Communications with higher dimensional beings, and with galactic visitors, comes through something like an impulse. It takes some time to understand and learn the subtleties of this kind of communication.

Its about communicating using your human energy field, by understanding how to level up the energy of the field. In other words, how to shift dimensionally to a state where you can receive such communications.

This dimensional state is fifth dimensional, a state of wholeness whereby there is no duality, but there is a connection by your human self with your own inner divinity. From this state I can perceive duality, but I don’t have to live it – I am ‘in the world but not of it’.

Connection With Your Own Divine Source is Key to These Communications

This inner divinity and the quality of it’s energy assists you in leveling up the frequency of your energy field, because in truth it is who you are.

The learning is about trusting yourself. And the training is about getting clear inside of yourself, specifically too clearing the human energy field of energies that are not in your highest good. This develops an inner clarity from which you can receive and perceive the impulses.

If you are a starseed, a person with a connection to the stars, to galactic civilizations, or with memories of lifetimes in the stars, these concepts may come easier to you, because you may remember doing these techniques, before.

Communications Field to Field

This kind of communication isn’t hackable by any human technologies. It’s not reachable by mind control apparatus. It’s a pure way of communicating, essentially, field to field. There is no invasion of the field. Rather the energy presents at your field and you can make a conscious choice whether or not to engage with it.

By your free will choice you can decide to receive the communications, or you can decide not to. When we are actively consciously engaging from our inner divine source as a human being, this assists us in setting a parameter that these communications will be in my highest good. If we are all one, what is in my highest good will be in the highest good of all.

Only the field that receives the impulse can recognize the message. One has to be resonant frequentially to know that the communication is going on at all…

…unless you are standing laughing out loud at the antics of moving stars as I was last night. There’s a clue there, lol, because I could be seen visually communicating with the stars. Because I was laughing!

Hacking by Telepathy

This is different than mental telepathy, which can be hacked by human technological equipment and likely will be hackable by AI (artificial intelligence) if it isn’t already. This is a key reason why I do not practice telepathy, and I decline entreaties done with telepathy.

Hacking can also attempt to enter the mind and hack it. The rider wave is the telepathy. If you are practicing telepathy, at the best, the true intent of the signal approaching you is to play around with an interesting phenomena. At worst, the true intent of the signal approaching you is to hack the mind. I highly recommend setting up clear energy parameters about what you are doing and how you are doing it.

If you really want to learn non-physical communication, in my view it’s worth the time and effort to determine the difference between telepathy and communicating with light packets; information that are light based and which are sent in a way that makes them feel somewhat like impulses by the human energy field.

Some people just want to learn telepathy and that’s fine. If you practice this, you will learn there is a quality of frequency you are engaging with doing telepathy based on who you are communicating with. If another quality comes in, simply assert your free will choice not to engage and say no if that is your choice to do so. By the laws of physics of energy, and by divine law, the rider frequency cannot continue to invade your energy field, although it may try to convince you otherwise.

The key here is your knowing of your own energetic human personal sovereignty. You have a birthright to this as the incarnation of your Divine Soul. You operate the temple of your Soul, the human body and it’s human energy field, and as your Soul’s representative. You can assert divinely backed authority over the territory of your Soul, the human body and the human energy field.

Dark to Light: Keys to Freedom

This is a key reason why I’ve begun my Dark to Light series on Solaris Modalis. Becoming aware of the forces of dark and light and how they effect us as human beings, how we can take back our own personal energy sovereignty, and how we can manage our own personal energy and human energy field, are key to freedom for humanity.

Clarity Within Facilitates Interactions and Communication

One may wonder why I’ve been writing about an essentially spiritual topic on this blog. But getting clarity within, and understanding how to manage your own energy, be this your thoughts, emotions, feelings, and so on, is key to having higher level galactic communications, or having communications with higher dimensional beings or interdimensional beings. In my opinion, key to making contact.

Would You Invite a Galactic Visitor Over to Socialize?

I was inspired to this understanding after thinking about what it would be like to meet a galactic being or a group of these visitors; to meet with them and even invite them over for social drinks or even for dinner!

In general, these sorts of beings are basically telepathic. They are at least energetically sensitive. I know this from my memories of many other lifetimes.

One of the issues I experienced at this time, years ago, was a racing mind. I couldn’t stop my thoughts or control my thinking, and my mind would zoom this way and that constantly. This included thinking about what I thought about a particular person and random assessments and judgements about them.

As I pondered the issue of meeting a telepathic being while having this quality of loud and haphazard thinking, lol, the issue that I had a lack of control over my own self became clear.

To effectively communicate in this hypothetical scenario, it seemed that I would need to have a clear field and a clear mind. Otherwise, I’d be sharing a soup of thoughts and information, rather than effective communications.

Learning to Quiet the Emotions and the Mind

Around this time, I became aware that I was living 10 minutes from one of the original three centers of meditation and Buddhism established when these concepts were purposely brought to the United States decades ago. I went to several general teaching sessions and learned the basic concepts.

Over a time of dedicated practice, I trained myself to actually quiet both my emotions and my mind. I combined my knowledge of energy work with information I was learning about the human energy field and quantum mechanics.

I learned to shift my dimensional state of awareness. If one’s awareness is focused in a polarized point in the duality of the third dimension, it’s pretty challenging to quiet your mind.

Shifting to Zero Point

When your focus shifts to what I term zero point, in my view a natural state of being for us as humans, one can operate the mind from a higher state of awareness. In this state, constant thoughts and roiling emotions are not compatible.

It’s like this: It’s like you tuck your thinking mind in to a cozy bedtime, sing it a beautiful calming lullaby, and allow it to rest while you stay present and aware in a state of observation and knowing. The mind can actually rest and quiet in this state because it feels safe with you.

At the same time, at zero point, you can feel your emotions, but they do not take hold of you. You feel and acknowledge them, transmute them, and carry on. This feels a lot like holding a ball of love around yourself that loves you, and it is you who is both the lover and the holder of this energy.

At zero point, you’re aware of everything your attention is on, in a state of love for yourself no matter what happens.

From within this state, perceiving impulses of the sort mentioned above, is not just possible, it feels like a natural form of communications.

It’s a form of communications based in love and joy, and in honoring and respect for the sovereignty of yourself as a powerful and divinely incarnated Human Being.

Discernment is Key to Meeting With An Extraterrestrial or Galactic Beings

Are you ready to meet beings from another planet or dimension? In my view, having the ability to have discernment about 1) who we are meeting, and 2) what we are truly participating in, are key capabilities for anyone who wishes to engage with the field of extraterrestrial activity and galactic affairs on planet Earth.

Note: I have significantly added to and developed the previous posting on discernment, titled Building Our Discernment Ability.  Thus, I have reprinted this article, here in it’s evolved form, with lots of new material.

What is real, and what is not?  What do we do when strange circumstances test our responses?

This is where building a depth of spiritual and energetic discernment is so important, because the first step in answering these questions is to be able to discern what we are facing.  Is this technology, being, experience or circumstance good or not good for us?

More importantly, is the technology, being, experience or circumstance in our highest good?  What is the highest good for anyone person, or for the human beings who live on Earth, is a question that will result in many, varied answers, because we are all unique individuals.

Finding a common ground for establishing discernment of what is in our highest good seems called for and necessary.  Moreover, while our focus has been to ask this questions as individuals, we may also choose to shift to asking this question for our world, and for our people, meaning, all of humanity.

Looking to what we all have in common, and what is the best of what we share, that we also have in great abundance, seems a good place to start to answer the question of what is in our highest good.

At the most basic level, I’d suggest that what we have both as individuals and as the human race, in great abundance if we choose to share, is our capacity to love.  Love is free, in great supply and more love for ourselves, each other and our planet is clearly perhaps the easiest and most cost effective solution for the human race.

Love reveals the best of who we are, and love elevates the human spirit.  Love flows freely from the human heart.

So, I would suggest I suggest that the key to discernment is asking whether a technology, being, experience or circumstance is aligned with us at the heart level.  Seems so simple, doesn’t it?

Learning to hear the whispers of our heart is a practice that takes commitment and devotion.  Coming into awareness of our heart frequencies is not the easy path.  Raising our consciousness to be in alignment with our heart frequencies is always challenging.

Aligning with our heart frequencies is a very personal and individual activity.  As we learn to do this, we can then embody heart based discernment. Heart centered living and being has great rewards for those individuals choosing to pursue the path of self-awareness.

The rewards of developing a heart based focus are begin as non- material and non-physical, as they start to manifest in the wonderful feelings that can come with a heart opening.  But being heart centered starts to manifest into the physical also, leading into a rewarding life in the ways we wish to build our lives, and leads to a healthy and deeper relationship with the body and the world around us.

For the human race, expanding our consciousness goes pretty well with sharing a planet, together.  Considering the whole of our Selves, leads us into self-compassion and self-love.  This extends outward to the rest of humanity.

Heart based discernment provides the greatest security to us, as I will explain in the text below.  On a personal level, what I have found is that discerning with the heart is the path where miracles await.

In my view, building our discernment ability means learning to make assessments, perceptions, decisions and choices in alignment with our heart frequencies.

Four Important Questions About Meeting the New or Unexpected; a Galactic or Extraterrestrial Being

Our society is founded around science and proof.  Our forte is the mental and the analytical.  But, what do we do when we are tested by experiences that don’t fit the mental and analytical framework we’ve been raised in and that is socially acceptable in society?  And, when faced with experiences we haven’t encountered before, how do we assess our personal experiences, and make clear choices, in the moment?

What are the situations in which we would meet extraterrestrials, or galactic beings, or even human beings with elite advanced technologies?  What would we be likely to encounter in these meetings that we would need to have discernment about?

It is possible that we would encounter:

• technologies that are wireless with vast capabilities,
• physical technologies that we have not experienced before,
• physical beings that look quite different than us,
• physical beings that look the same as us,
• physical beings and non-physical beings with telepathic or other non-physical communication ability
• physical and non-physical beings able to interact with our human energy field

Here are four important questions about meeting the new or the unexpected:

> How would we adjust to and accept cutting edge technologies that are beyond our comprehension?

> How do we look at and understand phenomena that our commonly known and accepted science does not explain?

> When we have no previous experience to measure an observation or new experience by, how do we assess our true feelings, underneath our surprise?

> How do we keep our wits about us and quickly discern if a being or an experience is in our highest good, and whether a being is aligned with us at the heart level?

Another way of phrasing these questions, and I’m joking a bit here, is what do we do when our mind is blown away by what it is seeing?

