way of doing things that involves trust and faith, and complete release of the ego and a conscious choice to align with divine will (without knowing the details of what that is!).

I Met My Teacher of Energy Parameters on an Airplane

I sat on the plane one day next to a gorgeous woman from the Bronx who was being sent to training on the west coast, and throughout the flight, in example after example, she explained the concept to me, this way:

‘I give it to God, honey.’

She was my teacher.

Her words impressed me greatly, and I ponder them to this day.

What she was doing was setting her energy parameters.  She expressed what she desired, and then, she consciously ‘gave it to God’ to handle, His way.

(Yep, I see God as gender neutral but please let’s use Him for the moment?  And – it is the broader message that counts, please personalize this message to your spiritual frame of reference.)

Can I clearly state this?  In my human self, I don’t know what is the best outcome for all, or even for myself, at times it seems.  So, I make my declarations, I set my intentions, I do my work in the world, but always with this caveat – I ask that what I intend be in the highest good of all, in alignment with my Soul’s path, in alignment with the frequencies of my I Am presence, and so on.

So, I ‘give it to God’ and accept that the Creator has dominion over all of these activities, and is the authority of what will transpire.  Am I getting too spiritual for you?  I have lived through some intense lifetimes and remember some big projects gone awry and, this is what I came to in this lifetime, as a result.

And because I took that plane ride.

I’ve got no control over circumstances, and especially no control over outcomes.  I just live my life.

Each of us will tailor what we do and say to the frequencies most closely resonating for us, but I am suggesting that “giving it to God’ has taken a great weight off of my shoulders, and removes me from the karmic cycle, also.  I write this and check in with my heart if it’s in highest good to publish it, and then I also ask that what transpires as a result of publishing my writing be in the highest good of all.  See how that works?

I actually use this process, in pretty much everything I do.  I say pretty much because I am human, and I’m gonna make mistakes.  That’s a given.

Doing this, will you see the changes, in the physical world, in your lifetime?  I have.  At least a couple times.  Enough to give me confirmation, personally.  The rest – I just trust – I’ve ‘given it to God’, and I have faith in life, and in love – in the Creator’s love for us, most of all.  Trust and faith, giving it to God, and the predominance of love.  Those are my strategic components, now, when I am working, when I am intending for my life and when I am dreaming of peace for this world and love for humanity.

Will we make mistakes?  Will it be embarrassing?  Will we have screw ups?  Will the light prevail?  My personal answer is “Yes”, to all these questions.

Will divine timing match our personal requirements and human-desired schedule?  Not gonna go there.

Having the Discussion, Raises Our Consciousness 

I feel that first contact will happen when we are ready, when our group consciousness has made the choice and can receive the galactic presence with love rather than fear, universally across the human race, and that harmlessness is at the basis of the galactic strategy.

So, whether meeting the galactic presence widely across humanity is today or in many days, I don’t know.  What I do know is that to raise awareness, to begin having the discussion, is a first step towards getting there, if this is truly our desire.

In the meantime, as individuals, can we visit these ships in our higher consciousness and meditations?  Yes, I feel that we can.  Can we have individual experiences of meeting galactic races in person?  Yes, I feel that we can.  Sometimes this will be in the non-physical. Sometimes, it will be in our dream state, or in meditation. Sometimes, we will individually meet them in the physical also?  I believe that this can happen.

Whatever the question, love is always the answer.  This is the premise behind harmlessness – love and honoring of the self, and love and honoring of all, as one.

Maybe we could learn something by studying these galactic strategies.

What’s the Deal with Metal Ships Versus Lightships? 

Why do we see so many videos and photos of UFOs that are clearly a type of metal out on YouTube and the like?

Is it lack of imagination?  Lol.

Well, I’d say that there are several things going on here.

The first, is that human beings tend to build things that go up in the sky out of metal.  Because that is our technology.

The second is that some off world beings also build ships out of metal.

And the third, is that there are some beings that build ships out of “light”.

Without getting too much into the physics of it, let’s just say that this would seem “solid” to us if we were them, potentially.  If they have forms, or a type of body, like we do (a “lightbody”).

So, now we can get into the physics.  We all know there are different dimensions.

Metal UFOs are 3rd and 4th Dimensional

It’s my view that metal ships are third and potentially even fourth dimensional.  This makes sense because the third dimension is about the physical, and having physical bodies.  The fourth dimension, in my view, is about the non-physical, and is closely paired with the third dimension.

How would a metal ship then be fourth dimensional?  Perhaps certain cloaking frequencies could facilitate this, making them lighter and invisible to us.  And, their sense of time, relative to our perception, is slightly altered because their ability to fly at great speed creates a fourth dimensional frequency.

Characteristics of Third and Fourth Dimensional Visitors

The third and fourth dimensions are characterized by duality and polarity.  Thus, the beings we might meet from these same dimensions as us have the potential of embodying the whole range of what being in duality and polarity imply.  (Good versus evil, light versus dark, male and female, etc.)

Lightships are 5th Dimensional (and Higher)

When we look up and see clouds shaped like ships, or we see lenticular clouds that represent a kind of ship, these are lightships.  They are not third or even fourth dimensional.  How, then, can they be made of clouds, or water vapor?

My sense is that lightships are for our benefit.

It’s the way that they can show us who they are, and that they are here.

And, it’s a way of cloaking or hiding their effects on atmospheric conditions that we might notice, because, in my view, higher frequency ships and energies cause rippling and other effects on actual clouds and cloud banks.

Because, the higher dimensional frequencies of the fifth dimension and higher, are, simply, mostly invisible to us.  You typically require one of the “clairs” to experience these dimensions – clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.

Characteristics of Fifth Dimensional Visitors (and Higher)

The fifth dimensional realm is one of connection with the heart space, connection with spirit and our own divinity, of connection with our soul.  It is a realm that requires spiritual maturity for a human being to experience.

And so, we could imagine that visitors from this realm would be what we might describe as more spiritual beings.  Meaning, that they have moved away from duality and polarity, and live in peace with each other in accordance with divine principles in the highest good of all.
