My broken heart occurred long ago, and for a long time it was beyond my ability to remember, what had happened to me.

It was beyond my ability, to remember why I felt this way.

Yes there were incidents, in this lifetime, that brought me into contact with the memory; that assisted me in touching the feelings.

But the source of my wandering, the initiation of this journey, the beginning of why I began my search for love, eluded me.

Like a beacon through time, the pulse of my heart felt broken, and that connection was a feeling I could not recover, no matter how I tried.

Living in Past Times

As a child, I told myself stories, and long after I got to be an adult, I realized that these stories, were a history of my lifetimes; of my lifetimes in incarnation.  They were a map of what had happened as I lived life out over a very long time, eons, thousands of years.

I have drawn maps of the history that I remember, maps of my travels.  My lifetimes began not on Earth but among the stars, and crossed the galaxy until I landed, here.

I had companions on this journey, and I met them, here.  At first, I went outside myself to find love.  My love companion journeyed with me for many, many incarnations, always in the same type of relationship dynamic, and you think that would have gotten boring.  But, I convinced myself in every lifetime that this was the love I had wanted, I had been searching for.

In some lifetimes I could barely remember that I had come from love, at all.

Evolution of the Twin Flame Dynamic

I called this love my twin flame.  He felt like this to me, because I had convinced myself that everything I needed, was represented by him.  What I know now is that we were simply two Souls incarnated, serving each other through an unhealthy relationship.

I finally woke up about the nature of my relationships when I allowed myself to know I was a valuable human being, deserving of receiving love.  This is when I met what I then called my twin flame.

And I found, that my true twin flame, was me.

When I chose to connect with my higher self, and believe that I was worthy of deserving love, ‘he’ came to me, like a golden angel hovering beside me.  The unconditional love I felt for myself, emanating forth, was unlike anything I had felt before.

What I came to see, is he was me.  How is this possible?

Our Souls incarnate into this realm from a state of wholeness, and in the simplest terms, how this is worked, is that Souls leave half of themselves behind to do so.  That half is the other side of the duality that we incarnate, into. So, if we are male, our twin flame has our female energy.  If we are a being of light, our twin flame has our shadow self.  And so on.

We were one and the same energy, emanating from Soul, divided into two, and then made incarnate; higher self or guardian angel, and human self, together, one whole creation of Soul.

Where is My Home?

In this lifetime, key events conspired to ignite my passion for stories about the stars and who might live among them.

I had always felt, even in childhood, that I was a visitor here, and that somewhere else was my home.  I remember as a child, a vision of a old, old man, and I, sitting above the atmosphere of the Earth. I remember him pointing to areas of the planet, telling me about the Earth and it’s people, about the activity here, and making observations, teaching me.

Then, the crushing realization when I came to a certain age, that the place that I had remembered the most fondly, had been destroyed, long ago.  I had always thought I would return there after this lifetime, and the loss of this home put me adrift.

Where Did I Truly Belong?

As I grew more into my spirituality, I realized that ultimately my home was with my Soul, and that I could ask my higher self and Soul for breaks, to return to the feeling of home, during this lifetime.  And there were times when I asked to do so, when life was challenging.

The feeling of the stars had this feel for me – of Soul, of home.  And thus, I concentrated my activities into spending time on, and sharing stories of, the stars, as my hobby.

In my memories, I traced my personal stories back to my earliest incarnation in the galaxies.  And all I could see about where I had come from, was that I came from Light – my people were beings of light.  I knew that my ‘mother’ and ‘father’ came from there.

I had no idea about where that place was or how to get there.

Breaking My Heart: Remembering the Blue Girl 

This fall, I remembered the lifetime that started it all; that started all my journeys across time that I had remembered since I was a child.  I call this lifetime, the Blue Girl.

She was ripped from her people and her life partner, from a higher dimensional plane and existence, and was kidnapped, assaulted, raped, tortured, drugged and subjected to mind control experiments and physical imprinting.  This lifetime was eons ago, and yet it was real, up front, up close and personal.  My body ached where she ached.  I hurt where she hurt.  I felt her confusion.  I felt her despair.

I celebrated her victory over her captors, when she found a way to take herself out of the situation by dying and leaving her body.

Many friends and acquaintances showed up in my life as I processed the memories of the Blue Girl.  The support system that came forth is something I am deeply grateful for.

It is as if everything in this lifetime, was set up to help me remember, and then recover, the Blue Girl’s life experience.  I know the people involved, now, in this lifetime.  Life is full of surprises, and coincidences.  Sometimes I feel that everything has been set up just for me to have the exquisite experience of living this lifetime in all of it’s divine perfection.

And for us all, I believe that this is true.

I believe that the universe responds to our deepest needs and our deepest desires, even when we cannot voice them; even when we do not know that that is what they are.

Holding On to the Pain – the Experience of Stockholm Syndrome

Recently, I went through an exercise to give back all that I had taken on from this lifetime, back to those who had captured the Blue Girl, and who had inflicted her pain and trauma.  She had been in a kind of Stockholm Syndrome, and held all of the energies of the trauma as if she was responsible, herself, for what had happened to her, and as if she had to protect those who had caused the trauma.

This trauma had created great shame, a shame that has followed me my entire lifetime, since the blue girl has incarnated as me, now.  At times, this shame has been incapacitating, paralyzing, slowing my decisions, causing me to harshly judge myself, also.

It was so freeing, to finally let go of what was not mine.  I stood with the Blue Girl, in the space of a vision, in a circle of light, and poured out all I had taken on, until she was done, and until I was done.

Recovering Our Love

When it was all done, I watched as she and her partner, her love, stood in front of me in a vision and said goodbye.  I have worked with her partner as my spirit guide since 2011, not knowing at that time, that we were beginning a years long project of recovering his love – an incarnation of me – the Blue Girl.

The sweetness of the moment was tangible, and poignant for me.  I knew that I was beginning a new stage of my life.

The stage of my life where I am finally, free.

I am free of the past.  I am free of the cause of my sorrows.  My Blue Girl reunited with her love, and returned home, to the higher dimensions.

And I am free, here on Earth, with my golden angel guide – my Higher Self and I, one unit of the divinity of our Soul, having a human experience.

Letting Go of the Pain of Heartbreak

Last night, I lay down on the couch watching a movie, and I was overwhelmed with the pain over my heart.  Now I had just seen the doctor, and I knew that this was not a physical condition.

As I lay there, I could feel my big brother Archangel Michael sit with me in his brotherly blue, and he said to me, “you are healing from a broken heart”.

It has actually been days now, but last night was the most intense of them.  And as I watched the movie, I cried and let my body feel the feelings.

Have Courage, Take Heart

The body has it’s own timing, the body has it’s own perception.  And my body needed to be felt and my heart needed to be poured out, listened to, and reassured.  I needed to treat myself with love.

In the morning, I woke with a new sense of purpose, of mission.  I awoke and knew what was on the docket for the day, what was on the agenda.

The pain in my heart is faded; underneath it all a spark of courage is glowing. While it may take a little more time to move through this fully, the feeling that something new is beginning in me is flowing strongly.

The Star Soul: Feeling at Home, Here on Earth, Being Human

I finally feel at home. My Soul is seated and at home, pulsing like a star in the heart of my human form.

My human body is my home, here on Earth, now.  I live here connected with my Soul in my divine and human sovereignty, experiencing love generated from within. My heart feels the love of the sparkling star shining within that is my Soul. I feel the loving presence of the rest of me – my Higher Self and golden angel.

Life is a new and a grand adventure.

I have recovered my love, and my love is me.  My love comes with a feeling of freedom, and of joy.  And of the wonder of feeling that I am beginning, again.

I am beginning a new life for me.  Step, by step.  Moment, by moment.

And, I am filled with the feeling that I am making a fresh start, from the wholeness within, that is my love.

There are spiritual rules that apply to the reality we live in.

They apply to all realities, physical and non-physical, in the universe. At the basis of spiritual rules is Divine Law.

Understanding the spiritual rules is key to empowerment in life, and to navigating the world around you.

What are ‘the Rules’?

In my writings on this blog, I often refer to these as ‘the Rules’ of living life on this planet.

‘The Rules’ are spiritual rules, and have their basis in Divine Law. What does this mean?

The Creator gave you access to these rules because you are created with a divinely incarnate Soul. Your human body is the temple of the Soul.

