Part 1: UFOs are Real – Most Are From Earth

Part 1 of this Primer covers UFOs, the missing money, potential secret space programs, links to UFO and missing money researchers, and my background in this topic area.

• In Part One of the Primer I briefly explain my assertions that UFOs are real and where most metal UFOs are now from. This includes comment on how UFOs are likely funded.

This Primer is meant to be an overview of these topics for those new to the subject area, or for those wanting to see the latest in this topic area. For more detailed information I have written on these topics, please see my blog at SolarisModalis.com.

This Primer, my observations and conclusions, are written based on extensive photographs I have taken of the sky, extensive analysis of sky phenomena which I have done personally, on my personal observations, and on life long personal experiences.

In my view, there are two key points regarding UFO / UAP: UFOs are real, and most, if not all, metal UFOs are now from Earth.

1) UFOs are Real

When I began blogging in the UFO field, I had a strange question: How come we are still talking about whether UFOs exist?

I was photographing UFOs and sky phenomena frequently. With accelerated improvements in technology, my experience is that it is no longer difficult to get photographs of sky phenomena. So my personal view was: They are up there, I can see them, what’s the problem?

The problem is that talking about it can have consequences for important reasons, none of which have to do with UFOs being unreal. And these reasons will be discussed in Part Two of this Primer. In Part One, I’d like to review my observations regarding UFOs based on taking and analyzing tens of thousands of photographs of the sky.

This is a primer, so I will present a summary. My intent here is not to convince. My intent is state my opinion, and if you’d like to know more, I encourage you to do your own research. I feel that this is the best way to inform ourselves.

How I Reached the Determination that UFOs are Real

• I am one person and I have taken dozens of photographs of UFOs in the sky over several years.

• With current personal technology, it is now very easy for anyone with a clear view of the sky to get pictures and video. And, they keep coming. It’s not a once-in-a-lifetime thing to get these photos, anymore.

• My guess is that you can too if you want to give it a try. What I do personally is to point my camera or video camera at the sun, especially during times of astronomical or astrological importance. Please use your own discernment about caring for your eyes if you are doing this for yourself.

• In my view, the proof that UFOs are in our skies is up there and publicly available online for anyone who is discerning and has the willingness to do some research.  

• There are thousands and thousands of pages of government documents discussing UFOs and other phenomena that have been released through FOIA requests and that have been reviewed by respected researchers. These researchers all have websites on the internet that can be reviewed by anyone who wants to take the time to do so.

• What is not available is any public government official pronouncement or speech by an official while in office that both disclose and confirm the presence of UFOs. In 2005, a Canadian Defense Minister has made such statements after leaving office, which was dramatic at the time. More recently beginning in 2017 with an article on the ‘Tic Tac’ UFO / UAP in the New York Times, and in 2021, with statements by former Directors of National Intelligence, official statements that UFOs exist have been more forthcoming.

2) (Almost All) Metal UFOs are from Earth

I have concluded, in my observations of the sky and from other activities, that most if not all metal UFOs flying around this planet are now from Earth.

Top researchers, in particular Catherine Austin Fitts, have indicated their conclusion that significant fleets of UFOs and related infrastructure have been funded by humanity, as well, by following the money.

(Most Metal) UFOs are Developed and Paid for by Secret Black Budget Operations

• Catherine Austin Fitts and Richard Dolan has proposed that UFOs and secret space programs consume significant assets, financial and other resources of the US public, and I agree with their analysis. In my view, these programs are the source of most or all metal UFOs seen on Earth, even if their origin may have once been extraterrestrial.

• Trillions of dollars are missing from government accounts over recent decades. The most obvious announcement was 9/10/2001; the day before September 11 2001, it was announced that $2.3 trillion was missing from Pentagon budgeting. The next day, the office at the Pentagon with all of the relevant documentation was destroyed in either a bombing or a missile strike (on 9/11) and all 20+ Pentagon financial investigators working on the case were killed.

• Recent efforts spearheaded by Catherine Austin Fitts and Professor Mark Skidmore (see links below) have traced government documentation proving $21 trillion missing from just two government agencies. At this writing, Ms. Fitts estimates this number may in actuality be over $40 trillion.  

• A key conclusion is that this missing money has been going to fund secret / black programs, including the infrastructure (including underground infrastructure) supporting secret space programs and their technological craft and developments.

In Part Two of the Primer I will briefly explain how it is possible that UFOs exist that are from Earth, i.e., is it possible that we have the technological capability?

