In this video, I discuss spiritual strategies, their effect on our energy field, and directed energy. My focus is spiritual strategies because in my view this is the most effective way of discharging directed energy sent our way.
In the video I discuss how I hold and experience the energetic structure of my human energy field, and that this was very beneficial in a recent personal experience.
What happens when directed energy comes our way with malintent?
Knowing ‘the rules’, having a spiritual strategy, understanding how to manage my personal energy and how to set energy parameters for my field have all been extremely helpful to me.

- What ascension is really about; raising our consciousness and embodying or descending these higher frequencies into the human form.
Embodying these concepts creates a particular energy structure in the human energy field that assists us in protecting ourselves when unaligned energy presents.