Creating a Framework of Understanding to Support the Mind and Emotional Body

Having a framework of understanding supports the mind in understanding what is going on from a broader perspective.  When the mind has understanding it also believes it has security.  When the mind feels that the body is secure, because the mind understands it’s situation and choices from a broader perspective, it will relax and allow the heart and intuition to be our guide.

Without a broader perspective, and without mental discipline, the mind can generate thoughts and create larger thought forms that can cloud our ability to have clear perceptions and make clear choices.  Developing a practice of clearing the mind helps pave the way for heart based discernment.

In addition, while the mind generates it’s many thoughts, the emotional body can be generating fear, and possibly anger.  Clouds of emotions can also impair our ability to think clearly and truly know how we are feeling.  Fight or flight can take hold.  Practicing connecting with our heart frequencies ahead of time, and being connected with our hearts during our experience, allows the emotional body to settle down, and to feel the security of the inner heart connection.

When we perceive and we act from within our heart center, we are not suppressing our emotions.  We are allowing them to flow.  It’s a different approach than pushing down our emotions until a situation is over.  When we push away part of ourselves, and hide it even temporarily, we loose our connection with our wholeness and whole view.  When we hide a pat of ourselves, we create a space where more can be hidden that goes with that experience.  If we are making choices in the moment, wouldn’t we prefer to do so with our full clarity?

Allowing ourselves to feel our emotions and let them flow helps maintain our clarity in the moment.  Learning how to close fear portals and other negative interference, generated from within or without, benefits our discernment capability.

Most of all, we are feeling the unconditional love within our heart for ourselves in this situation.  This love emitting from the heart is comforting and creates an environment from which we can discern and act with certainty.  Importantly, feeling from within the unconditionally loving environment of the heart allows us to see our circumstance from a broader perspective, including the perspective of the other beings, energies or technologies involved.

We’ve been made to think of love as weak, and as being loving as a weakness.

The greatest example that I can give you to show that this is a hack is the example of Archangel Michael.  Here is an angel who is a warrior that will kick your ass if needed, and slay dragons if necessary.  And his name means ‘like God’.  In my book, God is pure love.  The Mother God aspect of creation has the strength of the mother bear and the fierceness to protect her children.  This energy and Divinity is what is acting through us in these circumstances, when we choose alignment with our heart frequencies.

Establishing a framework for our mental body, and our emotional body, ahead of time, allows us to be in our top form when assessing what we are meeting.  Aligning with our heart frequencies, by developing heart based discernment, gives us the security of knowing that we are perceiving and making choices in our highest good.

I established a framework for myself using meditation techniques, energy working techniques, memories of past life times, spiritual practice and study, and my understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum physics principles.  There are many ways to approach creating an understanding in yourself of the heart based frequencies.

In some ways, the human heart is the only technology we need.

Hand in hand with establishing heart based discernment, and establishing a mental and emotional framework, is setting our intentions for our highest outcome.

This is because we call in that which we experience, by matching frequency – this is simple physics.  Attracting resonant frequencies is how energy works, and how life works, also. add more

So, we have a voice in co-creating the experience before it happens through preparing and through imagining our outcomes.

Just like a concert pianist practices to be a master at his or her craft, we can master discerning in a heart based way regarding technologies, beings, experiences and/or circumstances where we may meet extraterrestrial beings, galactic beings, non-physical entities, and other human beings with advanced technologies.

Discernment Begins By Looking Within Our Selves

Our society promotes adhering to certain structures, competing and being the best, individualism and self-reliance, and gaining material possession.  We are taught that all of these elements, if we pursue them together with vigor, lead to personal success.  To a certain extent, these societal beliefs and their supporting structures do foster our entrepreneurial spirit and our creativity.

However, our execution within these societal structures has gotten a bit warped over time.  Greater forces pursue competing agendas and then entrepreneurial spirit and creativity suffer.  We have to ask, how are these values working for us, as a whole?

Making decisions in alignment with the societal patterns listed above could result in outcomes that put personal advancement above the greater good, and the interests of a privileged few above those of humanity.

In my opinion, developing our spiritual and emotional maturity is going to help us in communicating and building relationships with extraterrestrials and galactic beings.  These are going to be very, very important to achieve our highest outcomes.  All around us we know that people have been suffering, and our planet has been suffering.

What is important to us?

If we believe that there are extraterrestrials and galactic beings, and perhaps, if we believe that some of them are already here, and if we want to meet the ones who have the sort of values we admire in other human beings, then we have to be those sort of people, also.

We are going to attract what we are.

What does this mean for our society?  It means, getting serious and finding actual solutions to our planetary problems of health, poverty, war, abuse and oppression.  It means, becoming the sort of civilization we would wish to make contact with, if we wish to have a relationship of equals.

We are a creative and varied human race, blessed with God-given gifts and talents.

If we set our mind to it, in large numbers, we can make this happen, and it needn’t be like before, when we had roadblocks up everywhere, because there have been key power players who financially benefited from the environmental destruction of this planet and the abuse and oppression of its population.

Times are changing.

It’s time to for humanity to take responsibility for this planet and our people.

It’s time to make conscious choices about what we desire for our human race and planet.

We are called to be actual statesmen and stateswomen, and we are called to be ambassadors of the heart, who represent and embody the heart and soul of humanity.

I’m talking about doing this starting at an individual level.

I am talking about you, the person who is reading this.

We are called to work in the highest good of all, and to practice discernment to know this, in groups and as individuals.  We are called to do the inner work to know our true self and true nature, fully, including integrating our shadow aspects.

And we are called to authentically express our highest version of our selves.

Let’s be the best of who we are.  Planet wide.

These are the fundamentals for human beings creating a galactic society aligned with the highest good of all beings and our planet.  Love and caring, self-sovereignty and self-responsibility, conscious choice making and self-awareness are keys to creating our highest outcomes, in alignment with the natural frequencies of our hearts.

These mechanisms are what will set us back on the course of our highest outcome on the timeline of our highest expression.

We are going to attract what we are – this is simple physics.  It is how energy works.  And it is how life works.  If we wish to engage with an extraterrestrial presence, let’s attract those aligned with our highest values, and with the highest expression of love in our hearts.

This isn’t dreaming – this is really, living life.  The way it is meant to be.

Knowing Who You Are as the Key to Developing Inner Clarity

What does being the best of who you are have to do with discernment?  If I know myself, if I truly sense the essence of who I am, I can fill my Self with my own essence.  I can allow my essence to flow through me.  I fill my energy field with the amplification of who I am.  Then, I can more closely feel what resonates, and what is dissonant, to me, when I meet another being or I come into contact with another energy frequency.

Another way to say this is, rather than be entrained by outside frequencies, I can consciously choose the frequency I wish to entrain with, find this frequency emitting from within my own heart space, and choose to focus on, amplify, and emit this frequency.  Another way to say this is we can choose to connect with our heart and shine our heart’s light.

The heart frequencies are beautiful and attractive to those who share heart centric living, and they are unattractive to those who prefer denser experiences and environments (running away from love, anyone? Lol)!  Not only does this work in the realm of meeting extraterrestrial and galactic beings, but it works on a human to human basis also.

In fact, more and more humans moving into the heart frequencies and generating this vibration on Earth’s surface will vibrate-out any extraterrestrial or other beings or things that do not align with the heart.  The focus in physics is usually on the entraining action (where one frequency changes to match another stronger frequency).  But, the complementary action is that the original version of the frequency which entrains either dissipates, moves away, or changes form.

This is the underlying physics of how we will move away from negative ET experiences of the past – to a large extent, they will move away from us, or they will be moved away by physical or other actions, or they will convert to our frequency, as we entrain to more native heart based human living.

Knowing who you truly are is so powerful because being in this state evokes our passion, which emanates from the heart.  Achieving this state of being is a personal calling, and it is a broader planet wide calling too, I believe.

We are unique souls, and we are the group called Humanity.  Without the contrast of those from other worlds, or a broader perspective from the galaxy, it is not as easy to see what makes human beings so similar to each other, and to understand what it is to be truly human.

We can look to the outer world for guideposts.  And we can look outside our planet for guideposts.  But, in doing so, we are stepping outside ourselves.  Ultimately, we come to find that only our own unique wisdom and our own soul can guide our steps along our path.  That is what I have found.  And we will do this together, as the human race, when we emphasis where we get along, and where we agree, over our divisions and differences.

Going within to understand who we are is the strongest way to build discernment, in my view.

Basic Questions for Self-Assessment in Our Personal Approach to Extraterrestrials and Galactic Beings

To an extent, we must realize the hacks in the extraterrestrial-galactic issue for ourselves as human beings.  Let’s honestly look within to discover what is hidden in our passion to pursue extraterrestrial and galactic experiences.

These two questions below require true self-reflection to be answered.  This is because they reflect our shadow side, as individuals and as a member of the human race.  The answers may be yes to both questions, and you still will have a genuine passion for the stars and star beings.  But if any of these are true for you, I would suggest that looking within to your own personal source for answers is the place to initiate self awareness and getting to know who you truly are:

• Are we looking to extraterrestrials and galactic beings to be our savior?
• Are we looking to extraterrestrials and galactic beings as a way to escape our lives on Earth?

I’m going to be honest – Yes, okay!!?? Yes was my answer to both of these questions, when I first started thinking about this area.  And, yes, I have had a genuine passion for space and the stars since childhood.

I had to work through my feelings about both answers to get to a place of Self responsibility and Self love.  Where I came to was claiming my own space – my body, my energy field, my life, and my purpose.  And then, I declared my sovereignty as a human being, and affirmed that I am aligned with from within my heart.

So, I’d say the process of moving to conscious contact with extraterrestrial and galactic beings for me was the following:

• Claim my own physical and energetic space.
• Declare my Self sovereignty.
• Connect with my heart frequencies.
• Affirm that I align with my heart in all things.

Now I’m ready, I thought.  And, I began.  I went outside, and I called out to the nearest lightship passing over me, and got a response back.  And several years later, here we are.  I am writing a book about how you get ready to contact extraterrestrials and galactic beings, by building your discernment abilities, and connecting with your Self. What an amazing journey it has been.

The fact is there are many paths that you can use and much depth that you can experience to do each of the four steps, outlined above.  And I find that I consistently repeat these steps, over and over.  But each time I circle back to a step, it is with deeper understanding and greater clarity about who I am, and what I wish to do, what I choose to align with, and what I wish to achieve for my Self.  And it is in greater alignment with my Soul path, too.  I am grateful for this journey.

When we go through this process of Self reflection, we can approach anyone outside of ourselves as equals, because we are now Self powered and Self sovereign.  It takes a great deal of love to treat your Self as worthy and deserving of all this world and your Creator have to offer you.

