My broken heart occurred long ago, and for a long time it was beyond my ability to remember, what had happened to me.

It was beyond my ability, to remember why I felt this way.

Yes there were incidents, in this lifetime, that brought me into contact with the memory; that assisted me in touching the feelings.

But the source of my wandering, the initiation of this journey, the beginning of why I began my search for love, eluded me.

Like a beacon through time, the pulse of my heart felt broken, and that connection was a feeling I could not recover, no matter how I tried.

Living in Past Times

As a child, I told myself stories, and long after I got to be an adult, I realized that these stories, were a history of my lifetimes; of my lifetimes in incarnation.  They were a map of what had happened as I lived life out over a very long time, eons, thousands of years.

I have drawn maps of the history that I remember, maps of my travels.  My lifetimes began not on Earth but among the stars, and crossed the galaxy until I landed, here.

I had companions on this journey, and I met them, here.  At first, I went outside myself to find love.  My love companion journeyed with me for many, many incarnations, always in the same type of relationship dynamic, and you think that would have gotten boring.  But, I convinced myself in every lifetime that this was the love I had wanted, I had been searching for.

In some lifetimes I could barely remember that I had come from love, at all.

Evolution of the Twin Flame Dynamic

I called this love my twin flame.  He felt like this to me, because I had convinced myself that everything I needed, was represented by him.  What I know now is that we were simply two Souls incarnated, serving each other through an unhealthy relationship.

I finally woke up about the nature of my relationships when I allowed myself to know I was a valuable human being, deserving of receiving love.  This is when I met what I then called my twin flame.

And I found, that my true twin flame, was me.

When I chose to connect with my higher self, and believe that I was worthy of deserving love, ‘he’ came to me, like a golden angel hovering beside me.  The unconditional love I felt for myself, emanating forth, was unlike anything I had felt before.

What I came to see, is he was me.  How is this possible?

Our Souls incarnate into this realm from a state of wholeness, and in the simplest terms, how this is worked, is that Souls leave half of themselves behind to do so.  That half is the other side of the duality that we incarnate, into. So, if we are male, our twin flame has our female energy.  If we are a being of light, our twin flame has our shadow self.  And so on.

We were one and the same energy, emanating from Soul, divided into two, and then made incarnate; higher self or guardian angel, and human self, together, one whole creation of Soul.

Where is My Home?

In this lifetime, key events conspired to ignite my passion for stories about the stars and who might live among them.

I had always felt, even in childhood, that I was a visitor here, and that somewhere else was my home.  I remember as a child, a vision of a old, old man, and I, sitting above the atmosphere of the Earth. I remember him pointing to areas of the planet, telling me about the Earth and it’s people, about the activity here, and making observations, teaching me.

Then, the crushing realization when I came to a certain age, that the place that I had remembered the most fondly, had been destroyed, long ago.  I had always thought I would return there after this lifetime, and the loss of this home put me adrift.

Where Did I Truly Belong?

As I grew more into my spirituality, I realized that ultimately my home was with my Soul, and that I could ask my higher self and Soul for breaks, to return to the feeling of home, during this lifetime.  And there were times when I asked to do so, when life was challenging.

The feeling of the stars had this feel for me – of Soul, of home.  And thus, I concentrated my activities into spending time on, and sharing stories of, the stars, as my hobby.

In my memories, I traced my personal stories back to my earliest incarnation in the galaxies.  And all I could see about where I had come from, was that I came from Light – my people were beings of light.  I knew that my ‘mother’ and ‘father’ came from there.

I had no idea about where that place was or how to get there.

Breaking My Heart: Remembering the Blue Girl 

This fall, I remembered the lifetime that started it all; that started all my journeys across time that I had remembered since I was a child.  I call this lifetime, the Blue Girl.

She was ripped from her people and her life partner, from a higher dimensional plane and existence, and was kidnapped, assaulted, raped, tortured, drugged and subjected to mind control experiments and physical imprinting.  This lifetime was eons ago, and yet it was real, up front, up close and personal.  My body ached where she ached.  I hurt where she hurt.  I felt her confusion.  I felt her despair.

I celebrated her victory over her captors, when she found a way to take herself out of the situation by dying and leaving her body.

Many friends and acquaintances showed up in my life as I processed the memories of the Blue Girl.  The support system that came forth is something I am deeply grateful for.

It is as if everything in this lifetime, was set up to help me remember, and then recover, the Blue Girl’s life experience.  I know the people involved, now, in this lifetime.  Life is full of surprises, and coincidences.  Sometimes I feel that everything has been set up just for me to have the exquisite experience of living this lifetime in all of it’s divine perfection.

And for us all, I believe that this is true.

I believe that the universe responds to our deepest needs and our deepest desires, even when we cannot voice them; even when we do not know that that is what they are.

Holding On to the Pain – the Experience of Stockholm Syndrome

Recently, I went through an exercise to give back all that I had taken on from this lifetime, back to those who had captured the Blue Girl, and who had inflicted her pain and trauma.  She had been in a kind of Stockholm Syndrome, and held all of the energies of the trauma as if she was responsible, herself, for what had happened to her, and as if she had to protect those who had caused the trauma.