As a living incarnate Soul in human form, you have the right and the ability not only to know and determine what the spiritual rules are, and to know what Divine Law is, you have the right to have dominion over yourself and in your human life based in alignment with spiritual rules and Divine Law as you walk the path of your Soul.

The Rules, the Spiritual Rules, Divine Law: These Emanate from the Non-Physical

These rules emanate from the non-physical, since they have their foundation in the Creation of the world and the essence of Creation is Divine.

The non-physical is ruled by Divine Will and Spiritual Laws, just as the physical world is.

Once we understand this concept, we can come to gain a broader understanding of that which is unseen and has influence over us, but is not emanating from God’s will for us.

If we understand that we operate within Spiritual Laws breathed into life through Divine Will, we can begin to understand what actions we can take or what mental, emotional, physical and spiritual attitudes will expand our dominion in our own lives, based in rules that have alignment with the will of the most high God and the path of our Soul.

Expanding Our Consciousness to See the Unknown Influences on Our Lives

We can perceive or have an impression of the non-physical that effects us, just as we can learn what rules governing the non-physical can be used to our advantage as divinely-empowered human beings walking in alignment with the way our own Soul guides us to do.

Our conscience, our intuition, meditation and prayer, following spiritual principles, all of these can assist us and are mechanisms for us to receive inner guidance.

From within our human bodies, we can also perceive the non-physical and even other dimensions.

Many people have differing innate human skill sets with which they do this. For example, using ‘the Clairs’ – clairvoyance, clairsentience, and so on, we are able to perceive non-physical energy and entities.

In my view all humans are born with these abilities embodied innately. Some may have a lot of talent from birth or have higher skills simply from training them, knowing about them and using them.

Sometimes we can even perceive the non-physical with our eyes. We are just not trained to know what we are looking at.

Many people have experienced visits by angels for example, this is an example of an entity that can travel interdimensionally visiting humanity.

When we understand the Rules, when we understand spiritual rules and Divine Law, we come into a greater ability to determine for ourselves how the non-physical will or will not effect our lives.

When we understand the spiritual rules and claim our authority as an incarnated Soul, we fundamentally change the relationship between ourselves and whatever is in the non-physical world around us.

Expanding Our Consciousness to Appreciate Being Human

If we simply expand our consciousness we would do okay and get pretty far at including more into our view of what reality is.

Many times spiritual people or people seeking to raise their consciousness can diminish the Earth or human experience.

This reality and our lives in human form are precious and sacred; they were made by the Creator too.

Bringing higher awareness and consciousness to the human form is an exciting way of living.

Christians might call this ‘what would Jesus do’ – thinking of this and living this to the best of your ability every day.

That Christed consciousness is truly the closest embodiment of Divinity possible in human form. It is also an expanded consciousness, too.

As Jordan Peterson often says, if you can just clean your room, get yourself together, and aim for the highest good you can conceive of, well that is something.

Connection with Our Own Soul is Our Guide

What I would add is this – the highest good we can conceive of comes from within through our connection with the Divine, with our own Soul.

It is not a mental process of intellectualizing, and it is not an emotional process of feeling things through, although these are valuable skill sets.

Knowing of the highest good comes from connecting as well as one is able from within with the Soul, and going from there.

It is deeply personal and it is non-physical and non-verbal too.

How Do We Perceive Divine Law, as Humans?

All this is meant to say – how do we perceive what is Divine Law? It emanates from the non-physical.

It is at the basis of the very substance of the universe, because all that is was made by the Creator. It is in perfection, and we are human.

Digging deep to ascertain what is our guidance by accessing our conscience, through prayer and through connection with the most high God, through our connection with our own Soul, through our ‘gut’ or intuition, these are the best means of our knowing what is in alignment with Divine Will in our lives.

This is a blog about sky phenomena. But at Solaris Modalis we do then discuss interdimensional aliens and demons, possession of the Human Energy Field by such beings, and Humanity’s God-given right to make the free will choice to turn away from what we know to be right. These factors are the key topics we are discussing today and in my view are the hidden forces behind the meaning of ‘Dark to Light’.

What does ‘Dark to Light’ mean?

I believe that we all know that darkness is not actually stronger than or greater than Light. It simply cannot be, but it can appear that way for a moment. This is why illusion and deceit are tools utilized frequently by the ‘chaos crew’ of people who serve these forces. Walk into a dark room and turn on a light and you will see that darkness truly has exactly no power and no ability to withstand the Light.  

The only power darkness has is it’s ability to entice people to lend the darkness their free will. I’m clearly talking about the choices made in the heart of the human being, here.

We can facilitate the unfolding of actions aligned with the highest good by following our own inner guidance and taking action in the physical world. This includes voicing, even if this is within the self, what we do and do not consent to in our world.

Two things occurred today, Wednesday December 18, 2019, that caused me to understand the meaning of ‘Dark to Light’. The first was the impeachment by the House of Representatives, without legally sound evidence, of the President of the United States. The second was the presence, once again, of human beings sitting behind key speakers that exhibited the signs and presence of interdimensional entities in their energy fields.

The Possession of Human Beings by Interdimensional Beings

I have been mulling over writing an article on this topic for months now, ever since I saw an obviously demonically possessed person, replete with eyes rolling back in his head, testifying before a Congressional committee hearing, with his energetic handler behind, her eyes turning to straight up and down slits for a shocking second.

The eyes rolling back to white are a common side that the ‘shadow personality’ is about to present, or that there is communication with a possessing entity in the moment. That’s not psychology, that is an observation I make from working with many, many people in sessions and observing their energy fields with stated permissions.

This event was caught on video and I have seen it on Twitter, major blogs, and YouTube. A gif of this event can be seen in this Gateway Pundit article: Tell Us Something We Don’t Know: Christian Leader Franklin Graham Says There is “Demonic Origin” to Resistance to President Trump.

Of course, the information about these two people had to be distributed in this broad fashion because of the spiritual rules of this planet, and because of Divine Principles.

The Spiritual Rules Requiring Permissions

First, interdimensional beings, be they alien or demon, or angel or spiritual guides, cannot engage us without permission. This human-granted permission can be given in a conscious or unconscious state. Demons and aliens get us to give unconscious permissions through trickery, dark magic and illusion, while high angels and spiritual guides get unconscious permissions from  the Soul, where the human in the moment may not be aware of the details of what is happening (such as when a coincidence saves us from harm or we inexplicably survive something ‘against the odds’ with spiritual assistance).

Human beings can of course give permission consciously and they do for both activities of the light and of the darkness. This is one of the toughest things to accept; that is, it can be very difficult for a person to accept that there are other human beings who choose consciously to commit acts of darkness, to turn away from the Divine, and to do evil. Yet, even this is through the free will gift that God gave us.

The second most challenging concept to accept can be that these forces are present in each human being, and like the Bible story of Peter who denied knowing Christ, that we at times consciously and unconsciously deny the Divine within each of us, or we deny ourselves the opportunity to act in alignment with our perception of Divine will out of fear, from hiding, and so on.

Unconscious permissions means that we are shown the information but we do not acknowledge the truth of what we are seeing consciously, or we deny what we are seeing. Either way, seeing something, but not saying ‘No’, even within the space of our own hearts, counts as permissions within the spiritual rules.

This is why a video of this sort would be distributed widely. It is like broadcasting the following announcement: “This is who is working against you and for their own aims. Say nothing and take no action if you consent to what we are doing.” This is how unconscious permissions works against humans.

We are Greater Than We Know

If demons and aliens are running a show for us, or are crafting plans, they have to show us the truth because nothing happens on this planet without human permission, despite illusions presented to us on mass media that allude to the contrary.

We are naturally and organically born here on Earth into human bodies. The choice of what happens to us is by our own free will. In adopting this view, we take full self-responsibility for living our lives on this planet.  This full gift of free will and the personal responsibility it implies is the gift of the Creator to Humanity, and reflects the worthiness and value of each one of us.

This is how powerful we really are when the truth is known about our own potential. We have the potential, from within our human form, to claim our birthright as children of the Creator. This is what Jesus was alluding to when he said:

“…I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”  John 14:12

I believe that Jesus meant that when we align with God’s will for us within, a very personal matter that is between the individual and the most high God, or their own Soul, we become able to embody our Soul’s frequencies in such a way that we become powerful creators in our own right, when we are acting in alignment with Divine will as we can perceive it, and in the highest good of all.