How Do We Use Discernment to Assess an Extraterrestrial Presence?

First, let’s acknowledge that this article assumes that extraterrestrials exist, that the galaxy is teeming with life, and that extraterrestrials and galactic beings can interact with human beings.

Proving these matters I leave to the competent folks who are already doing this job very well. My focus tends to be on the personal experience of myself and others, because I believe that disclosure and contact on Earth will happen and is happening at the grass roots level, in other words, at the level of the common man and woman.

For a definition of terms, disclosure is an official acknowledgement of extraterrestrial presence and, in my view, of Earth’s greater role in galactic affairs.  Contact is human beings meeting and interacting with extraterrestrials and galactic beings and energies.

The fact is that a National Geographic survey in 2012 found that 77% of Americans surveyed believe that aliens have visited the Earth.  Now, I know that the actual question asked was “Is there evidence that aliens have visited the Earth?”  But, it follows that most Americans, who are not dummies, know that aliens had to visit here for there to be evidence of their visit.  This study was quoted by Fox News, ABC News, Newsweek, and others (google search:  National Geographic Study 2012 77% aliens).

So my premise is that human beings can and do meet extraterrestrial presences and galactic0 energies.  And, I feel that this interaction may be in both the physical world and/or in the non- physical realm.

In my view, having discernment about extraterrestrials and galactic beings is aided by an understanding of the dimensions and what they represent.

Because our science does not account for dimensions in a broader perspective, I am going to create and provide definitions for you.

Using Dimensions as a Framework for Understanding Galactic Races

First, a quick primer:  I define the third dimension as the physical, and the fourth dimension as its non-physical complement.  As human beings we are third dimensional (our bodies) and fourth dimensional (our emotions, our thoughts, our dreams, our sixth sense, being at the effect of time, and so on).

The key characteristic of the third dimension and the fourth dimensions are that duality is experienced as the nature of these dimensions, so that we can experience polarities in all sorts of ways (think good-evil, white-black, dark-light, happy-sad, peace-war and so on).  These dualities are expressed as physical (3^rd dimension) and non-physical (4^th dimension).  In the higher frequencies of these dimensions, the experience of duality moves more towards wholeness.

I define the fifth dimension and higher dimensions as being heart based, non-dual dimensions.  These dimensions operate on the frequencies of unconditional love and are akin to the spiritual states achieved by human beings who have experienced enlightenment.

Physical and Non-Physical Characteristics of Third, Fourth, and Fifth Dimensional Beings:

• They may have bodies (3^rd & 4^th dimensional).
• They may be able to take on human bodies or other forms we can see (4^th dimensional, high 4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional).
• They may also be purely non-physical entities or beings (4^th dimensional and 5^th dimensional and higher).
• They may also be able to cloak their presence with technology so that we cannot see it (4^th dimensional).
• The frequencies of galactic beings may be so high that it does not register on our instruments or with our physical vision, so that they are essentially cloaked or unseen (5^th dimensional and higher).

Discerning an Extraterrestrial or Galactic Presence Based on Their Behavioral Aspects

If we are interacting with an extraterrestrial presence, and they are focused on gaining material or physical possessions, then for the most part these beings are going to be fourth dimensional and polarized towards the negative characteristics of fourth dimensional expression.  Let’s face it – been there, done that, for decades.

If we are interacting with an extraterrestrial presence, and bringing humanity and Earth into galactic citizenship is important to them, if they care about Earth (Gaia) achieving peace and freedom for all humanity, under our own sovereignty, then these are more characteristic of higher frequency, fifth dimensional and higher beings who are operating from the heart frequencies.

I would propose that contact be made with higher third and fourth dimensional and fifth dimensional or higher beings.

Discerning Between the Terms Extraterrestrial and Galactic

Here is how I perceive the difference in the terms extraterrestrial compared with galactic:  Extraterrestrials are also galactics, but not all galactic beings are extraterrestrials.

Extra-terrestrial means from beyond Earth but also implies planet dwellers.  The word terrestrial comes from the Latin root terra, which means earth.  So extraterrestrial means not from Earth, meaning not from this planet.  However, this term has a double meaning, because the root term terra, or earth, also means earth as in dirt or planetary material – as in from a planet.

In addition, because of our point of reference, we view dwelling on a planet as a third dimensional activity (and fourth dimensional per my definitions above).  Thus, I tend to think of extraterrestrials as third and fourth dimensional beings from other parts of the galaxy, while I think of galactic beings as fifth dimensional and higher frequency life forms.

Not all beings in the galaxy are from planets or even have physical form.  As I discussed in the brief section on dimensions, some beings are non-physical from our point of perception.  Some beings live on very large ships.  Some beings exist as large groups of energy without what we would perceive as form, or a body.  And so on.

In addition, I tend to define extraterrestrials as beings who have already visited this planet who are third and fourth dimensional, while I think of galactics as the new beings we will be meeting who are more spiritual in nature and who wish to promote the advancement into galactic citizenship, galactic organizations, and the like.

On the Solaris Modalis blog, I primarily discuss galactic beings.  These are the beings that are in the lightships, or cloudships, that I photograph.  And these are the beings that are in non-physical form in our skies.

There is an interesting hint to this aspect that extraterrestrials have already been here, possibly for far longer than we can imagine.  This hint is hidden in the word extra-terrestrial.  While the prefix extra- can mean beyond, it has far more associations with the meanings: special, unusually, greater or better and the like.  Perhaps extraterrestrials that were living on Earth during our history were perceived as greater than human beings in some ways, and were likely even perceived as gods.  Or, perhaps, this is the way some of these beings saw themselves.

A note here:  Ultimately we will find that the differentiation between good guys versus bad guys in terms of beings from other worlds and beyond is more complex than initially appears.

That is because, for many reasons, those who seem like the bad guys have actually assisted the emotional and spiritual development of humanity, and those who seem like good guys seemingly did not intervene, partly out of respect for our soul evolution and our free will choices.  These are concepts that take some spiritual maturity to come to terms with, such as: All is within the divine plan in divine timing… even when it doesn’t feel that way, lol.

So – how do we assess extraterrestrial races and galactic presences we will be meeting?

Heart Based Discernment Abilities Are Our Best Guide, as the Heart Cannot be Hacked

I left something out of my posting about An Interesting Meeting.  Now, I’m going to tell you what that is.

I mentioned that this person I met with, who also carried extraterrestrial characteristics in his being, came to the conclusion that the heart is an important mechanism.  That is, that it is important to develop an understanding of how to live in the heart and to be in the heart.  In fact, we were talking about the importance of the entire experience of heart.

There is a reason why certain extraterrestrials would wish to develop this understanding and capability:  It is because the heart frequencies open us up to the higher dimensions.  It is the mechanism to get there.  The fifth and higher dimensions cannot be accessed except through the heart frequencies.  And, heart based technologies can only be used by those who fully embody the heart frequencies.  Yes, those exist.  But, mostly not on this planet… yet.  I can only hope that these are more abundant than I can know at the moment.

For example, certain types of portals can only be accessed at the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies.  And many sorts of portals that are accessible by fourth dimensional technology require a fifth dimensional ‘guardian’ or guardian race that manages these portals and grants access.

For extraterrestrials races who are third (have physical bodies) and fourth dimensional (have advanced technologies), who have lived in this galaxy for eons, ascending to the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies can be a new path of evolution for their races.

Not all extraterrestrial races are able to access these heart frequencies, but human beings do have this capability.  Those extraterrestrial races that do not have access to these frequencies are third and fourth dimensional.  They may be much more advanced than humans in many, many ways.  But the emotional make up and depth of heart of human beings is a stand out in this galaxy.

The trauma that humanity has been through on Earth these last thousands of years has been key to the development and depth of our emotions and heart experience.

Many extraterrestrial races have incarnated as human beings because coming to Earth and experiencing emotional depth helps to heal them and their races of many, many experiences and circumstances.  In addition, coming to Earth in a human incarnation allows beings who did not have emotional depth at the time of their original wounding, to re-experience these circumstances with the deep healing potential of the human heart.

To be clear, everyone in the galaxy does not need to come here, because what one does for themselves, they do for all at that frequency.  Thus, through quantum mechanics, healing takes place across all similar sets of frequencies across Life when a being heals an event in their Earth lifetime, and this healing or expansion of frequencies cascades through the dimensions, also.

As human beings, our deep emotional capacity and our ability to connect at the heart level are a key capability:  we can connect with and communicate with Soul, the individual and unique aspect of God embodied within the physical form of human beings born of human woman after sexual communion with a human man.  The divinity of humanity, and the divine experiences and revelations that we can receive through developing mastery, is another special aspect of our race.

This is one of the reasons why some extraterrestrial races both have attempted to and actually have interbreeded with humanity.  Gaining the human capability to access emotions and have a heart, in some cases, is key to their survival, and in other cases, is key to their evolution as a race.  This is because when a human being is deeply connecting at the heart level, they are also connecting with their soul. However, while these ET-human interbreeding strategies appear to have gotten warped over time, they ultimately do achieve their aims of benefitting the spiritual and emotional development of these races, and ourselves as human beings.  The key for us to understand is that we can consciously say “No” to these programs, now.

We can always reclaim our sovereignty.

The Heart Frequencies Cannot Be Algorithmized, or Artificially Duplicated

Back to my interesting meeting – the other thing that this human-ET person admitted to me, is that the heart frequencies cannot be algorithmized.  What this means is that the heart cannot be hacked by advanced technologies, or by invasive telepathy.

This is why heart based discernment is key:  the heart cannot be hacked, leaving us secure in knowing that our perceptions and knowings represent the truth of who we are, rather than an imposed technological or mental illusion.

The heart cannot be algorithmized means, that the heart frequencies cannot be duplicated by creative human beings or even by extraterrestrial beings who have already shared their advanced technology with us.

As advanced as these intelligent extraterrestrial races may be, or as technologically proficient as we may become, only the Creator can create the heart frequencies.  This is because they emanate from the soul, which is the God spark within every human being.  And only our Divine Source can create the soul.

Sorry, guys.  Your soulless creations made you feel like gods, but they will dissemble into the dustbin of Earth history.

The human heart cannot be hacked because God cannot be hacked – the heart is the physical and non-physical representative of God within.  This is the promise of our Creator and this is our ultimate security in any encounter.  This is why I so strongly recommend heart based discernment.  Our human technologies can ultimately be hacked, and so can our mental capabilities.