This trauma had created great shame, a shame that has followed me my entire lifetime, since the blue girl has incarnated as me, now.  At times, this shame has been incapacitating, paralyzing, slowing my decisions, causing me to harshly judge myself, also.

It was so freeing, to finally let go of what was not mine.  I stood with the Blue Girl, in the space of a vision, in a circle of light, and poured out all I had taken on, until she was done, and until I was done.

Recovering Our Love

When it was all done, I watched as she and her partner, her love, stood in front of me in a vision and said goodbye.  I have worked with her partner as my spirit guide since 2011, not knowing at that time, that we were beginning a years long project of recovering his love – an incarnation of me – the Blue Girl.

The sweetness of the moment was tangible, and poignant for me.  I knew that I was beginning a new stage of my life.

The stage of my life where I am finally, free.

I am free of the past.  I am free of the cause of my sorrows.  My Blue Girl reunited with her love, and returned home, to the higher dimensions.

And I am free, here on Earth, with my golden angel guide – my Higher Self and I, one unit of the divinity of our Soul, having a human experience.

Letting Go of the Pain of Heartbreak

Last night, I lay down on the couch watching a movie, and I was overwhelmed with the pain over my heart.  Now I had just seen the doctor, and I knew that this was not a physical condition.

As I lay there, I could feel my big brother Archangel Michael sit with me in his brotherly blue, and he said to me, “you are healing from a broken heart”.

It has actually been days now, but last night was the most intense of them.  And as I watched the movie, I cried and let my body feel the feelings.

Have Courage, Take Heart

The body has it’s own timing, the body has it’s own perception.  And my body needed to be felt and my heart needed to be poured out, listened to, and reassured.  I needed to treat myself with love.

In the morning, I woke with a new sense of purpose, of mission.  I awoke and knew what was on the docket for the day, what was on the agenda.

The pain in my heart is faded; underneath it all a spark of courage is glowing. While it may take a little more time to move through this fully, the feeling that something new is beginning in me is flowing strongly.

The Star Soul: Feeling at Home, Here on Earth, Being Human

I finally feel at home. My Soul is seated and at home, pulsing like a star in the heart of my human form.

My human body is my home, here on Earth, now.  I live here connected with my Soul in my divine and human sovereignty, experiencing love generated from within. My heart feels the love of the sparkling star shining within that is my Soul. I feel the loving presence of the rest of me – my Higher Self and golden angel.

Life is a new and a grand adventure.

I have recovered my love, and my love is me.  My love comes with a feeling of freedom, and of joy.  And of the wonder of feeling that I am beginning, again.

I am beginning a new life for me.  Step, by step.  Moment, by moment.

And, I am filled with the feeling that I am making a fresh start, from the wholeness within, that is my love.

I was contacted by a ‘blog sister’, Joanna Fay of the HeartStar Aligning with Love & Planetary Ascension blog, a couple of months ago, who sent me an amazing photograph she took of an orb – UFO that I have been wanting to print at my blog since I saw it.

I say blog sister because I had come across her work before, and in it I saw a person with a similar way of expressing her Soul path. I resonated with her clear passion for taking photographs of UFOs and lightships in the sky, with her connection with Galactic beings and with her clear love of the sky and the natural kingdoms.

This golden orb – UFO photograph is stunning and resonates with me as a true galactic presence. Jo took the photograph as this golden orb was positioned at the Orion constellation. I have my own galactic memories and history with this area, and so this rang another bell so to speak for me. Joanna also has her own connections with the energies of this constellation. And there you go – she followed her inner guidance to send this photograph to me and yes it resonated with me.

Jogging Ancient Memories

I have to admit that this photo and exchange with Joanna has been wonderful and also that looking at the orb at Orion has been challenging for me.

When I saw Joanna’s photos of the golden orb I felt moved to tears as they are simply stunning.

Although I have done much inner work on my lifetimes there, and on lifetimes where I was effected by those from this constellation, after all this time there is still the memories of pain and even anguish.  I wish I could completely let it go. I guess instead I can honor the memory of these experiences.

When Joanna sent me the image of the golden orb at this constellation, and the gold was so prominent in color, to me it meant something. The golden orb energy so reminded me of the lion people, the Lyrans. I know that Joanna feels that this orb is from Capella, which you will read in her article if you follow the link. And I have a resonance with this star too, which I often find myself locating in the sky.

For me the gold represents inner truth, represents connection within to Source energy; the divinity that we truly are. This inner connection is what the Orions, in the times I remember, they did not have it. The golden light for me was a sign of healing. Of my own healing, within. And a knowing of their healing to come.

Joanna’s Experience of Photographing the Golden Orb

Joanna wrote:

“I’d like to share a photo with you [taken about January 20, 2018], connected with the Sun/Solaris and the increasing light flowing through the Solar Portal, with the appearance of a yellow-gold lightship and orb.