Part 2 –

Is it Possible That There are Elite and Advanced Technologies – and UFOs – From Earth Yet Unknown to the Public? Yes it is.

• The following section is from my long article, Most Metal UFOs are from Earth – The Drive to Create a US Space Force.

Are there advanced technologies and craft that are human made, from this planet? 

1. Let’s look at what we do know and at what we can determine is most likely based on the facts we have at hand about the state of technology today.

• • The Internet has been in operation for almost 50 years.
  • The first Internet (Arpanet) connection went live on November 21, 1969.
  • Public access to Internet began in about the early to mid 1990s. 
  • Internet companies started going public on the stock market in 1999.

2. Look at the technology advances that civilian society has made since broad acceptance of the Internet by business and by the public began in about 1999 – only about 20 years ago.

• • 3D printing from prosthetics to houses (with 3D food printing coming soon).
  • Computers integrated into daily life, including controlling basic home functions.
  • Cars, trains, boats and planes running on electricity, water, magnets, and many other power sources.
  • The existence of both quantum computing and artificial intelligence.

3. Now consider this: 

“Advanced, elite and military sciences have had Internet technology for at least 50 years, and have had access to inventor Nikola Tesla’s knowledge of advanced physics for at least 75 years.  

Based on these data points, I ask you: Why wouldn’t advanced technologies and craft exist that are beyond our ability to imagine?”

President Trump May Be Very Aware of the Possibility and Existence of Advanced and Exotic Technologies

• • Before we move on from this topic, it is important to address a key possibility pertinent to current events.

• • President Trump, who was key in establishing the U.S. Space Force as a new branch of the military, may very well know that certain advanced technologies are possible and exist.  

• • In an uncanny coincidence, President Trump’s uncle was the man tasked with reviewing Nikola Tesla’s papers immediately after Tesla’s death.  

John G. Trump, a professor at MIT and a well known electrical engineer serving as a technical aide to the National Defense Resource Committee, was called in to analyze the Tesla items [which were obtained through a DOJ order].

Trump Resets the UFO Narrative in One Minute, Eight Seconds Flat

President Trump dramatically shifted the UFO narrative in an interview with a main stream journalist that was published June 15, 2019, when the topic of UFOs came up.

The President took the ‘UFO narrative’, and reset it accordingly.

In this article, we are going to address the key nuggets of information in the President’s comments.

(Note: The photographs in this article are free license images from The White House and are representative of the topic but are not photographs of the actual interview or statements by the President; the actual video of the interview is linked below.)

Simply put, President Trump, with his bearing and his words, reset the UFO narrative in a way that no other President who has been asked about this topic in recent memory has done.

I’ve hand transcribed the short interview and you can read the text yourself, below. Let’s review the key points that came out of this interview.

From Fantasy to Reality: An Important Reset of the UFO Narrative

If I had to sum up the President’s comments in a single phrase, I’d say he is taking the topic from fantasy to reality:

• President Trump acknowledged the topic with authority.
• President Trump acknowledged actual sightings by Navy pilots.
• President Trump acknowledged having “one very brief meeting on it”.
• President Trump gave permission for those in the military – the pilots – who are seeing these objects to ‘think whatever they think’.
• President Trump acknowledged that something is different about more recent sightings.

Where things go from here regarding any further information or statements from this administration, will be interesting to see.

Declining to ‘Go There’; Setting the Boundaries of Discussion

The President, though, also set clear limits in his statements. Because of this, no one can tag him as agreeing with views that can easily run a wide range in this topic area.

Let’s be clear as well that the President posed a follow up question himself and then rhetorically answered it, saying: “Do I believe it? Not particularly.” [Emphasis added.]

Interestingly, the President’s comments completely took the focus off of aliens or ‘extraterrestrials’, which he was specifically asked about. He deftly side-stepped the extraterrestrial question, preferring instead to compliment Navy pilots, emphasizing their expertise, saying “our great pilots would know”.

They do say, I mean I’ve seen and I’ve read and I’ve heard and I did have one very brief meeting on it but people are saying they’re seeing UFOs.

Do I believe it? Not particularly.

GS: Do you think you’d know, if there were evidence of extraterrestrials?

DJT: Well I think my great, our great pilots would know.

And some of them see things that are a little bit different than in the past.

So we’re going to see. But we’ll watch it you’ll be the first to know.

Where in Physical Space Will the Space Force Be Focused?