It is my feeling that the heart is our clearest inner communication tool for discernment.  You can get this technology free, too, because you are born with it.  Connecting with your heart and delving deep within, though, are challenges of a sometimes considerable nature.  In my experience, shifting to an open hearted approach is a blessing for which I am grateful.

Discerning with Your Heart Frequencies Restores the Security of Our Soul Connection

I’m ultimately talking here about the security of your heart and soul.  This goes beyond your current Earth life or your physical body.  When you chose to align with your soul plan, what happens to you is in alignment with this soul plan, which is very personal to you.

I remember many, many of my past life times.  What I have found is that my soul views all my lifetimes as one lifetime. As I have perceived this, my soul does not distinguish between the bodies it has worn.  Yet, my soul dearly loves and remembers each being I have been (no matter what I have done in those lifetimes, by the way).  My soul still retains their uniqueness, their essence and their memories.  It has really been quite a beautiful experience to perceive this.

When we are discerning from the sovereignty of our heart and soul, we have an authority that is beyond all terrestrial affairs.  We are backed by the Divinity embodied within our human form.

Once we have remembered and restored our heart and soul connection, we can only be convinced by forces outside ourselves to leave our heart frequencies by our own choice.  In the past, we have been presented with choices that seemed impossible, as individuals and as the human race.

By design, these choices were often put before us to move us out of our heart space and further away from our soul connection.  However, choosing one terrible alternative over another one does not make us more secure.

From a soul perspective, I believe that humanity chose this very difficult path because it helped us to recover from what is described in spiritual texts as our fall from grace, or, the fall of Man.  The fall from grace means that humanity moved away from its soul connection and Divinity to have experiences in the duality of the third and fourth dimension (good-evil, right-wrong, etc.).

How did the traumatic experiences that followed for the human race, cause us to spiritually grow?  In a nutshell, compression is what creates diamonds.  That is, these very dense experiences opened human beings to the idea to turn back to the path of heart and soul connection and restore and redeem our connection with our Divinity, within, and with the Creator.

Having very dense and dark experiences has greatly matured the souls of the human race.  This is a spiritual concept – that of loving our perceived adversaries and enemies for the gifts they have brought us through our interaction with them.  This broader way of perceiving our experiences helps us to preserve our heart and soul connection.  When we combine a broader view with the emotions of forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, acceptance and acknowledgement, for our Selves, first, we begin to restore our connection with heart and soul.

In the longer view, aligning with the heart is our true security, because choosing outside the heart causes our being to lower in frequency, leaving us trapped upon death in the denser layers of the low third and fourth dimensional realms.  This is where humans and extraterrestrials and non-physical entities who would force these negative choices on us, reside.

This is why traumatic deaths have been forced upon the human population of Earth for so long.  But, traumatic death was also part of our spiritual development as the larger human race.  The Tibetans fully understand how to free the heart and soul upon death, and this is a key reason why they were undermined as a culture.  The way to die free of trauma in the moment, is to fully let go of all emotions and thoughts and to lovingly allow all attachments to drop away during the moments of the death process.  Easier said than done, lol.

Connecting with your heart and aligning with your heart’s frequencies and living your life in alignment with these frequencies greatly facilitates the process of freeing your heart and soul upon the death of the physical body.

Plus, it is fun to live life from the heart.  The feelings of joy and love that the heart can deeply feel are like no other feeling, these feelings are orgasmic to the body as the heart frequencies expand and the body’s energy expands.

This experience of heart expansion for many people starts in their sexual bodies (the first and second chakras) and is known as experiencing the kundalini energies. You don’t have to be a yogi in a hut to have this kundalini experience, and the rising of these energies doesn’t have to begin in the root chakra.  For myself, the expansion of my energy field in this manner started in the third and fourth chakras (the solar plexus and heart chakra).

As our planet ascends in frequency, everyday people are expanding their heart’s frequencies and this is changing the nature of our world.

The freeing of sexual energies to align with our heart’s purpose is a great advance for humanity.  Because this alignment of our sexual energy, or our life force, with acting from our heart frequencies, will result in humanity co-creating with our Divinity on this beautiful planet.  And, the possibilities are endless for what this will look like.

Just like in homeopathic medicine, when a vibration fills up a human being’s energy field, no other vibration can enter.  This is how homeopathy treats the body and energy, by filling these with an ‘antidote’, or a similar vibration, so that the vibration of the illness becomes overwhelmed and leaves the body, transmutes, dissipates or deconstructs.

When our heart frequencies fill up our physical and energetic being, all that is not aligned will drop away, transmute, dissipate or deconstruct.  When we follow up this intention with aligning our physical expression – our actions, thoughts, words, and deeds – in alignment our heart frequencies, we then amplify this effect, both throughout our own being, and then out into the world.

In the same way that Tesla’s oscillation machines created earthquakes in nearby buildings in New York City, the effect of each of us choosing to generate, transmit, receive and amplify the frequencies of our hearts will have significantly transformative effects on both the other human beings around us, on our planet, and on other beings who are already here or with whom we come into contact.

These changes start in energy – the heart frequencies entrain lower frequencies that are resonant with them.  As the shift towards the heart frequencies begins, the amplification of these frequencies increases substantially, and they begin to manifest in the physical world and in the human beings around us who choose to entrain to the heart frequencies.

It’s an interesting concept – that is, we human beings often complain that we are being led along by forces greater than ourselves.  We see these examples all over our society, from advertising for products, to some calling Earth a ‘prison planet’.  As soon as humanity realizes that we have the ability to entrain those around us to our heart frequencies, our world will experience a huge shift towards heart, peace, love and community.

I’m not saying that this dropping away will be easy – but I am saying that any forces that are on this planet that have negatively affected the human race, be they negative human beings, extraterrestrials, entities or what have you – will be vibrated out of our planet’s energy field – in whatever way that looks like in the physical.  They may choose to move away, they may choose to transform and to accept entrainment to heart frequencies, or they may be physically removed, either by human or by their own forces who have chosen peaceful action.

Because we are moving into an era where the heart frequencies will be favored (the completion of the Kali Yuga period of time, and the movement of our solar system into new territory in the galaxy), the entrainment to heart based frequencies is favored.

The other aspect of this entrainment quality of the heart frequencies, is that these frequencies will invite in other human beings, energies, extraterrestrials and galactic beings who are aligned with this frequency.  So our energetic shifting, within, creates a substantial benefit, in our world – we will get to meet our heart connected star family.

This process of claiming our sovereignty over our bodies and over our planet may be messy or it may be smooth.  But it is up to humanity to create the process of evolving out of suppression and oppression of our true Divine nature.  We cannot look to God, or the President, positive ETs, or a Galactic Federation to do it for us.  They are in the stands, cheering perhaps, but humanity has the ball on the field, and the ball is in play now.

This information about the importance of heart connection and heart based discernment is so important for understanding our strength as human beings.  Through our heart connection, we are far more capable and more powerful, when we are in alignment with our heart frequencies, than we realize.

We can make sovereign choices, in alignment with our heart and soul, when meeting new circumstances, beings, technologies, and experiences.  This is true for us as individuals, and it is true for us as a human race.  But we must consciously make these choices.  Aligning with heart and soul is not the easy path, because it requires us to look within, truly let go of that which is not aligned, take the action to align with our heart, and make changes and take self responsibility.

This shift to self responsibility, as human beings who are sovereign and connected with our Divinity, will shift our world and open us to new possibilities, and new relationships, within our Selves, with other human beings, with other life on this planet, with extraterrestrials and with galactic races from beyond our solar system.

A note here:  My explanations about heart, soul, humanity and Divinity are not meant to be about religion.  This is my personal understanding of how heart, soul, humanity, and our Divinity are all related.  In exercising heart based discernment, this understanding has served me very well, and so I share it with you here.  I suggest that our understandings and knowings of such matters will be very personal, and it is the responsibility of each of us to develop our own understanding when it comes to the spiritual realm.

How Do We Assess the Extraterrestrial and Galactic Races We Will Be Meeting?

If we are using heart based discernment, how we feel is going to be even more important that how we think about these beings, presences and situations.  And this is going to be a shift for many of us.

There is a clarity of feeling that comes with emotional maturity and spiritual development, and this clarity resides in the heart.

This is where our reliance on science and technology can actually be limiting.  As my friend Alex Clark says, “don’t be in service to the tools, let the tools be in service to us.”  We are moving into a realm where, just because we cannot see it doesn’t mean it isn’t there.  Alex also says, “let heart open, heart closed be your guide”.  What this means, is that if the heart opens when faced with a being or experience, it is in heart alignment – move closer, accept, receive, enjoy.  And, when the heart constricts when faced with a being or experience, it is not in heart alignment, move away, decline interaction (physical or energetic), set boundaries, say ‘No’.

Our reliance on proof and evidence doesn’t take into consideration the fact that some beings, events, observations and activities may be out of the range of our technology’s ability to sense, monitor, perceive and measure.

Science and technology are important factors.  And, they are not all of who we are.  Our native human capabilities can see, hear, feel and experience far beyond what our technology may be capable of monitoring.  In the past, these capabilities were referred to as ‘sixth senses’.

As human beings, human feeling, intuition and gut sense is going to carry us far, because these cannot be hacked when we are operating using spiritual and energetic discernment at the heart level.

By using these heart frequencies, we will gain the clarity that discernment provides.

There are many, many teachers, programs, books and knowledge that address the emotional development of the heart, spiritual development, development of what I call ‘the clairs’ (human ‘sixth senses’), and our mastery of sensitivity to non-physical energies.  It is up to each of us to pursue these if we feel called to do so, and if this path resonates with the truth of who we are.

The development of our heart based discernment is up to each one of us to choose and to master, individually.  And, pooling our discerned impressions and feelings will give us as a group invaluable information into whatever new situations or beings that we encounter.

Assessing the Non-Physical:  Understanding Our Own Dimensionality is Key

There are two levels of the non-physical:  fourth dimensional non-physical phenomena and fifth dimensional (and higher) non-physical phenomena.

Psychic phenomena and advanced programmed wireless transmissions from technology are non-physical and fourth dimensional.

Higher loving emotions can invite fifth dimensional non-physical energies into our human energy field.  Being in a state of mindfulness meditation, holding the emotions of appreciation, gratitude, awe, forgiveness and compassion help us to get there, also.

There are fifth dimensional and higher frequencies in our atmosphere constantly, now.  Lightships and interdimensional frequencies fill the air at times.

As we raise up our standards of living, as we raise up our levels of treatment of ourselves and this planet, we will become “higher fourth dimensional” (our non-physical attributes and abilities) and “higher third dimensional” (our physical attributes and abilities), and we will begin meeting races that reflect the highest expressions of living beings in these dimensions, also.