Just to clarify, there are both an orb and a ship in the photo, both golden coloured. The ship appears as only a tiny light right next to the star Betelgeuse, and the orb is actually, from my view, a projection of the energies of the beings on board that ship – and they’ve projected precisely in-between Rigel and Saiph (at the other side of the ‘Orion Butterfly’).

This was a visual message that the vibration of those two stars is holding steady, following a miraculous upward transformation (in late 2016, from an Earth time perspective).

My inner sense of this ship and orb was that they came from Capella, the alpha star of Auriga, which I’ve  seen beautiful golden flashes around before, and that they had arrived at Betelgeuse for a meeting with star beings hailing from a number of constellations. I could sense and see (in inner vision) many lightships arrive and station around Betelgeuse over the next few nights.”

Those are my highlights in Joanna’s quote; the time period from 2015 through 2017 was significant in my view in shifting the timelines and outcomes between Orion and Earth.

Orion as a Focus of Ascension

It was somehow not surprising to me that Joanna has been involved with the ascension of the stars of Orion’s Belt. I’d define ascension as a heart-based expansion of consciousness. This activity has been a focus for me also, and I also was working on the shift that she described. Joanna experienced the shift as happening in late 2016.

In mid-2015 and in early 2017 I was involved in significant energy work related to the ascension process related to the beings resident in this constellation, specifically the Reptilians.  Her perception of a meaningful shift in late 2016 for me was confirmation of the work I had participated in (with many others). And I could feel that we were working on different aspects of a similar project.

Indeed, for the past year (starting in 2017) I have encountered a handful of human beings with Reptilian energies who represent what I call the ‘new Reptilians’, who are from a new timeline (from Earth’s perspective) where this race is on the ascension path and is connecting with their heart’s energies.

Joanna shared with me about herself too, related to her ability to see, photograph, perceive, communicate with and interact with galactic energies:

“I live, love and work from a deep inner sense of having embodied on Earth at this time to anchor immensely loving galactic/universal energies as part of a vast, unified group of star brothers and sisters – both incarnate and non-physical.

…In the higher dimensions, among an array of multi-dimensional experiences, I and my Twin Flame have soul expressions on board a lightship currently closely involved with the ascension of the stars of Orion’s Belt, with the Earth & Solar System, and with a constellation named Carina (brightly visible here in the southern hemisphere night skies).

Consequently, many of the lightships and orbs I see and/or sense the presence of (and photograph) are around those three areas, or close to stars or planets I have close soul connections with, such as Sirius, Canopus and Venus.”

I feel flat out of energy and just had the intuitive hit to write to you all. This week has been challenging energetically and physically. I had 5 new posts planned for the blog this week, and then things went to heck and here we are. So I’m sorry to have only offered one new posting – well, now two lol (whoot!). Although, it is what it is and getting down on myself won’t help, so here I am moving into acceptance.

I am in trust that everything is perfect and it is in highest good that those posts will be up another time, maybe next week even. Maybe there is a reason not to publish them this week and if so I don’t know about it but guidance does.

I am processing a past lifetime the last two days. It has to do with underground reptilian abuse of humans, sexual slavery, eating humans and horrid ceremonies. My neck is very painful to top it off. While I do try to write about the positive transitions our world is undergoing, and ET races also, the fact is that the terrible acts that occurred seem endless.

I’m not the only one processing this sort of energy at the moment. The pain is real, what occurred on this planet is real and still occurring. I don’t know what more to say about it at the moment. I have experienced the timeline where the old paradigm reptilians are gone and eliminated from the planet, over a year ago.

With all the timelines criss crossing though odd meetings can happen – old timeline crossing new timeline. I feel these activities are arranged by our guidance teams for whatever reasons. And yes in our highest good.

When I was at my vendor table at the recent conference I attended, a strange character came up to the table. While everyone else I met was pretty pleasant, this person proceeded to trash my photographs and generally be over the top arrogant. When I looked up to their higher self, this person sent a light bolt to my pineal also so that I could not see who and what they were, really.

I had the urge to stand and face the person straight on and so I got up, but they were so tall it was ridiculous and I sat down. And then I got up again. Something unusual was happening and it’s details eluded me. And my head hurt.

When the person left I immediately realized that they had responded to my thoughts when they approached the booth, as if we were in mid conversation. Clearly a telepathic being. I went over to a friend’s table, Tana Newberry, who produces a set of cards, her Oracle Deck, for experiencers and extraterrestrial and galactic enthusiasts.

My guidance had told me to go to that table and pull a card for the whole conference, but I always got ‘not now’ when I checked in. This time was my intuition said ‘the time is now’.

I pulled a card and turned it over: Alpha Draconis. On it, it said: you have just met a being from Alpha Draconis, the (reptilian) Draco homeworld.

That totally made sense.

I cleared my head and my energy and went on with my business. Afterwards, I felt that this being had just waltzed into my timeline, interacted with me, and waltzed out. Maybe stomped is a better word.

Here is the balance, and this shows you how I look at things: I feel that he had a point. I could do better and I can up my presentation of what I have to offer, and of my photography. So this is the blessing in this interaction for me. The attitude of desiring to degrade me – I didn’t take this personally. It would be the case with anyone this being faced who was like me.

