After further review of the U.S. Navy patents I found an additional hidden message and nuances about the inspiration for two of the technologies shown on the Google patent listing of inventions by inventor Salvatore Pais.
The hidden meanings can be found by interpretation and translation of the inventor’s name, as it is presented slightly differently on two of the six patents.
The patents’ assignee is the the U.S. Secretary of the Navy, meaning no profit is made from the use of the patents by the inventor who filed them.
U.S. Navy Patents and Hidden Meanings
In this field of advanced technologies, some of which have applications for advanced craft that can fly through our atmosphere, one can observe hidden meanings that communicate information that cannot be communicated publicly for one reason or another.
Subtle differences can reflect a deeper meaning in this situation. One looks for the patterns and notices details and discrepancies.
It is my view that translating the name of the inventor using a specific letter-by-letter technique, gives us some information about the technology of these patents and, potentially, about some of the forces at play behind the scenes, while not saying anything personally about the inventor themselves.
A Different Kind of Translating: Letter-By-Letter
I used a different kind of method for translating the inventor’s name. Rather than using the whole word to create translation, I used the building-up of letters in the word, translating each new word created along the way to writing the entire name. Using this technique, many times the language changes with each translation or new word created by adding the next letter.
It’s quite fun to do this and this method could be used to interpret meanings beyond this exercise.
The technique is made easy because of a tool like Google Translate, which is what I used to do the interpretation.
Using my technique of letter-by-letter interpretation, the middle name Cezar, which was applied to only two of the patents, translated to: ‘this through criminal Caesar’. I was pretty shocked when I saw this translation.
To me it said that the inspiration for these patents might be from events that occurred long ago, at a time perhaps when secret space programs or advanced tech programs were autocratically run with great secrecy, and with methods that for example would have hidden technological advances from potential recovered alien craft, or from wisdom garnered from the papers of Nikola Tesla himself.

In the video, I postulate and explain why I feel that the last two patents may be inventions inspired by on the one hand, appropriated technology from crashed advanced craft that were not ours, and on the other hand, by the genius inventor himself, Nikola Tesla.