Addressing the environment in the lower earth orbit in particular is most likely necessary to facilitate the smooth, legal and effective operation of key aspects of human activity in space.

With the spread of technology across countries, and the development of many countries’ space capabilities, besides being a military and commercial domain, there are of course also diplomatic, civilian (exploration and tourism), scientific (exploration and information) and other key aspects of the domain of space.

Protecting the Space Domain From Space Pirates, Hostile Nations and Rogue Elements

I recently wrote an article, Space Pirates Are a Problem, which presented information from a congressional hearing on space policy that reviewed issues that may be presented by space pirates and hostile or rogue nations.

Will the Focus of Space Force and Any Space Pirates’ Activity First Be in Low Earth Orbit?

With the expansion of the technological capabilities of humanity, we now have both the military element and the business elements becoming more active in the range of orbits of this planet. This includes their associated assets and information transmission and reception between assets and with the Earth.

This means physical and technical assets, human beings, communications and pathways of travel in need of protection. Proper function of activities in Earth’s orbits require:

1. Safety of assets in orbit and passing through orbit,
2. Clear ownership and honoring ownership of physical and technical assets,
3. Protection and security of human beings present,
4. Rules of use for assets in orbit,
5. Access to pathways through orbit,
6. Access to levels of orbit,
7. Security of transmission and reception of information between assets, and
8. Security of transmission and reception of information between assets and the Earth.

Initially, will most of space activity in the near term likely occur in lower earth orbit? This is the domain of most satellite activity, and the domain of new proposed global satellite networks.

Lower Earth Orbit is a Gateway

With many countries and companies working on new satellite networks, keeping the peace and maintaining competitive position both militarily and commercially will be key.

In addition, low earth orbit is the physical gateway to higher orbits around Earth (MEO, medium earth orbit, and HEO, high earth orbit).

Low earth orbit is also a physical gateway for exit routes to leave the planet, such as venturing outward for scientific exploration, or undertaking commercial activity like traveling to asteroids for mining activity.

As much as we can have fun with this concept and joke about it, the potential for space pirates’ activity in the burgeoning space industry is already a problem.

This was confirmed at a Senate hearing in May, 2019.

Solaris News and Commentary: Space Pirates are a Problem

At the public space policy meeting on May 14, 2019, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Aviation and Space, held a hearing on The Emerging Space Environment: Operational, Technical, and Policy Challenges, which included several prestigious guests who are experts in military and civilian American space policy.

The theme of this meeting was about coordinating policy efforts and activities between civilian and military groups.

At the hearing, he also spoke these words:

• Since the ancient Greeks first put to sea, nations have recognized the necessity of naval forces and maintaining a superior capability to protect water borne travel and commerce from bad actors.  Pirates threaten the open seas, and the same in possible in space.      ~ Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator on May 14, 2019

A Space Force is Necessary, Because… Pirates

After Senator Cruz made his introductory points, the head of NASA concurred with his sentiments.

Although Administrator Bridenstine did not detail the incidents, he did confirm  that advancing current commercial space development efforts have shown “that is not always safe”.

• We are in a place now, where NASA is working really hard to help advance and develop commerce in space, and ultimately what we are seeing, unfortunately, is that that is not always safe.      ~ Jim Bridenstine, Administrator, NASA on May 14, 2019

The implication here is that incidents have already occurred that show that protection of key American assets in space is at a critical juncture.

Space is a Military and Commercial Domain

American policy considers space as a domain. In military terms, this means a space, physical or non-physical, worth fighting for.

Per Merriam-Webster, a domain is:

1. A territory over which dominion is exercised, and
2. (Law) Complete and absolute ownership of land.

While domain has referred to land in law, it has been expanded expanded in military practice first to address any physical area requiring dominion for the safety and security of the country (land, sea, water); the concept was then extended to address the non-physical domain of cyber technology and now space, including the range of earth orbits.

As Senator Cruz said in his opening remarks:

• From efforts to foster the growth of the commercial space sector, to the return of American astronauts to the moon in the next few years, to the creation of a Space Force, the space domain is more active than ever.

Where Is the Pirate Threat Coming From?

The threats of piracy is coming from advancing the extent of the space domain to fuller use by our military and commercial elements.

Senator Cruz explained the size of the opportunity during his comments at the policy meeting:

• By some estimates, the space sector will grow to nearly $3 trillion in value in the next three decades alone.”.      ~ Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator on May 14, 2019

I believe that Senator Cruz chose his words carefully, and he used the notion of space pirates to illustrate a point; that we are dealing with a lawless force and one out for purely self-serving gain.