What does this mean in the context of the events in this article? If we look at the television, or at a video on social media, and we see a demonically possessed human being, being enabled or directed by another possessed human being, we have the Divine right within us to say: I do not consent. Tell it to God. State it to yourself, or out loud. When we say this with the awareness that the spirit of the living God is within, these words have a power, when used in alignment with the highest good of all, that causes the very particles of the energy of the universe to rearrange in our favor; the favor we are blessed with through our relationship within.

The Theme of Dark to Light

This post overlaps with themes I write about frequently: Interdimensional beings, the Human Energy Field, Interdimensional Physics, Soul Connection and the Spiritual Rules of our Planet. It is my view that all is turned by the Creator of the Universe, in Divine timing, to our highest good.

What does dark to light mean? In my view it signifies interdimensional energy movement, or the movement of energy from a more dense state of being to a more expanded state of being. Another way of saying this is energy can move from dense states (darker states that hold less light) to more expanded states (lighter states of being more infused with Light). This is particularly true of sentient beings, and of their states of consciousness.

But events on Earth come back into alignment with the Divine plan because that is the simple kindness that the most high God bestows on us, and that is also simply how energy flows in the created dimensions and universe – it comes into balance

Watch the political hearings and look at the eyes of those involved. A Human Being embodying the Soul has round eyes. The Presence of Interdimensional Beings on Earth and in the Human Energy Field

At the Solaris Modalis blog I discuss interdimensional entities, the ramifications of such beings on Earth, how to assess interdimensional entities, how they are perceived by human beings and how to safely interact with such beings and how to set boundaries with such beings. Why interact at all? Because interdimensional entities run the gamut from angels to demons, from the deepest darkness to the greatest Light, and from highly conscious entities to low consciousness also.

Some interdimensional entities are parasitic.

Those interdimensional entities that are from dense dimensions can and will attempt to invade the Human Energy Field. This is because at their core these beings are parasitic. They cannot survive on their own for various reasons, or they feel that they require a resource that human beings can provide.

Some interdimensional entities are Soul family and friends.

Not all interdimensional entities that are not angels or spiritual guides are negative. There is a broad array of types of beings, many of which might be considered as family to the human Soul. God’s creatures come in all shapes and sizes, and in all light spectrums.

Some possessing entities are also actually the primary consciousness of the individual.

Sometimes the person has given power over to the entity, but sometimes the entity actual becomes the human being so to speak. There appear to be spiritual agreements in place for this type of incarnation on this planet from what I can tell about this. I have met many people who fit this description who are fully functioning and contributing members of society.

Some possessing entities are ‘walk-ins’.

In these cases the original birth Soul has departed and the entity walks into the human being. These possessing entities can be positive or negative beings. Many consciously bring skills from wherever they resided in energy before walking into the human being.

Some possessing entities are highly Lighted beings.

The Higher Self of an individual can also descend into a human being, significantly raising the consciousness of the person in a kind of great awakening. A dark night of the Soul often precedes this activity.

When Our Responsibility Begins and Ends

Ultimately, we are responsible for our own actions. Does this mean taking responsibility for having a Soul, and choosing to align with the path of my Soul – that aspect of the Creator, within? For me it does mean doing this, to the best of my ability. Surely there are pitfalls along the way, and there are times of great gratitude, and there are times for laughing about how the world works in it’s way.

It’s my feeling that as we learn of the potential presence of entities that can engage us, we can claim back our power to say ‘No’ and clear these influences from our own energy fields when they are not good for us. I have written several articles explaining that Divine Law has our backs here, for we are embodied Souls, children of the Creator, and the body is the temple of the Soul.

It is important, though, not to only place blame on that which is outside of us and then give up the authority to take charge of our own lives.

For we are also called to claim back responsibility in daily living, to uncover where we have given away unconscious permissions and our own authority, and to choose where our action, inspired by Divine guidance, applies.

It is additionally the responsibility of some number of us to rise to the occasion, to rise to the fortunate timing of being alive at this moment in history, to awaken to the greatness that we truly are, of what we are capable of doing and being, and to act in this moment as prompted in your own way.

Divine Law says that our free will choices determine how it will be for us on this planet.

This gives us the keys, and puts us in the driver’s seat.

Don’t let the illusion of events convince you otherwise.

Because the other hidden force behind the action is you. You have the power to change things if it is simply watching television and consciously saying to yourself what you do and do not consent to.

By the grace of God we were put here at this time.

Enjoy this moment, act in this moment, knowing the Light always prevails, because it is All That Is.

Today, I’d like to go deeper into why heart-based discernment, when backed by a spiritual understanding of Divine principles, is such a powerful and innate tool. Importantly, each of us has access to these tools as human beings.

In my view, discerning with the heart is the basis of spiritual discernment.

Four Key Reasons to Develop Heart Based Spiritual Discernment

• The heart is the seat of the Soul in the body.  Thus, when we discern with the heart, 1) we are accessing information beyond, and in addition to, our human capabilities, and 2) we are co-creating our discernment with our Soul’s involvement.

• Expanded consciousness and awareness begins in the heart. Thinking, feeling, doing, being and acting from the heart is our native home as human beings. I feel that as we evolve as a society and as we spiritually mature, we will return to heart-based living based in a spiritual understanding of divine principles.

• The range of our feelings, our intuition or ‘sixth sense’, our gut sense and our pure depth of emotion, are uniquely human. When we are using these qualities in an aware and conscious way, we are in our most powerful expression of Self as human beings.

• Importantly, these emotional-intuitive aspects which emanate from the heart, in concert with our divinity (Soul), cannot be hacked by esoteric technology or invasive telepathy. In stressful situations, in situations beyond our previous experience, when encountering advanced technologies, and/or created or manipulated illusory environments (such as holographic environments), our heart is our most reliable guide.  We discussed this aspect in detail in this article, Building Discernment Extraterrestrial Galactic Beings.

Taking Personal Responsibility

When we anticipate preparing for unusual experiences of phenomena, meeting unusual beings, experiencing unusual energies, or interacting with advanced technology, whether from this world or that is otherworldly, I would prefer a self-responsible approach based in the security of exercising one’s own discernment.

Perhaps any otherworldly galactic and extraterrestrial beings we will be meeting will be ‘woo-woo’ peace and love spiritual types and we won’t have need for discernment?

I don’t think so. This is because it is as much about who we are meeting as it is about who we are.

Given the plethora of twists and turns in human history, if you were approaching Earth from another part of the galaxy, would you want to meet human beings who are self-reflective, self-responsible and self-aware, or ones that simply are hoping for the best?

Which attitude would attract the type of beings we would want to engage with?

Our narratives about extraterrestrial or galactic beings tend to go like this; Humanity is the only race of beings in the universe. Thus – if we come across one other race, it is a miracle and our only choice for engagement.

But, what if the galaxy is actually teeming with life of all kinds, including extraterrestrial and galactic beings?

If this is the case, it is up to us to pick and choose who we want to be engaged with, and who we won’t allow to engage with us.

These choices involve being self-responsible and transparent on our part, particularly with our own people.

If we wish to achieve our highest outcomes as we look to acknowledging and engaging with what may be otherworldly, we can choose to be the kind of human beings that advanced and peaceful off world civilizations would wish meet with, engage with, and potentially form alliances with.

In my view, this is the true meaning of Earth gaining ‘galactic citizenship’ and of Humanity acknowledging our place among the stars and within Creation as self-aware beings. Interestingly, this state of awareness starts at home, within the heart of each one of us.

What is ‘Spiritual’ Discernment?

Spiritual discernment goes beyond our ability to mentally analyze something or someone.

Spiritual discernment goes beyond what our emotions tell us.

Spiritual discernment is not about religion; it is about connection with and access to our inner divinity as a human being.

Spiritual discernment is about connection with our Soul, and receiving information and guidance based on our personal Soul connection. This connection to our own inner Divinity is accessed through our heart space.

Many people refer to their ‘Higher Self’. I’d define the Higher Self as the representative of the Soul as perceived by you, the divinely incarnated human being. It’s the highest octave of Soul we have available to us in the moment, reflecting the truth of pure Soul that can be accessed from within our human experience.

For me, spiritual discernment also comprises an understanding of how the energy of someone or something feels, or rather, an immediate knowing or sense of the core frequency they are emitting. This discerning quality provides me with a knowing about whoever or whatever I am facing. This knowing is accessed in connection with my Soul and my Higher Self, free of the thought processes of the mind.