And, many of us are already embodying and learning to embody fifth dimensional frequencies and higher frequencies.  This means, living in a heart-based way.

Many people think of the process of achieving spiritual maturity, enlightenment, or ascension, involves a linear expansion dimensionally – from third, to fourth, to fifth dimensionality.  In reality, what humanity is doing is restoring our Divinity in the third and fourth dimensions, while bringing in fifth dimensional frequencies (heart frequencies) to our physical bodies and our energies bodies in our lives on Earth.

This restoration of our Divinity in the third and fourth dimensions of our existence on Earth is why so many religious texts discussion redemption, restoration, resurrection, and renewal.  What we are doing is restoring ourselves, with Divine, galactic, cosmic, celestial and extraterrestrial assistance, from our fall from grace.  We are retracing our pathway out of our descent into the lower third and fourth dimensional frequencies.  Then, we are restoring our heart connections and elevating our human body, heart, and energy to the higher third and fourth dimensional frequencies where we are reconnected with our Divinity.

Eventually, our race will expand to become fully fifth dimensional when we become fully heart-centric, that is, when we live through the frequencies of the heart as our usual way of being.

Does this mean we will turn into clouds of vapors?  Lol, no I don’t think so.  I think that everything is relative.  Meaning, that when you are in the fifth dimension, or higher dimensions, you perceive that you have a body, but those of lower frequencies cannot see you.  Your fifth dimensional frequency is so expanded, that you are like air to beings whose bodies exist in lower densities, like human beings.

As an individual human being, how do we meet these fifth dimensional beings?  We raise our consciousness and, eventually, we can achieve fifth dimensional states of being.

And, or, we can use the clairs.  What are the clairs?  They are our ability to perceive beyond the third and fourth dimension to the fifth dimension and higher frequencies.  Clairsentience, clairaudience, clairvoyance, and so on, are all human capabilities that have been suppressed through the ages but that we all have as part of our native human abilities.

To be clear, when writing about the clairs, I am not talking about channeling.  I am talking about direct communication through the clairs with another being, i.e., person to ‘person’, or human to other being, be they extraterrestrial, galactic, pure energy, your own soul, etc.

In addition, when I am talking about the clairs, I am not talking about psychic phenomena.  This article does not touch on these topics, such as ghosts, discarnate souls, negative entities, reading energy fields without permission, and so on.

The clairs are our normal human capabilities, but expanded to perceive the non-physical and to perceive other dimensions.  Clairaudience is hearing the non-physical, clairsentience is feeling the non-physical, clairvoyance is seeing the non physical, and so on.  Now, there is another aspect to this.  The non-physical can be right in front of you, or it can be perceived remotely.  In this case, the contact is non-physical because the person, place or thing is not right in front of you but is in a different location.

The clairs are also different than telepathy, which is thought to thought or mind to mind communication, which is fourth dimensional.  Thus, telepathy is the non-physical complement to our third dimensional and physical brain.  The clairs are a way of perceiving that is native to the human being and combines our intuitive abilities with the senses.

Telepathy is more like radio to radio communication, which takes place over the air waves.  Because person-to-person or person-to-being telepathy is like a radio, with transmission and reception, its communication lines can be hacked.  Thus you can communicate using telepathy, but I would consistently check the alignment of your messages you are receiving with your heart based discernment.

In contrast, using the clairs invokes quantum mechanics.  This means, the other being does not have to be physically present or physically near us to communicate.  Communication through the clairs is point to point, which is one of the basic principles of quantum physics.  Yes, use of the clairs are a capability that any human being can learn and master, although human beings will have a uniquely personal experience in the way they perform this communication and receiving of transmissions.

Phenomena and technology that are at the heart frequencies are fifth dimensional and higher.  The difference is that these phenomena and technology are conscious, and consciously interact with us.  When technology or phenomena is conscious, and we are interacting with it, this is by the free will choice of both parties.  In other words, some beings incarnate to be technology with a consciousness.  This technology is then in conscious service and deserves to be treated as a sentient being, because that is what it is.  This is different than artificial intelligence, which is a human or extraterrestrial created technology with specific programming.  Some of this technology has the ability to adapt, grown and learn.  But only by working with the Creator directly can conscious technology (that has a soul) be developed.

A key way to characterize living in the heart frequencies is this phrase by Jesus:  “Love your neighbor as your Self.”  This essentially means – fully love your Self, and then love your neighbor that much also (on planet or off, lol).

Our human forte – our intuition, our feeling, our access to heart – puts us in an excellent position to be able to discern in interactions with extraterrestrial and galactic beings.  We are more capable and competent, and more worthy and deserving, than we realize.

Having Discernment Includes Integrating our Shadow:  Meeting the Parts of Ourselves that We Lost

There is one other critical aspect of discernment.  Knowing one’s self is based on truth.  The truth of how we have seen and felt an experience, and the truth of those who were on the other side of this experience.

We can get to understanding of our truths as individuals.  This includes integrating our shadow side, our unconscious other self, and integrating this part of ourselves with love.

Why is integrating our shadow self, and our unconscious aspects, important to discernment?  Because where we don’t see our own shadow, we don’t see this aspect in other beings, also.  Because when we don’t integrate our shadow, we use others as a mirror to see it, through their interactions with us.  Integrating our unconscious aspects allows us to see our Selves clearly, and in seeing our Selves clearly, we can see others clearly, also.

Clarity within sees this same feature in another person or being, terrestrial or otherwise.

But what about the truths of our society that have been hidden from us?  Only in knowing what is true – what has happened – will we truly heal the shadows of our society and the human race.

I’m talking about the following key questions being answered:

• Where are the ‘milk carton’ (missing Earth) children?
• What is the history of human-extraterrestrial contact?
• What is the shadow government?
• What is the state of elite science?
• Is there a breakaway civilization and where is it located?

If, as a society, we continue to hide from ourselves deep and critical truths about our history and ongoing operations, then we invite in this same deceit in our relationships with others off world.

If we do not acknowledge and accept our own shadow, it will continue to present in the form of beings who will challenge our people to get along and finally love each other and our world.

Or, we can make the conscious choice to do this ourselves, accept the past and the present, and move forward as one race.

Humanity is resilient.  Heck, we’ve come this far under at times dire circumstances.  More and more people are spiritually awakening, and with this awakening comes a capacity to love, accept, forgive, acknowledge, and let go that is unparalleled, because this is the domain of the heart, which has infinite capacity to love.

Let me be clear that I am not advocating any particular form of government for humanity in talking about human beings as one race.  But, what I do feel, and I think this is a common train of thinking, is that once we actually officially realize that there are other beings in the galaxy, some like us and some very different from us, we are going to start seeing other human beings as much more like ourselves than maybe we do now.

I feel that we will start seeing our planet as our home, still with our unique personal, community, cultural and national flavors, but we are going to realize that human beings from Earth are more similar to each other than different from each other.

We may also find that some of these other races are our relatives, and are our star family.  We may find that some are our ancient ancestors.  We may also find that human looking beings are not only resident to Earth.  Won’t that be exciting!

The Elevation of Humanity – The Importance of the Heart Frequency

We have achieved so much scientifically, even greater than what is broadly known.  And yet, the ability of humanity to access and live in the heart frequency is just coming online.

Now there is actually a great and deep history of this here on this planet.  Look at the Tibetans and other cultures, who are said to have over a long time ascended 160,000 of their people to an enlightened “light body” or “rainbow body”.  This means, these humans ascended to the fifth dimensional and higher frequencies of light.  This can only be done through the heart frequencies.

The heart frequencies elevate humanity, they offer the best of who we are, and they are the key to spiritual and energetic discernment.

If galactic affairs, and meeting our extraterrestrial, and galactic, brothers and sisters is of interest to you, then it is critical to develop your discernment, at the heart level, so that you can discern in both the physical and non-physical.

This is my first video on the topic of telepathy and on the Human Energy Field and on setting parameters for managing the energy of your physical body and your energy field.  This is an area that I am passionate about so expect to see more videos of these topics.

In my view, setting basic energy permissions, and having a basic understanding of how telepathy works, is particularly important for people who are considering practicing telepathy.  These concepts are explained in detail in this video.

Here is an overview of the Telepathy video and of the content we discussed.  Numbers indicate the minutes:seconds that is the location of this commentary in the video.

0.01  I was talking about telepathy with my friend, Alex Clark, and we decided to record our conversation.  We both have a lot of viewpoints to share about this topic.

0.35  Alex mentions that there is a lot of information on telepathy from channels, and from people who have galactic contacts talking about how it is in different dimensions, so it is a lot of what she would term ‘here-say’.

Basic Telepathy: How We Already Practice this as Human Beings

1:00  As human beings, we are already practicing certain levels of telepathy. We term it innate intuition.  You get a ‘hit’ on something.  Let’s focus on following those ‘hits’ from the universe on things that we do.  You might get a feeling that comes through very strongly, and you just get a knowing.  These are forms of telepathy, and empathy.

1:38. So, humans are already set up to do that in our physical body, and now we are moving into a time where this is going to become more and more prevalent.  So there are a lot of questions to be asked, and a lot of answers are out there.

2:00  Solaris remembers using telepathy in some of her past lives.  We just did a video and a couple of articles on the blue girl, and her race was entirely telepathic.

2:37  Interacting with friends who are energy sensitive or opening up their consciousness, I’ve definitely had experiences of hearing them talk to me for example.

3:11  Looking back at childhood – I knew what my parents thought about things, what they were going to say about something.  They didn’t sit there and teach me their whole philosophy but somehow I knew – I believe that this is the early telepathy that we experience as children.

3:44  Alex’s grew up in a ‘sparkly’ family and her grandfather spoke to them telepathically – he could speak to them in their minds.

Telepathy and the Concept of Having Permission

4:04  I tell a story of taking a cab with some ladies to a spiritual conference.  The taxi driver tried to move my hand with his mind.  He announced he was going to do this to us, and tried this with me, without asking permission.  And I thought, ‘it’s not going to happen’.

In my mind, I reviewed my permissions which include no outside interference and other parameters.  He couldn’t understand why he couldn’t move my hand,.  And so I explained, that he did not have my permission, and he did not ask my permission.  And so my hand isn’t moving!

He was quite surprised at this result, as he had been able to move others’ hands himself.  In my view, these people that he had effected did not have energy parameters set for their physical bodies and for their energy fields.

5:26  Alex says that our bodies are our own.  By extension, because we are incarnate beings on this plane, our energy field is our own.

The Rules About Having Sovereignty in Your Energy Field and Where the Rules Derive From

5:46  Alex compares your energy field with living in your house.  You wouldn’t let just anyone into your home. You make a decision about what you will allow.