The power of the win-lose, power over-power under paradigms was so potent around this person. The energy was intense. It was fascinating to remember what this was like, harkening back to my years in the uber-competitive financial world. And the density – it is a density that feels so uncomfortable now. I can only be thankful that I have come this far in my life and in raising my own consciousness, because that was the world I lived in and at the time enjoyed. Except, I did not feel love.

That’s all I’ve got for tonight. I’m going to go nurse my neck and bask in angel light and go with the flow. And the flow, now, says ‘resting’.

I Attended My First UFO Conference!

I went to my first UFO conference this past weekend! It was Lorien Fenton’s UFOCON in San Francisco.

So many people had that ‘familiar’ feel to them, like I knew them even though I had never met them before. In the video, I spill details on some of my experiences and observations while at the conference.

Why I’m Here

I had an intense physics discussion with someone during the conference, and the person I was speaking with asked me a couple of times, why am I doing this? I told them that I was here to assist the shift in consciousness on planet Earth!

But when I think about it, another way to explain why I’m here is simply that I’m here to BE HERE.

For me ascension and being a starseed isn’t about rushing through life so I can leave and ‘go home’. My human life is precious, and I am here to be here and to shine my light.

13:00 There is a lot of propaganda right now out there to prove to us that nothing is changing but in my view this is wrong. See if this resonates with you. But, what I personally see is change.  Examples of amazing changes I have seen include 1) human beings assisting the greys in their healing and 2) reptilians developing a heart connection.

15:00 I’m here to be here now. I’m here to shine my light. This human life is precious. This human heart is bright as the brightest diamond.

15:30 When you shine your light you are changing the world. And you are changing the galaxy!

Who Are the Starseeds?

Starseeds are human beings who feel a connection with the stars and who are focused on raising human consciousness and-or assisting humanity.

In addition, this group often has memories of lifetimes in other places; in the stars, on other planets, traveling on ships, being angels.

The backgrounds of starseeds are varied, reflecting the many possibilities of where they originated.

Characteristics of Starseed Origins:

• Sometimes the person directly remembers coming from another galactic culture.
• Sometimes the person has past life memories of life among the stars.
• Sometimes the person was incarnated on Earth during times when human beings had relationships with extraterrestrial races and interacted with those ETs, or was one of them.
• Sometimes the person has a connection with their angelic or celestial self; some galactics have a frequency that is very similar to these.
• Sometimes the person has a connection with fairy or elemental or Gaia energy.
• Sometimes the person is very close with their memories of Lemuria or Atlantis.

(I include these last two, because these incarnations were from such a different time in Gaia’s history; so much so that it was almost like another planet and culture from what it is now.)

If the starseed has galactic memories, or ancient Earth memories, this person may require quite a bit of self healing before or during shifting into their primary mission. This is because some galactic memories were traumatic as a result of wars or mistreatment of one culture by another.

On the other hand, the starseed may have come from peaceful galactic lifetimes to this place and are ready to share what they have to offer, and may feel out of place in this world because it is so different than the experience they have come from.

The Starseed Mission

Starseeds tend to feel a sense of mission and purpose. They may or may not know the specific details of the mission, or of their purpose. But it will usually be focused on assisting human beings to expand their consciousness.  There may be feelings that are indicators of this sort of mission.

Indicators of Your Starseed Mission:

• Feeling that life could be different.
• Feeling that society’s structures could be more fair.
• Faith that there is another way to do things.
• A knowing that new ways of living and of being are coming.
• Knowing and bringing special tool sets and understanding.
• Living life while consciously transmitting certain frequencies such as the knowing that ‘you are worthy’, or (for example) the knowing that ‘love is the most important energy of all’ out to the world around them.

Starseeds are Light Workers and Energy Workers

Many of the star seeds are intuitive, energy sensitive, and are assisting with ascension – the expansion of consciousness and awareness of humanity.  Many are also ‘light workers’, or energy workers.

What does this mean?  It means that this group feels, sees and experiences ‘energy’ in a way that is similar to what human beings have typically experienced through their ‘sixth sense’. It’s just that because this group is starseeds, or, close to their past lifetimes and origins in the stars or in extraterrestrial races, they are a bit more practiced at it.

I am in this ‘group’, if you couldn’t tell that already, lol. Many of my friends and acquaintances are and have been in this group of people, also.  I’m science-y but I’m intuitive, I do energy work as I’m guided, and I generally pay attention to what is mine to do.

The light worker – energy worker type people that I have met and known, also cross into the UFO field. I wrote about this in the article – Meet Us at the Intersection of UFO and Spirit.

Having Galactic Experiences

It’s just that this group – starseeds – is having galactic experiences – they are being contacted by higher dimensional beings, galactic beings, interdimensional beings and angelic or celestial beings.

The starseeds are interacting with these beings while in human form on the human physical and energy planes.

If they are working with or in contact with extraterrestrials from ET races that have been considered ‘negative ETs’ on Earth, then they are usually working with the ascended (future) incarnations of these extraterrestrials, or they are working with the current incarnations of these extraterrestrials who have consciously chosen the path of ascension (expanding consciousness).