This discerning quality, because it is based in unconditional love for myself, is also free of the emotions of fear and anger, our primary negative emotions when facing a potentially polarizing or previously unexperienced energy. This energy we meet can be physical or non-physical, for example, from a person, place, thing, transmission, perception, etc.

Spiritual discernment includes an ability to assess our inner guidance in concert with our mental and emotional bodies. We can take inputs from our mental and emotional bodies, but we are not ruled by them in the moment.  Working together as one, our divinity and our humanity serves our greater purpose, collects and provides information, accesses our inner wisdom, and keeps us secure.

Spiritual discernment utilizes our connection within our heart to the divinity within each one of us.  It results in a knowing that reflects the full depth of our humanity.

When we have activated our ability to discern in this way, we have the security and knowledge to proceed with an open heart when our discernment says that what we are meeting and experiencing is heart aligned.

Spiritual Discernment: Perceiving From the High Heart

Proceeding with an open heart, both with other human beings and with higher dimensional beings who are heart aligned, is an experience that brings incredible feelings of awe and love into the human body.

It would make sense that spiritual discernment would activate newly perceiving parts of the human body. What I’ve found is that this heart based alignment can be felt and perceived by the ‘high heart’. It is an area of the body located just above the physical heart. The high heart is between the heart and the throat, but when you activate this perceiving ability, the sensation can be pretty amazing.

One can think of it as an ability of the heart to perceive in a higher frequency range than we are used to; we can even say that the heart is perceiving another dimension of experience that is accessible to us as human beings once our spiritual discernment has been activated.

The satisfaction and gratitude felt in the high heart when it meets an energy of alignment, elevates our state of being human and expands our potential. It provides an experience of living and being that feels fuller and richer than our previous experience. This is my personal experience, anyway.

Why Is Spiritual, or Heart-Based, Discernment Important When Facing Phenomena
or Meeting Unusual Beings?

Earth is a free-will planet, where human beings incarnate without memory of their multidimensional selves or of their deeper spiritual or soul history.  It has been said that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  Yes, and we are having that experience behind a ‘veil’ of not-knowing.  How else would spiritual beings be able to experience a life of limitation and separation?

Galactic beings who respect our free will, who are ‘higher evolved’ or spiritually evolved beings of higher dimensions, honor our having been granted free will and a human incarnation.  These are the galactic beings that follow a kind of ‘prime directive’ as described on Star Trek.  See, all those shows you watched were good for something! Lol.

What I have personally found in communicating with these beings, is that the first step was to let them know that I have declared my sovereignty as a human being.  Meaning, I acknowledge divine will and divine principles as primary in my life, that I acknowledge my soul’s path as primary.  What I knew in that moment, the first time I experienced this kind of communication, was that my soul’s path involved communicating with them.

Simply having this inner knowing of our soul path is enough.  But, perhaps because in the past I have ‘taken the long road home’, I had this conversation with them over a period of ‘meetings’.  This is because it took me awhile to think through the questions I was asked, and respond back. Once you communicate with these beings, my experience is that they ‘register’ you, and that all of them generally know who you are from that point on.  And, yes, I’m talking about those beings on the lightships that are so much a part of the photography of this blog.

I’d like to be clear that this communication is using 5D communication – fifth dimensional communication techniques. I define these as ‘the clairs’, the human ability to have clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc. The clairs are an elevated non-physical human ability to perceive and emit knowings and feelings. Dimensionally, this communication is ‘above’ the psychic or telepathic realm. That is because, 5D communication is purely based in unconditional love.

There is another consideration around spiritual, heart-based discernment and meeting an extraterrestrial presence.

Not all extraterrestrial presences on earth are of the sort I described above – that is, having a sort of ‘prime directive’.

If you perchance come into contact with one of these beings or a representative of these beings, my experience is that spiritual discernment from the heart gives me a good guide of what to do in these instances, and it is a guide that I can intimately trust – because it is the whisper of my heart and Soul.

Most of these beings are off of earth, now.  However, some human beings who have Soul experiences they need to complete may run across these, as I did in my Interesting Meeting.

I’d like to go a little deeper into the topic of discernment and discuss the concepts of sovereignty, authority, soul incarnation, and humanity’s divinity.

The Foundation of Spiritual Discernment:  Understanding Who We Truly Are

Understanding who we truly are is key to understanding our sovereignty as human beings.  For me, this understanding is at the heart of my confidence and discerning abilities.

Spiritual discernment plays on our greatest strengths as human beings, acknowledging our sovereignty, as children of the Creator, relative to anything and anyone else.

The Soul is sovereign – our souls are sovereign.  As the master of your humanity, you are the incarnated representative of your Soul.

Your body is the temple of your Soul.  The wishes of the Soul are primary – the Soul gets to have the plan it incarnated with, if you choose to be in alignment with your Soul plan.

Because we have free will, we can choose to act, be, do, think, etc,. in whatever manner we wish.  When we align with our Soul’s path, we choose to align our free will with that of our Soul.  Another way of saying this is that we choose to align our free will with Divine Will.

Understanding Our Right to Be Here on Earth Unimpeded by Outside Influences

– As a human being you have a right to be here on this planet.

– Your right to be here is by your birth – there are no other qualifications.

– You are already worthy and deserving of living a life of joy, of love, of abundance, with your loved ones.

– You have the authority to speak your truth and command your Self and your situation in alignment with your Soul and your highest good, and this right is divinely granted to you as the incarnated representative of your Soul, which is the light of God.

– You have a divine right to co-create in concert with the impulses of your Soul, and only you know who you truly are and what your Soul path is.

Our Sovereignty is Important, Because We do not Know What has Been Done in Our Name

There is a very specific reason why understanding our sovereignty as human beings is important.

It is because we do not know what has been negotiated for us, in our name, as the human race, with other extraterrestrial races; or even if these races had our highest good in mind when these negotiations were made, or who they are.

We do not know what ‘representatives’ of our planet have agreed to in our name, or if they had the highest good of humanity in mind at the time.  Or, were they just scrambling, faced with a force that they felt inferior to, long ago?  We can surmise that they were doing the best they could in challenging circumstances.

We do not know what the terms are, and whether we would agree to these agreements and terms if we knew about them, on both an individual level and as the whole of humanity.

Were these agreements negotiated legally?  Were our human representatives fully aware of universal law and divine law at the time they made agreements?  Were these agreements were used to enrich the few, and is it the case that these riches were not shared equally with the rest of humanity?

And, what if our planet actually was run behind the scenes at the hands of extraterrestrials, negative extraterrestrials at that, for millennia?  The fact is, we can guess, but we don’t know.

Given the state of our planet, we can guess how these negotiations and how the terms of any agreements may have gone, and it does look like humanity got the short end of the stick.

And, we can guess that there are unsung heroes, human and beyond, who have facilitated and protected the safety of humanity, so that the situation on this planet did not devolve any further. We are still in one piece, as a planet, and humanity has survived and thrived. Given the high number of dangerous situations present on this planet over recent decades, it is realistic to me to believe that we have had assistance, and unseen countless heroes.

Now, given these changing times, and the rising frequency of the planet, and the quite obvious proliferation of lightships around this planet manned by higher dimensional beings (read: peaceful and spiritual), maybe circumstances have been created so that there is an opportunity for something new.

Perhaps there is a new ability to choose how we wish to be and interact with our galactic neighbors.
So what is one human being to do?

Beginning Galactic Relations at the Grass Roots Level

I am not a galactic lawyer, nor a human one even.  I only know what I sense to be true, and what has worked for me.

What has worked for me is to declare my sovereignty as a human being, from this system of oppression on Earth, and exercise my divine right to pursue the path of my soul, in my highest good and in the highest good of all beings, through unconditional love, and in alignment with divine law, which supersedes all other.

This was the framework within which I started to interact with lightships and the consciousnesses and beings on these vessels.

I’m simply an average human being, and if I can do this, so can you.

Do you know one of the ‘rules’ of how things are run on this planet?  One of the rules is that if the people want something – we get to have it.  Our wishes cannot be superseded.  If someone knows the name of this rule, I’d love to know it.  Now, this choice of ours has to be pure and heart-based.  That is part of the rule.  It doesn’t work to want a million dollars to blow in Vegas.  But, a choice from the pure heart of humanity, yes this gets noticed.