• As the United States looks to foster the commercialization of space, return to the Moon, travel to Mars, and encourage burgeoning industries such as asteroid mining, in which a small asteroid could contain rare materials such as platinum worth billions, a Space Force may well prove necessary to help provide certainty in ensuring that these efforts are successful, have longevity, and are not to be subjected to the whims of rogue or hostile nations.      ~ Ted Cruz, U.S. Senator on May 14, 2019

This piracy element may or may not be represented by the recognized nations of the world, but by rogue or hostile elements within them, or by elements comprising an entirely new concept of what a nation really is.

Just as maritime non-state actors – also known as pirates – represent a threat on the open seas of the planet, space non-state actors are potentially a threat as well, and unknown instances have apparently proven this to key individuals in American commercial, military and government space efforts.

I have written a handful of articles explaining there is a high likelyhood that metal UFOs are human advanced technologies; part of secret programs that the public is unaware of.

UFOs are unidentified flying objects. That means they could be anything up in the sky with the status unidentified, meaning, we do not know what it is, who developed it, and/or who operates it.

Why then have UFOs been consistently described as alien? What if alien doesn’t refer to the UFO occupants, but rather their legal and accounting status?

In this case, the more common definition of alien (a stranger from another land) may be the bogeyman created to distract us from claiming 100% full and transparent ownership of our own assets and the expanded scientific knowledge that they represent.

In my article What if UFOs are the Psyop?, I ask the question: What if the (metal) UFOs are advanced human technologies that the public doesn’t know about?  

I believe that I have discovered why advanced human technologies (UFOs) are described as ‘alien’.  We have assumed that alien means ‘not from Earth’. But what if we are subject to a duplicitous use of the term alien?

Alien UFOs: The Secret of What this Term Means

In the detailed article, Aliens Represent A Lien Upon Property, I explain how I’ve arrived at my conclusions. I’ve come to believe that the description ‘alien UFO’ is an exact reference to the legal and accounting status of human advanced technologies.

Alien UFO

In legal and accounting terms, ‘alien UFO’ literally means title is assigned to another party (alien) of this advanced technology (UFO).

Alien is a verb in legal and accounting terms that means to transfer title by act rather than by legal means.  It is a description of property where title is transferred not within the law, but through an act outside of the law.

A Lien UFO

Less obvious, but still relevant to our discussion, ‘a lien’ is a legal and accounting term reflecting that an asset is encumbered by a creditor.

Thus ‘a lien UFO’ would be short for a lien upon a UFO, meaning a financial encumbrance has been placed upon advanced technologies. I wonder if it is a term you’d use in an accounting ledger to keep track of payments.

Think about it this way – if the government assigns a third party to build advanced technology, owes money to the third party but doesn’t pay, the third party could potentially place ‘a lien’ upon the advanced technology. The lien would co-opt a portion of the revenue stream of the government as payment for the technology, over time.

I include the definition here of a lien to be thorough. If payment is not fully made for property that is under a lien, I believe that the lien holder can claim the property as their own in payment of the debt owed.

These Mechanisms Potentially Give a Third Party Control Over Advanced Technologies

UFOs are owned by aliens. Here’s how:

Whether by use of a lien that is unpaid, whereby property is then claimed, or by actual alien of the property through transfer of title, the mechanism of a lien or of aliening could potentially allow a third party to claim title of and to operate advanced technologies, i.e. UFOs.

Now, a third party potentially operates the advanced technologies by:

1. Alienating (aliening) the property outside the law in an act that is legally defined but potentially not actually legal, i.e., potentially not constitutional, or
2. A lien upon the property which if unpaid could potentially lead to the lien holder claiming ownership the assets.

Aliens Have Been Used to Obscure the Truth of Ownership of Human Advanced Technologies

Whether there are beings from other planets, or if there is life in the galaxy, doesn’t actually matter to this discussion. I’m not saying alien life does or does not exist.

We are talking about manipulations of our law to claim ownership of assets, it’s as straightforward as that.

In summary, the description ‘alien UFO’ means either:

1. Advanced technology encumbered by a creditor. (From a legal and accounting perspective it is under a lien.)
2. Advanced technology with title assigned to another party. (It is alien or alienate from it’s original owner, from a legal and accounting perspective).