Building Energetic Pathways

This group is also building energy pathways to the higher dimensions with the galactic and celestial beings, and with other human beings, testing and trying and retrying how these interactions work, within the human body and within the human energy bodies, as they expand their own consciousness and awareness, testing how the human physical form is effected by higher frequency energies, how it shifts and what support the body and energy bodies require.

In my view, this process creates energetic templates that other human beings who are expanding their consciousness can follow.  That others have come before make this easier.

I view this energetic process and contribution as similar to what is my personal impression of what monks in Asia did over lifetimes. It is my view that experienced monks used meditation practices to carve similar energetic pathways and to hold a frequency to these pathways for humanity, over time and through the dark days of Earth’s history.

Getting Personal: Starseed Feelings and Intuitive Hits

Starseeds tend to be spiritual. Many are on a path to embody their highest incarnation of self – that’s how I’d put it.  They are focused on expanding their own consciousness and as a result, often model this for others, and for each other, too.

Starseeds can tend to feel a bit lonely and isolated as well. That’s why it’s good to have places, online or otherwise, and people to share your special experiences with, and to encourage each other.

What I’ve found is that starseeds often will recognize each other, sometimes quite quickly, usually because of resonant energy structures and fields.

And we recognize the feel, the energy of certain people and places.

If you are a starseed, welcome to this little corner of the galaxy; a place where I hope you may feel at home. I invite you to grab a cup of coffee, pull up an article, and take a rest for a bit as you remember and connect with inspiration that may remind you of what you love.

This was the first video I created talking about my personal experiences and my experiences working with clients who have extraterrestrial past lifetimes.

First – sorry for the coughing at the beginning! I was a big ‘freaked out’ lol about talking about this on video, as I’ve been a very private person most of my life and have kept most of these experiences between friends that I knew could relate and were understanding – usually, because they have had similar experiences, also.

I actually published the ‘Blue Girl’ video, first. This was an in depth look at one of my extraterrestrial past lifetimes. But I needed to create this video, first, be able to talk through the Blue Girl’s lifetime.

Do you Feel that You Are ‘Not From Here’?

Upon reviewing this first go-through, I felt that a lot of people would be interesting in hearing about the experiences of people with ET past lives that we discuss – one is of a mantis being past lifetime, and the other is of a culture with no physical form whatsoever.

I know that are some of you who feel that you are ‘not from here’. Or, you may feel your home is far away, maybe in the stars.

5:42  What I have found with myself and with other people, in an intuitive way and doing energy work with myself and others, is that there is a lot of us that have past lifetimes from out in the galaxy.

6:20  When I first started remember galactic memories, as a child, I was human in every memory.  That is what I could accept at the time. In some lifetimes I was human, because many extraterrestrials and galactic beings are human looking. But, when I got to be an adult, I began to realize that I had been other species besides human, also.

7:13  Another phenomena is the starseeds – These are ETs and galactic beings who have taken form as human beings. For these people, their ET lifetimes are really ‘just under the surface’. They are human, and they have incarnated as human beings, but they tend to be very close to their extraterrestrial self or galactic self or whatever they are.

7:55  There are people that I have worked with that have unusual things about them, that they don’t talk about with other people, that they know are unusual, and sometimes these can be related to ET past lifetimes.

8:30  Talking through a person who was from the mantis being race.  How the mantis physiology effected
and benefitted them in their career in this lifetime.

The person was constantly pushing buttons and adjusting knobs and it fit perfectly with the movements of a what the mantis being had been like.

9:16. Alex describes that past lifetimes can imbue you with skill sets, how your Soul path prepares you to be here, now.

9:50  For another person I was simply translating for them between their ‘home culture’ and their Earth culture. Because some beings are from a culture that has no physical aspects at all. And so, they and their culture was fascinated with the experience of what the physical world is like. The translation between the two worlds was so different that time would be lost as the other culture and that person interacted. This discussion continues for several minutes.

12:12. We talk about other consciousness coming through a human beings and the rules and parameters under which this may occur.

14:14  I talk about specific parameters for a person, Soul contracts, hacking, energy parameters, agreements between different beings and with our own higher self.

  • The attackers had very advanced technology and were able to download the information they wanted from her brain.
  • They also wanted to get in to her telepathic link.
  • All of this was very traumatic for her to experience.

19:30  What happens when the body dies.

• • How the spirit leaves the body.
  • The body dies, but the spirit still has awareness before a full death.
  • In those moments, the body and spirit is still having emotions and thoughts.
  • The spirit still enlivens the non-physical aspects of the body (the thoughts, the emotions) until it fully departs.
  • What we can take with us, when our spirit leaves the body, is pure love.
  • Any fear, anger that have not been transmuted, remain in the astral field.  They can be transmuted best from within physical form, while in a living body, in another lifetime, or taken on by another Soul to transmute in that Soul’s incarnation, where it chooses to do so.
  • This especially happens when the spirit leaves the body, when the body dies in trauma.
  • This is why traumatic deaths during war, violence, and abuse are so challenging – they add to the astral layers of Earth’s energy fields, and to the astral residue of the race of beings of that time and place, also.