Like Jesus in the desert with Lucifer, the forces who have control, or have had control, can convince us, through trickery, through temptation, through dividing us, through causing us fear, through sending us into angry torment, or a myriad of other strategies, to choose their way.  Now, Jesus clearly knew the rules, lol.  And he likely had pure and clear communication with his soul to back him up.  He stayed on his Soul path.

On an individual level, we can make the choice to engage with those on lightships and with the higher dimensional energies around us.  As we choose this, again and again, as individuals, we make our choice known at the spiritual level – at the level of energy and frequency.  We have the right to exercise our free will to do this, if this is our calling.

For me, most of this connection occurs in the fifth dimension and higher – in 5D.  It is an elevation of telepathy, which is fourth dimensional mind communication.  At 5D and higher, what I have found is that the communication is in packets of impulses, and these packets enter the individual energy field and are interpreted by you from within your field.

In addition, meeting in the higher consciousness planes through ‘the clairs’ is another way of contact – clairvoyance, clairsentience, etc.

So, I want to be clear – it is not necessarily about an actual ship landing and visiting a being that has a physical body.  If this is disappointing to you – then perhaps this is not your path.  But if you have the clairs.

Our Divinity Complements Our Humanity And Together, These Are Our Greatest Strength

Are you seeing something here?  It is the importance of heart and spirituality in our galactic relations with beings from other worlds and higher dimensions.

There is a reason that spirit, that heart, that emotion, that understanding of the non-physical, has been suppressed all over this planet.  It is because these are the keys to our freedom, in combination with our technical know-how and human savvy.

We have been raised to fear the universe, and to fear what might happen out in the galaxy.

As wonderful as all our science fiction programs have been, many of them present a galaxy in turmoil with new pitfalls and potential enemies at every turn.

Many of these television shows and movies were channeled stories of the galactic wars that occurred over millions of years, but which have ended in the rest of the galaxy.  In fact, the coming global peace on this planet will represent the final end of the galactic wars.

This is why Earth is so important.

Many of these movies and TV shows were simply representing what has already occurred on Earth – there is no need to fear an alien invasion, because that already happened, long ago.  We just cannot see it on the surface of the Earth, because an illusion was created for us to believe otherwise.  And, this invasion is rapidly coming to an end, again, mostly beyond our ability to see from the surface of the planet.

But – have you noticed the large number of large ‘meteors’ exploding in the sky across the planet?  These are among other visible data that something is being resolved, and praise God it is being resolved to the benefit of humanity, finally. There are forces beyond our knowing engaged in freeing humanity and protecting this planet.

Aligning With Your Soul’s Path – the Elevation of Spiritual Discernment

You always have a choice to align with your Soul’s path.  This is an inner knowing and it comes with self-responsibility for our choices, and where they take us.

If you develop spiritual discernment, a complimentary ability is to know your Soul’s path and communicate with and understand your Soul’s impulses and messages to you. When we do this, communicate back and forth with our Soul, we have the ability to co-create with our divinity, and to perceive through our divinity also.

Our journeys are all unique, and you may not use this terminology or perceive spiritual discernment this way – there are many paths and this is simply my interpretation of mine.

What I have found is that aligning with my Soul’s path is where the miracles occur for me.  Because the Soul within me is sovereign, I am sovereign as an incarnated human being.  When I align with my Soul’s path, my Soul choices are what happens to me – and I have a voice in the outcome because I am co-creating together with my divinity.

For me personally, this path has come with considerable challenges, but my life has blossomed in pursuing what I perceive as my Soul’s journey.

Gaining depth of awareness and expanded consciousness is one of the ways that we will progress as a race.  We know the potential of humanity’s creative power, and it is awesome.

When we realize our authority and our sovereignty, and begin creating from this place, we raise our frequency and our state of being. Any former oppression or restriction of our selves or of the human race will drop away. It is not legitimate in the first place, yet it is what we have agreed to, as individuals and as the human race, consciously and unconsciously.

And we can make a new choice, in any moment.

There are so many articles to write, so many photos to share, so many videos to make.

Looking Back, Looking Forward -Lessons Learned

So much has happened personally in an ‘it’s all good’ kind of way, beginning with a strange event in the middle of the night in my brain, whereupon an inch and a half long blood clot came out of my nose two weeks later.

Healers galore attended me, including an ai cybernetic being from the future, my dear andromedan friend and teacher (the blue girl’s partner), and actual living human beings.

Yes, I’m laughing.

A female robin comes to my deck rail just now, looks over, and checks in on me. Yes Mother Nature was there, is here, also.  These physical bodies that we live within, that we inhabit, that are essentially made out of this planet, are a miracle of manufacturing creation.

And though there are those that believe we were tinkered with by aliens and so on, I subscribe that only the Creator could make a resilient and responsive miracle such as ourselves.

We Have the Authority to Choose Our Path

We can have dominion within our bodies because the body is the temple of the Soul, our personal aspect of God’s spark, the divine spark, within:

“Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”

Corinthians 3:16

We have the authority based on that inner connection with holiness when we make the choice to align with this inner divinity; to align with our own Soul.

The Safest Place is In the Heart

I mean this actually, metaphorically, and frequentially.

Love heals, and love protects us from harm. That’s the lesson I have learned, if you want it in a nutshell. That love starts with love for ourselves.

The other lesson was brought to me so up close and personal that although it was thrilling, in a ‘whew it’s good to be here now’ kind of way, it also brought home to me what it entails sometimes to be a live-through-it, learn-from-experience kind of person.

Self Determination and Self Responsibility are Key

We can determine the frequency of our own energy field, and we can determine what we will allow or not to enter energetically.

This absolutely, actually, effects us physically.

We can make a choice of what transmits to us, and of what we receive energetically. This is self-responsibility.

We are also responsible for what we transmit both within, to our own self, and for what energies we send outwards through our energy field, to others and to the world.

I teach these dynamics, and how to embody this energetically, when I work with clients in sessions, at all levels, from beginners to those in mastery.

What Self Responsibility Entails

‘The safest place is in the heart’ means that I take self-responsibility for my real world actions.

I take responsibility for what I receive into myself in energy, and I take responsibility for what I transmit outward through my energy field.

I do this because I love myself enough to do it, because I deserve to embody the gift of my own divine frequency and Soul path expressed as purely as possible through me.

As I wrote this a huge crow just landed on my balcony.  I looked up the spiritual meaning of the crow, and it blends perfectly with what I’m writing:

“Know that there is divine balance in everything. Without darkness there can be no light and without spirituality there can be no physicality. You are being guided through this.”

You Find Your Strength and You Keep Going

I can express my desire, and declare my chosen outcome, as an empowered and divinely-inspired human being.

Where we go from there is the free will choice God leaves to each one of us.

With an Open Heart as My Guide

I choose to leave it to God; I leave it up to my Soul, to take me on the adventure, to know and to do my highest good for me, with my conscious participation to the extent possible.

“I declare the end from the beginning, and from long ago what is not yet done, saying: my plan will take place, and I will do all my will.”

 ~ Isaiah 46:10

My steps are guided in the moment.

I am human and will make mistakes, and I trust that these will be turned by the Light to my highest good.

No matter what that looks like, moment to moment.

Courage Creates My Stories

Sometimes that means taking the risk to allow a dark priestess to guide you to the archonic realm. Then you call out her deception, ditch her and find the part of your Soul held hostage by great darkness. You remember to be love and are surrounded in a bubble of so much divine light that you are able to retrieve a part of your Soul from a place so terrifying that your human self trembles at the intensity of such evil, but the celestial forces send down a box and trap it. Your love and the archangel Michael protects you. Finally deep in density you find and retrieve that lost part of you that has been tortured in the darkness for eons, restore it to the Light, retrieve your Soul piece and redeem it to it’s original divine blueprint.  You are amazed at the miracle of how many coincidences came together to change your life in such an impactful way because you finally know the source of that intense fear that haunted you your whole lifetime and now you know that anything really is possible if it is in alignment with the Divine plan and with your Soul’s desire for you in this lifetime.