Because of divine principles, we are granted ‘sovereignty’.  That means that you are the Kind and the Queen of your energy field.

We are also granted free will.  That means, you get to choose.  There are a lot of overlays on this that that attempt to put controls on your energy.

We decide what enters our energy field, and what doesn’t.  Declare your sovereignty, and then you get to choose.  You don’t do it, until you know you can.

7:17  Solaris – I went through not having personal boundaries, learned about this, and then learned about how to create boundaries.  Then I learned how to create  energy boundaries.

Under natural law, or divine law, or universal law, we are ‘free will’ beings on this planet. Our physical body is the home of our Soul.  You may have different languaging on this.  But the divinity that lives in us, and that animates us – it is our sovereign right to live as we are guided, in alignment with that.

This is a big passion of mine, just helping to create the awareness.  Because, when we learn to set parameters on our energy field, and we set the parameters on what we are willing to allow into our field, and what we choose to interact with, what that means, is that we can shift our world.  And, the physical world around us changes.

9:00  This is the work Alex has done for years.  It starts out as a big concept, and then gets more subtle. As new experiences come up, you begin to realize, ‘Oops, I need to change this parameter that I’ve set’, so it is a cumulative effect.  And you will notice more and more shifting in your life, and in the way you sense energy around you.

We as human beings are all empaths.  Our bodies are set up with a ton of sensors and we can absolutely sense the energy around us.

It is a biological by product of being spirit incarnate.

Is it a gift, it’s all a gift! And, we are all on a spectrum (of experience, abilities, and so on).

How Personal Sovereignty and Energy Field Management Relates to Telepathy

10:20 I explain how this discussion relates to telepathy:  When you are using telepathy, or doing telepathy, or going to receive telepathy, what you are doing is sending information into another person’s energy field.

Alex and I play and joke and talk about our energy bubbles and permissions.

11:11 Setting time limits on permissions.  Solaris – I tell the story of traveling years ago and staying in hotel rooms and setting time limits for energy parameters (until check out time).

Alex talks about how she takes her energy parameters and space of love with her wherever she goes.  This eventually leads to teleporting!! And I agree!!

I talk about having dominion in and being in my toroidal energy field.

Questions About Telepathy and What it Means to People

13:33  How Alex and I started talking about telepathy today.

Alex peruses social media and felt the pulse on this – that there are a lot of people who are scared that somebody is going to dive into their  brain, take a bunch of information and it will be used against them and that kind of thing.  Information – does it give you power? But, if you don’t know how to use it, then it is just information.

We are moving into a space where there is going to be more and more transparency.  When you know and can apply the tool sets of creating a sovereign space, and requiring permission…  it is like receiving a contract from someone. It is also an energetic construct.  We are talking about energetic constructs that seem to be nothing, but everything is energy.  You choose. You command. You intend for certain protocols to be followed with your energy, like, I do not give permission for someone to just go into my field.

Now, she cannot be on this 24-7, so, her sovereign Soul can take care of this for her.

Energetic Transparancy and Energetic Permissions

15:23  I summarize that we are talking about two key ideas: transparency and permissions.

We are talking bout getting comfortable with being more transparent.  To a certain extent, there is an acceptance that this is just who I am, and being comfortable with who we truly are, and other people seeing this.

Then there is a second aspect of setting the parameters.  Here is a story about that:

I signed up for something recently, and that evening while I was sleeping, I woke in the dream state, and I was consciously aware.  What I had signed up for had just shown up in energy and was trying to come into my field. Most human beings don’t have parameters set up.  So this energy would have come into their field and done whatever it was going to do; it would have interacted with them.  This is a form of telepathy.  It’s a little like ‘wifi’.

Because of my awareness, the permissions I have set in my field, the energy wasn’t able to come into my field, so it was just there, outside wanting to get in. I woke, noticed this, and reaffirmed my personal sovereignty and my energy parameters.  And, I said “You’re not coming in.” I could tell that it was confused, that this hadn’t happened to it before (when interacting with other human beings).

Alex says – “It happens in my house all the time!!” Lol.

17:50 Alex describes how this can happen: Because everything is everything.  We discuss that when you sign up for something, you agree to terms and services.

So, I redid my energy agreements beyond what is written in their terms of services.  In my energy field, I can do that, because I am sovereign. This is sovereignty based on my Soul’s embodiment of my physical body and energy field, and is based in universal and divine law.

Applications:  Specific Suggestions to Claim Your Personal Energetic Sovereignty and to  Set Parameters for Your Energy Field

18:40 We are talking about some pretty advanced master energy working concepts here.  So, we both give suggestions for beginners about phrases or declarations that you can use to set your energy parameters initially:

Alex suggests the following to start with.  She states using something like this that is in alignment with the words that you (the reader or listener) would want to use:

“I am a divine sovereign eternal free will Creator goddess/god being.  I claim by divine right my sovereign energy space, my sovereign Soul, my sovereign brain, my sovereign body, my sovereign innate body, my sovereign inner child, my sovereign heart. Past, present future, in all dimensions, in all timelines.  Energy only interacts with me in alignment with my highest good.”

(This is a suggestion – if you desire please adjust this wording this so that it fits your personal alignments and choices.)

That is a good basic start.

I describe that the concept of sovereignty that we are talking about is not a legal concept, it is not a governmental concept.  What we are talking about is living in your body, and owning your personal space, your energetic space, and claiming your self-mastery and your Soul connection, and claiming your right to live in alignment with Soul in your energy field and physical body and in alignment with your personal inner guidance.

I also suggest a complement to what Alex has suggested, for beginners:  From the standpoint of understanding that I am my embodied Soul, working with my Higher Self, and knowing that, I simply say:

“I claim my body. I  claim my energy field.  I claim my emotional body.  mental body. spiritual body. astral field. etheric field.”

(This is a suggestion – if you desire please adjust this wording this so that it fits your personal alignments and choices.)

As I have practiced this, over and over, I would feel ‘stuff’ (energies) flying off of me.  Because it cannot stay when I set these parameters.

20:48 Alex describes that we talk about it from the macro, and then as you practice, you will set parameters that are more subtle.  Because we are all a partnership – all of the facets of the body and of our energy field, working together. We are all re-membering who we are.

21:27  How does this relate to telepathy?  Because it really does relate in an important way.

I describe that when you are engaging in telepathy, it is my strong feeling that you want to set permissions over exactly what you are okay with experiencing, over exactly what you are okay with receiving. And, you can set permissions on the frequencies that you encounter, also.

For example here is a suggested statement that you can adjust based on what feels in personal alignment for you:

“I allow telepathy from ‘x;’ person in my highest good in alignment with my Soul plan and in alignment with my inner sovereignty.”

(This is a suggestion – if you desire please adjust this wording this so that it fits your personal alignments and choices.)

22:20  Alex adds a caveat that, we are all sensitive, and we all have an energy field.  We talk about what is representative of an energy like; that energy tastes like such and such, or viewing the energy windscreen of a person.

And, just because you can perceive this, or you felt this from another person, does not mean that your permissions are not in place.  Just like you would see a book cover but not look into the book, we all present that ‘avatar’ or representative ‘windscreen’ of what that energy is. What we are talking about here is setting permissions so that energy does not come past that avatar, or ‘windscreen’ that we present without our permission.

24:09  I explain how I see telepathy working energetically. I illustrate this using the video screen and show how I feel that the energy moves, energy field to energy field.

Thus, telepathy is like a radio transmitter.  In my view, we do not need technology to do this.  We have the full capability within our human bodies and energy fields.

I do not do telepathy and I do not allow it. I have already had my experience with this in many past lifetimes.

But, for those of you who are trying this, because I understand that many people are interested in telepathy now, here is a suggestion for qualifying the energies of the telepathy you engage in:

“I will receive transmissions from ‘x’ at the frequency of my highest good, in alignment of my Soul path, in alignment wit the frequencies of my heart energy.”

(This is a suggestion – if you desire please adjust this wording this so that it fits your personal alignments and choices.)

I qualify the frequencies of energy that I will engage with, because I like to receive frequencies that are at this level, and I do not like to engage with the lower frequencies.  It is a little like simply preferring one kind of movie to another kind.  Some movies, I’m just not interested in, at all.

If you do not qualify the energy you choose to engage with, it is a potential in my view, that a person or an entity can go into your field, and they can potentially leave energy there, they can potentially leave information, they can potentially leave an implant, and on and on.

Alex says this is always why she clears her field any time she does anything.  You (the reader and viewer) can do this also in your own energy field, because your energy is your own and you have authority within it.

27:20 Alex describes a new paradigm of energetic approach for healers:  To ask permission before interacting with someone else’s energy field, rather than simply looking in and working or perceiving.

Summary: 2 Important Basic Concepts Before Engaging in Telepathy

28:50  What’s important for telepathy?

1. Claim your own space and own your own space.  Claim your body and all your energy bodies as your own.
2. Set your energy parameters.  You can always make a new choice on this.  And you can always make the choice ‘No’, in any moment.

29:50  You will notice that people shift around you as you set parameters in your energy field.

• • The starship crashed without hitting anything.
  • It was hit by a huge beam of light.
  • The attackers sent in a beam of light that captured the Captain.
  • The beam of light caused all the people and the ship to loose consciousness.
  • The attackers had very advanced technology and were able to download the information they wanted from her brain.
  • They also wanted to get in to her telepathic link.
  • All of this was very traumatic for her to experience.

19:30  What happens when the body dies.

• • How the spirit leaves the body.
  • The body dies, but the spirit still has awareness before a full death.
  • In those moments, the body and spirit is still having emotions and thoughts.
  • The spirit still enlivens the non-physical aspects of the body (the thoughts, the emotions) until it fully departs.
  • What we can take with us, when our spirit leaves the body, is pure love.
  • Any fear, anger that have not been transmuted, remain in the astral field.  They can be transmuted best from within physical form, while in a living body, in another lifetime, or taken on by another Soul to transmute in that Soul’s incarnation, where it chooses to do so.
  • This especially happens when the spirit leaves the body, when the body dies in trauma.
  • This is why traumatic deaths during war, violence, and abuse are so challenging – they add to the astral layers of Earth’s energy fields, and to the astral residue of the race of beings of that time and place, also.

21:50  Being born into the body – how the body’s energy is configured at incarnation.