21:50  Being born into the body – how the body’s energy is configured at incarnation.

• • When we incarnate, our Soul chooses the components of this lifetime.
  • This may include memories, and energetic residue, of key past lifetimes that will influence the current lifetime.
  • Sometimes these are included for healing, so that the Soul heals itself through our incarnations.
  • Actually, we heal ourselves (with help from our friends, from inner guidance, from our spiritual guides).
  • We are the Soul, incarnate.
  • How my life has components of the blue girl’s life.

  • The individual isn’t responsible for the fact that her race and their technology did not have high enough security or capabilities to prevent being attacked.
  • You feel awful, you go through the healing process, and then you feel much better, lighter, and released from the trauma.

34:33. How the blue girl has benefitted me in this lifetime.

• • Studying quantum physics, developing quantum tool sets.
  • Having an understanding of how energy works through the memories.
  • Learning to set energy parameters in this lifetime; this is an evolution from the blue girl’s lifetime.

35:45  Energy protection.

• • The idea of an energy shield for your field.
  • Evolving this to setting the parameters for our energy field.
  • Why this works: I am the representative for my Soul in this body.
  • Interacting at a mastery level with the Soul.
  • Choosing our experience, while knowing divinity creates outcomes in our highest good.

  • An Arcturian race that had incarnated as blue people at some point in history.
  • Not all blue people are necessarily Arcturians.
  • My sense is that the Arcturians have incarnated as many different races, with other types of bodies, over eons.
  • Solaris: When I interact with Arcturians, on lightships, they appear as an energy cloud.
  • Having an open mind to receive information and to hear others’ truths.

48:00  It still bothers me that I don’t know how the ship was crashed!

• • Alex:  The pertinent details were given during the healing work.
  • Alex talks about how the brain wants more data, and why the information may not be available at this time.
  • Solaris: These are the blue girl’s feelings: How did this happen? Feeling at fault because she was the Captain.
  • The concept of responsibility is a human perspective. It was not part of their culture.
  • Bringing the human perspective to her experience.
  • She received the signals that the ship received, and she did not perceive the attack ahead of time.
  • Healing past lives and extraterrestrial past lives:  We bring our human feelings and perspective, and we heal this.  As we are doing this, the emotions and thoughts pass through our field and body, and the emotions that she left after she died, those transmute and pass through the energy field and body applying that love to the self.
  • This elevates human awareness, each one of us doing healing, applying love and awareness, it benefits the collective.
  • Like the 100th monkey effect.
  • Having a period of integration after doing healing work.
  • Alex:  Treating the body, heart and soul gently.  Rocking the baby and inner child.  Taking the time for healing. How unconditionally loved we are in this universe, and to offer this to ourselves. (Alex, you rock this!!)

53:30 Meeting the blue girl’s male partner.

• • First met him in at an energy portal in New Mexico, at the church at Chemoya.
  • He is also a blue person, with a gold and blue/purple Egyptian-type headdress, and now is one of my spirit guides.
  • Doing my first energy work with him; learning from him how to do work with healing light.
  • When I saw that this woman was blue, I had the realization that they had been partners in her lifetime as the Captain.
  • Now I have met both of them; it is an amazing and beautiful experience to do so.  My heart is filled with love, feeling their love for each other, and for me, also.

The blue girl is from Andromeda.

Last night as I was going to sleep, I saw the woman who I had been.

What surprised me at first is that her skin was dark – a rich blue.  The other striking thing about her was that she was completely silent.  Her communication is by telepathy, only.

I think of her as “the blue girl”.  I know her name, but this is personal.  I have remembered her experience for years, but in recent days, I’ve been looking deeper in to this past lifetime that has called for healing.

I thought that perhaps I would write about what happened in the blue girl’s lifetime, and see where this takes us.  I get to talk about starships a lot, too, one of my favorite topics.

I thought I would bring you on the journey, if you’d like to see what this experience feels like and how it unfolds.

What I feel is this journey is towards healing, understanding, integration, and teaching moments.  It was an important lifetime and experience related to my current lifetime, of this much I am certain.

Shamanic Experience at Zero Point

Some background on how I’m able to see past lifetimes might provide some context, here.  I use shamanic techniques that I have learned over many, many lifetimes.  I am self taught through these memories, and through my own inner journeying.

What I’ve learned to do is work in a shamanic fashion at zero point.  This sets energetic parameters on what information I receive, and means that I am working in lightbody during healing sessions, also.

Working from zero point is to be conscious in a place of wholeness, or non-duality, and of unconditional love.

Working from this space grants us entry to higher dimensional experiences, and to an ability to see, intuit and experience what is essentially the living akashic record of what occurred to person and place that is the focus of our intention.

Meeting Myself at Zero Point

What I have found with the blue girl, is that we are able to meet at zero point, because of her own talents and healing abilities.  I probably developed and honed many of my skills during her lifetime.