Sometimes that means disabling alien technology that is beaming a geometric pattern at you at night to disrupt your brain’s processing. This happened sometime after you declined the invitation to have a handler for your blog and your writing and in clear terms said something like “No f~ing way” and “I will write what I want to” and then repeatedly refused to meet with someone. You defeat the directed energy transmission with the highest frequencies of love available to you as a human being but your head hurts for two weeks and a huge blood clot comes out of you and it takes six weeks to recover. While healing you trace the geometric signal and the power source, figure out how it works and it is disabled by others of the Light, and the next time the human counterparts send the pattern no matter how they change it they can’t get through through your energy field any longer and you laugh. They try to reconnect with you to re-establish their capability to invade your energy field and it fails. You laugh more because life is miraculous and miracles happen to everyday people and angels do exist.

Sometimes that means living through the heinous death of your neighbor who is tortured by cancer in their bones, and is screaming and moaning day and night. But then you find out how horrible her death process is, come to understand what is going on, help her spirit reconnect with her incredibly beautiful Soul, call in the authorities, and shake up her zombified family so that they finally up her morphine so she can pass on peacefully, hypothetically speaking because you were not actually present at the time so you don’t actually know. Then you hire a friend who is an energy healer to heal and repair the space and work with any of your neighbor’s remaining Soul fragments, and it is a miracle that this is possible and that this person is available and steps up to do this. You suddenly upend your life because you follow your inner guidance and and you trust that this is what is in the highest good for you, even though in the moment you do not know exactly what will happen next after all is said and done.

You do all of this with the support of friends and family and healers and neighbors and a huge crew of angels.

Sometimes that means waiting it out until your spirit feels strong enough to take up the pen so to speak, and you are ready to allow inspiration to flow through you, and to receive the miracle that you are. So you start writing on your blog again.

in the depths of your Soul,

And yet, from a higher perspective, we have already won.

We are touched by the Creator’s Love for us

and it makes us precious, and valuable,

each and every One.

Love is the reason why. Love is the passion for doing.

Whatever the Love is that is closest to your heart,

that lives within you like a lit flame,

burning in endless glory,

burning in honor of Life itself:

God, Country, Family,

Soul, Planet, Humanity.

Life itself has already won.

Now we act out the details of the battles,

now we carry on our specific missions.

to the greatest, to the fullest extent possible:

– Be the living embodiment of my dreams –

I’m stepping out of the matrix today.

Again.

Every time I do so, I feel those feelings: fear, wonder, confusion, excitement, possibility.

All mixed into one.

When I am anticipating, and I’m preparing, and I am dreaming of walking out of the matrix, I feel like I am about to pursue my dreams. I feel like this is how life is supposed to be.

Freedom. Doing what I love. Saying what I believe. Acting on inner guidance.

How can it be that this seem such an unusual pursuit?

What if my life goal is this:

to embody my inner divinity and live my human life this way;

to know that there is more to life than what any existing structure tells me;

to wish for peace and love to prevail among men and women of all nations;

to dream of living life without stressors and free from oppression whatever its source may be;

to live my dreams of love and creativity becoming a reality.

To quietly live a simple, hand made life.

Stepping from ‘the dream time’ into ‘reality’ can be awkward and confusing.

None of these things, none of these steps, was I taught in school.

They are learned, and earned, through life lessons.

The construct of what we are told is how things are, how things should be – let’s say this is the matrix.

Can we imagine something different?

Can we begin to live this new way, one at a time, all together?

Deep inside me, my feelings and my memories tell me a different life is possible for all of us. A different life is possible for me.

I am living this now, I am experimenting, I am taking the journey.

It is the new frontier.

It is the land of possibility.

This ground, this territory, within me.

Can I embody love for myself?

Can I embody love for my neighbors?

Can I set my boundaries strong, and with love?

Can I more than survive – can I thrive?

The confusion lies in trying to interpret that which has not occurred.

And in wishing to control that which is not controllable.

Scripture says: Declare an outcome, and I shall make it unto you.

Trust and faith show the steps along the way.

My inner child, my Soul’s essence, knows no structure or rules but her own.

She beckons me to come, play with me now.

Take your photos of the sky – write your stories.

It’s playtime, unbound.

Solaris – The Sun

When I started this blog, I thought it would be all about the sun. Hence the name Solaris Modalis – ‘the way of the sun’ or, ‘the mode/method of the sun’, in Latin. This name came to me in meditation as I was considering starting blog, and the name inspired me. 

A year later, two coincidences happened that confirmed to me the name I had chosen for my blog about the Sun. The first is that I went to a spiritual conference and a woman told me that in her personal communications with Archangel Michael, he had told her the new name for our Sun was Solaris (from Sol). A couple of months later, I had a Skype call with a woman I deeply admire, who was using the name Solaris for our Sun during our discussions.

For me, both of these connections told me that I was perceiving a much broader trend, one that I wanted to participate in and to be a part of.

How I Started Looking Up and Photographing the Sky and the Sun

I started taking photos of the Sun upon returning from Ireland where I had lived for about three years. Having been away from California for so long, I had almost forgotten what the warm sun on my skin was like! My body deeply long for the warm touch of the Sun.

One day, I was taking a photograph and my camera happened to catch the Sun in the photo – and on that day, in the photograph, it happened to be streaming huge rays of sunlight out it’s sides. This seemed unusual and stunning.

So I started pointing my camera at the sun, to see what it would look like.

As I started looking at the sun through the camera, I started to notice it’s changes. The sun was a different shape often times, and a different color, than I had remembered as a child. I take photos almost daily of the sun to track its changes, and you can see those photos here at my Today’s Sun page.

The Sun and Orbs as Representatives of Soul

A few years ago, I read an article by Robert Shapiro in the Sedona Journal of Emergence. One of the things Robert Shapiro writes about is his conversations with off world species. For example, he will see a UFO craft in the sky or in a photograph, and then connect with the entities of that craft and interview them.

I remember one article in particular where he was talking with a race of ETs about how human beings can not remember past lifetimes, and also about the shape of their craft. Robert was saying that humans perceived the craft as round balls of light, while the ETs were saying their craft had a different shape than that in actuality. In the conversation, the ETs suggested to Robert that because humanity was disconnected from itself, it’s Soul, and it’s own memories, that we perceive galactic craft in the sky as bright orbs of light as a reminder to ourselves about our inner connection with our own Light and our own Soul.

Meditating with the Sun

I thought this was an interesting suggestion and it made sense to me. Later, when I was studying quantum physics and spirituality, I also began to see the Sun in our sky as representative of the light of my own Soul.

I have found in spiritual practice that this is a part of the process of expanding consciousness and awakening: First we perceive what is outside ourselves, and we learn and play with that. Eventually we understand that this is a representation for what is really going on inside ourselves. Then the work gets interesting, moving my attention within and seeing what is there inside my own being.

I began to receive inner guidance about meditations I could do with my heart, the Sun and the heart of Earth – Gaia. I still do these exercises today and I also teach them to others. These exercises both ground me and expand my own connection with my inner light and my own Soul.

The Inner Sun

As I developed a spiritual practice and learned to do energy work, I came to see the Soul connection in the heart as the ‘inner sun’. That’s what it looks like to me, clairvoyantly. Thus for me following the way or the path of the Sun, is akin to following the path of my own Soul.

Interestingly, Scripture says God gave his only son to humanity. What if that gift of his ‘son’, was also a gift of the divine spark in each of our Souls? This is part of what Solaris Modalis means to me – following the inner sun – the way and the path and the inner guidance of the God spark of divinity inside my own heart.

Today’s Sun

This month (June) the Sun has gotten unusually stronger, relative to the Sun’s light in the spring here (March through May). I have been taking some striking new photos, and the featured image above is one of these. Pretty amazing isn’t it?! I love getting shots like this.

I have found that this is the case, over the years that I have been almost daily looking at the Sun – it is stronger and visually (through the camera) emitting stronger rays from Summer (in the Northern hemisphere) into the Fall.

Key Data Points for Solar Activity

Over the years I have also developed a habit of checking the solar weather, usually daily. When the geomagnetic storms are strong, for example, friends will be complaining about headaches, and I will pull up my charts from online and show them the weather, and explain how the Sun effects the geomagnetics of the atmosphere, and in my view, of the human body also.

Solar flares are a key indicator also, and in my view correlate with expanding consciousness – they create the energetic effect of ‘poking’ human beings in a way that invites us to expand our energy fields and awaken.

Another key indicator is the Schumann Resonance. I have in particular noticed the expansion of the resonances during times of key traumatic events on the planet. Key examples would be after false flags, after the Hawaii missile alert (January 2018), after dramatic news that effects broad swaths of the human population – you see the light come in and expand in these situations.