• • When we incarnate, our Soul chooses the components of this lifetime.
  • This may include memories, and energetic residue, of key past lifetimes that will influence the current lifetime.
  • Sometimes these are included for healing, so that the Soul heals itself through our incarnations.
  • Actually, we heal ourselves (with help from our friends, from inner guidance, from our spiritual guides).
  • We are the Soul, incarnate.
  • How my life has components of the blue girl’s life.
  • Love of the stars, dreams of flying among the stars.
  • Feelings of guilt, secrets, hiding.
  • We address these emotions when we are alive, sometimes in the current lifetime, sometimes in another one.

  • For the blue girl to feel guilty over how the entire race was set up; this was not her fault.
  • We have that on planet Earth now – race guilt, guilt about what a culture did to others.
  • The individual isn’t responsible for the fact that her race and their technology did not have high enough security or capabilities to prevent being attacked.
  • You feel awful, you go through the healing process, and then you feel much better, lighter, and released from the trauma.

34:33. How the blue girl has benefitted me in this lifetime.

• • Studying quantum physics, developing quantum tool sets.
  • Having an understanding of how energy works through the memories.
  • Learning to set energy parameters in this lifetime; this is an evolution from the blue girl’s lifetime.

35:45  Energy protection.

• • The idea of an energy shield for your field.
  • Evolving this to setting the parameters for our energy field.
  • Why this works: I am the representative for my Soul in this body.
  • Interacting at a mastery level with the Soul.
  • Choosing our experience, while knowing divinity creates outcomes in our highest good.

37:00 Discussion of Soul contract.

• • Soul contracts are created moment to moment from my perspective.

37:54  Higher dimensional beings cannot necessarily see into the lower dimensions

• • The omnipresence of God.

45:31  The blue people – who they were.

• • From the Andromeda galaxy.
  • An Arcturian race that had incarnated as blue people at some point in history.
  • Not all blue people are necessarily Arcturians.
  • My sense is that the Arcturians have incarnated as many different races, with other types of bodies, over eons.
  • Solaris: When I interact with Arcturians, on lightships, they appear as an energy cloud.
  • Having an open mind to receive information and to hear others’ truths.

48:00  It still bothers me that I don’t know how the ship was crashed!

• • Alex:  The pertinent details were given during the healing work.
  • Alex talks about how the brain wants more data, and why the information may not be available at this time.
  • Solaris: These are the blue girl’s feelings: How did this happen? Feeling at fault because she was the Captain.
  • The concept of responsibility is a human perspective. It was not part of their culture.
  • Bringing the human perspective to her experience.
  • She received the signals that the ship received, and she did not perceive the attack ahead of time.
  • Healing past lives and extraterrestrial past lives:  We bring our human feelings and perspective, and we heal this.  As we are doing this, the emotions and thoughts pass through our field and body, and the emotions that she left after she died, those transmute and pass through the energy field and body applying that love to the self.
  • This elevates human awareness, each one of us doing healing, applying love and awareness, it benefits the collective.
  • Like the 100th monkey effect.
  • Having a period of integration after doing healing work.

• • First met him in at an energy portal in New Mexico, at the church at Chemoya.
  • He is also a blue person, with a gold and blue/purple Egyptian-type headdress, and now is one of my spirit guides.
  • Doing my first energy work with him; learning from him how to do work with healing light.
  • When I saw that this woman was blue, I had the realization that they had been partners in her lifetime as the Captain.
  • Now I have met both of them; it is an amazing and beautiful experience to do so.  My heart is filled with love, feeling their love for each other, and for me, also.

The blue girl is from Andromeda.

Last night as I was going to sleep, I saw the woman who I had been.

What surprised me at first is that her skin was dark – a rich blue.  The other striking thing about her was that she was completely silent.  Her communication is by telepathy, only.

I think of her as “the blue girl”.  I know her name, but this is personal.  I have remembered her experience for years, but in recent days, I’ve been looking deeper in to this past lifetime that has called for healing.

I thought that perhaps I would write about what happened in the blue girl’s lifetime, and see where this takes us.  I get to talk about starships a lot, too, one of my favorite topics.

I thought I would bring you on the journey, if you’d like to see what this experience feels like and how it unfolds.

What I feel is this journey is towards healing, understanding, integration, and teaching moments.  It was an important lifetime and experience related to my current lifetime, of this much I am certain.

Shamanic Experience at Zero Point

Some background on how I’m able to see past lifetimes might provide some context, here.  I use shamanic techniques that I have learned over many, many lifetimes.  I am self taught through these memories, and through my own inner journeying.

What I’ve learned to do is work in a shamanic fashion at zero point.  This sets energetic parameters on what information I receive, and means that I am working in lightbody during healing sessions, also.

Working from zero point is to be conscious in a place of wholeness, or non-duality, and of unconditional love.

Working from this space grants us entry to higher dimensional experiences, and to an ability to see, intuit and experience what is essentially the living akashic record of what occurred to person and place that is the focus of our intention.

Meeting Myself at Zero Point

What I have found with the blue girl, is that we are able to meet at zero point, because of her own talents and healing abilities.  I probably developed and honed many of my skills during her lifetime.

The blue girl is able to be in lightbody, also.  Thus we can meet in the “no time” of higher dimensional frequency (fifth dimensional and higher frequencies), even though our lifetimes are perhaps thousands of years or more, apart.

She has assured me that she is fine, now. Her spirit has healed from the experiences I’m going to write about here. What remains is the fun, awe and beauty of this lifetime of flying among the stars.

Why now?  She could not complete healing herself in that lifetime because of the trauma of how she died, and because, in divine timing, the perfect moment to complete her healing is through this experience with me.

The energy of this memory has remained with me, unconsciously, as part of the memories of my body, emotions, thoughts and spirit in this lifetime.  I’m ready to move to a new place in my life, and thus, fully acknowledging this experience and unconditionally loving who I was, will bring me in to deeper wholeness with who I am.

Flying a Starship with Three Captains

The blue girl is a starship captain.

This woman flew a large starship with two other captains.  She stood in the center of the command deck of the ship, with another captain on her left, and one on her right. They stood on a large slightly elevated platform; their equipment formed the shape of a triangle.

Each captain stood at a standing podium. Information in the form of visual symbols and telepathically received frequencies flowed through the console attached to each podium.

A large rectangular console was attached to each free standing podium.  Together, each of the three consoles formed the three sides of a triangle.

The captains, working together, generated a connectedness of energy and information as they stood working as a group all facing inward towards the open triangular space in the center of their platform.

All of the captains were women.

Energy, information, commands, data, inputs and outputs flowed between them, energetically and telepathically, the panels and “keyboards” in front of them, moving and showing symbols aligned with what was being energetically and telepathically communicated.

The Operation of the Starship

The Captain ran her hands over the panel, and telepathically and visually connected with the ship itself.   When doing so, she was one with the ship.  She received it’s inputs as it received it’s inputs.  She send out signals as the ship sent out signals.

There was no separation between the ships’ technology and herself.  And yet, she did not have technology implanted in to her body.  This was not necessary.

With her pure, human-type form, she could use her mind, her energy and her being to operate the vessel.

The Ship’s Command Structure

The command of the vessel was completely different than how we view command within most of our cultures on Earth.

This was a large vessel with many individuals operating and living on the ship.  This was a ship “in service”.  The culture did not have a military, per se.  The might of their presence and their vessel was untouchable, by most other forces. The culture lived on starships, and also had starships that engaged in missions.

There was a general telepathic link among the entire population.  This was where the command structure flowed from.  It was not a group mind, as each being operated as an individual.  But they were linked and from group agreement at an unspoken level made command decisions, together.

The way the command decisions were made wasn’t through discussion, wasn’t through review of facts or data per se, the way many of our cultures do on Earth at this time.

Command decision was through commonality of intention, in the context of alignment with the greater plan of their species and of others of their kind, living on other starships.

This intentionality was in layers; from the personal, to the small group, to the complement on the ship, to their family in groups of other ships (and all were considered family), to their people in their part of the galaxy, and so on.  One could move between layers of awareness to be in and participate in the collective experience.  There was no hierarchy and as they evolved they naturally participated in more expanding groupings.

Because most human beings are not telepathic, let me try to explain how this alignment of intention was experienced by the blue girl: it was like being the melody in an orchestra where all played their instruments finely and in tune, creating a beautiful symphony of sound. This is how their aligned, telepathic group intention feels from my perspective.

Command by the Captains

As Captain, the blue girl; really, a woman in strong standing, could make individual command decisions, and could make them together within her threesome of co-captains, but in the background alignment with the whole, was always present.

This is fully possible, and I can feel the feelings of how this is possible, but I also understand that I’m having trouble explaining exactly how this worked.  Maybe that is because it is a possibility beyond the limits of mind.

The captains had individual roles, but also operated as one unit.  It was an efficient operation, and it was a professional position of responsibility.

The ability to link with the other captains, and to link with the ship to fly it, was a high skill set  developed through attention and practice over a very long time.  But it was not more or less important than any other function of, or operation on, the vessel.

This vessel and this culture operated at a high frequency and these beings had a refined way about them.  They were a very advanced race, both technologically and from a consciousness perspective.

The Crash and Capture

What I see in my vision is that the starship suddenly “crashed”, while approaching a planet related to an inter-species mission, yet it hit no other vessel.  The ship had been on a mission of importance and of service, working with and at the behest of other cultures.

It’s like it hit a wall of dis-aligned energy.  What it feels like to me, is that the ship was operating at a high frequency, and it hit, or was hit by, a wall of lower dimensional energy.

I sense a surprise attack.  In my vision, I see a huge beam of light interacting with the vessel.

What I know is that all systems on the ship ceased, immediately.  It’s like everything and everyone was conscious, and then suddenly, there was no consciousness at all on the vessel.  It wasn’t that the people were killed.  All consciousness was… disconnected, while their bodies fell to the ground, unconscious but alive.

The Captain, who had been standing at her console operating the vessel with her partners, lost consciousness in a searing flash of light and her body fell to the ground.

Viewing the scene from my lightbody, I can see that the Captain was removed from the vessel by the attackers in a beam of light.

The Trauma of this Past Lifetime

What I can see from my lightbody, at zero point, looking in to this lifetime, is that the culture that attacked was also highly technologically advanced, but they wanted something, and their tactics were to use aggression and dominance to get it.

They were able to download the information that they wanted from the Captain’s memory while she was unconscious, without her knowledge or participation.

It was details about ships and capabilities and these sorts of things related to whatever the situation was, that was going on.  It was information she never would have shared with them willingly.

However, this information was not so important to her culture.  Because of their telepathic link, I feel, the knowledge that their ship had been attacked would have been known almost instantly by others of their kind.

Their culture was not at risk because of their ability to know this information, and to respond immediately by changing ship positions and so on.