The blue girl is able to be in lightbody, also.  Thus we can meet in the “no time” of higher dimensional frequency (fifth dimensional and higher frequencies), even though our lifetimes are perhaps thousands of years or more, apart.

She has assured me that she is fine, now. Her spirit has healed from the experiences I’m going to write about here. What remains is the fun, awe and beauty of this lifetime of flying among the stars.

Why now?  She could not complete healing herself in that lifetime because of the trauma of how she died, and because, in divine timing, the perfect moment to complete her healing is through this experience with me.

The energy of this memory has remained with me, unconsciously, as part of the memories of my body, emotions, thoughts and spirit in this lifetime.  I’m ready to move to a new place in my life, and thus, fully acknowledging this experience and unconditionally loving who I was, will bring me in to deeper wholeness with who I am.

Flying a Starship with Three Captains

The blue girl is a starship captain.

This woman flew a large starship with two other captains.  She stood in the center of the command deck of the ship, with another captain on her left, and one on her right. They stood on a large slightly elevated platform; their equipment formed the shape of a triangle.

Each captain stood at a standing podium. Information in the form of visual symbols and telepathically received frequencies flowed through the console attached to each podium.

A large rectangular console was attached to each free standing podium.  Together, each of the three consoles formed the three sides of a triangle.

The captains, working together, generated a connectedness of energy and information as they stood working as a group all facing inward towards the open triangular space in the center of their platform.

All of the captains were women.

Energy, information, commands, data, inputs and outputs flowed between them, energetically and telepathically, the panels and “keyboards” in front of them, moving and showing symbols aligned with what was being energetically and telepathically communicated.

The Operation of the Starship

The Captain ran her hands over the panel, and telepathically and visually connected with the ship itself.   When doing so, she was one with the ship.  She received it’s inputs as it received it’s inputs.  She send out signals as the ship sent out signals.

There was no separation between the ships’ technology and herself.  And yet, she did not have technology implanted in to her body.  This was not necessary.

With her pure, human-type form, she could use her mind, her energy and her being to operate the vessel.

The Ship’s Command Structure

The command of the vessel was completely different than how we view command within most of our cultures on Earth.

This was a large vessel with many individuals operating and living on the ship.  This was a ship “in service”.  The culture did not have a military, per se.  The might of their presence and their vessel was untouchable, by most other forces. The culture lived on starships, and also had starships that engaged in missions.

There was a general telepathic link among the entire population.  This was where the command structure flowed from.  It was not a group mind, as each being operated as an individual.  But they were linked and from group agreement at an unspoken level made command decisions, together.

The way the command decisions were made wasn’t through discussion, wasn’t through review of facts or data per se, the way many of our cultures do on Earth at this time.

Command decision was through commonality of intention, in the context of alignment with the greater plan of their species and of others of their kind, living on other starships.

This intentionality was in layers; from the personal, to the small group, to the complement on the ship, to their family in groups of other ships (and all were considered family), to their people in their part of the galaxy, and so on.  One could move between layers of awareness to be in and participate in the collective experience.  There was no hierarchy and as they evolved they naturally participated in more expanding groupings.

Because most human beings are not telepathic, let me try to explain how this alignment of intention was experienced by the blue girl: it was like being the melody in an orchestra where all played their instruments finely and in tune, creating a beautiful symphony of sound. This is how their aligned, telepathic group intention feels from my perspective.

Command by the Captains

As Captain, the blue girl; really, a woman in strong standing, could make individual command decisions, and could make them together within her threesome of co-captains, but in the background alignment with the whole, was always present.

This is fully possible, and I can feel the feelings of how this is possible, but I also understand that I’m having trouble explaining exactly how this worked.  Maybe that is because it is a possibility beyond the limits of mind.

The captains had individual roles, but also operated as one unit.  It was an efficient operation, and it was a professional position of responsibility.

The ability to link with the other captains, and to link with the ship to fly it, was a high skill set  developed through attention and practice over a very long time.  But it was not more or less important than any other function of, or operation on, the vessel.

This vessel and this culture operated at a high frequency and these beings had a refined way about them.  They were a very advanced race, both technologically and from a consciousness perspective.

The Crash and Capture

What I see in my vision is that the starship suddenly “crashed”, while approaching a planet related to an inter-species mission, yet it hit no other vessel.  The ship had been on a mission of importance and of service, working with and at the behest of other cultures.

It’s like it hit a wall of dis-aligned energy.  What it feels like to me, is that the ship was operating at a high frequency, and it hit, or was hit by, a wall of lower dimensional energy.

I sense a surprise attack.  In my vision, I see a huge beam of light interacting with the vessel.

What I know is that all systems on the ship ceased, immediately.  It’s like everything and everyone was conscious, and then suddenly, there was no consciousness at all on the vessel.  It wasn’t that the people were killed.  All consciousness was… disconnected, while their bodies fell to the ground, unconscious but alive.

The Captain, who had been standing at her console operating the vessel with her partners, lost consciousness in a searing flash of light and her body fell to the ground.

Viewing the scene from my lightbody, I can see that the Captain was removed from the vessel by the attackers in a beam of light.