I’m going to put links to the resources I closely follow, below, so you can follow them too if you wish to. Importantly, I have found that there is not always correlation between the sun’s visual changes (in photographs) and these key indicators.

Many times, I will get extraordinary photos of the sun, as the one above, and there are not data that can show my why it is changing, or what the cause is for it to look this way in the moment. What I believe is that there are radiation and other energies being emitted by the Sun that we might not yet have discovered or are aware of scientifically.

I feel this is an area ripe for scientific investigation, and for the pondering and questioning of our own hearts.

How we get to the place as a society where we can create human-based and human-centric solutions to our problems? I believe the answer lies in choosing to become an empowered human being. For me this means, choosing to embody my love.

On Being Human

The theme of being human has been high on my mind. As various inhuman activities are being brought to light, and human looking characters who act in inhumane ways are beginning to be dealt with, I wonder about solutions.

When I lived in another country for almost three years, I finally realized what it is to be an American. When I was deeply steeped in my own culture, I couldn’t see it as well for myself.  When I went abroad I saw what it was. I saw what about me stood out as being, American.

What is it to be human, to me? I am deeply steeped in the culture and activity of Earth, with all of it’s human and inhuman elements. I have felt into and pondered this for some time now.

Being Human is About Love

If I had to sum it up, for me, being human is about love. It is about being, doing, striving, finding, reaching for, remembering love in all it’s forms from within the range of human to inhuman circumstances.

What is the Source of that love? How do I connect as best as I can with the love within me? For me, an integral part of being human has become to understand and acknowledge my connection to my inner divinity, within. It is to know and experience my connection to my inner Soul, and of my higher self.

For me, being human is about accessing and being motivated by love while incarnated in physical form. In doing so, being human is about creating and learning and in the process becoming a whole and integrated person.

Whole and integrated meaning connected with and fully embodying what love is for me. On any given day, this can seem a tall order.

I’m sure you will have your own definition of what it is to be human, too.

What is it to Be Inhuman?

What is it to be inhuman or ‘not human’? We often hear of ‘man’s inhumanity to man’. And given my memories and personal experiences, I have to wonder – is this really about ‘man’ or about the truth of being human?

In it’s essence, inhumanity is about separating human beings from the love that they are. It is about forcing, incenting, controlling and allowing human beings to act against the love that created them.

I feel that there is a trifecta of inhumanity, and that is: 1) humans choosing to act against their inner light and personal sovereignty, 2) dark entities possessing or acting through a human being and 3) archonic control or ‘AI’ energetic and frequency control of human beings (the matrix).

In my view, the high level  and the persistence of heinous activities in the world, is about this trifecta of inhuman influence.

In many ways I feel that our societies are like the movie ‘the Matrix’, where humanity was kept in a repeating time loop, and not allowed to evolve beyond this timeframe.

There are many repeating loops of inhuman and even seemingly irrational behavior that occur and recur upon our planet: war, starvation, rape, torture, trafficking, pedophilia, violent crime, mind control. In my view it is the trifecta of inhumanity that holds these activities in place.

Being Human: A View ‘The Rules’ of Engagement

Please note that we are the master of our bodies and energy. We can make the choice within to connect with our Soul’s light and to retain that connection.

However what the darkness can do is convince us that this is not so, or wear us down physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, until the human being grants permission by surrendering, within.

It is the choice within that matters, not what appears to the outer world, as to whether a human being is truly free and sovereign, or not.

What this also means, is that as human beings choose to align with the love within their Soul, that darkness and inhumanity have no other choice but to transmute their activities or depart this realm.

This is because darkness has no power on it’s own. It can only operate with the agreement of those human beings involved in the activities. This is because of the sovereignty of their Souls. When the human beings involved choose otherwise, these activities have no energy to manifest under their own power.

Moving to Human-Based and Human-Centric Solutions

As I look at the Q phenomena, and at the activities taking place around our world bringing the light of transparency to dark activities, I see these as part of a broader effort working to clear and eliminate the power centers of inhuman activities on this planet.

What I feel in pondering what I see, hear and read, and what I sense in the energies that abound, is that solutions will be human-based.

The systems of governance, militarization, corporate profit and societal control clearly have not been human-based, but have been co-opted. Indeed, large swaths of their activities tends towards inhuman; built to fulfill inhuman agendas. Certainly most of those involved are human beings. But the agendas and outcomes? They are inhuman.

In the current energies of expansion of consciousness on this planet, I believe we have an opportunity, personally and as a group, to fully embody what being human is all about, and to take this empowered view of being human to a whole new level.

Empowered Human Beings

Human-based and human-centric solutions are built by empowered human beings. Solutions come as we empower ourselves in our daily life. What we do, in energy or in our physical actions, empowers other human beings in our world. We end up role modeling for others around us – family, friends, others in our community.

We end up shining our light.

Empowered individuals have the confidence and inner connection to step forward and create the new. We have the wish to see each other prosper. We have the wish to follow our passion; to be the love that created us.

We embody the light we are.

Sometimes just getting up and keeping going is all we can get to. Sometimes just being present and knowing the light is present within is all we are up for.

Sometimes we take action.

Moment to moment, we become the highest version of our highest self, living life in a physical body, wherever that is currently, on our personal scale of physical and energetic embodiment of our Soul and of our humanity.

We are being human.

I’d like to write a bit about the categories of human beings on the planet now, who have had extraterrestrial past lifetimes.

When I’m done, I’ll create a summary of the differing sorts of extraterrestrial and galactic beings that are here and I will describe their missions.

In some cases, you may be more than one type of being, and you may be completing more than one type of mission.

In some cases, there is a primary experience that deeply colors your current lifetime, and is also crucial to who you are as a human being.

Healing From Trauma You Experienced As an Extraterrestrial Being

Today, I’d like to write about healing traumatic times from the past, and about the human beings who were once extraterrestrials, and who came here to Earth to heal memories and experiences from these times.

Listening to friends and clients, remembering my own experiences, and doing healing work both personally and with friends and clients, I have created four categories that I see as key themes for human beings who lived extraterrestrial experiences during galactic wars and traumatic times.

After the discussion of each key theme, there are specific examples of healing extraterrestrial past lives in that category.

Many extraterrestrial beings have come to Earth to heal memories and experiences of wars.

This includes both the victims of warlike behavior, and the perpetrators of various wars.  Once here in human form, these experiences can either be re-enacted, with differing outcomes, or they can be healed by doing the self-reflective work of spiritual healing.

As understanding has spread through the galaxy over eons, and as the consciousness of beings has raised up, peace has spread through the galaxy.

Incarnating on Earth as a human being has been a part of the peace process and healing process.  Yes, incarnating into a human body can be that important to healing in the rest of the galaxy.

Example: In the same day, I had a client representing an ancient Annunaki, and a client from an ancient non-human race that had been oppressed by such beings.  That was interesting.

The client that was an extraterrestrial that had been oppressed needed to release the energies of oppression, to be free of the old paradigm of oppression still lingering in their energy field, so that they could move on, fresh, with their human life, now.  I did this energetic grid work with this person, including assistance grounding the energies of their current human body into the heart of Gaia (Earth).

Proper grounding, and clearing of the energy field, after acknowledgement of what happened in the past, and releasing these pent up emotions, supports creation of the new by a human being who desires to move forward from these old woundings.

The client through which an eons old Annunaki transmitted, was presenting an extraterrestrial being that had been an oppressor, and came to learn from me.  To put it in human terms, this being has “been there, done that”, in the galaxy.  What it felt like to me is both that it was bored or complete with the old paradigm of dense 3D and 4D (the third and fourth dimensions), and that it had come to the realization that there was something else out there – something new to create and explore.  And so, this being was requesting understanding of how to move into a new pathway.  Yes, you guessed it.  The pathway of the heart.

I have found this in many extraterrestrials from races that have been oppressors of human beings on Earth, including the reptilians and the grey.  There are significant numbers of these races who have incarnated and are working on raising the consciousness of their own race.  Many times they are working together as groups, and with the assistance of human beings who in past lives were extraterrestrials of their races.

Human beings who were extraterrestrials, have feelings and memories from their experiences, that are deepened by incarnating as a human being. 

Human beings have a breadth of emotional capacity that is both deep and broad.