Knowing the Truth, Legal and Accounting Remedies Can Be Applied

My conclusion is that the description ‘alien UFO’ has been used to obscure the fact that the unidentified objects in the skies are human advanced technologies that are assets in some way encumbered from full and transparent use by the original legal owners and financial backers of that property.

Most likely, the original legal owners and financial backers of some numbers of these assets (advanced technologies or UFOs) are the American people through their legal and constitutional government.

These are human terms relating to human activities.  Are there actual extraterrestrial beings not from Earth? From the standpoint of legal and accounting matters here on Earth, that is a different and unrelated topic.

Some number of ‘alien UFOs’ are simply assets with title transferred to alternate owners or encumbered by alternate parties, that’s simply the actual legal and accounting definition of the term.

In my research, I came to the conclusion that a major shift clearly has taken place whereby dominion over some number of the assets of key areas of our space and / or low orbit capabilities have been reclaimed for more transparent military use by the public government of the United States under President Trump.

Space Force: Has a Truce Allowed Use of Assets Previously Restricted or Encumbered?  

I believe some sort of ‘truce’ or agreement is what is allowing the Space Force to come into fruition, fully. 

The promise of Space Force for the American population equates with new employment opportunities in technology and science, for the transparent expansion of the United States’ military domain, and for the advancement of scientific education in schools and universities. That’s because transparent, public expansion would likely open up a technology revolution.  

However, I feel that this is a revolution that has in large part already occurred in private. So the outflow of privatized scientific understanding and resources into the public arena, could potentially create a huge increase in economic activity and opportunity, and in more comprehensive education in the scientific realms at all levels of education.

Such an expansion should benefit the government, military, intelligence agencies, corporate players and the public as well.  If there is a bulk of activity that has occurred behind the scenes, the opening of some levels of transparency could be important to the national economy, to military and intelligence recruiting, to the education system, to national pride, and to the people of this country.

Beyond economic, national pride, and educational opportunities, the ability to transparently include the assets and operations of the US Space Force in national budgets represents the opportunity to bring fiscal accounting and operation command and effective administration back into line with the transparency our Constitution advocates and requires.

The status of our advanced technologies are a reflection of these forces: There has been an underlying tension and tug between what is privatized and classified, and what is public and transparent.

Even the fact that this situation has existed is still not widely known.  The key area it has been reflected in, in our national consciousness, is in UFOs. Those mysterious objects that fly through the sky – maybe they are from another planet in the solar system or galaxy – or maybe not.

As I postulated in my article What if UFOs are the Psyop?, perhaps this ‘extraterrestrial’ phenomena of metal UFOs in particular is a cover for our own human advanced technologies.

Now, that would be interesting, because the way this field of UFOs, and those participating in their study, are criticized and shunned is the perfect protection for advanced technological capabilities. Any unusual craft in the skies are a topic that no one with any degree of professional training or with any stake in entrenched careers will touch… sounds like the perfect protection and the perfect cover.

However, if the existence of working advanced technologies were more widely acknowledged, this would create significant momentum for transparency. I addressed a rational argument as to why it is likely that these capabilities exist in the article UFO Primer Part 2.

Again, this movement to transparency is nascent but strongly supported behind the scenes. We know this because the creation of the United States Space Force was announced at all.

Significant powers were behind the development of advanced technologies by both our government, represented by the military and the intelligence agencies, by corporate forces vying for dominance and to win contracts, and potentially by a more shadowy element or rogue forces, somehow involved and pursuing their own agenda unknown to the public. 

We can conjecture that the combination of national security with the creation of powerful assets and capabilities, created a huge power structure sometimes at odds with, and balancing against, the public government.

It’s easy to judge this structure in hindsight. But let’s look back from a higher level view. We could argue that this had to happen this way, given the perceived need for secrecy and security, that then led to off-book and black budgets, and was reflected in obtuse government accounting. 

Catherine Austin Fitts and Mark Skidmore have tracked $21 trillion of off budget or unknown spending in two departments of the government, alone, for example, and Catherine estimates more than $20 trillion in additional spending may have occurred.  Some people do not understand that this money is not just lying around, waiting to be spent on new items. This money most likely financed significant national security or other infrastructure. According to Fitts, this means that under the US Constitution, we own it (the American public owns these off-book assets). 

However, these secret programs and capabilities were commanded in a highly classified and compartmentalized structure, and therefore the most likely effect is that it was hard to keep track of and it was hard to control, by the elected government.  

See this interview by Sara Westhall and Catherine Austin Fitts for more detail and information on this highly interesting and major yet practically unknown influence on the American economy and society.