The Trauma of this Past Lifetime

What I can see from my lightbody, at zero point, looking in to this lifetime, is that the culture that attacked was also highly technologically advanced, but they wanted something, and their tactics were to use aggression and dominance to get it.

They were able to download the information that they wanted from the Captain’s memory while she was unconscious, without her knowledge or participation.

It was details about ships and capabilities and these sorts of things related to whatever the situation was, that was going on.  It was information she never would have shared with them willingly.

However, this information was not so important to her culture.  Because of their telepathic link, I feel, the knowledge that their ship had been attacked would have been known almost instantly by others of their kind.

Their culture was not at risk because of their ability to know this information, and to respond immediately by changing ship positions and so on.

I feel that the attackers did not understand the energetic nature of the relationships within the culture of the blue girl.  But the attackers knew something of their telepathic capabilities and thus wished to use the Captain to further their knowledge, and to infiltrate her starship to the extent possible.

The attacker’s species communicated by speaking with sound from their mouths and vocal cords.  These sounds formed words and tones that together were a language that they used to communicate with each other.

The blue girl’s culture was aware of this way of communicating but did not participate in it.  When they interacted with other species, it was through telepathic communication with those willing to do so.

To a certain extent, what the attackers were really doing, was trying to infiltrate a higher dimensional plane of experience that the blue girl’s starships operated within.

For many reasons of defense and security, and of interdimensional physics, this was not possible.  But they were, sort of, looking for ways to cheat, to get around these factors.

Caring for this Woman in Her Experience

I call her the blue girl, fondly and protectively.  Because her race did not age as ours does, in my clairvoyant vision, she looks so young to me even though she is an adult.  She is beautiful and with an almost fairy-like feel. The sense of her presence is amplified for me by her non-speaking. Her people did not use audible voices at all, although she has a mouth and her body looks almost human.

After she awoke back in to consciousness, the blue girl was abused and demeaned by the race that had captured her.  These beings were an alliance of a humanoid race and at least one other type of extraterrestrial species.  They engaged in a strategy to break down her consciousness and spirit.

Being with her in my light body at zero point, I used shamanic light energy techniques to feel and healed the residue of the trauma to her body, and the feelings of anxiety, of pain and despair.

And you know, I feel that healing these from Earth to the past lifetime was much easier, in this case, than healing the experience from within that lifetime, would have been.  Though her body was eventually killed, her consciousness, and her spirit, live on as immortal aspects of Soul.

I know that my Soul is making the blue girl available to me so that I can heal her, and so that she can heal me.

Time has taken the energy from these experiences, and when unconditional love is applied, from my current body, as a human on Earth, I am able to assist her to let go of the experiences, the body memories, and the emotion.

Healing the Sacred Trust of One’s Self

All energy in this universe balances.  In many of my past lifetimes I had remembered betrayal of love of someone I had incarnated with over and over again, yet I know that I had never betrayed this person.  Where was the balance to having been betrayed?  I finally found it, in the lifetime of the blue girl.

It was the betrayal of one’s own self, in the blue girl’s feeling that she had betrayed her own sacred trust, in herself.

The greatest trauma the blue girl suffered was that she was tricked into, in her view, betraying her people, because the attackers found a way to cause her to access her telepathic link to her co-captains.  This link to her co-captains was sacred, and sharing it with any outsider was an abomination.

I checked in over and over, and the access of this link did not cause her people deaths, crash any ships, destroy any systems, or do any other irreparable damage.  Yet it was deeply traumatic for her that this link had been shared, and broke her confidence and trust both in herself, and about working in teams again… for a very, very long time.

Although it is hard for my human self to understand, the invasion of her telepathic link shook her to the core of her being, creating a deep sense of violation and breech of sacred trust.

In this lifetime, this breech of trust within herself, was calling out to me for healing.

Being Willing to Love Again

From within my current lifetime, I can see that this aspect of my Soul is willing to love herself, again.  And from there, to love and engage with others to co-create something wonderful.

For now, I am enjoying the healed, full presence of this beautiful blue girl, present in her lightbody, in my consciousness.  I recognize parts of her in me, like how I always wear blue, like how I am able to understand energetic work and why I love the idea of flying among the stars.

I feel the freedom she feels now, unburdened by these memories.  I feel our mutual desire, to be fully present, to go out into the world, to live life, and to love, again.

This love is the love we feel inside about ourselves, it is the love we feel for each other, and this love is the passion of working from your heart and soul, and being with others pursuing their joy, also.

It is fully expressing my love in my life, in all the ways that have meaning.

The Benefits of Healing This Galactic Aspect of My Soul

I feel that the blue girl is present to show me, and to share with me, how to work in teams in a new way.

I feel that she is here to help return to me my ability to take command and make clear and confident decisions, in alignment with my heart space.

And, I feel that she will help me embody the ability to use my intention, in a way that is powerfully and fully connected with my own Source energy.

And I feel that she is here because I am willing to love, again.

My heart sings with the knowing that she is well and healed, and that her sense of love is restored.  And so is mine, also.