There are those who say that the range and breadth of emotional capacity of the human being on Earth is at it’s height in this galaxy.

Thus, coming to Earth and incarnating in a human body affords a Soul the unique experience of remembering it’s past experiences and then experiencing how the human self feels about these in a deeply emotional way.

I’m using Soul here to describe the essence of who we are – our source energy that incarnates into one form, and then into another.  Please use the word that best describes your understanding of this energy as you are reading, if you desire.

The range of emotions felt tends to surprise the extraterrestrial incarnated in a human body.  As a human being, you don’t necessarily understand where these feelings are coming from, although you may have a deep knowing about it – an understanding that defies words or most human explanations.

This is because as an extraterrestrial with a different physiology, your spirit did not have the capacity for feeling this way.  In this other physiology, your spirit likely did not even know that these emotions about the event were even possible.

Example:  Working with a client, healing a past lifetime as an extraterrestrial being, where a battle occurred between two different galactic species, I was able to explain the cultural differences that had led to the traumatic outcome, and that were relevant to the current human lifetime.  One of the races was Reptilian.  The other was a type of Dragon extraterrestrial.  Both races had advanced technologies and could travel between the stars.

The Reptilian group was experimenting genetically with another species, under false pretenses.  (Yes, it is not only on Earth that this has happened.)  When their activities were discovered, a huge battle ensued, as the race whose DNA was being appropriated, the Dragon extraterrestrials, valued family above all else, and thus this experimentation was completely unacceptable to them.  The Reptilian outpost and colony where this testing was being accomplished was entirely wiped out, although many of the top Reptilians survived, and watched the destruction from afar.

All of the emotions of the situation were completely felt and let go, leading to healing of the situation from many angles and perspectives.  This past event had deeply effected the client’s current lifetime in many ways, and they were able to see the parallels to what had occurred in the past.  In addition, understanding this key past lifetime helped them understand their life path as a human in deep ways that provided them with comfort and a better understanding of themselves.

The incarnated human will have feelings about what happened that are more complex than their extraterrestrial self had in the war lifetime.

Much of the expanded learning from being in this human lifetime comes down to the differences in physiology, in combination with the expanded consciousness that you have in this lifetime.

Many physical bodies of many extraterrestrial beings from the distant past were not able to have the emotional capacity and understanding that we have currently as human beings.

Remember that we are talking about events that occurred over eons of time – because of the density of the time, and thus the lowered consciousness, or because of the physiology of the particular species – there was not awareness of the damage being caused, or there was not as deep awareness of the traumatic effects of certain activities.

Yes, the galaxy and it’s inhabitants have been growing and learning throughout time and history.  And believe it or not, on Earth we are advanced in ways that we don’t often acknowledge, because we haven’t had the yardstick of measurement or the knowledge that would provide understanding of who we are.

As humans, we have an emotional IQ, a depth of feeling and experiencing, as human beings, that is unparelled and at a height of development.  It is very much because of our traumatic history as a species, that we have developed this great ability.  It is the silver lining to the traumatic events of Earth history.

What has occurred, is that humanity has developed an engine of healing within the human heart that is able to heal backwards in time throughout the galaxy, and into parallel and alternate realities, as Souls incarnate here who have had these experiences.

How is it possible that the human heart can heal “backwards through time”?  It is because in the heart space, we are in non-duality, a state of being that is timeless and thus can effect the time and space of our incarnations in other dimensions.

Example:  A friend and client that I worked with had been a hardened warrior in a battle long ago.  During the battle, their personal craft veered off course and crashed on an asteroid in space.  Because of the physiology of the extraterrestrial that they were at the time, they lived a very long time with no help coming.  This client had been a type of Reptilian warrior, and had been incredibly strong and capable.

By going back into the scenario, I was able to clairvoyantly see and to explain that both sides in the battle had been completely destroyed.  But the extraterrestrial crashed on the asteroid had no way of knowing this, and thus had felt completely abandoned, without understanding why.

In this lifetime, the pain and loneliness of no one coming was overwhelming.  In the extraterrestrial body, the physiology, culture and lack of emotional capability of this being caused it to put a priority on waiting it out and enduring.  As a human, the emotional field perceived deep despair and abandonment, deep feelings that could finally be felt and acknowledged, and healing could occur rapidly when the mind was given a context for understanding.  The extraterrestrial eons ago did not have the physiology to deeply feel or experience it’s emotional state.

The resolution of galactic wars, and sealing of a galactic peace, however long this takes in Earth “time”, are occurring right here, right now on Earth through the events we live out and witness during our lifetimes.  

One of the most wondrous things happening, that I am seeing right now, is that extraterrestrial races and galactic entities that we have previously seen as “negative”, incarnating as human beings to expand their consciousness, and to develop depth of emotional feeling.

As humans with deep extraterrestrial ties, these people are pioneers for their extraterrestrial races they belong to.  They often have strong support from their star families and are also often very aware of this.

Here is another fascinating aspect of this extraterrestrial support – it is from present members of the race – but it is also, often from the future.  It is from the members of the extraterrestrial races that spiritually developed, and have essentially come back in time to assist their human companion.  Quantum mechanics explains how this is possible, and I will write about this another time, lol.

For these human beings, this is a spiritual mission of sorts, and it is an adventure, too.  Because human beings who expand their consciousness, and develop depth of emotions, can then expand their heart connection, which leads to a direct connection with Soul or source energy.

The connection with source energy or Soul is, in essence, what we refer to as “the Christed Consciousness”.  This is not about religion.  It is about ascension of the being – ascension of consciousness, soul connection, which creates the ability to expand into the fifth dimension, a state of non-duality.

These human beings have taken on this mission to assist in creating an ascension opportunity for their entire extraterrestrial race.

In walking this path, these humans beings are not only healing their own past, but most importantly, they are contributing to the healing, and to the expansion, of the extraterrestrial race that they are from.

Examples:  Here I could give you examples of reptilians and greys in particular.  However, I would also include mantis, anunaki, archon and others.  I would also add that strong spiritual skill sets and energy management techniques are key for those involved in this area.  Setting boundaries is very important, and especially, setting boundaries energetically.

However, humans who have been these races, and there are many, tend to be comfortable with these extraterrestrial races, who may appear to them in the non-physical realms, or in the dream state.  For some there is a feeling of being equals, for some there is guidance, for some pride, for others precious self-understanding.

I have met and/or worked with at least four human beings who have done work assisting the greys in expanding their development as part of a healing process for this race.  And I am aware of significant efforts being made to assist the reptilians with their personal development, also.

The primary work of the human beings who are working to assist the reptilian race to expand their consciousness, is in communicating the importance of the heart connection, and then, establishing a heart connection within the human being.  This establishes a pathway through learned experience, that others of their race can follow and emulate on their own Soul journeys.

One person I worked with spends significant time working with the greys (this is in the non-physical), caring for them, pouring out unconditional love to these beings, and especially, carefully and painstakingly moving through the tender, growing feelings within – teaching these beings about feeling, assisting in identifying feelings.  This work requires much focus and attention and is a special kind of Soul mission. This is a role for which the human being has practiced for many lifetimes, gaining skill sets and developing deep compassion.

Working with healing extraterrestrial races requires special care and skill sets.  Usually, the human being is “born into” this role, and/or “grows into” the role as they do their own human centered personal healing work, and expand their own consciousness.

The best way to know what is your role, your mission, and your Soul’s path, is to look inside your self; to use your inner discernment and to follow your heart’s guidance.  While there can be guides and teachers, knowing one’s own truth is internal and eternal, and comes from within.

I hope you can see and feel what I experience about the extraterrestrial connections of human beings and our galactic and shared histories.

Earth – Gaia is an amazing place, my friends.  A place where the healing of humanity is benefiting a large number of extraterrestrial races and galactic beings, past, present, future.

We are evolving together, and we are living together, sight unseen.  Truly, there is no “other”.

What I have seen and experienced, is the truth that “they” are us.  I look forward to the day when this understanding is known more broadly.  We are getting there, as this article illustrates, as we remember our extraterrestrial and galactic origins and connections.

What supports this evolution of humanity’s understanding of extraterrestrial and galactic races?  I feel it is compassion that opens the heart to healing, and unconditional love that opens the gate to understanding.

We do this for our human selves, first.  And then, this flows out to “others”; the others who we have been, the rest of ourselves.