I feel that the attackers did not understand the energetic nature of the relationships within the culture of the blue girl.  But the attackers knew something of their telepathic capabilities and thus wished to use the Captain to further their knowledge, and to infiltrate her starship to the extent possible.

The attacker’s species communicated by speaking with sound from their mouths and vocal cords.  These sounds formed words and tones that together were a language that they used to communicate with each other.

The blue girl’s culture was aware of this way of communicating but did not participate in it.  When they interacted with other species, it was through telepathic communication with those willing to do so.

To a certain extent, what the attackers were really doing, was trying to infiltrate a higher dimensional plane of experience that the blue girl’s starships operated within.

For many reasons of defense and security, and of interdimensional physics, this was not possible.  But they were, sort of, looking for ways to cheat, to get around these factors.

Caring for this Woman in Her Experience

I call her the blue girl, fondly and protectively.  Because her race did not age as ours does, in my clairvoyant vision, she looks so young to me even though she is an adult.  She is beautiful and with an almost fairy-like feel. The sense of her presence is amplified for me by her non-speaking. Her people did not use audible voices at all, although she has a mouth and her body looks almost human.

After she awoke back in to consciousness, the blue girl was abused and demeaned by the race that had captured her.  These beings were an alliance of a humanoid race and at least one other type of extraterrestrial species.  They engaged in a strategy to break down her consciousness and spirit.

Being with her in my light body at zero point, I used shamanic light energy techniques to feel and healed the residue of the trauma to her body, and the feelings of anxiety, of pain and despair.

And you know, I feel that healing these from Earth to the past lifetime was much easier, in this case, than healing the experience from within that lifetime, would have been.  Though her body was eventually killed, her consciousness, and her spirit, live on as immortal aspects of Soul.

I know that my Soul is making the blue girl available to me so that I can heal her, and so that she can heal me.

Time has taken the energy from these experiences, and when unconditional love is applied, from my current body, as a human on Earth, I am able to assist her to let go of the experiences, the body memories, and the emotion.

Healing the Sacred Trust of One’s Self

All energy in this universe balances.  In many of my past lifetimes I had remembered betrayal of love of someone I had incarnated with over and over again, yet I know that I had never betrayed this person.  Where was the balance to having been betrayed?  I finally found it, in the lifetime of the blue girl.

It was the betrayal of one’s own self, in the blue girl’s feeling that she had betrayed her own sacred trust, in herself.

The greatest trauma the blue girl suffered was that she was tricked into, in her view, betraying her people, because the attackers found a way to cause her to access her telepathic link to her co-captains.  This link to her co-captains was sacred, and sharing it with any outsider was an abomination.

I checked in over and over, and the access of this link did not cause her people deaths, crash any ships, destroy any systems, or do any other irreparable damage.  Yet it was deeply traumatic for her that this link had been shared, and broke her confidence and trust both in herself, and about working in teams again… for a very, very long time.

Although it is hard for my human self to understand, the invasion of her telepathic link shook her to the core of her being, creating a deep sense of violation and breech of sacred trust.

In this lifetime, this breech of trust within herself, was calling out to me for healing.

Being Willing to Love Again

From within my current lifetime, I can see that this aspect of my Soul is willing to love herself, again.  And from there, to love and engage with others to co-create something wonderful.

For now, I am enjoying the healed, full presence of this beautiful blue girl, present in her lightbody, in my consciousness.  I recognize parts of her in me, like how I always wear blue, like how I am able to understand energetic work and why I love the idea of flying among the stars.

I feel the freedom she feels now, unburdened by these memories.  I feel our mutual desire, to be fully present, to go out into the world, to live life, and to love, again.

This love is the love we feel inside about ourselves, it is the love we feel for each other, and this love is the passion of working from your heart and soul, and being with others pursuing their joy, also.

It is fully expressing my love in my life, in all the ways that have meaning.

The Benefits of Healing This Galactic Aspect of My Soul

I feel that the blue girl is present to show me, and to share with me, how to work in teams in a new way.

I feel that she is here to help return to me my ability to take command and make clear and confident decisions, in alignment with my heart space.

And, I feel that she will help me embody the ability to use my intention, in a way that is powerfully and fully connected with my own Source energy.

And I feel that she is here because I am willing to love, again.

My heart sings with the knowing that she is well and healed, and that her sense of love is restored.  And so is mine, also.

The business of galactic work is quite a different one, one where the whole person matters. 

On Friday, I had an unusual encounter in the morning using an unusual communication style.  It was a morning meeting, of sorts.  I’m smiling inside because when I was working in corporate, our “morning meetings” were all talk and all business.  But, this meeting was about encouragement and love.

After last week’s events in the US Presidential election, I found myself somewhat despondent and adrift-feeling on Friday morning.  After spending the debate making declarations, I concluded that the only thing I could change was my Self, the only focus of government that I could truly effect was governing my Self.

Still, I found the state of affairs in this nation’s politics depressing and honestly the distraction of these energies had gotten to me.

So I was walking my dog, early in the morning, and just feeling, letting the feelings pass through me, knowing that I wished to bring my focus to the present, to Now, and that I wished to pour forth my energies Now.

Suddenly I saw a white flash, a white rectangle, appear and disappear very quickly, at the periphery of my vision.  I turned quickly and my dog quickly went right towards the young trees where I had seen it.

My sensitivity is high and energetically I felt immediately that this was more of an angelic type presence.  My dog turned his nose towards where the flash of white had been, sniffed and with a nod of his head acknowledged the energy there, but was completely comfortable with it and turned to pursue more interesting scents.  To me this was confirmation that I had seen something and that there was an unseen presence there.

But on further feeling in to the energy, I felt this was a galactic presence.  What does this mean?  What I perceived was a humanoid being with a very warm and caring presence.  I perceived a human type form and presence and I felt that this person had “come in” to encourage me.  The being felt so familiar, like a friend from long ago, but with their previous place in my life completely hidden behind a curtain of not-knowing.  But, what I saw with clairvoyance was their “uniform”, a ship, activities and goings on, on their ship, and that this was all related to their “world”.

There were no words exchanged at first, just the feelings, just this presence allowing me to sense who they were, so that I could get comfortable with them.  Staying a certain distance from me so as not to approach too closely.  Until I was certain, I knew, this was a friend.

Then, I was ready for whatever came next.

Telepathic and Empathic Communication

It’s hard to explain this communication as it is not words, but long packets of “knowing” that don’t require words.  My conscious mind completely would understand it, if the transmission was slowed down, but because my conscious mind isn’t involved, the information flows at “light speed”, i.e., it is quite fast.  I can receive an entire transmission of a short conversation in about one second.

Over the years, in my dreams, I have remembered these kinds of communications styles.  In one (past life) society I remember, we would have one command, one word, that represented a whole set of things.  Kind of like verbal hieroglyphics.  One simple word could communicate an entire range of actions or steps to be taken.

This communication with a galactic being on Friday morning was different because what was being acknowledged in that one second was the full range of what I had experienced the past week or more, how I felt about it, what I had thought about it, and exactly how I was feeling that morning, my specific thoughts and questions that I was pondering.  If I was to say to another human being, “I really get you”, well that was the general message.  However, at the same time this understanding was communicated, I could see that this other being could actually see all of these things as if they had seen my life, heard my thoughts, felt my emotions, as if they could read all of this, just looking at my field.

Now, as I said, I knew this was a friend.  They were not “prying” into me or crossing boundaries.  This is because my energetic stance with them was, open hearted.  Once I had assessed their energies, I knew I would be open and transparent with them.

Why is this?  I knew from the feel of the being and from the lightship I saw him connected to, that this was a fifth dimensional frequency or higher.  Although this being was more androgynous than a gender, overall I perceived the presence as more male.

I understand that galactic beings of the fifth dimension and higher are naturally telepathic and empathic.  One of the reasons that I have practiced controlling my thoughts and my mind is in preparation to meet these sorts of beings.  That way, I don’t have all sorts of laundry lists (lol) running through my mind and cluttering up any conversation.  I’ve had to practice for several years to get to this place.  A clear mind.

So, it’s not like they are prying, but if you’re in front of one, they are going to know your dominant thoughts because to them it’s like we are talking out loud.

The same goes with emotions and emotional reactions.  This is why, if you are interested in working with galactics now or someday, practicing spiritual development and “letting go” and releasing old emotions and healing emotional wounds will help with your journey.  It’s also how we human beings ascend in frequency and access higher dimensions, so these things go hand in hand quite well.

Strong negative emotions or strongly polarized emotions are quite uncomfortable for them – and if these emotions are strong enough our frequency lowers so much that we can no longer feel or contact fifth-plus dimensional beings, and they will not be able to connect with us.  This includes states of being that suppress our emotions like anxiety, shame, guilt, jealousy, dominance, and so on.

Back to my encounter.

When the galactic being acknowledged “where I was at”, I responded with a simple acknowledgement that included my wish to change states.  To focus on “Now” and to pursue the work I’m guided to do.

Again, the being prompted me with, not words or feelings or even a packet of information.  What they sent me was a light, “heart pulse”.  It was like an offering to connect with them at the heart level.

And I said, “yes”.  Not in words, mind you.  Instead, my whole being raised up in frequency (at the excitement of heart sharing) and I opened my heart towards their heart.  How I do this is to send the feeling of my heart’s love toward their heart. This is a simple feeling of love.  It doesn’t contain any other messages or personal desires.  Just love.

When I opened my heart and let my love flow and focused on their heart, I felt this being do the same.  And the feeling of incredible love poured forth and my heart felt this and opened to match this frequency.  The loving feelings were incredible and so expanding in my heart.  The physical feeling of this is very gratifying and brought tears to my eyes.  I felt awe at these loving feelings and I felt gratitude.

Suddenly, I Remembered

In addition, I remembered.  Suddenly, in the midst of this great flow of love, I remembered that all is well.  I remembered my strength.  I remembered my commitment to my journey, to my soul purpose, to being here on earth, to my work as a part of humanity.

The relief of these feelings poured into me, and I felt my confidence and optimism returning.  I felt my commitment to my mission, the possibility that my dreams could come true, are coming true.  I delighted and delighted at receiving this expression and this sharing.

Here were my reinforcements, my shore leave, my restoration and my confirmation all rolled up into one.  I walked a bit with my dog and then turned to ask if I could share at the heart again with him.  I breathed in and out of my heart, I felt my resolve strengthen.

And then I thanked this being, acknowledged I was done, acknowledged his mission of “moral support” through his presence, acknowledged that I was “good to go” now, and I turned and went forth to continue my day.

Morning meeting, concluded.