Given the state of the United States government, including the corruption and the influence of both foreign, criminal and self-serving elements that has become obvious especially since the financial crash of 2008, who is to say that this wasn’t the best strategy to protect our assets and highly classified technology? 

What came first? Did the secrecy lead to corruption, or did the corruption create the secrecy? We simply don’t know at this point with the little information publicly available.  

To what extent was secrecy important to protect against unknown enemies? And to what extent did secrecy keep highly classified information out of the hands of corrupt or rogue actors? The answers at this point are unknown.

There is a lot of talk nowadays in general about the system being broken. We can counter that it appears what has been broken over some period of time are our laws, and that once the perception exists that laws are too frequently broken, the trust in our system erodes, as does the acceptance that classification always means national security, rather than political expediency or competitive position, is at stake.

However what we can wonder is whether transparency will bring assets and their use back into the correct balance, with the transparent public operation of constitutional governance.

And, we can assert that at this point, that it would appear that increased transparency is in the interest of national security, at the highest levels.

I have discovered stunning evidence of cloaked ships in the sky at the Whidbey Island Missile Incident. Were these cloaked ships part of ‘the specialized weapons package’ that shot down the missile?  They were present in the sky for hours prior to the missile launch.

I analyze the presence of the craft, which appear to be advanced human technology, and tell you an interesting story of what was waiting in the sky, ready  to leap into action, prior to the missile launch of June 10, 2018 over Whidbey Island.

What Was Waiting at Whidbey Island Before the Missile Incident on June 10, 2018?

It Appears as Much as a Fleet of Ships – In Front of the Cloud Bank – is Waiting in the Sky

Some of These (Advanced Human Tech) Ships Appear Visibly Cloaked to Look Like Stars – And Held Their Position in the Sky for Hours

Further Analysis Reveals a Cloaking Field Surrounding Many of these Objects

These are not stars – but they do have the signs of being ships surrounded by a cloaking field. My analysis over many articles and videos on this blog has revealed that a geometric shape may emanate from cloaked highly advanced craft in the sky. And that is what we see here:

Were these Cloaked Advanced Air Force Technology, Space Force, or Secret Space Program Craft? Are These a Part of the Specialized Weapons Package?

I located three objects with particularly prominent cloaking fields and positioned them in the approximate position they held in the sky prior to the missile launch. They appear to be ‘posing’ as stars in the night sky.

In the photo below, the craft are enlarged, and I have edited the lighting and color in the images of these objects, to show the cloaking fields.  I have also edited the lighting and color in the original missile incident photograph for effect. The actual size of these objects in the sky is shown in the video that accompanies this article (link above).

Here I have put the cloaked ships – most likely from advanced Air Force programs, or the Space Force, or secret space programs – in the approximate location they appeared in the sky. The size of the ships is greatly enhanced to reveal their cloaking technology and the ships’ cloaking fields.

There are Two Types of Advanced Craft in our Skies that Appear to Human Beings to be UFOs

In the Whidbey Island Missile Incident Part 2, I address human advanced technologies.

In my view it is important to differentiate that there are two types of advanced craft in our skies that appear to human beings to be UFOs:

1. Advanced human technology (like the cloaked ships in the photographs in this Whidbey Island article).
2. Higher dimensional (galactic) technology (like the UFO of the type that turn off nuclear missiles, in the photo below, which appeared during the Hawaii Missile Incident).

Here is an article about another nuclear missile incident, in Hawaii in January 2018, where galactic, higher dimensional UFOs or lightships were present. These types of UFO have been known to deactivate the nuclear components of nuclear missiles, and significant research has been done on this topic (see Robert Hastings work at UFOHastings.com).

President Trump US Space Force Announcement

The cloaked craft in the photos above are the type of technology that I would expect would be in advanced, elite and secret Air Force Programs, or the Space Force, or the secret space programs. In the article below, I review President Trump’s Space Force announcement.

In my view, now that we see that there is cloaked technology in our skies, President Trump’s initiative to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management system makes much more sense – and appears much more urgent.

Text and analysis of President Trump’s speech on June 18,2018 regarding establishment of the US Space Force. The President also announces a new Executive Order:

“In a few moments I will sign a new directive to federal departments and agencies. They will work together with American industry to implement a state-of-the-art framework for space traffic management… Two previous administrations tried and failed to develop a system to deal with congested conditions in in orbit. We are finally going to get it done. It’s going to happen fast.”
